First time order and takeout. Absolutely the most rancid fried chicken wings I’ve ever tasted, which they recommended to me. I believe it’s called the “New Spicy”. Absolutely disgusting no joke. It’s so bad that it’s just funny that there’s such a sauce to make chicken taste so bad. It’s literally punishment to eat the thing. Such disappointment, never going back.

This is a great location, they have great menu items with affordable pricing. The food is served fast and it’s delicious. I enjoyed all the different side menu items, the mozzarella sticks and fried jalapeño were amazing. They also have beer, cocktails and wine. I enjoyed their Cesar’s and the service. Thank you!

Terrible experience. Ordered the Long Island iced tea. Knew it was going to be bad the moment it was served in a Guinness pint glass. On sipping it, tasted pretty much like pop. Asked the waitress if there was a mix up in the drink as whatever it was I sipped on didn’t have any alcohol in it. Asked her if she could replace it, instead confirmed that was indeed a Long Island and she offered to get alcohol in a shot glass to put into the LI and that’s what she did and is pictured below. One shot glass of not sure what watered down alcohol to pour into 2 long islands. It’s one thing if the service is bad but then when you complain I’d expect them to do whatever it takes to make it better. Can this establishment shut down already. That is a prime location where I’m confident another business can do a much better job of.

Two beers, 10 boneless wings and celery with carrots,$ 36. Didn't like the food much. It was too salty for me. I wanted the carrots and celery with blue cheese dip. The dip tasted like anything other than blue cheese. They bring you a glass of water if you ask for it. And my table didn't have napkins and menu on it. Staff are kind and professional. I think that's the only positive part of my experience. Good to try once but I don't think I'll go there again.

First time, and absolutely waste of time and money. Buffalo chicken patty has skin on.. What!! Drinks are overpriced, nachos are cold as ice and curly fries are hard as bangles. Shrimps are soggy. Non of our meat was hot. I wonder why all tables are empty. Not recommended. Sorry Hooters, this was my last visit.

The food was alright, our servicer was friendly but the beer on tap was off as it smelled sour and tasted watered down & weird so stick to bottle and you should be fine. Unfortunately the day we went the A/C was barely there and the washroom smelled like an outhouse.

I understand it’s tough to keep a restaurant downtown clean and tidy all the time; however, for a franchise like Hooters, it’s better to have an above-average standard of cleanness to attract more customers. The food was good and for a reasonable price. I will give the steak sandwich a four stars rating. What we loved was the Lime cheesecake. It was terrific, and we were surprised by how yummy it was.

People, you must go to this place. I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with the outstanding experience I recently had at your Toronto location. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was a top priority. Serenity, in particular, deserves special recognition for going above and beyond to ensure my visit was nothing short of fantastic. Her attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and genuine dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. She not only met but exceeded my expectations, making my time at Hooters an unforgettable one. The atmosphere, combined with Serenity's exceptional customer service, created a positive and welcoming environment that left a lasting impression. It's clear that the staff at Hooters Toronto take pride in delivering a memorable dining experience. I want to extend my gratitude to Serenity and the entire team for their commitment to excellence. I will undoubtedly be returning and recommending Hooters Toronto to friends and family based on this stellar encounter. A name beyond kindness and beauty more than gorgeous would be Serenity. Cheers! Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!

Made it on the Monday for the all you can eat wings and got to say it was totally worth the 18.99 price tag that came with it. The wings itself were both tender and juicy and the drinks on the side had nothing to complain about. In terms of sauces, The Spicy garlic is definitely a fireball in your mouth so unless you are really good with spice, I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to enjoy the experience (but personally, I quite liked it). For me, the Daytona Beach wings was the star of the show and one I would highly recommend you try. Other than the food, the atmosphere was what one would generally expect from a hooters. The only place lacking being the service which was a bit lacklustre at times and could’ve done with a bit more engagement. Overall a good experience but could’ve been excellent.

