I'll start by saying, the rooms aren't in the best shape. We looked at several rooms over the issues I'm about to identify, and of the 3 rooms we looked at ... they all had the following issues. 1. Furniture that is peeling and coming apart. 2. Bathroom trim on all the bathrooms we saw is hanging off the vanity. 3. If the room has 2 double beds, it means 1 is in the bedroom and the 2nd is in your living room. You then have no couch. And if your reservation says queen, it's actually a double. 4. The TVs are the size of a small computer monitor, and they're just basic cable. Not a huge issue, but we were traveling with a small child, and it would have been nice to be able to airplay a movie or at least be able to rent a movie for her. 5. The continental breakfast is a serious budget breakfast. Not many options. Nothing is really fresh. If these are deal breakers, ignore the rest of this review. The positives; - Very friendly staff, completely willing to help you out however they can - Free underground parking - Hotel was extremely quiet. Considering the first 11 floors are office space. I was surprised. - Rooms have a full kitchen, which is great if you want to prepare some food. There is also a grocery store directly behind the hotel for added convenience. - Washer and dryer in room as well. Which worked out great since we had to unexpectedly extend our stay. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel as a good value option. Just be aware of what you're getting.

Great hotel if you don’t have to stay downtown Toronto. Service was great; we were able to upgrade the room on the spot. They serve continental breakfast with variety of different options. Finding entrance to the parking garage could be tricky, especially if you’re looking for it at night.

My family member stayed here when he came to visit me from the USA. It was very clean, quiet and the rooms were large with all the fittings you might need including microwave, gas stove, fridge etc. Great for a long-term stay. There are 2 closets and the washroom was very clean. There's free parking available for lodged guests and the ladies at the front desk were very well spoken, resolved complaints swiftly and with a very bright smile always. Loved it. There's also an amazing breakfast buffet selection that comes complimentary with the room. I enjoyed the meals.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF STAYING IN A HOTEL. Air conditioner inside my room was not working and it was cooling the room in the middle of January. I told them many times and they ignored it completely. The staff and the manager are so rude. The hotel is dirty and disgusting. Hate it tbh.

Stayed in the one bedroom suite for a week, LOVED it, I had a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, a great kitchen and the entire place was extremely clean. Also had a living room and closet. The receptionists are friendly and attentive/accommodating. Some cons: -The continental breakfast is pretty terrible if you care about nutrition/breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I didn’t have a breakfast there even once, just wasn’t appealing, I’d rather drive or walk to something else. -Location is really great if you have a car, otherwise minimum 15-20 minute walk to any decent food situations unless you’re Asian or like Asian food as the mall downstairs is fully Asian including food court. There is a Subway. -There is no bellboy service -There is nothing provided in the kitchen, not paper towel, not dishwasher detergent not laundry detergent not utensils not dish soap nothing. I’ve been in suites where these have been provided. -The housekeeping did not do a good job with the bed, in fact the bed is really annoying as the comforter is only protected with two sheets up and down so if you care about like cleanliness then those sheets coming undone exposing the inside of the comforter which doesn’t get washed is extremely frustrating especially when they won’t change your sheets unless you ask them to. The smaller issues are, elevators are a bit weird you have to use your key card from the outside to indicate your floor, if you don’t use it the floors which have the rooms will not be accessible on the screen. The parking lot area is rather confusing so it may take you a couple of tries to remember where the ramps are, where the exit is, which area is best for you to park in based on which entrance you need, etc. All of that being said I would still stay here and tolerate the cons just because I loved my room with all the facilities and efficient room design.

I would give it a 3.5. At first, parking is not obvious of where it is but there is free parking on P2. You have to go toward the underground parking garage. To be honest, signage was not very clear there. Pros: - Location is convenient - Staff is friendly - Rooms are relatively clean - View is good Cons: - Breakfast was okay - the best things were the croissants - The elevator system could use some improvements (for example, indicating which floor you will be stopping at when you are in the elevator) - Price was okay, was not the cheapest Overall, it was an acceptable place to sleep overnight. If it was a bit cheaper, I'd probably consider staying again.

