I
went
on
a
weekday
evening
and
it
was
almost
reserved.
You
can
even
touch
the
guinea
pigs
and
rabbits,
and
all
the
animals
are
very
cute,
but
I
was
concerned
that
the
employees
were
not
friendly.
There
were
many
times
when
I
wondered
if
they
were
treating
animals
as
well
as
customers
with
love.
When
I
took
my
Akita
dog
out
for
a
walk,
he
looked
irritated
the
entire
time,
and
seemed
to
be
handling
things
instead
of
the
dog,
without
asking
me
to
speak
to
him.
There
wasn't
a
single
cushion
in
the
cage.
I
felt
so
sorry
for
the
animals
as
their
short
lives
seemed
to
be
spent
in
a
small
room
being
treated
roughly
by
unfriendly
employees.
There
were
also
owls
and
other
birds
on
display,
but
their
legs
were
tied
with
strings
and
chain
padlocks,
making
them
unable
to
fly
or
even
get
down
from
the
branches
at
all.I
felt
sorry
for
them
and
my
heart
ached.
It
is
not
possible
to
interact
with
birds,
so
if
you
are
going
to
exhibit
them,
I
would
like
them
to
be
put
in
a
showcase
so
that
they
can
at
least
move
freely
inside.
It
was
comforting
to
see
the
animals,
but
it
also
hurt
my
heart
in
many
ways.
I
hope
that
the
facilities
and
employees
will
be
improved
so
that
the
animals
can
live
freely
and
happily.
