I had a great experience at Toranomon vet. Dr. Koto and the staff were very friendly and the environment was clean. Most importantly, my pet had a good treatment and got well soon. Also, the vet speaks fluent English. I highly recommend this place.

After considering many vets in the area, I decided to come here and was not disappointed. Koto-sensei has great English and his staff are bright and kind - they make feel like you and your pet are in safe hands.

Went there for my kitten's vaccination at her 3rd month. The nurse and doctor are very friendly. I am a cat owner for the first time and was very nervous. I felt relieved for my kitten to be in the hands of the doctor. The doctor speaks good English. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Koto sensei is an amazing vet - the best we have had, and we have lived in the US and the UK. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our rescue cat, Kintaro. He is genuinely caring about animals, he explains everything carefully and thoroughly, he is wonderful with children and really understands their feeling for their pets. My son loves him. His staff are lovely too - you can tell he runs a happy practice. His English is impeccable. And your pets can board as he lives above his practice. Really no need to look any further! We absolutely recommend Koto sensei...my son as much as us..

Koto-Sensei is an amazing vet in the Toranomon/Kasumigaseki/Atago area. He is professional, kind and efficient, and his staff is wonderful, too! Koto-Sensei speaks English and makes house-calls (scheduled in advance, not for all treatments). Highly recommended!

The vet and his staff are so wonderfully kind and amazing. My cat suddenly started throwing up and I had went to a vet closer to my house at first, but after going there twice, giving her medicine, and she still hadn’t recovered after two weeks, I decided to go here instead. It was about an hour away from my house but totally worth it. The vet talked to me about what may be the cause and gave her a blood test at my request to check if there was anything out of the ordinary. There wasn’t anything wrong with her according to results, but he gave her medicine anyway. I told him I lived quite far and he told me to email him instead of bringing her all the way if there were any issues. After giving her medicine as directed, she finally stopped throwing up! I was so relieved and happy she was taken care of by the vet. Highly recommend!