I travel a lot for business. I had higher expectations for paying nearly $300/night! Room furniture had stains and the walls need a fresh coat of paint. At least steam clean the carpet!! Not even a bottle of water in the fridge??? Bathroom fan was on all night and can't be stopped. The breakfast was subpar, the least you can do is some bacon/sausages and fried eggs. The hallway on our floor smelled of cannabis. Won't be staying again

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't regret it. This hotel is very clean. Fair pricing. I mean most hotels are but this hotel has an amazing staffs, I was checked in by Rica and she was excellent, going above and beyond. Even all the personnel you meet they are very polite and offering a great customer service. Glad I chose to stay here.

Greetings 1 out of 5 Cleanliness 2 out of 5 Breakfast. 0 out of 5 Comfort. 4 out of 5 Location. 4 out of 5 Price. 4 out of 5 Total average 2.5 out of 5 I’ve been at this location 2 years ago and it’s absolutely nothing alike. As soon as I walked in they asked for my credit card and driver’s license with attitude, she didn’t even say hello 😂 Room is dusty but spacious. Bed is really comfortable. Fridge was empty, so no mini bar, water or cookies to buy. Vanity countertop was dirty. Due to covid they’ve provided restrictions for BREAKFAST by limiting the breakfast only pastries and coffee. Unfortunately the verity of pastries were lacking, so I had a choice of coffee and 2 types of muffins, peanut butter and jam with total of 5 bread in the basket and no refills!! So I left to a local place to have my breakfast. ***Please follow me and stay tuned for the next review ***

Unpleasant Stay, Would Not Recommend I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience left much to be desired. Despite addressing my concerns with the manager, the overall level of customer service was severely lacking, making it difficult to recommend this establishment to others. Room Comfort: The pull-up mattress provided in my suite was far from comfortable. As someone who frequently travels for work and has experienced a variety of hotel accommodations, I found this mattress to be particularly uncomfortable. Breakfast: While the breakfast buffet was a nice touch, the options were limited. However, it was appreciated. Suite Amenities: I had reserved a suite, and in the past, I've found plates and cutlery already available in such accommodations. To my surprise, I was informed that I needed to pick up plates and some cutlery from the lobby. Additionally, some essential cutlery items were not available. This inconsistency was disappointing. Dishwashing Facilities: The suite included a dishwasher, which is a great addition. However, it was frustrating to discover that the hotel did not provide any soap or dishwasher tabs. When I inquired about obtaining new plates, I was told that I needed to purchase dish soap or dishwasher tabs myself or pay an extra fee, which was not mentioned during the booking process. This lack of transparency was frustrating and inconveniencing. Overall, my stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. I would not recommend it to fellow travelers. Clear communication and consistent amenities are essential for an enjoyable hotel stay, and these were lacking during my visit.

Room didn't look clean. Stains are clearly visible. Breakfast was low tier and didn't taste good. Orange juice was the best thing there. The fridge in the room made noise all night. It was very loud and made it hard to sleep. For the price of 280 per night, it was not worth it. Try Airbnb before staying here. I can honestly say that this hotel does not care about business or it's customers. I feel like they're not even trying and know that they can take advantage of ppl.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great views, plenty of places to grab a bite walking distance. Utilized the gym every day overall pretty good. Only lost a star because of two things. 1. The tv is tiny, my tv in my kitchen is bigger at home when I prep food, it’s like watching a movie on my phone when I’m trying to watch something on the bed. 2. You have to pay extra to use their full kitchen. It’s equipped with a full size kitchen but you have to pay extra to get even the basics like fork and knife. Stayed here for 11 nights and had to buy the essentials to use the kitchen to some degree

This is the worst hotel I have even been. The management team is not offering the basic hospitality services. Despite the hotel has a very nice views, the facilities and services are not qualified to be a 3 star hotel. 1. Never been to a hotel room with kitchen that has no basic cooking utensils. A charge is required for the basic set of pots, pans, plates, cutlery, and an electronic kettle… 2. A bathtub without water stopper 3. No washing machine in queen studios (they don’t meet the minimum standard of 3-stars hotel). There seems to have a washing machine placing inside the room as the drainage can be seen. Even in-suite washing machine is not available, at least there shall be one in the common area. 4. Only cold hard boiled egg is available for breakfast. Both the manager and GM (Teng and Vince) are arrogant. They shall not be working in the hospitality service.

