I love me some good goood sushiiii😫! Let’s begin with the bullet point review as you already know that’s what I’m here to do: *An all you can eat for less than $25 bucks? What are you waiting on😭? *The customer service was amazing and everyone was welcoming. *The food came out to us really fast!! *Although it’s an all you can eat, you only have 2 hours and it is recommended that you eat everything you order because if I can remember there’s a fee if you don’t.😂 so be wise. Avocado Salad: Honestly I was afraid to try it 😂 but it was surprisingly really good! I also loved the salad dressing they coated it with. Everything worked perfectly together as far as taste. However, this wouldn’t be something I eat on a daily but it was still good! 4/5 Gyoza Dumpling: For me this wasn’t the best. It was my first time trying it so maybe that’s why the taste wasn’t really sitting. My friend seem to love it but I just didn’t. 2/5 Harumaki Spring Roll: Woah woah woah😫. Spring rolls never disappoints! It was so flavorful too. 5/5 Vegetable Fried Rice: I loved the rice itself…I just wished that the vegetable were a little more cooked.🥲 If the veggies were fully cooked it would’ve been bussin but it just wasn’t. 3/5 Mango Shrimp Sushi: It has a very distinct taste 🥲. A strong one too and I honestly…… it didn’t sit right with me. I definitely did separate the mango from the sushi and tried to eat it separately but I still was tasting one on the other. It was giving summer vibe but not in the best appetizing way. 3/5 Salmon sushi: (raw) I couldn’t I just couldn’t😭. I’m a huge fan of sushi but the raw ones are hard for me sometimes. The salmon has a moist chewy taste that I know some people wouldn’t be able to handle. I couldn’t handle it. It was too much for my tongue. 2/5 Tobiko: I love me some caviar! 5/5 Godzilla: This might’ve been my favorite one. The flavors were blending in so well. I loved eel sauce with it especially because it’s my favorite sauce. I loved this restaurant everyone was so nice and they ensured to always check up on you. There was also someone near by always to answer your questions. Food was great as well as the service and it’s affordable. Mizu Sushi & Hibachi All you can eat ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good local place for a sushi/hibachi dinner. Gave it a 3 star rating as it's definitely not a top of the line restaurant and also isn't something I would consider for a nice planned sit down meal (Special date or event, etc). That said it is a nice clean restaurant and the staff were friendly and provided good service. The food was brought out quickly and was very pleasing to the eye. In my opinion the hibachi chicken was quite tasty and comparable to similar restaurants. The sushi to me was somewhat of a let down. It was served in a very appealing fashion with sliced ginger and wasabi but to me it really lacked in flavor..... I love sushi and have higher expectations of it which is why I felt let down. Price wise they are definitely on the cheaper end with sushi rolls starting at $4.50 each and hibachi starting at $9.00 so for the money it's definitely a bargain spot for a meal. All in all I would eat there again and would recommend to others but only as something to try if they happen to be in the area and are looking for an inexpensive bite to eat on something more unique than fast food.

While the wait staff were not as attentive as I would like the food was amazing and made up for it. There is lots of different things you can order off of their all you can eat menu. Not just sushi. Although of course the sushi is the highlight. The only true complaint I must make is the fact that in the bathroom there was chemicals left out where anyone could get there hands on them.

The food was good. The signs outside say "buffet" and "hibachi" so you might expect there to be a physical buffet that you can select from or a line where they cook your hibachi in front of you. Neither of these is the case. Our only problem with the place was that the ordering process is overly complicated. You can get the "all you can eat" and order whatever you want from the menu but they want you to clean your plate completely before eating more and then you order again. However, if you order the all you can eat, everyone at your table has to as well, which is 22 bucks per person. So if you have a person with you that just wants an entree off the menu, you ALL have to order off the regular menu. If you all order off the regular menu you don't have to write down what you want, but if you all get the all you can eat you have to check it off on a paper menu. I do understand that this business model is likely more efficient for them, but it unfortunately feels a little business centered instead of customer centered. I wanted to share this so that perhaps someone who has not tried it yet would know what to expect and it wouldn't be so confusing.

This is now one of our favorite restaurants in Topeka. Best looking AND tasting sushi in Kansas. The service is very fast & friendly and the all-you-can-eat for $22 a person is unbeatable for the quality of food you get.

Highly recommend. Can't beat a high quality, all-you-can-eat sushi place.

I stopped in here for their all you can eat sushi lunch. The variety of options for both small plates, rolls, and nigiri was way more than I was expecting for the price point. I was excited to see snapper on the menu, and it was delicious. I am also fairly confident that there are no options containing pork anywhere on the menu, for those who take that into consideration. Overall, it was really yummy and had lots of options. The staff was also really friendly and helpful!

