Great place to have a date with your special one. The interior is amazing, ambiance is cute. The coffee and doughnut in there is amazing. I have visited this place multiple times. If you’re an Non-Vegetarian then I would recommend you to try the chicken sandwich. Parking can be done on the streets, it’s always a busy place so you might have to look out for the parking but I was lucky every-time to get the spot.

Definitely worth the stop. Lots of delicious baked goods to pick up and enjoy. Need to go early in the day, we went early afternoon on a Saturday and most of the treats were already sold out. Lots of fun stuff to buy, if you need a gift lots of great options to pick from.

This is a must stop if you’re passing through and near by for a treat. The selection of sweets, breads, pies, sandwiches, cakes, desserts, jams, and the list just goes on and on. We stopped in for late lunch and picked up some goodies. Had a nice sit down in the upstairs eating area and relaxed a bit with a coffee to take a moment and enjoy. Overall we had a great time and the counter staff were all amazing! Great job everyone!!

SAUSAGE ROLL!!! We stopped in on our way home from The Rawley Resort in Port Servern. We picked up a Turkey Wrap with Cranberry Mayo and Shredded Cheese as well as a Sausage Roll 😋. SO GOOD. Also grabbed the Back Forty Roast Beef in a croissant... That Croissant was MEMORABLE. All buttery and covered in baked cheddar 🤤 All of the above plus a tea and a bag of chips was about $35 Go. Buy. Eat. Enjoy!!

Mariposa used to be a 5 of 5, but my last few visits from this summer have knocked it down to a 4. Everything here used to be bang on. Favorites included the cornbread and death by chocolate cake. My favorites are still there, but you can tell, especially in the corn bread, that things have taken a step back. The corn bread just isn’t the same as years past. Same thing with some of the prepared food. Naked egg omelette was just horrible, wired texture from over baking and way, way under-seasoned. Overall had no flavour and was bad enough I couldn’t finish it. DBC cake was still good, same with the Sheppard and beef pies…until next year Mariposa….

So much to see in this store! Donuts, cakes, decorations, jam, honey, sandwiches, salads, candies and much more. The line is long, but the service is quick. A must go if you're in Orillia.

Passing through heading up to cottage country. The market is large with lots of stuff for sale - jams, condiments, pickled veggies, etc. The star of the market is the bakery and food section. The donuts are amazing and huge! Had lunch there with friends and we ordered sandwiches and pies. Good coffee too.

This is a must visit place in Orillia. We headed to the Farmer's market but were not impressed but this place here is the real deal. It was busy but there is something for everyone. We had just had brunch but had to get a coffee and a treat. Latte and espresso with a cherry turnover and a packzy! They were delicious. We also got a lemon loaf, cornbread and some raisin biscuits! Lots to chose from and also nice souvenirs and gift store with unique items. I would love to be back.

We loved visiting the Mariposa Market which was full of homemade desserts, a quaint restaurant, a fun toy filled room and 'seasons' which contained lovely, unique gift ideas. Downstairs is Apple Annie's where we were treated to a sample of delectable fudge! We bought some fudge to bring home as a souvenir. The market is a must visit in Orillia

Very large space that is more than just sweet treats. It truly is a market with lots to offer. Jams, cakes, cookies, tarts, etc., a place to sit down for a meal and a drink, good selection of gift ideas and Apple Annie’s chocolates in the lower level. We bought: Lemon loaf- yummy and moist Maple Pecan tarts- crust is a tad dry and a bit on the sweet side but otherwise good Muskoka berry pie - great filling but so sad some of the filling seeped out during transport. Crust bottom is a bit gummy but the top crust is beautiful and perfect Would definitely recommend stopping by. There is street parking available as well as a parking lot across the street.

Over the top huge donuts and amazing pastries! Wow, it was a treat to see this place in Orillia. Next time I will be getting lunch! They have breads, pastries, donuts, cakes, sandwiches, wraps, quiche, along with the side shops that have a ton of candies, cards, skin care, and novelties.

Wonderful spot to visit for pastries... Definitely grabbed a half dozen donuts...and they were 12.99! A great deal considering how delicious they are. There was a lineup but it moved quickly. They also have seats and tables upstairs for eating your treats.

I always get my baked goods here, I love it. This morning I picked up a cake and got to chatting with the lovely, bubbly lady behind the counter. When I got home, I saw that she had taken the time to write "Happy Birthday Beautiful!" on my cake box. So thoughtful and precious- it made my day... My birthday, in fact!! Great staff!!

Love visiting this place, has something for everyone. So many delicious baked goods to choose from. Great spot to eat in and also perfect for taking things to go. I love their cakes for special occasions, the San Francisco Sourdough bread is amazing and their coconut macaroons are some of the best I've ever had. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area.

Have only been here once, to pick up a bunch of treats. The donuts, loafs and pastries are delicious and well priced. They also have a wide variety of spreads and savoury food. I would definitely come back for lunch in the future.

A very cute (but huge) place if you are in/ heading to Muskoka, with wide variety of items ranging from sauce, jelly, spreads, cakes, pastries and breads. We tried quite a few things from fresh bakery items, along with coffee and all of them tasted pretty good. While we didn't get to try their tomato soup, but heard it's a must try and they usually run out of it, before lunch time. This place also has a gift shop within the vicinity.

This place is a must visit for everyone. The food and desserts are INCREDIBLE. I'm glad I don't live close, because I would be here all the time. I love the atmosphere of the old style building with original wood structure.

Stop by if you're in the area. Lots of sweets and desserts, but savoury options as well. The skor Texas sized doughnut has been the best doughnut I've ever tried. There are lots of jams, cookies, sauces and other items. The old creaking floors add to the experience

So many great and cherished memories from here. Food is delicious and wholesome. The staff and service are excellent and enjoyable to talk to. The environment and ambiance is always inviting and cozy. My girlfriend, now wife and I have been patrons since we were in high school and have always enjoyed our time here. I wholeheartedly recommend this bakery/marketplace to anyone

Absolutely disgusting. I got the blueberry cream cheese mini cake and never in my entire life have I had such an overly sweet dessert just after one bite. This place seems like it’s trying to make people diabetic or something. I know eating overly sweet stuff doesn’t automatically cause diabetes, but you get my point.

What a hidden Gem. I've been to downtown Orillia several times and missed visiting this bakery. Our friends brought us first thing in the morning and we had fresh warm breakfast croissants stuffed with melted ham and cheese. A large variety of homemade jams, marmalades, spices, and sauces. A ton of cute gift ideas and homemade fudge yummy. My most favorite at this bakery are the donuts. The best donuts I have tasted. Soft, tasty and homemade style. The Homer and Skor donuts are my favorite. Would highly recommend if your in Orillia.
