Customer service is lacking severely, I booked a deluxe room with a king bed and the room was dirty. The carpet looked like it’s never been vacuumed, there were hairs all over the bed and in the bathroom. All of the surfaces were dusty. For a room that costed $400 for ONE NIGHT I was very unimpressed. You’re paying for the location and a fancy lobby but that’s about it. Not to mention, the staff was less than helpful when I raised complaints. I managed to get some new bed sheets, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice and it had a soaking tub which I enjoyed (aside from the fact that I had to clean it all before using it). All in all, it was alright but I doubt I’ll be back. I’ve been to cheaper hotels which with much better cleanliness and service.

It was my first time staying with Delta. Everything was excellent! I got a beautiful corner suite with a view. The room was very clean and cozy. Especially their service was 10/10. Special shout out to Samantha at the front office. She made our experience memorable❤️

Basic on the reviews, I thought this place would be better. They had an issue with my room and since the whole hotel was fully booked they couldn't offer me a different suit. Customer service is very important and they lack it a lot. Or maybe they don't like Americans. Another con is that if you want to use the pool, you have to ask the front desk to book you a reservations and get the key from the front desk. The location was great. The room was good but very small for a suit and very overprice. I've stayed in many Marriott hotels and this did not meet my expectations.

My stay at the Delta Hotel in Toronto was a delightful experience. We had the privilege of staying in a corner room, which was a wonderful choice. The bathroom in this room was nothing short of amazing, boasting modern amenities and a luxurious feel. The room itself was a standout, offering great views that added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Whether it was the city skyline or other captivating sights, the vistas from our corner room were truly remarkable. The hotel's location was another major plus. It put us in close proximity to a variety of attractions and amenities, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing all that Toronto has to offer. All in all, the Delta Hotel in Toronto provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with top-notch accommodations and an excellent location. It's a great choice for those looking to experience the best of the city while staying in a modern and comfortable setting.

First and foremost, the location couldn't have been better. It was incredibly convenient, putting me right in the heart of the city's vibrant energy and attractions. I was able to explore Toronto easily, thanks to the hotel's prime location. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded, which was a fantastic start to my stay. It's these little gestures that can truly make a guest feel valued and appreciated. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's impressive pool. It was not only well-maintained but also a relaxing oasis within the bustling city. It provided a perfect place to unwind and enjoy some downtime.

Amazing room (514)! Views of the CN Tower from the soaking tub. Absolutely could not have asked for a better room. I attended this hotel for a 3 day conference. Andrew (the concierge) was able to answer all my questions about the room. All the food for the conference cooked by the hotel was delicious. Highly recommend!

We always love our stay at the Delta. Special thanks to Matt Ribarich at the front desk for sorting out a room issue on my part. He was friendly and exceptionally helpful. We stayed in a double queen room overlooking the harbour...so breathtaking. The room was spotless. The beds were very comfortable although the fitted sheets were weird as they didn't extend to the bottom of the bed and were a bit annoying. The black marble bathroom was beautiful and very clean. The front desk supplied us with a forgotten toothbrush and a bowl for cereal the next day. Thank you! We loved the fitness facility and the pool. The only negative was on departure. In order to get my deposit back on my debit we had to wait for the security team to double check the room. The front desk staff said they would signal me as soon as it was done. I waited patiently for 15 min and had to approach the desk again to see if I was good to go. I was frustrated but that wasn't going to prevent me from giving the hotel a 5 star review.

This hotel is gorgeous. Our room was clean and a nice view of the city. It is super close to the Scotia Center and the Sky dome. You are right in the downtown core. Walking to any event from here is doable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, just steps from the CN Tower and the Rogers Centre. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the amenities are top-notch. But what really made my stay special was the outstanding customer service. I had a rough start to my trip, with flight delays, lost luggage, and corporate credit card issues. But Carlo, a guest services representative, went above and beyond to help me out. He patiently assisted me with my check in and may my stay extremely enjoyable. Carlo's kindness and professionalism made a huge difference, and he turned a bad day into a better one.