Wings are amazingly delicious and the atmosphere is great. Chicken salad was way too tasty for its class. Starters were crispy too. Mouth watering 🤤. Servers take care of requests really well. Right in the heart of downtown. They do not serve mocktails though.

The idea 💡 is very interesting, but the execution is poor. The first thing that caught my eye 👀 was that nobody seemed interested in serving us. We waited for 10 minutes after we called a waitress to take our order. In total, we felt like we weren't wanted, but the food was good, and they served fresh beer 🍻. However, I don't want to come here again I visited your restaurant on October 7th.

I had always wanted to try hooters and their chicken wings but the sign saying a Tuesday only deal was $7.99 burger with fries so it wouldn’t hurt to try. The service was alright as no one was at the door to greet & we were told to sit wherever we wanted. Throughout the meal we were tended to though so it was okay. The bad thing was the burger. I have no clue how a burger can be dripping in grease yet still be dry. The fries were hot as if they were fresh but tasted like cardboard. :/ sadly disappointed. It was nice watching the baseball game & the music in the atmosphere was fun.

To be honest, Hooters surprised me. I expected it to be like it is in the movies, but it was different. Our server was quite nice, even when our group of 7 made things more challenging for her. Food was fast, and the nachos were great for the table. I was not impressed with my food, 3 stars on that regard (I didn't get a chance to try the wings and I know they are known for that, so I think my opinion could change), but I suppose that is part of the experience. I'd go back, it was fun.

Great atmosphere and food. Would be 5 star but sitting upstairs on the patio there were multiple times not a single server available. We had to wait a while for our bill.

Not a clean place at all. Used to come here all the time back in the day but the quality has gone down dramatically. I was in last week and the utensils looked dirty and I found 2 thick short wavy/curly hairs in my food! I hope to God it was head hair, that was disgusting! If that wasn't enough a couple of the waitresses were bragging about how they were not going to ask people for their vax pass after Sept 22 which is sad in my opinion. My friend was recording it on his phone and is bringing it up to public health. Not coming here again!

very bad customer service. Two very rude waitresses, they ignore the clients and at my table they did not bring us what we ordered or they took a long time or did not pay attention to what was requested, we asked several times to bring me napkins and a fork took more than half an hour, I also do not clean the table of the bones and dirty napkins. With very bad attitude from the waitress, it's my first time coming here and I don't come anymore, but the food is delicious.

If you are in the mood of Wings this is the right place for you. We ordered Hot wings and they were pretty good. We ordered Veg wrap, burger and fries. Fries were not fresh and were soggy as well. Talking about drinks we ordered few shots and tap beer. Tap beer was not that good. Go for bottles instead😊. Overall average experience.

Popped in here one of the days when I was floating around Toronto. Was thinking "Oh, how controversial - me going in here to Hooters" But when I walked in I was greeted by the most friendliest of staff, each server was happy, the music was good - great beer and food. There was nothing inappropriate or "off" about the place, there were a mixture of couples and individuals dining/drinking there watching the game on the big TV. A relaxed, chilled out environment. Would recommend!

Have been Coming to TIFF for the last seven years. But it is only this year that I discovered this wonderful Hooters downtown Toronto, right under the Scotia Bank theatre. It is so convenient, the service is so quick and so pleasant and all those beautiful girls around. And the food is fantastic. It's a lovely place to while away sometime and they have this week daily menu which is absolutely amazing. It's so filling that every day I just pack some and take it back home from from here. Thank you Hooters.

Don't let nobody fool you as this is in fact one of, if not THE best wing place of all. At the end of the day, it's just chicken wings, but they fry them so good and the staff here is amazing.

Friendly and prompt service. The breaded wings have changed from what we were expecting and loved but all in all they were pretty good. 5 stars if you bring back the traditional breaded wings. Atmosphere has changed a bit not sure if it's just this location or the lack of customers post covid lock down.. all in all we had a great time.

Hooters has the best wings out there. We got the 3 mile road sauce on them. It was spicy and so good. Get the breaded wings. They have a takeout special 40wings with fries for $33. So worth it.

