A nice little place to grab a breakfast. They serve a lot of smoothies, which are not my thing, but you can turn it into a bowl with some added items. I thought it was quite good (and came in a paper bowl, nice touch). It was however quite cold, so you cannot eat it very fast, but it was an excellent light & healthy breakfast. They have a lot more items so when I am back in Toronto, I will try some others.

The quality of food has gone down. I used to love their food. My smoothie bowl had chunks of ice in it today. Yesterday I had their chewy nut bar and it had a freezer taste to it.

I typically go there twice a week for over a year, my go tos are the cauliflower tahini and the Oaxaca bowls. Today I got the first one and the tahini was rancid, thick, bubbly and with a very strong vinagre taste. I went to return it and changed it to the Oaxaca instead and the avocado feels old and super acidic. What’s going on? Couldn’t even talk to the manager, the counter lady was left all by herself, nobody else on the store. For an old customer who used to love this place this bad experience is really disappointing. Not sure if I will be coming back.

The service was very friendly and fast. I really appreciated the patience taking my order as it was my first time. As for the food, I found it a little bland. I ordered the tofu curry bowl. It was all cooked really well and fresh. I added the hot sauce per the suggestion of one of the staff and I'm really glad I did because I can't imagine how bland it'd have been without it.
