I stayed there for a month and worked remotely while I was back in Japan. Reasonable price and fast Wifi. The room was clean and spacious, and the view of Mt Fuji from the window on a sunny day was amazing. Very close to Kashiwa train station and the bus stop to the Airport is right in front of the hotel. The staff are really helpful and caring, and the breakfast was so delicious. Very high standard of hygiene practice made me feel safe from Covid. It was entirely comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Good value and nice place plus just two minutes walk to train station

It has nice, clean, and spacious rooms, they have the bathtub, hairdryer, and the magnificent japanesse toilet, the wifi are good, food are nice, although the restaurant for braekfast are quite small, stay there for a meeting and didn't have much time to explore the hotel but overall it was a nice stay. The location are near to the station, bus stop and kashiwa mall.

I’m biased bc I have a sentimental attachment to Kashiwa, but if you find yourself up in that neck of Chiba, you can’t do better than the Crest. The rooms are no frills but have just the right amenities and a bit of a classic old school Tokyo vibe. All the fixtures and appliances worked great and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The TV is small and only about four channels but it’s nice as just a background element, where the view from the large window is the real feature. Stayed for three weeks and it was the perfect place to do some work while visiting family & friends. The staff are cordial and helpful, and someone is always at the front desk at any hour of the day. Usually there are three people ready to help with anything. They held on to some of my belongings while I took a side trip to Kyoto for a few days. The Tobu limousine bus to / from Haneda airport pulls up right in front, and the hotel itself is less than 5 minute walk from the station and Takashimaya. Plenty of places to eat nearby.
