They say "closed for construction" (but they renovated a few years ago?? - LOL) but in reality its a COVID-19 quarantine hotel for returning travellers.....but they won't tell you that! They are owned by the sunray hotel group

I would never book a reservation at this place. There are many other hotels that are far better and cheaper. Find another place to stay.

Very kind staff. Rooms were spacious, clean and dang the beds are so comfortable! Had an awesome experience with our shuttle to airport. Our bus was not equipped for handicap service, and the driver made it his mission to accommodate. A good sign of humanity was when she took her time to get off the bus, no one stood up. She felt no pressure to move quick. It was nice to see that everyone on the bus had patience and showed respect!🤗

Go ahead, try to book a room here. You can't, because it's a COVID hotel now where the government holds returning air travelers against their will. If you are currently being detained here know that YOU CAN LEAVE. This is illegal. We have helped people walk out the door. If you see a group of people outside making noise they are there to help you. Pack up and LEAVE. One of them will give you a ride home. Security will not stop you, they are not cops. They may try to intimidate you but they can't legally do this to you. Let us help you. I will never stay at another Radisson again for having the absolutely disgusting and shameful judgment to sign this contract with the government.

The hotel is clear and cozy with kind staffs. While staying at the hotel, all the staff were really kind and willing to help the guests. The room service was okay, though. I tried to order some dishes from the menu, but only a few dishes were available at the time. The bar on the first floor is good enough for spending sometime. However, it is still nice airport hotel for travelers and people who visit toronto for business.

A good hotel near airport. Stayed here for couple of nights on a business trip to Toronto. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was at the top floor. Got a great view of the city, but little noisy due to flights flying over it. Really happy with the room. It was good and got some of my work done too. Overall great experience..!!

Rooms are ok, clean and tidy. The restaurant downstairs is fairly expensive for the food they serve. Hotel amenities are basic but functional. There is an exercise room that is well equipped. Hotel is great for short business stays but if you have a family, or are staying for an extended time, id book elsewhere. On a side note the hotel is right under the approach to Pearson airport so expect to hear planes, especially on the upper floors.

The room I got for the price was phenomenal. I was accommodated same day, the room was clean and quite spacious. My only complaint? I was disappointed to find smeared lipstick on the sheets of the bed I was sleeping on. So make sure to check your sheets. Since I was tired from a long plane ride, I checked the other bed which appeared fine and I slept on it. However, i would have complained for sure had I been not alone and not so tired.

I want to say thank you so much to the beautiful soul I come in contact with today by name of lalit Kapoor a staff member in a hotel who was happy to assist at all times.I need extra blankets and supplies,he responded swiftly and urgent to our needs,and he made sure we had all that we needed for us settle.I thank you so much for serving us with joy🤩and make our stay feels at home although we are away from our home,thank you for your friendly service,we need more people like you in our times of need,thank Mr lalit Kapoor🙏💪👍

Room was funky. Fantastic lay out. Amenities are good...not too strong. Good renovations, but fan/ventilation needs to be cleaned as the dust and plaster is still there. LOUD! If you're looking for a long nights rest, this is not the place for it if you are a light sleeper..right over flight path. Watching a plane fly right over you is cool to see though! Lots of restaurants around, decent restaurant and room service at hotel. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes, but be in the lobby at least 5-7min prior to pick-up, as bus will come early. Airport around 7min away Even though the receptionist at the front desk will ask you how your stay was, they don't care so just say fine and continue on.

We booked five nights at this hotel. The room was very clean. Other nice things are the big space and the large size windows. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I want to mention SUD who did his best to make sure that we have great experience during our stay. For all of that, they deserve the 5 stars rating.

This is a standard 3-star airport hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. I really liked the extra living room space. Only issue was the A/C unit was in the living area, so the bedroom would get hot if the door was closed. Got a bit noisy occasionally with the planes flying over. But a great value overall.

We were staying in this hotel and waiting for a ride to the hospital (bad food poisoning case) and the valet told us we "weren't allowed to wait on the property" which left us sitting in the hot sun with no shade. Overall horrible weekend and would not recommend this hotel and will not be using it for future business trips.

The hotel is nearing completion of major renovations. My room was very nice and spacious, modern and felt like a small apartment. The king size bed was very comfortable, furniture was nice. Two out of the 3 elevators still need to be replaced but they will be completed in the near future. Some work is still being done outside but this doesn't impact guests at all.

I'm staying In the hotel for about two months now and and the reception is excellent, the staffs are well cultured with hospitality ethics.the mind blowing experience today was the receptionist @Lalit 🥰 actually volunteer to drop my mail at the mail box outside the hotel that's warm hospitality and I can't thank him enough 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Stayed here a number of times with work, and it is a great hotel! The location is perfect for travelers and its proximity to the airport. The staff is cordial and All of the rooms are suites! Very nice large gym, and the onsite bar/restaurant is very good! Bartender is very helpful and friendly. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were cleaned and spacious. I found the staff to be polite and helpful. There is a restaurant on the premises and a few others with a very short walk from the front entrance. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star rating is the building location. It is an "airport" hotel, and the building is right under the final approach for one of Toronto International's runways.
