Been going to this park when I was a teen now taking my daughter here. Definitely a great park for family spending time together. Now they provide playgrounds, a skateboard park. basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields.

Wonderful park. Went for the IBL Toronto Leafs baseball game on a sunny Sunday. Beautiful day. Great access from Bloor and Christie. Parks, paths, green space, etc

Christie pits is one of the best parks in Toronto. It has a skate field, amazing swimming pool, table tennis, basketball, soccer and baseball filled. You'll love it on weekends here.

Great Park. Went there this past weekend to use the outdoor rink. Great size rink. Was imagining having hockey game under the light. It would be awesome. Highly recommend to families wanting to go for a leisure skate and also a group wanting to play a fun game of hockey. Not sure if there is allocated times for just skating, puck and stick and shinny hockey

The park has really improved these recent years. Lots of people keeping the park vibrant. Every Sunday night July and Aug is the outdoor picture show.

I went there twice. Once for a morning walk and once for an evening walk. Both times give you a different experience. The park is nice and quiet during the morning. It is loud during the evening. They have music playing and parties going on. In the summer, they have Sunday night movies as well.

July 2021 Christie Pits is a very decent sized neighbourhood park with a playground, baseball diamond, basketball court and outdoor swimming pool. Public restrooms available. Nice place for a picnic or just lounging in the park. Winter time, great for tobogganing despite the signs indicating it's prohibited. In Autumn, very nice fall colour leaves from mature trees.

A really nice park in the city. This is the first time I've gone for the playground, it's pretty cool and has some unique structures. One of them looks older and is all sand, the newer one has a spinner and some disc swings. They have a big wading pool with a labyrinth painted underneath that was still off today, but I didn't see a splash pad.

First visit to the Christie park, went for the outdoor picture show. It was a beautiful park and the setup was great. I loved it and would definitely want to go again to the park.

One of my favorite park in Toronto! πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘ It's pretty big and there is a small hill. Small pool out there, basketball and baseball field, a playground as well! You can enjoy the sun and beautiful sky. And this park is right in front of Korea town, so it's really convenient to eat some nice Korean food and go to the park. Especially summer time, it's incredibly awesome ! Love this place ❣

This is where I go to escape. Great place to sit and read, think, people watch, or connect with friends. There are always so many different things going on and a great mix of people - true representation of Toronto for me

I'm biased as this is my neighborhood park but there really are endless amenities for families and dog owners alike to enjoy. The playground is extensive. There's a Merry go round and saucer swings. Lots of trees. A pizza oven, skating rink, and swimming pool

Christie Pits park is one of my fave parks in Toronto. I mostly only go there for kid sports (baseball or soccer) but it's a great place to hang out in the evening as the sun goes down. Has a pool, bathrooms, the smell of fires and excellent baseball diamonds. I do wish there were more food options nearby but that is not the park's fault.

lovely park! it is equipped with play area for kids and group gathering. plenty of trees and combined with cool wind, just the right place to wait for kids to spend their energy.

This place is magical and brings people together from all walks of life. The neighborhood itself is amazing. It has a public pool and baseball diamond. Along with a skate park and playground. In the summer people have parties in the park at night but be weary of any downtown park at night.

It's a HUGE park.... Everything from kids play ground to baseball field.... everything!!! Definitely a fine place to hangout and spend some sweet time with your squad! And if you're lucky you get a nice sunset view along with a mini concert! What more do we want from life! :P

Nice green space to relax in, take a walk through, hang out with friends, or have a group workout. It's right next to a subway station, which makes it easy to get to from anywhere in the city. There are spaces to play a plethora of different team sports, and there is a skate park near the center of the park. I would recommend this park to anyone, there is lots of space so you will able to enjoy your time there comfortably.

