the
new
Urgent
care
office
on
Wanamaker
next
to
my
Dr
office
as
I
was
coming
off
of
10
days
sick
w/Covid
and
needed
a
sign-off
to
return
to
work.
The
apt
was
very
quick,
even
though
there
were
several
people
there
waiting.
Got
me
in
and
out
pretty
fast
(less
than
an
hr)
So
GLAD
I
didn't
have
to
sit
waiting
for
hrs
like
I
have
on
previously
similar
type
of
apts
at
other
locations
when
I
wasnt
able
to
get
into
see
my
Dr.
The
Staff
were
very
friendly.
The
only
negative
was
that
receptionist
spoke
very
softly
so
she
was
a
bit
hard
to
understand
initially
and
she
didnt
acknowledge
me
for
several
minutes
when
I
first
arrived.
The
gal
that
came
to
take
me
to
the
room
didn't
call
out
my
name
very
loud
or
repeat
it
again
louder
when
no
one
answered
her
or
came
forward.
Also
she
didn't
say
my
first
name
at
all
when
I
asked
receptionist
to
confirm
who
had
been
called
as
I
hadn't
heard
it
and
there
was
another
patient
taken
back
before
me
but
I
had
arrived
first,
so
i
thought
it
was
odd
and
had
to
ask.
But
..I
didn't
have
to
sit
more
than
a
couple
of
minutes
longer
after
error
so
that
made
up
for
it
and
things
happen.
Other
than
that
little
snaffoo,
everything
was
great!!
Love
the
new
diggs
(design)
especially
the
bigger/wider
doorways.
I
have
to
use
wheelchair
for
my
father
when
I
bring
him
to
his
apts.