Great location, the valet staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was spacious (As compared to other hotels). The breakfast was well prepared and had good options for a breakfast buffet. Now the location is good, and the food quality is good, but does the steep price justify the good (but not fabulous) quality of the hotel ?? The hotel desk staff did not offer much help in directions for the nearby stuff (But the valets were helpful) . $35 for breakfast seems expensive for one person, and the room cost can range from mid $400s to $600 per night.

Hands down, one of the best hotels to stay in Toronto. Not only is the location unbeatable, The staff and service was the best part. We had a tiny mishap at our last stay and Jean, came to the rescue and showed the highest amount of customer service you can get. So thanks again for everything and we WILL be back.

The hotel location is excellent and easy access from either union station and lake shore Boulevard. Parking is super convenient u underground. Very decent rates compare to what is available around. The room was clean and had great views of the city (45th floor). The food at the Hotel restaurant is great as well. Overall experience is a 10/10

Great hotel conveniently located beside the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Harbourfront area, and Scotiabank. Travel to/from the hotel is easy too as the hotel is merely steps away from Toronto's main public transit station, Union Station. The swimming pool is open during the pandemic, which is great as the views from the pool were great.

Excellent location right next to the CN Tower in the entertainment district. Loved the amenities and great customer service. The hotel in general is well maintained. The soaking rooms have epic views all around. The self parking was safe and accessible but a but costly having no in and out privileges'

Stayed here last May and again this past weekend. Rooms are spacious and clean with great views. Our second trip was booked for 2 rooms under 1 reservation, it caused some confusion at check-in and out where we had to remind them a couple times it was the same email and credit card to be used for both rooms. Besides that the overall process was smooth. Staff are very friendly and the location is great.

Amazing views and great, attentive staff. Booked the room and discovered it’s a short walk to Rogers Centre where we saw Beyoncé. We stayed three additional days and couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay. The phone the room didn’t work but service can be requested from the Bonvoy app and we received towels and washcloths within 5 minutes after we figured that out. Rooms are recently renovated and meet Marriott quality.

Great location! Connected to the main train/metro station through tunnels and pedways. And across from the CN tower, and aquarium.

The hotel room was great! The views were good, and getting to where we needed to go was easy because of it’s convenient location. Definitely a hotel people should consider when staying in Toronto. I also liked the little table with complementary samples of food and drinks (one day it was popcorn and one day it was fruit drinks). The food at the restaurant was also really good.

We've just stayed at Delta Downtown Toronto and we're absolutely blown away by this hotel! The location has been absolutely perfect for our mini family vacation - close walk to the PATH, Aquarium, CN Tower, and the Harbor. We arrived and were greeted so warmly, like we were returning VIP guests. Prior to check in, notified concierge via email that we were celebrating my son's birthday and he was ecstatic to find a beautiful card & birthday cake dessert waiting in the room for us. It was absolutely delicious and a work of art! Our room is immaculate and very comfortable. The view of the harbor from the huge windows in is incredible! We've enjoyed the pool, steam room and jacuzzi - especially love the gorgeous view at night from the 4th floor pool. Staff has been lovely.

This is my second time this month at the Delta downtown. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful and well-appointed hotel. The views and accommodations in your Presidential Suite exceeded our expectations. I would especially like to acknowledge Nina in the Club Lounge. On both trips she was helpful and delightful- she is an asset to your hotel.

The facilities and location are great, very accessible. Rooms are renovated (at least mine) hallways not renovated which is not important. Not the best gym, but can serve the purpose. However!! Front desk staff can be more professional and proactive!! Not Marriott standards in terms of customer service.

