It is a great place to stay simply because of management. Mike is so helpful and friendly. We stayed for an entire month in the back and out of our entire stay wecnever had one problem with service. Our a.c. went out and it was replaced within an hour. Also the maid service is very professional. The rooms are a bit outdated and it isn't perfect but it is a great price for what you pay for. If you want better quality rooms then be willing to pay the price elsewhere. It is worth the money to stay here.

Stayed 1 night. Very kind gentleman greeted us at the front desk around 10:30pm last night. He gave us room #115, right near the office because we had a truck full of things. Occasionally I could hear the traffic. The room could use some updating but it was clean & the bed was VERY comfortable. The price was fine.

Would have given 5 stars 🌟 but the wifi kept going in and out for a week. It was very inconvenient. Other than that it was very quiet and the room was clean and comfortable.

Last week was the first, and definitely the last time, me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel. The reason being, our house is getting new flooring put in, so we needed somewhere to stay for a week or two... Anyhow, the first room the owner rented to us was heavily flea infested and smelled of human urine. They did however, switch us to another room a couple doors down and this room was much better. However, during our week long stay, someone, maybe probably the staff stole all together within the week, a pair of my ear buds, a full bicycle, a polo t-shirt and a new pack of Duracell batteries as well. The owner needs to hire new house keepers or he is also in on the theft ring... One or the other. We did not say a thing until now about it because without catching the thief red handed what's the point. I just thought this review might help someone not be as unlucky as we were, in the future... Everything said is completely true and I'll stand by my statement in someone's face or in a court of law. No slander, just truth.

The only thing good about this Motel is it is within walking distance of just about everything. It is full of roaches if you like friends welcome to Joe's Apartment. I think everybody can get the point from that.

It was an okay place to stay just ok, had to get our room changed at first they pit us in a room next to were they have people renting out the room for a month or so which was nice the residents outside were staring at you asking you do you have a cigarette and other stuff. I kinda felt like they put us there cause we were Black .and we would fit in with them cause they had all the Caucasians in rooms closer to them away from the hood people as they would say, but they did give us another better room closer to the front desk
