After emailing numerous times throughout the day to confirm check in time of 6pm. They then cancelled my booking the night before I was arriving. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Especial after they had already taken a hold on my credit card. *Edited to respond - under no circumstances did I elect to cancel. You told me you would not be able to check me in at 6pm. I guarantee you took the hold on my credit card and it have numerous emails with our correspondence. I suggested you review your emails if you are unavailable to remember the situation correctly.

One of the best stays I've had in Toronto. Loved the suite, very modern yet comfortable, and the location is perfect. The service was outstanding...we were greeted by Andreas, and he took the time to take us up to our suite, gave us an orientation, and made sure that we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Incredibly kind and went above and beyond in every way possible! He needs a big raise ASAP!!! Never had customer service that great in my life!

Hotel is dated. Service was good, they accommodated our last minute check in times at a very unsocial hour. Location was great, middle of the city and number of attractions metro/train station was walking distance

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It's clean, secure and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room came with everything you could possibly want. Including a smart TV you can connect to with your mobile and a full compliment of high quality shower gels and shampoos. Hair dryer and all that fun stuff. The light fixtures are a little much... Very very bling bling... To the point of rediculous, but that's okay.

We have been staying here for years. Love this place, no better place to stay downtown. To top it off they are putting all new equipment in the gym which is great for us.

We are staying in Yonge Suites during our first month in Canada and we are delighted with the place. Staff is super nice and always at your service for anything you may need, and the apartments and penthouses are gorgeous. Fully equipped, they take care of every detail so that you have a perfect stay. The common terrace with views is ideal if you want to have a relaxing outdoors moment and you also have the possibility to exercise a bit in a training room that includes a small and cute sauna. The perfect place!

This is the best place to stay in Downtown Toronto. Either short or long term stays. I arrived on December of 2020 to start a fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital. I had to quarantine for 14 days and this was the perfect place for that. All furnished and with everything that I needed for my first days as a newcomer in Canada. The staff was always great during the whole time that I lived there (10 months). The facilities are the best and the price is very fair. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. In fact part of my family is staying there when the visit me in Toronto. Thanks Yonge Suites for the great stay.

The best place to stay in Downtown Toronto. Reasons why you should choose this property for your next stay; (1) Location- It is right at the center of Downtown with all the Restaurants, Pubs, just opposite to one of the largest and most visited Mall of Canada Toronto Eaton Center, Dundas Square just two mins away and all medical shops near by. (2) Amazing staff- The staff here is very friendly, supportive and super responsive. This made our stay more comfortable. (3) Be it family trip or solo they have rooms for all and each guest here is given equal space and importance. (4) Connectivity- Subway, Transit , Bus, Taxi, Uber everything is step away . So if you planning to visit toronto, I would say just go with Yonge Suites, 209 Yonge St and you can thank me later.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for 5 nights. It exceeded expectations. Service was excellent - they created a WhatsApp group with us even before we checked in to ease the process and made asking any queries very easy. Amenities were of very good quality too - shampoo and soap were Crabtree & Evelyn, and there was a welcome pack with a bottle of sparkling water. Location is right across Eaton centre - the other side of the road is a huge Sephora sign. Just outside the main door is stairs leading directly to the TTC metro. Extremely convenient. Will book again if returning to Toronto.

great place near port. Old historical restaurant. On the ground floor there is a large crestaurant where 400 guests can dine. The wide menu allows our guests to eat extensively or simply in all price ranges and from early morning until late at night. The restaurant’s unique atmosphere features high ceilings, colorful lamps, sturdy ship elements and robust pipes and pillars.

Great staff, who can't do enough to help but the apartments feel a bit tired and in need of a revamp. With building work to the rear starting at 8.30 and finishing around 5pm, it's not the most peaceful place to stay. Heating was crazy hot but with the outside noise opening the one window was out of the question. Our one bed apartment was furnished with minimum kitchen equipment, a laundry room with washer and dryer, two on suite bathrooms, dining table and seating area with cable TV and blue ray player. With suites on Yonge Street opposite to the Eaton Centre, you are directly in the centre of all Toronto has to offer.

It was a great time staying there I went with my friends there for a Bachelorette they made it a unforgettable moment for her we arranged everything in a room, staff helped us so muchh the ambience was so nice we clicked very nice photographs which will hold our memories for forever thanks for making it worthy