It’s a great place to go with friends and chill. Compared to other places, there’s no cover fee and you’re guaranteed to have an excellent service. We were attended by Julie, which was extremely nice!

Been there to pick up an online order this morning. The restaurant is kinda empty with only a table with 2 guys and some beers. Quite a relaxed atmosphere on Sunday. Plus the waitresses are nice and attentive.

We ordered chicken wings, fish n chips. Wings were good but fish n chips were so full of breaded batter with very less fish.

Service was fantastic and friendly. Beers very cold which is amazing. I ordered wings and chose the spicy garlic as I was told they are the hottest flavour they had. They came out quick which was nice but the only thing I would say about the sauce is that when they say garlic they mean it. I personally think that it is too much

We went here for my birthday. Our server was very sweet. Can't quite remember her name, but she had a distinct neck tattoo that was really cool. We told them it was my birthday, and that celebration was very unique and fun. We came back on Monday for the all you can eat wings. Katie was our server that day. She was very attentive and made it a great time. Would highly recommend this location for the food and the atmosphere.

Bought wing ding deal via Uber eats, they gave the wrong order to the uber eats guy. He delivered to me and instead of 40 pcs of wings they gave me chicken bites with hot sauce and it was horrible taste. Reply to owners comment : 23rd June 2023. Photos also attached.

Hooters Downtown Toronto is a Hoot-I-ful experience! Located right in the heart of Downtown Toronto, near Queen Street West , Hooters is a great restaurant especially if you are going with a group of friends or if it's a gathering for work. Hooters has lots of specials on a daily basis, especially for Wings 🍗 Known for their assorted wing specials , they deliver on this case. You are able to order 1 Lb of wings for a fair price and then you can order more Wings for$ 1 more. It's a really good special considering the circumstances we are all in and inflation is putting everything with sky rocketing prices. The customer service is really good as well as the servers treat you with respect. I have been going to this restaurant for years and when you leave, you end up leaving with a smile on your face. Apart from the Wings , the menu at Hooters is pretty diverse , giving you access to Hamburgers , Salads, Wraps, Sandwiches and steak. The drink menu is pretty old fashioned as they go drinks like every regular bar and restaurant. I'll definitely be back to Hooters again. Cheers 🍻

Maybe it is nostalgia, but I remember the positive energy and great originality this restaurant always had. Back when I was a kid to when I was a teenager, there would be a presence of great customer service and true feeling of a man's world in Hooters. I make it a priority that any guy that I am responsible to show around (family, new to the area), I take them to hooters like it is a must if you have never been. I even took my son, and he is four. Now, coming in, it has lost its luster. There isn't that presence of great customer service. The food was sub-par bar food, and that man world felt was just a bit dulled out. It could be the time, but I feel Hooters used to have an award winning strategy, and now it has dulled out. Might need some revitalizing.

Awesome wings and loved it here. Hospitality is great. Monday’s you get all you can eat wings for 18.99 and you need to buy one drink along.

We came here to watch the super bowl and had a great time. Their chicken wings were fresh and delicious and the beer was cold and refreshing. Good atmosphere for the game and plenty of TVs to watch.

They have a kids eat free Sundays so I decided to experience it first time with my kids, wasn't to bad but doesn't seem to family friendly in my perspective. The waitress she had pointed at about three booths for me to choose on my own we were not even greeted properly! My children were given a booklet to color with no crayons and my three year old asked the waitress for colors to get crayons. I couldn't let my three year old sit on those toilet seats looks like the doors sinks soap machines haven't been cleaned in forever. Would have been much better going with friends maybe?

First time there. And I wasn't disappointed that's for sure. I had the honey and garlic boneless chicken wings and they were fanfriggingtastic. Also ordered mozzarella sticks, curly fries and onion rings, which I shared, but not my chicken lol. Our server was very pleasant and took care of our table, amazing service. Thanks Hooters for a great meal and service 🍻

It has a very good location in downtown. My friend and I sat on the rooftop. We ordered steak sandwich and beer(pitcher). Food and beer was average, but their customer service was excellent.
