Relaxing, elegant, and amazing staff! Booked some services here for my birthday with my girls, and it was a great time. We had a very warm welcome when we got there and got situated pretty quickly. Our nail techs were very warm and conversed with the whole group. BONUS- the drinks were delicious!

To start off it’s a nice place with nice workers but for sure not worth the price you pay for. Got the extensions a week ago and payed $180+ for something very basic. Felt like it was rushed and not really the best experience to say. The glue that’s used to attach the extension was stuck to my actual skin. Therefore the nail tech filled my skin with the nail. The cuticles weren’t done properly. As well as the blending of the nail which is currently causing lifting of the extension. Personally wanted the short version wasn’t given a choice but was also questioned on why I shouldn’t get the shorter length when I asked to shorten the long nails. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for something that was almost $200 would for sure go some where cheaper that could do the same and do a better effort and would actually listen to the guest.

Kevin always does an excellent job on my hair (highlights and cut/style). He is a magnificent artist. All my interactions with Majesty’s Pleasure (Yorkville) are very pleasant and I always feel like a valued client.

Today was my first time at Majesty's Pleasure and I can say with confidence that it was the best manicure I've ever had. I received a gift card for my birthday after talking about wanting to try the salon for a while. When I walked in, the woman at the front desk was so kind and attentive, even going so far as to try the nail colours I was considering on her own nails so I could see them before committing. She also made a great Champagne Papi drink for me! Christina did my manicure and her attention to detail is immaculate! She was so kind and also helped with the colour selection, suggesting that the red would go nice with my skin tone and would be a great pop for the holidays. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be back soon!!

Stuart from the customer care team was so kind and lovely on the phone and offered me a refund which was not expected or needed! Appreciated it and will be back I’ve had some really great experiences at Majesty’s Pleasure, the staff are always welcoming the moment you step foot inside, the space is beautiful and I’ve had manicures that have lasted me weeks. My experience today was just missing the quality that my other shellac appointments had. The final look isn’t clean and some of my nails are bumpy. One of my nails was clipped and filed down so much that my finger started to bleed a bit. I told the nail tech it hurt but I don’t know if she would have noticed unless I told her. I will come back again but will book with another tech.

It was my first time here and I can confidently say it was probably the best manicure experience I’ve ever had. It was not rushed at all and the person who helped me was super nice and also answered my random questions ahah! Would definitely bring a friend next time 🌙🤍

I came to this place through a recommendation to have a pedicure done. The space itself is amazing, the staff is pleasant and the view is great. But… It is the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. It was quite disappointing to come home and see my feet as if I never came to the salon at all. With the premium price tag, I expected my feet to look and feel brand new, but I came home to see that the callus was not removed at all and gel application a bit faulty. Definitely will not be coming or recommending this place to anyone.

My first experience at Majesty's Pleasure was not what I expected. My desired service was not accommodated and my nail technician contributed to my negative experience with her poor attitude. I'm normally not one to complain, but since my first visit was a birthday gift, I felt compelled to convey my thoughts to Majesty's Pleasure customer service. When I first called to discuss my experience, no one answered so I left a message thinking no one would ever get back to me. I assumed I'd have to accept my experience for what it was and never go back but... WOW. Within 24h Megan returned my call and left me a message encouraging me to follow up. She even followed up a second time to ensure that my concerns were adequately addressed. Megan and I spoke on the phone for upwards of 10 minutes. She asked me open-ended questions and encouraged my constructive feedback. Megan ultimately conveyed the utmost care, empathy and consideration for my concerns. Not only did she offer to refund my entire service, but Megan went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary service of choice. I have never experienced such exceptional customer service and I am in complete admiration of what I received from Megan. Following my discussion with Megan, I was passed along to Angie. Angie emulated the same impressive attitude and empathetic brand ethos and values that Megan established with me. She was eager and enthusiastic to book my appointment and accommodated all of my requests and beyond. I truly felt heard, understood and deeply cared for with exceptional service from start to finish. When I arrived for my service, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm and offered a complimentary beverage. My technician Alexa was extremely pleasant, the environment was relaxing and the French manicure I received was fantastic (held up for 3+ weeks!). Unfortunately, due to another miscommunication, my mum who accompanied me to this appointment for her service was unable to get her nails done. Just when I thought "oh no" not again, Cara, the manager of Majesty's Pleasure Yorkville location came to introduce herself to me and went above and beyond to satisfy my experience once again. She was wonderful; Cara was communicative, kind and extremely professional. The consistent approach and brand values expressed by Megan, Angie and Cara were impressive and they are all outstanding representatives of Majesty's Pleasure. In the end, my experience at Majesty's Pleasure and with their staff, most notably Megan, Angie and Cara was second to none. My sincerest thank you to you all. I look forward to coming again!

Came here with my maid of honour to get our wedding nails done on June 21st. They were very gracious to accommodate us same day and the service we received was very friendly and excellent. The booking process was smooth and there was plenty of good communication. My technician Anna was amazing - she really took the time, detail, and care to get my nails done properly for the big day! Also really loved the decor and ambiance, and the amazing outdoor patio (great for pics)! Overall it was a wonderful experience, thank you! The only reason I'm knocking off a star is because less than two week later, I already have chipping and warping on my shellac manicure, and normally a shellac mani looks good for 3-4 weeks for me. I'm careful to always wear gloves when I'm washing dishes or doing anything in the sink, so the lack of longevity is a bit disappointing, especially for the price I paid.

Majesty’s pleasure is the greatest nail salon that I have ever been before. Always feel so special and be treated with the maximum level and Tiny is my favorite. She is a very talented and detailed nail tech. Definitely deserves the best nail salon in Toronto and highly recommended!