Been here for two nights and honestly, I don't really know what some of the reviews are expecting. I did see a bit of a mark in one of the walls in my room but other than that it was extremely clean and organized. Room wise my only advise would be to have toothpaste but I even got a washer and dryer in my unit it cannot get any better than that (especially for those who will travel to another country and would prefer their clothes clean before travelling). Breakfast: I get it, its not a whole buffet like an international hotel all inclusive but what do you expect? It does the job and there is variety (Maybe not much if the person cannot consume sugar but hey, there is variety). Considering this hotel is way cheaper than most Airbnb at condos I think its an amazing deal. A mall is next to the hotel with a supermarket (for those that plan to stay for long and cook), parking spot is free for your visitors (another amazing thing). Bunch of restaurants as well inside the mall and the wifi is good and allows me to do my work. Would I pay $200.00 CAD a night for this hotel? No however, I barely paid 135 per night and with breakfast included and a gym that does the job (it had most of the machines I needed for my workout) I think this hotel is amazing. If someone wants to be constantly going to downtown though I'd recommend renting a car or be ready so spend easily 50-80 bucks round trip every time you do go to downtown (and depending where in DT).

Liberty suites hotel is the worst place the four of us stayed in. Not only are the photos outdated and inaccurate, but they failed to update our reservation when I had confirmed more than 2 weeks ago. The reservation was booked on their website on Wed, May 4, 2022. I had verbalized with the front desk five times through the phone on July 17, July 19, July 26, and July 27 about our reservation from July 23rd to August 1st to be extended with the price adjustments. The conventional price was 290 per night and the front desk had offered to adjust to 215 per night before taxes & fees as well as an extension to the 3rd. Today is August 1st and I went downstairs to speak with the front desk in the morning and I was told there was no record of any extension or price adjustments and that we are expected to leave today. Management wasn't remorseful and stated that as I didn't have any written confirmation, he was unable to honour the pricing even though I had spoken to the front desk over the phone five times before our stay. Blamed the guests that it was our fault even though it was the employees' job. He told us even if we downgraded to a smaller room, it would be for the same price and no other hotel would be able to offer a better rate. " Full kitchen" has ZERO cutlery, pots, pans, and dishes. There was a frame that had fallen off the wall that could be been fixed before we arrived. The shower curtain had stains and the shower head was extremely filthy. Broken outlets as well. Housekeeping fails to obey the “do not disturb sign”. We ended up moving to Toronto Marriott Markham which has a better rate, proper amenities and rooms, and extraordinary service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK AT LIBERTY SUITES HOTEL.

To think my first review will be negative. I just check out. And it was horrible and long. The front desk try to charge me 4 rooms when I only book two rooms. Can’t even complain about who I dealt with, since they didn’t even wear any name tag. They added charge for the facility, that I didn’t uses. To make this worst, I slip in their wet floor right as I step out the elevator. They put the warning wet floor sign in most inconspicuous. The entire service experience was terrible. I’m never booking here again.

I have stayed here on four different occasions on trips to Toronto. The facilities make my visits to Toronto very comfortable. Free basement parking. Mall, shops, grocery stores, and proximity to everyday facilities are a plus for me. My only issue was with the quality of the breakfast. On my second visit 2 days after the first visit this month, we cooked breakfast in the room and only went downstairs for breakfast the day we were checking out since we had packed our bags.

I had a terrible experience from beginning to end staying at this hotel. When I arrived, the hotel was on the 12th floor and so I spent 20 minutes in the snow trying to figure out where to check in. The parking was in a different building and incredibly hard to find. When I checked in, the front desk lady was very rude and dismissive, never seen someone with so much attitude working as reception/hospitality. The room had major problems, outside wind makes metal clanking sound where we could not sleep even when we're so tired at night The towels felt like sandpaper against the body. They provided complimentary shampoo and cream, which was a different brand of product every day, very weird. Overall, terrible experience and the front desk reception (lady) was probably the worst experience of all, the attitude on her! She is the reason for the 1 star, otherwise I would say 2 or 3 stars.