Do know underestimate this tiny park. The views are immaculate if you know your timing hehe! Love a sunset from Christie. I go there all the time to clear my mind since it’s so close to my place. ❀️‍πŸ”₯

A beautiful park directly across from the Christie subway station. Outdoor pool, baseball diamonds, areas to tan or picnic. In the summer, outdoor movies are shown. There is a cool area on the Bloor Street side that features an outdoor piano that passersby can play. Walking past the park, you will find people reading, eating, visiting with friends , playing lawn croquet, holding religious festivals, barbecuing, practicing yoga - the list never ends. This is a very busy, popular community park.

Nice place, but unfortunately, people leave behind too much garbage.

They usually hold cultural festival there. Some times Latin and African. Follow up with Toronto events website. It is a nice unique park because it is below street level. So you sit higher up while the stage is down below. You get to see the whole scene from an elevated ground. Best of all, it is just next door to Christie subway station.

Great park! Lots of open room and a few baseball diamonds.

  • 4/5 Rebeca G. 8 months ago on Google
One of my favourite parks in the city. Close to an incredible amount of food options. Also being steps away from the TTC, a bike lane, and many parking spots makes this park extremely convenient to get to.

Good playground, and it has a good kid culture. There are enough benches, open space, a covered pagoda. You'll find a space for your picnic (or BBQ), and open spaces for a game of kick-around or frisbee or whatever. Being in the pit takes away traffic noises. On street level there are frequent weekend community events, markets, and fares. Always a good vibe.

One of the biggest inner-city parks. Great play ground with push marry-go-round! Outdoor pool with waterslide, diving board, mushroom and 4 swimming pools. Best park for winter sledding and tobogganing. Great for picnics

Wow, this park has a lot of options for recreation! It was easily accessed by subway and free parking can be found along the residential streets that border the park. I will be back on warmer days to use the water slide. Really big space and lots of seating, (even covered seating is available).

Love that this park is so busy in the summer - so nice to see. Plenty of places to hang out. Up Top, Hillside, Down in the Bowl, By the Playground with your Kids, Skatepark!, Splash pad, 3 Ball Diamonds, Basketball Courts, Table Tennis and the Public Pool!

Such a big open space..its pretty in the summer or winter..good place for the kids to come and see all different types of trees and nature...I find its never ever overly crowded n I do believe in the spring and summer there are free concerts or some type of outdoor activities going on..all around its a nice outdoor place for singles, couples and families and friends to enjoy the nature of the Earth...also its right outside the subway st so very accessible

First time here was for the Toronto Outdoor Picture Show. Lovely space and layout. Green and walkable. Also really close to the TTC and some nice restaurants.

  • 5/5 S A. 9 months ago on Google
This place is not a place to bring your kids at any time of the day. A nice park, with the the Toronto street crowd, smoking and doing drugs to even selling them in the park. Understand that children will be playing and next to them is a person smoking crack and this is normal. Other than that a nice park to spend time with and nice views of the city.

  • 5/5 Kassie D. 1 year ago on Google
Really big park, lots of space has to sit in hangout, nice playground, ice rink, baseball field, close to bars restaurants and shopping. Has a lot of hills.

Good park to walk around and enjoy the day. I went to a rave that’s been held there before multiple times cops pulled up even though no one was breaking the rules I have photos of everything. Other than that it’s a lovely neighbourhood and the bathrooms are clean sometimes depends on what type of people pass through. I recommend bringing a Lysol wipe to any public bathroom. Seen some pretty cool skateboard tricks as well

Bring a picnic mat & pick up local treats! Go a bit deeper into the park and enjoy plentiful shaded areas, that makes you feel like you're no where near Bloor St. β™₯ We visited on a 35Β° afternoon, and it was nice and cool.

Breathe fresh in the heart of busy downtown, very accessible- right off Christie station, surrounded by a walk towards ossington where all pubs are or towards Korea town where all awesome salons and food places are!! Got off on a beautiful autumn day, take pictures of the multiple murals in the area and when the sun is setting- pose with orange lit tiger!! Lots to explore here along with different sports arenas, picnic spaces and benches to just chill!! Really just go and chill
