They rearranged the inside to where you can no longer fill your own drink or get any of the straws/ketchup/seasonings. This would be fine if the employees were attentive to the front counter. You would have to wait about five minutes to get a simple salt packet because they no longer let them sit out to grab yourself. They had very poor service (even for Mc d's). I think the drive through is the same as always but I would not recommend going inside if you would like to have everything you need.

It's McDonald's. Just in case you've never had McDonald's, it's low to mid quality burgers and such. Their food is often cold, made wrong, and usually makes you feel terrible after eating it. They used to be cheap, now they're not. Enjoy.

They pulled us forward to wait for our door then pulled 4 others over right behind us every one of them got served before us it's not like we had big order 2 byrgers1 nuggets an 2 fries took over 20 min. Before we got our food

Placed a curbside mobile order and parked in the third spot. After about a minute, I started seeing fire ants crawling all over my windshield. I hope I got them all off before coming home. so don't park on that side of the parking lot unless you want to sign up for your own personal fire ant colony.

I came through the drive thru and they asked me for my order and did not take my order as another car came up and order after me

I always use the drive thru for the convenience. But it seems almost every time they will have you pull up to wait for your order. As well as 5 or 6 other vehicles. Why can't they just slow down the ordering process so you don't have to pull around just because you didn't want onion's? Very friendly group of people that there though. Food is fresh an fries are hot if you let them know that's what you want!! Just ask!

Cannot stress enough how terrible this location is at customer service. It's almost as if they are trained to be dismissive and rude. Skip it.

people are very rude all the time!! I am a very regular customer but am tired of all the mad faces, if I ask for catsup I get only one little package or two if am lucky and now they give you catsup in a little container over the counter and is embarrassing to have to ask for more when I am ordering food for 3 people and there's no catsup extra around the place, am done!!! I prefer drive extra 3 miles and get better service somewhere else.

Friendly service, clean building inside and out. Food was fresh and ready very quickly. I will go back again.

They redid the inside. I wish they still had the self serve drinks. I like how they bring your food to your table. Service was very fast.

I've eaten sausage and egg biscuits ever since McDonald's started serving breakfast. Never got one with cheese until today. Why? Because it's not supposed to have cheese. That's why I get a sausage and egg biscuit. NO CHEESE! ( One week or so later.) Third time in last year this happened. Ordered hotcakes this morning - NO SYRUP AGAIN! They never forget the butters. Maybe this place doesn't want any customers. Well it won't happen again because I will never go back to this location again.

Coffee was too hot to handle, food was lukewarm, employees didn't know about current promotions, didn't understand my questions but the store seemed clean. Not a friendly atmosphere anymore.

Two times now I have received a Big Mac with ketchup on it instead of Mac sauce...

The product is becoming way too overpriced for what you're getting and my food was greasy so I had to clean it off in order for me to be able to eat it. Wanted to charge me almost $3 for a small hot chocolate that is way too much

Expert greeting used by order taker at drive thru, consistently. Food is fresh. Orders have been accurate... your "sweet tea" could be, sweeter, though. In, central Virginia, they got it down! Maybe give 'em a ring...

About once a year - I think I want McDonalds. Third time (year) I've tried to use the on line app and third time they cannot make it work and third time I've been told the support team will address. It's been two weeks and no notification. What a wonderful thing to pay fanchise fees to McD but I gures that also aligns with the heartburn from the food

It's good ole late night mickey D's. Grabbed a few mc chickens and burgs and tasted great as usual. Great updated restaurant makes it very nice to go to.

OMG. Ordered breakfast drive thru. It was terrible. 1 big breakfast with hot cakes.... 1 without hot cakes. The sausage and H browns were cool & a bit undercooked. Girl at window said EVERYTHING is in the bag.... 1 jelly, 1 butter, 1 fork. Hot cakes were thrown in the trash. If I wasn't busy I would have drove back.

They never answer their phone. Most of the time they get my order right. This time they did not and 2 hours of calling periodically did nothing. Going to have to go by this evening to complain. Edit-3/1/22 order a double and got a single. Edit 8/14/23 ordered a dbl bacon cheese 1/4. First no bacon but my toppings were right, second time they put everything on it instead of what was requested

This is the second visit recently where we had to park and wait for food. The last visit, they brought us the wrong food after waiting. When we got the right food, the fries with the quarter pounder meal were cold and unsalted. The fries were missing from the happy meal. This visit, the fries were cold and had a foreign object in them.

The drive thru person taking orders was rude and did not get all of the order before mak8ng us pull to the wondow.

I like their breakfast menu the most i am not a big fan of their day menu as the only thing i enjoy on there is their soft drinks, the mc chicken, and the crispy McChicken.

I haven't eaten their food in years but with $1 drinks, I've found they have decent iced tea. That's a winner in my book
