Very unprofessional service and behavior. very junior guys who cuts the hair or mess up. Danish was a very good professional guy after him there students are working. also very high price I would not recommend anybody to go there If you really wanna waste your money then go. no proper timing management. they should close the shop or hire professional people also saloon is very very dirty and in unhygienic condition I would also do the complaint to the city that inspector should do the proper inspection

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped with. I got a wash, cut and style from Pooja who was friendly and listened to what I wanted for my hair. Prices are really good and quality service is provided. Also music was lit.

I came here to Outlook Salon and Spa for the first time, Riya coloured my hair. Did an AMAZING job but what I loved the most was how warm and friendly she is. I was a bit scared to get my hair dyed but I am at ease now and will definitely be coming back!!! 💯🥰🥰 Thank you Riya!!!

Excellent place. Took my son to get his haircut by Rocky. Rocky was friendly, patient and very professional. Their prices are fair and the quality of work is amazing. This is now my place to cut my family's hair.

Excellent service, fair prices, always accommodate even at last minute. I visit them regularly for waxing and Sujata always provided me expert service. Friendly and experienced staff. 100% recommend.

I went for hair cut for today and waited for 30 minutes after their said the guy going for break, why didn't they said to me when I showed up, I been there for last 6 years for hair cuts. They didn't even consider that. Obviously they lost one customer that me and I found another place today. Such a worst experience with them for today, no respect for customers, never recommended for anyone.

I am so happy with the services. I got my waxing done from Sujhata (Lovely lady) who treats you well, make you comfortable & treats you body with respect. I got my Brazilian wax done with no pain. I also got my hair protein treatment done, worth spending! Fully satisfied with the services.

The staff was friendly, the salon is clean and lovely, and I didn't have to wait long to get started. But this salon doesn't seem to know what to do with fine hair -- I went in to get curls done for a wedding and the stylist didn't use conditioner when washing or put any product in my hair before blow drying. I finally had to ask her to put something in before curling knowing the curls would just fall out. The finished product was okay but I had to go home and fix it and add extra hair spray. If you have fine hair and want curls I would try another location. But otherwise everyone here is very nice and seemed to be doing a good job for everyone else!

Pooja did a great job for threading - fast and painless - and eyebrow shaping looks good. But only 3 stars because the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and maybe I caught her when she wasn't in a good mood? She seemed annoyed even before the threading started. Also, the other people that were there just stared at me when I entered, and I had no idea what to do, where to go, or who worked there because no one said anything. I felt so awkward the entire time there.

Great place for a haircut, the staff is nice and friendly, the cuts are professional. The staff doesn't rush to finish the hair cut, they make sure they do a good job. Price is very reasonable, easy to book appointments

Outlook Salon and Spa Mississauga is the best salon in town! I usually get my hair and beard done by Harsh who does a really good job. Usually takes about 30-40 mins to get hair and beard done but worth it because you will be 100% satisfied with the results. Rates are slightly expensive though.

Wonderful experience at Outlook! Rocky was gentle and careful washing, cutting and styling my long hair. They were kind and courteous to all their clients as people walked in. I’d recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time. I’d gladly refer my friends & family to support this local business!

Rocky did an amazing job! This was the first time he cut my hair and it turned really well. He cut it exactly like the photo I showed him! I highly recommend him and will definitely come back again.

I have been visiting this place for couple of years. I always like their service ,convenient, easy and budget friendly. I really like how Ms. Sujata do my eyebrows and waxing. I have been to multiple salons for threading for some reason when she does the eyebrows it doesn't hurt much so gentle and caring.

I went to get a haircut a couple months ago, and it was fantastic! Komal was my stylist, and she gave me a fantastic cut plus a gorgeous style. Unlike any other salon, she gave me a recommendation for the haircut that would look nice, and she was 100% right. I was really happy with my hair and recommended this to a friend; my friend was also very pleased with her haircut. I definitely recommend this place!!