Self park is not only confusing, but no one works it on the weekends. Help was hard to find when the outgate wasn't working and everyone was stuck in the parking. I realize they are a separate business from the hotel, but if this is where you offer your guests to park, some responsibility should be with the hotel. 4 star

We stayed here for a work event at the attached Convention Centre. The bellman team were SUPER accommodating, friendly and went above and beyond to help us store our trade show items. We cannot speak highly enough of how friendly and professional all of the staff are. The bartender (name forgotten, but his Old Fashioned never will be!) at the lobby bar was astounding. The care and pride of craftsmanship this man took in preparing and making our drinks was impressive. He was a great conversationalist and thoroughly impressed our team. This review is long overdue - but worth every star!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. Our room was clean, comfortable, had a beautiful view of the harbor. I liked that it was connected to Union Station which is how we arrived from the Pearson airport. Great location, everything we wanted within walking distance. Our reservation included the breakfast package and they have a wonderful breakfast buffet. Love this city! The vibe is so lively!

Stayed here for two nights in order to attend a convention at Metro Toronto Convention Centre and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and every staff member we interacted with from check-in/check-out, storing our luggage and asking for directions, were so lovely and friendly. The location is also unbeatable, we were so close to the convention centre and plenty of shops and restaurants. We came in on the train and it's close proximity to Union Station was great. We had no complaints about our stay!

Very nice hotel, with a beautiful view from our room (4109). The room was big and comfortable, the bathroom as well. There was enough storage space. There are USB ports, but we had our converters anyway just in case. The breakfast buffet was ok, normal, but there was lots of fruit, which is a plus. The staff is very polite and professional. We didn't try the gym or the pool, as we were mainly in Toronto to sightseeing. The location was perfect for that. Highly recommended!

Delta Hotel is right in the center of Downtown & everything is easily accessible. I had paid an upgrade to a luxury suite which had an exceptional view. They also have a lounge on the 46th floor with a stunning lake/city view. Parking was super easy to use & restaurants/bars had great options. I'll be back for sure.

We arrived at the hotel at 130 and went to check in. They told us our room was being cleaned. We went for lunch and returned at 3 to be told our room was being cleaned?? We ended up waiting another hour for our room to be ready during which time one from our party of 5 had to sit outside due to the overwhelming perfume deodorizer being used in the lobby. For all of this we were given a free breakfast? When I am paying $1200 per night for a suite I would expect a little more accountability. Then an elevator was down and we would wait up to 10 minutes everytime we wanted one. It was unacceptable for what we were paying and for the name behind it.

To start the hotel is stunning. Its located between the Scotiabank arena and the Roger's center. I casually mentioned that it was my wedding anniversary during check in to Samantha and then we went to the Jays game. When we got back to the hotel room there was a gift for us wishing us a happy anniversary. These are the things that make the experience above and beyond at the delta hotel and place them above their competitors. Thank you so much Samantha for remembering and for sending this gift. It was very much appreciated.

Connected directly to the convention center (great for cold winter days), amazing rooms (big and full of amenities) and very clean. Staff was great and helpful. My flight was cancelled and they let me in a room to rest few hours and get re-organized (it was 5am!) after I already checked-out. Close to the entertainment center and Union Station. Would FOR SURE stay there again.

Our stay at the Delta was fabulous this week! Great location, great food - the Platinum lounge has the most incredible views and was a great place to wind down at the end of the day! We were greeted by Matthew when we arrived and he made sure we had the most perfect room with a stunning view of the harbour and CN Tour! He had a card prepared for us in the suite to welcome us to the hotel - the attention to detail and charm was superb! Thank you for an incredible stay Matthew!

After hosting multiple meetings at the Delta, It is safe to say that this hotel is a go of ours. Not only are the staff responsive and cooperative, but they are easy to get a long with and extremely helpful. The meeting rooms are beautiful and very clean and the dinner buffets are outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to host a meeting here!!