Very spacious room. Decent shower. Low end breakfast. <<< BE WARNED >>> Rip off fees will be added to your bill. Watch out for the Facility Service Fee which is added to your bill completely unannounced. A total scam - these hotels should be embarrassed by these low end con tricks.

The rooms are nice and large. Beds and pillows are very firm. Basic cable, decent wifi. The breakfast is free but not well stocked or prepared - fruit in cups are slimy, boiled eggs taste like salt butter, etc. Guests are told to eat in their rooms but no tray is provided to carry meals to the room. Bathtubs are clean and very deep, to enjoy a nice relaxing bath. The views of the city are great. It's a quiet hotel with very little noise or commotion. It is far from traditional take out but surrounded by loads of Asian cuisine options. Grocery store in the parking garage means you can use the kitchenette if desired (no flatware, cookware or plates provided) for longer stays.

Horrible management. Very rude and racist. My room had a very strange smell to it and when I asked to switch rooms they said it cannot be done. I paid to be harassed and uncomfortable. The whole management team needs to be changed. Very unpleasant experience I have never experienced in any other hotel.

Nice clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Check in was very sure slow but friendly. Cleaning staff already very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is either breads and pastry it boiled eggs not a great selection. Fruit other than melon would be nice.

Highly recommend if planning your next vacation or business trip. Always a pleasure staying here, rooms give off a comfortable home feel with a great view of the city of Thornhill. Kitchen and appliances are very new and modern making it a blast staying in and cooking a meal with your family or significant other.

Decent hotel with plenty of amenities. The positive: free indoor parking (park on P2, it doesn’t show on any signs until you get inside). Large clean room with full kitchen (plates & cutlery cost extra), laundry, a sitting area and even a balcony) Super friendly staff Potential for improvement: TV offering is limited. Not unlike most hotels they offer basic cable with no on screen guide. Many hotels are starting to offer streaming options (Netflix, Prime, Crave etc) in the room where you can use your own account. That said TV comes with original remote so you can travel with a streaming stick and bring your shows with with you. Breakfast…typical continental breakfast. Pastries, coffee, fruit etc…this hotel has a fancy, on a budget, image having a better breakfast offering would better suit the image. This is a breakfast I’d expect from a Comfort Inn not a Suites hotel. All in all this was a great place to stay and I’d highly recommend it to anyone needing a place north of the city, minutes from Pearson International.

We stayed in 6 hotels over a 2 week period and this was by far the best. No drama. No fuss. Clean. Everything worked. Great spot for transit. Cannot stress enough how good it was here. Breakfast was basic but you get what you need.

The location, room size and parking provided are all good. However, the facilities needs a good updates. Gym equipments are not working, electric plug in the room is not working, light fixture is flickering. No phone communication line with the hotel for 3 days. The phone system was not working.

What a place!! I stay for a long weekend the las month The rooms are of a good size, but this is the only positive point. -The elevators are always dirty -They never us the vacuum in the room for the long weekend, because by accident my shoes were dirty with sand, and left sand on the carpet. -The bed was mae in a very sloppy way, and I have to do it every night before to sleep. -The breakfast, if I call it breakfast was so poor, the do not desirve to be call breakfast

Wonderful Hotel and Staff. From the beginning of my stay, to the end, myself and my family had a wonderful first time in Canada and at Liberty Suites Hotel. Many great amenities close by to the hotel. Breakfast was a great start to the day and food was delectable. Staff were very friendly and kept the hotel in top shape. Finding the parking location for the hotel was a bit tricky but once figured out, it was no issue. The view from our room was stunning. Wonderful food option within the hotel area. I highly recommend Liberty Suites Hotel, you won’t regret your stay.

