Stayed New Years Eve. It was the best value hotel downtown that I could find last minute for New Year’s Eve. Great location. Recently renovated. Very clean. I love that there was no carpet in the room. I couldn’t hear upstairs or downstairs despite the hard floors. However the walls were thin and my neighbours were loud. For New Year’s Eve the hotel had strict rules for noise control and number of guests. After a certain time at night, guests had to have hotel wrist bands to enter the building. Hotel had many security guards to enforce their New Year’s Eve rules which I appreciated because it minimized the disturbances to resting guests. Valet parking overnight was more expensive than I anticipated. About $50. The bed is advertised as adjustable for softness/firmness. The adjuster was actually under the mattress covers. I had to remove and mess up the bedding to reach the adjuster. The mattress was alright.

This is not a cheap hotel. If it had been, I would have given a better rating. But you expect there to be more than paper cups and dated curtains at this price point. That said, whoever is doing their housekeeping is doing a fantastic job! The cleanliness of the bathroom was the highlight of our stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, larger than I expected and well furnished for the size. The mattress had a dial that allowed us to "select your comfort" but it didn't seem to actually change anything about the mattress. The mattress was still comfortable, but I would have preferred it less firm. Breakfast was included with our room and was much better than either of us expected, omelettes made to order with the sides of your choice. The breakfast staff was quick, efficient, and very polite. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Just stayed here for two nights in March. Very nice and clean hotel. Hallways, rooms, elevators, everything is clean. The beds are very comfortable and the room was equipped with a fridge and microwave which was handy. The heated indoor pool is very nice, and very clean and all one level around 4' deep. No deep in. Hot tub was also great. My only complaint is that the parking prices are outrageous ($48/night). We opted to walk from the Green P parking at city hall which was $42 for two nights after tax. Much cheaper than parking at the hotel. 4 stars.

Absolutely no complaints. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your stay. They are friendly, helpful and always so kind. The rooms were comfy, clean and spacious. Definitely recommend!

I stayed here because of price and proximity to convention center. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and not just a standard continental breakfast. The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. Otherwise this hotel was a great experience.

Good hotel in a good location. Staff is very friendly. Not sure if anyone else experienced this in their room, but mine had a few outlets not working in the bathroom and the tv had a terrible lag. I also didn't like how I couldn't use the thicker curtains to close off any lights coming from outside. I only could close the lighter white curtains. Other than that I still enjoyed my stay and liked that they had a small convenient store in the lobby.

Check in was smooth and fast. I didn't drive because I thought parking would be expensive. Found out when I got there that it is 35 a night, I would have paid. The bed in my jacuzzi suite was TERRIBLE. Huge sink in the middle of the mattress, that cost me 2 nights of what I thought would be quality sleep. The jacuzzi in the room is very nice. Staff is cordial. Due to covid, they've implemented a 1 hour time slot sign up for the pool. I enjoyed that, as the pool isn't very big. Jacuzzi in pool room was closed due to covid as well. LOTS AND LOTS to do as you are in the heart of the entertainment district. Could have easily spent all day exploring. Overall the stay was okay. I was just highly disappointed with the quality of the bed.

Staff were all very friendly and we had a nice time here overall but the amenities really need a tune up. The cable tv was poor and the tv was small. It was also only just in range of the remote. The guide channel also only showed what network was on what station but not what was playing. Weird! We primarily stayed for the jacuzzi but it didn't work well. It seemed to have an issue where it only bubbled when the water level was really low. Again, the staff were all quite nice!

The room was very nice, very clean and comfortable. Had room service bring food from the restaurant and the food came fast and was very good. Had breakfast in the hotel and just as the room service it was also very good. Had a slight issue with our bill having something on it that it shouldn't but guest services was very nice about fixing the issues and the valet parking did a great job timly getting our car safely for us. Overall best experience I had at a hotel.

The workers here are throwing stuff angrily into the bin all day long every 5 seconds in the parking lot right beside all the rooms, banging stuff loudly nonstop. Its so loud it echoes off all the buildings and is extremely aggravating. It's been going on everyday for weeks. Good luck relaxing here :)

I really enjoyed my stay, staff were excellent and the room was beautiful. The sheets were so comfy! In terms of amenities, their pool and fitness room is pathetic to say the least. As in I've never seen a worse pool in my life. However, if you only intend to stay in your room and/or go out, then I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Not presently in use as a hotel. It’s rented by the city as a homeless shelter

Room is pretty nice and clean. Bed is not soft but comfortable enough. Pillows are bad (but it is rare to find a good one at the hotel). We arrived around 22:30 and had to leave car at the public parking as hotel's parking was closed. Breakfast not included. At the bathroom we found somebody's fake eyelashes 😬 In general prise/quality is OK.

Great location. Kind staff. Breakfast was excellent as was the breakfast staff. Beds could be a bit softer...was too firm for my liking. Note that the parking fee is $50 CAD (covers overnight until 2pm following day) but staff offers less expensive options in the area.

Hotel very well located in downtown Toronto. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are functional and clean. It is possible to adjust how firm you want your bed to be. I use public parking close by since it's cheaper and as secure.

Great place to stay, clean, good service. They could have earned 5 stars, but that's only because they accommodate everybody. Including intoxicated guests that drive in to your vehicle. Carelessly, staff don't do anything about it. Accountability is more important than a loose apology with no consequences.

Courteous staff, quick check-in and convenient valet parking. Our king bed room with jacuzzi was clean, cozy and had some great features (e.g. microwave, fridge, fireplace). Free ice machine right outside of our room made it easy to cool drinks at night, which was very nice. There are some great restaurants in the area which makes it a perfect spot for vacation or a special occasion getaway.

I'd like to start off by giving Victoria at the front desk a shout out for all her recommendations, and for always asking me how my stay was. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was aware of the local joints to check out, and to make sure that my friend who was checking in a few days later was on the same floor as me and close to my room. The hotel is also in a great spot, it was only about a 10 minute walk from the CN Tower, so I got to explore a lot on foot. The only reason I am giving the hotel a four star review is because the room didn't quite meet my expectations for cleanliness when I initially checked-in, I had to go through and clean a but when I got in. Overall, the experience was great though.
