My
first
experience
at
Majesty's
Pleasure
was
not
what
I
expected.
My
desired
service
was
not
accommodated
and
my
nail
technician
contributed
to
my
negative
experience
with
her
poor
attitude.
I'm
normally
not
one
to
complain,
but
since
my
first
visit
was
a
birthday
gift,
I
felt
compelled
to
convey
my
thoughts
to
Majesty's
Pleasure
customer
service.
When
I
first
called
to
discuss
my
experience,
no
one
answered
so
I
left
a
message
thinking
no
one
would
ever
get
back
to
me.
I
assumed
I'd
have
to
accept
my
experience
for
what
it
was
and
never
go
back
but...
WOW.
Within
24h
Megan
returned
my
call
and
left
me
a
message
encouraging
me
to
follow
up.
She
even
followed
up
a
second
time
to
ensure
that
my
concerns
were
adequately
addressed.
Megan
and
I
spoke
on
the
phone
for
upwards
of
10
minutes.
She
asked
me
open-ended
questions
and
encouraged
my
constructive
feedback.
Megan
ultimately
conveyed
the
utmost
care,
empathy
and
consideration
for
my
concerns.
Not
only
did
she
offer
to
refund
my
entire
service,
but
Megan
went
above
and
beyond
by
offering
me
a
complimentary
service
of
choice.
I
have
never
experienced
such
exceptional
customer
service
and
I
am
in
complete
admiration
of
what
I
received
from
Megan.
Following
my
discussion
with
Megan,
I
was
passed
along
to
Angie.
Angie
emulated
the
same
impressive
attitude
and
empathetic
brand
ethos
and
values
that
Megan
established
with
me.
She
was
eager
and
enthusiastic
to
book
my
appointment
and
accommodated
all
of
my
requests
and
beyond.
I
truly
felt
heard,
understood
and
deeply
cared
for
with
exceptional
service
from
start
to
finish.
When
I
arrived
for
my
service,
I
was
greeted
with
warmth
and
enthusiasm
and
offered
a
complimentary
beverage.
My
technician
Alexa
was
extremely
pleasant,
the
environment
was
relaxing
and
the
French
manicure
I
received
was
fantastic
(held
up
for
3+
weeks!).
Unfortunately,
due
to
another
miscommunication,
my
mum
who
accompanied
me
to
this
appointment
for
her
service
was
unable
to
get
her
nails
done.
Just
when
I
thought
"oh
no"
not
again,
Cara,
the
manager
of
Majesty's
Pleasure
Yorkville
location
came
to
introduce
herself
to
me
and
went
above
and
beyond
to
satisfy
my
experience
once
again.
She
was
wonderful;
Cara
was
communicative,
kind
and
extremely
professional.
The
consistent
approach
and
brand
values
expressed
by
Megan,
Angie
and
Cara
were
impressive
and
they
are
all
outstanding
representatives
of
Majesty's
Pleasure.
In
the
end,
my
experience
at
Majesty's
Pleasure
and
with
their
staff,
most
notably
Megan,
Angie
and
Cara
was
second
to
none.
My