I promote this hotel to so many people, I stay here every-time we go to a hockey game. This day, November 4, 2023 has been the worse. Still giving it three stars today because I know it is an amazing hotel. But honestly, step it up. One might say its a little dirty ring around the tub, but for 400$ i should be able to eat out of that tub.

Went with my sister for a girls weekend. The location was perfect for the Women’s show and the rooms were clean and nice. Beautiful hotel at the downtown. Nice location, great views. Outstanding service. We came with a friend for a few days and I want to say that Kristina from the front desk made our stay better. She was so accommodating and polite from the very beginning. Sent us an email when the room was ready! That was really nice and because of this outstanding service I am coming back next week. My overnight stay at this hotel was exceptional, driven by its prime location for attending a concert at Scotiabank Arena. The staff here truly stood out with their exceptional service, always attentive and ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. The hotel's commitment to safety was palpable, and I felt secure throughout my stay. The overall experience, from check-in to check-out, was seamless, contributing to a stress-free and enjoyable night. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for not only convenience for events at Scotiabank Arena but also a welcoming and secure environment. A big thanks to the fantastic staff for making my stay memorable!

Beautiful hotel for business. You are able to access the Convention Center from within the hotel. Walking to shopping and restaurants is a 10 score! Hotel has Inside restaurant and bar. Beautiful view at night. Across the street from Aquarium and Sky Needle. Would love to visit again.

I had an amazing stay. The service all around was great. I enjoyed the pool and the workout room a lot. I really enjoyed the service I received in the lounge. I felt like a real VIP and that has become rare while staying at other properties. The reason for this was how well the lounge attendants kept the place. Kevin is a great lounge worker who is very kind and welcoming. Nina is also great especially with tips on things to do in the area while also going above and beyond with her service. Daniel is also very great in the lounge and knows how they should be run. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

Our flight delayed our arrival When we checked in they said they only had 2 room options for us One was a standard and one was accessible We had paid 600 for a deluxe room According to the check in desk they only had 4 open rooms in the hotel that night After a bite to eat we watched 6 couples check in We wondered how they managed to find rooms for all of them They put us in an accessible room The bathroom flooded when you tried to have a regular shower We asked for housekeeping as all the towels had been used and the floor was wet Never happened Phoned down to check and they said we must have opted out of cleaning. NOT we were never asked we were offered housekeeping the next morning but we were checking out The hotel location was excellent We have been Marriot travellers for years, but really have to rethink after how they treated us this trip

The views from the south-facing rooms are fantastic. The club lounge is comfortable and the breakfast/snack options are decent. The elevators are sloooooow and frustrating during busy hours on the weekend. Staff members have always been polite and helpful.

The views and the views.... well aside from the views, room is a bit small for the price. Location is good if you take transit? Their room service is interesting... steak in a plastic box with plastic utensils. While it takes good, cutting it was impossible.

My stay here was incredible. I was in town to celebrate my birthday. The staff was amazing, but a particular shout out to Liny who made check-in a breeze, provided recommendations and sent a little birthday surprise. The location made it easy to walk to any destination and felt very central. Staying here really added to my overall Toronto experience.

Perfectly located hotel in downtown Toronto. Rooms are spacious and offers great views. Suggest booking a hotel with a CB Tower/ Lake view. The restaurants in the lobby are decent. Only room for improvement is the club lounge good. The food seemed microwaved or steamed and not what one would expect based on the room price. Other than that, I recommend!

If you are looking for a hotel to stay in downtown, I highly recommend this, aside from having a nice view from your room. It also has a good view of the CN Tower from the swimming pool area. Also, The staff were very accommodating and responsive. However, the parking fee is somewhat expensive.

Good in general. Staffs are nice and helpful. Rooms clean level is good (no visible issues). Views are fine, too. Food is not great but okay. But it was just a bit overpriced. I guess the biggest advantage is the location of the hotel, you don’t have to go outside to access union station or catch a train to the airport, this is great especially during winters.

