I made a last minute appointment as one of my toenails did not survive the wet and mud at Dorrigo Folk Festival. The entire clinic has a calm, friendly, efficient atmosphere. Christian was very patient, sorted my nails with a minimum of fuss and gave me good advice going forward. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I am so impressed with Chloe organising my Ingrown toe-nail surgery at short notice. Christian the podiatrist was meticulous in his treatment even with my neuropathy and working around my broken ankle. Together they talked me through the procedure and kept me at ease. Ann-Maree was so lovely and I felt immediately at ease with her, which is often hard for me as I find any type of medical situation highly anxiety inducing! She was thorough, reassuring and explained things really well. I felt like I was talking to a friend and not someone I’d just met, which I found comforting.

I love coming to optimise health the reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. I have seen three different podiatrists over the past few years and I have no complaints what so ever. Great podiatrist! I first used this practice 10 years ago and recently returbee for a review for new concerns. Appointments easy to book both online or over the phone. I wasn't left waiting for more than 5 mins for my appointment on the day. Friendly and helpful front counter staff. The podiatrist I saw (Sam) was very friendly and able to quickly pinpoint the source of my problem. Sam was very professional, gave great explanations, developed a treatment plan and I was on my way nice and quick. Next appointment booked within 10 days so no having to wait for months. Highly recommend this practice for all your podiatry concerns.

My wife and I are both regular podiatrist customers and we're treated like family. We share a caring and skillful practitioner (Jays), and the Optimise Health practice is always helpful when it comes to both booking and for inevitable last-minute schedule changes. Close to home and tons of off-street parking. Plus they have the grace to not spell the name with a "z". That's a feet in itself. :-) Full marks.

I have been seeing Lauren at Optimise Health for nearly a year to treat severe osteoarthritis. Lauren is a professional and knowledgeable physio who has worked with me all the way, modifying my rehab program progressively, from when i could barely walk to where i am now. By far the most competent and engaged physio i have ever had the pleasure to work with. The reception staff are always courteous and helpful and very flexible. I strongly recommend Optimise Health for physio or podietrist treatment.😃

I recently needed to book a podiatry appointment and booked Optimise Health, Toowoomba, online. I read the information about each of the podiatrists and chose Sam Johnson, before choosing a day and time. The front desk staff rang me to check what my issue was and whether my choice of podiatrist was appropriate. On the day, because of the online information I'd provided, Sam Johnson was quickly able to diagnose the problem, explaining anatomically what was happening and how he suggested that I rehabilitate it. He then took the time to step me through each strategy until I was comfortable to manage the rehabilitation at home. All stages of the appointment were efficiently and professionally managed.

I am so impressed with the staff here. They have high standards and know what they are doing. They have made a huge difference with my mobility issues over the last year. They have given me back my life.

Having never had foot problems in my life until recently, and not knowing what to expect, made appointment with Sam at Optimise Health and haven’t looked back…a consultation quickly found the problem and a comprehensive evaluation on their amazing equipment assured me my orthotics fitted like a glove and life is good again. Excellent practice with caring staff, would recommend to anyone.

I have agoraphobia yet they have opted to have my physio be my hydrotherapist. This gives me the confidence to attend my appointments. I also find .yself attending Milne Bay pool to do extra workouts. Fantastic place to get through what ailments you have, in a clean, organised and on time for appointments with a cheerful smile. I have just visited Optimise Health re: Foot Problem. Christian is the Podiatrist who saw me, and I must admit he is very efficient and caring. Initially we visited because of the great reviews, and we weren’t disappointed. I booked my partner in who was a little skeptic of how much help a podiatrist could be. Thankfully we were placed in Sam Johnston’s hands and aside from being witty with a sense of humour, Sam was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. the physios here are next level! Ive had two, first one moved towns and now i see Pieter. Both helped fixed problems I thought id never have fixed. So happy. Staff are always so lovely and happy! The place is clean and tidy, plus booking is easy (dont have to wait weeks or months) much love to the team!

I looked on google for podiast appointment. Optimise health came up with a very good rating. I was able to make the booking online it was easy to navigate through. Before my appointment I got a Call to confirm and check why I needed the appointment to make sure I had the right staff member, I can see why the ratings are excellent, Very well presented practice with a great atmosphere.Plenty of parks, great to see the staff outside enjoying there break in the sun. Very polite reception girls upon checking in.Suneek was my practioner, and it was a pleasure to meet her taking the time to explain what she'd be doing and discussing a maintenance plan. Highly recommend.

I have seen Optimise Gealth for Chiropractic, Pilates, Podiatry and Physio since 2020 and a significant fall injury while pregnant forced me to get on top of some niggling long term sporting injuries. The diagnosis was explained clearly in understandable language supported by the technology which demonstrated visually the problem areas. Options were explained with no pressure to choose immediately and cost advised with each option discussed. I was given exercises & activities to promote healing & I left the clinic feeling that there was hope that one day I may be pain free.
