Don't ever go here. These rooms got peeling ceilings and a real stuffy dank scent. Just don't. There is no way this is affiliated with Hilton. In my years as an ITA, I have never been so disgusted.

The facility and our room were very nice, clean and quiet (we stayed on the top floor away from the elevators) even though there were several big events going on in town and the hotel had a lot of activity. We stayed two nights visiting family. After a long day, we came back to our room with unmade beds and used towels. I asked the front desk if there was a reason our room didn't have maid service. I was told we had to request it the day before as they are short staffed. It would have been nice if that had been mentioned when we checked in as I understand many businesses are short staffed at this time. We will definitely stay here again. It's a very nice facility with pleasant employees.

I booked and paid for a room for 5 people that said it could accommodate 6. I even called the hotel to confirm that we were getting 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. Upon arrival I was in a room with only 2 Queens. I had to request a roll away bed which I was then charged for. We used the pool to help my kids burn energy after a long day driving. It felt dirty, was very crowded, and so loud I had to put in ear plugs. There were several young children swimming in regular diapers. Our breakfast the next day was barely edible and the coffee was terrible. All that and I had to pay nearly $200, extremely disappointing experience. The only positive was that the room itself was clean and comfortable.

We stayed one night on the way to Texas. We had two rooms. Even tough we pulled in after 1 in the morning, the customer service was great. Checking out was not so pleasant. The attendant was rude. She had a trash bag in one hand, checking me out with other. Could not even offer for a bottle of water for the road, she wanted me to buy it instead. Will I stay here again? Yes. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. We rested well for the rest of our trip.

Bedbugs were reported by a guest and the manager just had maintained look then sent housekeeping up there and decided to rent the room to another guest to see if they complain about it before calling the exterminator in. Very unprofessional to employees when he is in a bad mood. He likes to short cut everything that he can. The general manager is pretty cool as is the staff there. Not the first time he has done this

Meh. TV didn't work. Floor in the room was sticky, I was literally pulling my feet off it. Front desk chick loudly announced my room number when I was checking in. Not cool as a female traveling alone. The worse part was the water pressure. I could have filled my mouth with water and spit it on myself and that would have been more sufficient shower. Pool was super dirty.

Why 2 star, because I stayed here last week for a specific dollar figure. ( family situation) I called back this week to stay the same night and the price raised 33 dollars for a lesser room. The gentleman that answered the hotel phone at night simply said (rates change). Apparently in Topeka that is a sufficient answer to give a repeat customer over the phone. Now the hotel is good, the rooms are good. The employees during the day and at night ( with the exception of Mr personality that i spoke to Monday night the 11th) are truly awesome. When your booking a room for a family emergency they have you and there is nothing you can do about it.

The location of this hotel was great that's why I booked it but I really wished we would of stayed at a different hotel. The desk clerk was super nice that was the only good thing about this place. We had 4 in our room and it was small and unlike Tony Skeans review the carpet was FILTHY!! We had to put towels down where we walked because if we didn't our feet got nasty dirty!! We had already checked in and had went down to the pool and then when we came back to the room in bare feet did we notice the carpet. I kept looking out the window at the hotel across the parking lot wishing we would of stayed there. The pool wasn't too bad and my husband enjoyed the hot tub but we couldn't help but wonder when the ceiling was going to collapse like it did in the area off of the pool that had a bathroom that was inaccessible because the ceiling had already collapsed. The breakfast was below quality from other Hamptons we have stayed at. The hot food was sparse and had to wait for any to be brought out. Just go spend the extra money and eat at Cracker Barrel right next door we should of. This hotel needs a update badly. I most definitely will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here a couple of nights for work. While some of the room decor was dated as well as the shower the room was good for the price and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, spacious and the breakfast was hot. Would be happy to come here again.

Best Hampton I’ve stayed in for a long while. Spacious rooms super friendly staff and custodians and the best value I’ve gotten anywhere for a night stay. We ended up in a HCA room which while not needed was a nice bonus as it allowed the tot to roam. The room was clean and the baby foot test showed that the carpets weren’t too dirty. Breakfast was standard not super, but there timely and fresh.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The selection from the snack bar was nice. If you plan to eat breakfast, DO NOT come here! They do not replenish the food, lines are super long, but there is a Cracker Barrel near by if you need food. My recommendation is to book at the Hilton Garden Inn (it’s cheaper!) and pay for breakfast instead of staging at this location in the future.