I expected more for the cost. We had a corner room with the tub / shower combo but the room itself was very small. Rooftop dining was closed. Hallway rug stained outside elevator (Marriott you can do better). Location was very central to many activities such as the stadium and CNN tower right next door.

Was higher up than I expected and the corner room view of the city was definitely nice stay especially at night time. Very comfy stay. I was in pain due to an unexpected medical condition but I was glad I was in a comfortable room able to get a snack delivered to the room by door dash and tuck myself into bed after a late night going to a concert. It was worth the pain and my money for sure. 10/10 recommended. Easy access to Union Station, CN Tower and Aquarium, and PATH and anything downtown Toronto.

Best Hotel in Toronto. Love this hotel! Amazing location. The staff is excellent. Great Pool! Great Hot Tub! Steam room needs an upgrade, but do able. The front desk staff is very nice. I always find I am stressed on the way. They handle my impatient ways, or desire to get checked in like true professionals. The team hold luggage is just amazing. The valet, I haven’t used, but I have hung out by the valet parking, they are excellent. Its hard finding a hotel that is perfect. The club lounge is amazing! Well done delta, well done!

I just had an exceptional experience at Delta Hotel Toronto. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The room was immaculate with a stunning view of Toronto's skyline. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated right at the heart of the city, especially when you have business meeting in the nearby convention center. It's also conveniently close to Union Station, making it a breeze to get around the city or take a trip to nearby areas. The pool is great for kids to spend time. The executive lounge is superb with incredible views, freindly staff and great drink/snacks. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto, whether for business or pleasure. I will definitely be returning.

Location was phenomenal, and the room was clean - you could tell the cleaning staff really work hard. The only thing I did not like was the frosted glass washroom door but it was definitely a minor inconvenience compared to the great amenities and location! would stay again in a heartbeat.

the view from our room was spectacular and i expected it especially if im paying for it. one side is the city view and on the other side is the harbor, water. the front view is the cn tower, aquarium and convention center. you even get to see the view from the bathroom. comfortable king size bed and pillows. complimentary 2 bottled water and toiletries. only thing missing is toothbrush and toothpaste and they only gave 2 towels (usually 4 towels in most of my hotel stays before). the water is hot but the water pressure of the shower is not so good

Our rooms was great, very clean and modern, we were happy with the water view upgrade. :) Location was good, close to everything. The hotel is connected to the 'Path', it's very convenient. There is parking underground, or you can go for Valet for double the price. we're right beside the stadium and there were games every night, so they charged event rate after 4pm, there was no in and out parking, so it can get quite expensive if you want to go out for a drive. We found some green parking about 10 mins walk to save on parking fee.

Had a great experience when I went here. The staff is delightful, the rooms are nice and comfy, and it's near a lot of food restaurants and has one of its own. Also, it has an amazing viewing of the City of Toronto.

The Delta Hotel Toronto Downtown is a must stay. The leadership of Vincent, the General Manager and the excellent supportive team from Valet - Ryan , Housekeeping and the Concierge staff / Greeters. We travel from Nashville, Tn, US on vacation and business. Our stay was superb! The hotel location and amenities better than the other hotels downtown. We will be back to Toronto and this will always be our hotel of choice. Thank you Delta Hotel Toronto Downtown!!!! Five Stars ⭐️

This hotel is perfectly located downtown and offers 2 restaurants (one is more of a lounge), convention/meeting rooms, gym, pool, hot tub and laundry facilities. Parking is steep, but is understandable being that it's right in the heart of downtown. I think you can get a reduced rate after 8pm, or possible flat rate for game nights 😉 The view from the pool room is great, and at night the view of the city from the room was fantastic! The staff are great and very attentive. Front desk staff were extremely helpful at providing guidance for navigating through the core as it's rare that I am driving around downtown. Close walking distance to the CN Tower, tons of restaurants, shops and sporting events. I'd gladly stay here again. 👍👍