Excited and inexperienced in Japanese food! Mizu's is definitely a diamond in the rough. It's not very big but it's welcoming. All the staff wore face mask, the food comes out timely and the wait staff was very efficient. They have an all u can eat option however if you aren't able to eat all your food u pay extra for whatever is left over. The good thing is the portions are small. Ordered quite a bit. ( Wanted to try as much as I could) I didn't like that when the server came out with the food the bottom of the top plates were touching the food under as she had no tray she just used her arms. Over all was satisfied. I did learn sushi isn't for me.

My husband and I went there to enjoy all you can eat sushi but our concern was wether it was halal friendly or not. We called and confirmed that it was. Then we went there and asked again and after seeing it for ourselves we were pretty satisfied with the environment. They had ice cream on their menu aswell! I loved that. The staff was very friendly and patient as we asked them alot of questions about our meals. I recommend this place to everyone.

Came to Kansas to visit my sister. We went for a lunch at this place and it was a wreck, server was nice but didn’t have a clue about the menu he have to bring someone for help. Then sushi wasn’t rolled correctly, rice was cold didn’t feel fresh and we ordered cooked. The fried rice and ramen noodles was good. For the high price and location I was expecting better quality food.

Sushi was FULL price and the portions were literally miniature!!! Four pieces of Tamago contained MAYBE 1/2 piece of Tamago egg...split between all four pieces!!! Inari was literally cut in half lengthwise and split between two pieces. How they think it is ok to charge full price for less than half of what is supposed to be there blows my mind. Will NEVER order from them again, the worst!

This was my first time to visit and I was u sure how to order. They give you a paper menu and you mark everything you want. They will bring it all out to you and if you want something else you have to ask for another paper menu. I was glad I had ordered plenty the first go round. The food was tasty and the prices were very reasonable.

Another great meal by Mizu Sushi! The volcano Roll was awesome as usual. I was pleasantly surprised by the Crazy Monkey Roll with the fried banana and crunch topped with crab meat. Excellent taste. Just enough sweetness without overpowering with banana flavor. As you can see my son was putting in some practice with chopsticks. Took him a few attempts but he got the hang of em.

Very good! Quick service and great prices! Spicy rose roll was so good! (It was a full roll.... I ate most before I took a picture)

Love the place, love the "all you can eat'. Should make the ambient more brighter, workers should clean tables more quietly, the rest of the experience was wonderful, and the food was awesome.

Definitely recommend! - friendly staff - great prices - amazing food - military discount The whole menu is outstanding. Ordered so much and it was out super fast. I can't put into words how good this place is.

All the other 1 star reviews are SPOT ON. Would give zero if I could. The servers do not make eye contact, and acted annoyed and inconvenienced when we asked for an extra menu for our party of 6 (they only brought our one menu). Our food came out out of order (soup and salads came out last) and our server did not attend to our table at all. We had to wave her down for refills and to collect our order sheet. After finishing our meal we were told that we would be charged extra for the small amount we didn’t eat. There were 6 of us, we did not order excessively at all. 2 of the 6 people not ordered a couple of dishes but we paid for the all-you-can-eat just to make it easy. They also added an 18% gratuity. When I asked who the tip went to he replied that nobody gets the tip. So, moral of the story. DO NOT TIP at this restaurant. It just goes to their bottom line. I also did not receive 18% service. Awful, and will never come back.

This little restaurant is a gem! Affordable sushi and perfect for takeout the staff is very friendly. Dine-in is an impersonal experience especially if you're alone because you order from and pay with a tablet/kiosk. Otherwise I love this place.

The staff is very polite, service was relatively quick and it was pretty clean. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was all you can eat sushi. We did have an accident where one of the sodas launched itself across the table. But left full. I think if you don’t eat everything you order they add a surcharge. To prevent waste.

Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was exceptional. The no waste rule they have is amazing. I applaud them for that. Only beef I have is my hands are a bit stiff and arthritic so chopsticks are not my friends. Lol. I managed and had a great meal with a good friend. I will be back.

Great service, wonderful food served quickly. A large dining area helps cut down on wait times. Very family friendly, clean and a good value. I highly recommend.

I don't remember how much they charged for the lunch menu, but from what I understand, it is a limited menu. The dinner menu is more 'complete' but the cost was $20+. Although the tout it's "all you can eat" they bring you one plate at a time. It is not a buffet per se. And, they have a time limit set, of two hours. So, I can kinda see it being an issue if you have a large group, and you are talking a lot...the value depreciates IMO. The food was okay, a little on the bland side--but okay.

Sushi was good for the area, price for the AYCE is very reasonable. And they offer a nice range of sushi. Staff is very attentive, dining area is clean as well the restrooms well cared for.

Went because it is close to where we were staying and also because we like sushi. Nice concept where you pay a set price $21.99 per person for all you can eat sushi. Food came out quickly and they asked if you needed another menu for another round of choices. Great variety and mix of sushi.

My favorite restaurant in Topeka. I think this is much better than the other sushi places. I only get the All You Can Eat though as it's very cheap. Service is always quick, prices are consistent. The all you can eat is the way to go, about $18 a person.
