Great hotel, with good rates for rooms on most nights. Rooms are a bit smaller than similar hotels, but are clean and efficiently decorated. The free breakfast is good, and is presented well in a cosy dining area. I had a problem with the front desk giving out keys to my room to people who were not registered to the room, but they issue was resolved amicably by the hotel staff.

After I booked, I read some reviews that had me a little scared. Here's the thing this is an older hotel. There are blemishes and stains here and there however, I witnessed them cleaning alot. The overnight desk clerk was polishing furniture in the common areas, sweeping, etc. The hotel is clean, just not sparkling and new. The breakfast was pretty standard, but nicely presented and fresh. The parking lot and grounds were clean, well kept and well lit. My bed was hard on one side and soft on the other, but I managed. Staff was friendly and was always working to upkeep lobby. Certainly not 5 star hotel, but I didn't pay for that. I was not disappointed for what I payed. I would stay again.

There's usually three basic things that need to be on point with me, clean sheets clean bathroom comfy bed. Those were perfect. I never slept so great in my life. Lol. The breakfast looked amazing. The fitness room looked clean and in working condition. The washer works great, I'm waiting on dryer so don't know yet about that. Over night front desk guy was incredibly nice and helpful. But.... our TV didn't work in our room, the bathroom door doesn't lock or even latch closed. The pool had a film of scum on top of it and the jacuzzi s water heater was broken. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE UNIQUE TEA BAGS AVAILABLE AT THIS LOCATION. They have store bought tea. ๐Ÿ˜’ Oh and dogs are $20 no matter how long you stay, that was more affordable than most places other than your free stays at the red roof or motel 6.

Hotel was up to expectations. This seems to an older hotel BUT it is very clean, staff was friendly and very safe feeling. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again... Not one hesitation. Very quite area as well.

Great location. Close to restaurants. Nice rooms, except first room we checked into smelled like dog. I appreciate pet friendly hotels, but the smell was really strong. And food was left in the fridge. I requested another room and it was better. But the halls smelled kind of funny too. Okay, but would probably stay somewhere else next time.

I stayed at this hotel and while I was eating breakfast the lady working asked me if I had a room here. Like I just came in from off the street to eat breakfast. I do not look homeless by any means. So I gave her my name and room number to look up and see that I do in fact have a room here. She never apologized. I'm super offended and will probably never stay here again.

For the price, good hotel. Service was polite and quick. Kids liked the pool. Breakfast was a standard free service, everything tasted fine. Only real complaint was the walls were pretty thin. Could hear the guy next door. We would go again.

So impressed with the service of Kristen. She was friendly and so very helpful. I wish all folks who run a hotel would take a few lessons from her. The bed however, that was a different story. HORRIBLE is what is use to describe the bed in 314. I barely slept at all because of it๐Ÿ˜ซ๐Ÿ˜ซ. The breakfast was actually quite impressive as well. They actually put some love into making it. Now if only you could get better beds! I didn't appreciate the family with children that thought it was alright to let them run through the halls all damn night either.

Very clean. Staff was helpful. Indoor pool was very well maintained and very welcomed to not be out in the 100 deg heat. Very nice hot breakfast for a hotel

There were a lot of bad reviews, but our stay was fine. In fact, I would have given it a higher rating had the fire alarm not gone off around 7:20. It had us scrambling getting dressed and out the door. Then the alarm went off. Great! But no water! So no showers, or even brush the teeth. The breakfast wasn't bad, not great, but it was food. I had an alright night's sleep despite a lumpy pillow. We decided to stay here on our way back and we're disappointed. Our room hadn't been fully cleaned; the shower hadn't been cleaned. The next room they gave us the toilet hadn't been cleaned. I was so tired, we decided to stay despite that. So the room was fine, however they have a problem with the maids finishing their job. Also they strictly shut off the breakfast at 9, even if you're standing there trying to pick up something!

Friendly staff, good hot breakfast with alot of options! The pool and jacuzzi were nice, but only a few of the jets were going for the heated pool, so it wasn't really warm. When we arrived the room had some red stains on the floor, the bathroom door did not close all the way and the heater was usually loud. Beds were very comfortable and the heat did work good! Shower pressure was good! This hotel was fully booked and I would have never known it. Very quiet! Told the staff about the issues in the room and they gave us a discount. They were all pleasant, would definitely stay here again with proper maintenance!

Too many picโ€™s to upload of filth in corners of bath, completely trashed tub, dirt in floor grout. I slept clothed since I didnโ€™t trust the sheets and no time to move hotels.

Worst experience ever. The entire hotel smells bad. The carpets are disgusting. The room was not clean. The entire hotel is very run down. They refused to refund me but gave me another equally nasty room. I'll never stay at another Choice hotel.

Details matter! I cleaned the room myself. It was not given the attention it needed. The bathroom had blood on the floor, there were cup ring stains on several surfaces and hand smudges on the inside of the door. The room was literally falling apart... broken toilet paper holder, loose bars, slow draining sink, and a toilet that didn't properly flush. The shower floor was so worn I wasn't sure if it was that or built up grime. The rug was horribly stained and looked disgusting. I'm glad it was just for a night, but I'll think twice with Sleep Inns after this experience.

Just found the Sleep Inn chain .... good value. Very helpful staff. Good free breakfast. There is a nice heated indoor pool and small fitness room. Easy access to restaurants closeby too