This is Hilton property I'm accustomed to. The Hampton in Topeka is tucked away in a quiet, hidden neighborhood off of Wanamaker on Arrowhead. The outdoor is neat and clean and the area was definitely safe. Upon arriving I was greatest by Bruce. He was polite and professional. He made sure to let me know if I needed anything please inform them. My room was clean and even smelled fresh. O needed an ADA accessible room and the bathroom was perfect. I had a walk-in/roll-in shower as well as the higher toilet. I travel for work very often and have seen some Hilton properties that are not up to standard. This was not the case. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained. The hostess were friendly and kept the food stocked as items got low. Breakfast choices were: scrambled and boiled eggs, polish/smoked sausage medallions, potatoes, scones, cereal and all the other items you would expect for breakfast. If I'm ever working in Topeka I hope my job takes me back to this Hampton.

My dad and I stopped here along a roadtrip to Denver. Right off the interstate, near restaurants, room and bathroom were clean. Offered coffee and breakfast. The staff and everyone I encountered was kind. Can’t go wrong!

Checkin went well front desk young lady was great!! Room was ok could use more updated decor. Bathroom shower handle was extremely hard to turn, had to wake my husband to help turn it on. I forgot to inform front desk but will make sure to call.

Very nice stay. Clean cool rooms and friendly helpful staff. Rooms also have magical pillows that are so comfortable that if you put you head on them the next thing you know it will be morning.

Amazing facility, cleanliness, super comfortable beds, ultra clean without that nasty cleaner smell, staff that’s amazing and down to earth. Very welcoming! Even when we arrived very late. My kiddo can’t stop saying how nice this place is and I 110% agree. This will definitely be our stopping point traveling to and from family! Also, allows pets but you couldn’t tell. Amazingly clean. Pool and hot tub are beautiful and look like a day spa. My Dad and Stepmom will be staying here when they travel to visit. The staff has not been aggressive at all. In fact they are the kindest hotel staff I’ve encountered in several years. Love the Wall Mounted hand lotion and bath products! The handicap accessible tub is perfect for my disable kiddo. The bench goes and locks up or can be used as shown. This place is a huge deal for the price and breakfast is good AND included.

When I go to visit my family, I always stay at the Hamilton Inn Hotel. I have (2) disable parents, and they Love a certain room to get around. I’ve always been able to get this Very Nice Room. Front the Front Desk, to Housekeeping, and their Breakfast, I don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. Everybody there are Nice, and on top of their positions. I recommend this hotel to anybody, that is taking a Vacation, specially with disable family, or kids. Hamilton Inn Employees, Thank You So Much!

The major issue was I never had a hot shower, but overall the room, fitness center etc were great.

First room the faucet broke and they had to move us. The second room they sprayed Febreeze in the room which is very dangerous for people with respiratory issues. I have COPD. I was with 2 other people and didn't want to make things difficult. Unfortunately I ended up with breathing issues. Stop using irritants!

Overall stay was OK. Listed as a pet free hotel with allowing service dogs..... however dogs were everywhere. Breakfast was good minus a food aggressive non service husky growling at guests that was allowed in the hotel. Changed my reservation from a pet friendly hotel to this one just to find out it was not pet free at all. The hotel itself was good no turndown service over my three night stay but room was clean. staff was OK.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel location makes it quiet. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the amenities, such as the hairdryer. Would definitely stay here again.

The receiptionest Steven was welcoming on our arrival to the hotel. The hotel room was clean and it's a plus that the pool and jacuzzi facility is open late especially for those guest arriving late and just want to relax. The only bad experience was the breakfast. We arrived a few minutes before closing and boy did we get super dirty looks from the breakfast area host. The waffle irons were unplugged and all the drink dispenser were turned off (except for the milk). The receiptionest in the morning Retta was understanding and she tried to make it a bit better by bringing out some yogurt. But really didn't feel welcomed for breakfast because of the dirty looks. Need to change the quality of service in this area. Unfortunate of the por experience here.

Room was clean, hot breakfast was decent and the price was fair. The customer service wasn't great. The guy wasn't very helpful and when we complained about a family the floor above us being really loud late at night, the guy came back to our room (not invited) to see for himself how loud they were. My kids were asleep, it was very odd. You get what you pay for I guess?

Friendly service - although it took a while for them to find our reservation. Pool looked fun and the rooms were huge. TV was great. Continental bfast wasn’t bad.

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. The pool was a good size for the kids and the breakfast was delicious. We were able to just walk to dinner which was nice after a long drive. We would definitely stay here again.