Stayed at the Liberty Suites Nov.1-3, 2023. Rooms are large, they are equipped with a kitchen but you need to bring your stuff or ask and pay extra. My experience was not ideal. 1. Service While the hotel indicates the front desk is open 24/7, there are times of the day where nobody is there, and then people in the admin office try to help. There is no safe place to leave valuables, nor to leave your suitcases if you come in before check-in hours. 2. Rooms They are not as clean as you would expect, clearly there have not been many upgrades to the rooms since at least a decade based on connectivity and decor. Bathrooms are large, hot water is very good. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen does not have anything usable other than the Keurig machine and the microwave. Not even a kettle to heat up water. There is no recycling box, it is half-way what a modern room looks like if you go to a Holiday Inn, for example. 3. Gym Treadmills, one stationary bike, and one elliptical machine plus dumbbells and a couple of mats in a small footprint. No towels, no cleaning wipes, no hand sanitizer. In 2023 you would expect all of that. 4. Location They are 1 hour on public transit from downtown Toronto, and very conveniently located if you are visiting the Thornhill area. Not too close and not too far from Fitch station. Summary: If you score a deal (under $200 per night), worth considering. But if you are looking for a business-traveller friendly place, this is not it.

They had a variety of options for breakfast: muffins, pancakes, eggs, etc. There were no kitchen appliances provided; you had to pay to get appliances. No pool as well. The rooms were spacious and clean with a good view.

Having to pay for dishes/pots/pans and silverware in an extended stay hotel doesn't make sense. Room ain't bad, just my bedroom window was broken shut, and balcony could use a screen door so you could let fresh air in. Staff seems nice.

So I’m torn on this review. I stayed for 15 days at Liberty Suites, I want to give it both a lower and higher review (5 star for staff, 1 star for facilities) I had a 1 Bedroom Suite with a nice Kitchenette. Unfortunately my stay was plagued with small issues. Keycards (Which also control the elevator) constantly stopped working. Bathroom fan was stuck on. (Maintenance came and was able to permanently force it off) I asked for pots and pans / cutlery. The supplied kit was terrible. Pots and lids were mismatched, spatula was broken, no bowls etc. A bunch of other small things, but in summary it could have been an awesome stay except for all the little issues. I want to add that the staff was great! Front staff were always friendly and helpful, cleaning staff thorough and friendly. I think this is an issue of the ownership cheaping out as much as possible and shouldn’t reflect poorly on any of the staff. When I commented on these issues, the front desk was able to provide a 10% discount on my stay.

This hotel is $200 CAD a night in low season, In Great location, so for spending almost $250 a night coming from far as a traveler, we requested water in the room and they said we don’t have water. You have to come downstairs and buy water for two dollar from the vending machine. Also if you don’t have cash you’re not able to purchase from the vending machine. This is absolutely ridiculous for a hotel name like this in a very good location. Hotel and hospitality is all about customer service and this feels a scam and stealing people’s money. The quality of service is getting worse and worse every day in this hospitality businesses

This is a great hotel to stay at especially if you are travelling on business or if you need extra space. Even the studio rooms which are one of the smaller rooms feature a full kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub as well as a lounging area and TV. Have stayed here before and will probably stay here again if I have the chance to.

Booked our stay here off of expedia with a package deal. For the most part the stay was pleasant. Check in was easy. Parking was a little confusing. Lobby located on 12th floor. The view was nice. Rooms were quiet. Main complaint is that the washroom has no lock and for whatever reason you have to turn handle up to open the door 😂

I booked this hotel(not sure if it can be call it a hotel) through hotwire. Reached there in evening after a long drive, entered the lobby & literally was clueless where I am supposed to go. Rude lady at front desk said go to 12th floor, I asked where do I park, she said you ask the hotel, you just have 2 minutes to checkin :(. Then went on 12, again pair of rude girls sitting there. That lobby experience was even awful considering they gave us one queen bed. I asked for 2 twin beds, their response was this is what we provide to hotwire :(. Then comes parking, they gave me a paper with abstract instructions on take 2 rights then something. I went in parking lot had no clue where to park & they didn't even mention the parking lot is connected to hotel. Overall completely horrible experience, Wont' even give 1 star for this hotel.

A lot of small things go wrong due to general carelessness. The Keurig coffee maker in the room is broken and had water inside. You can get some so-so coffee in the lobby. There are no coffee sleeves to carry the hot cups, though. There is a full kitchen but no plates, any kitchenware or cutlery, except for cups. There is an ironing board but no iron. The dishwashing machine seems to be on and stuck? A rinse cycle light is lit constantly. There is a body lotion instead of a shower gel, which is not doing a good job. Both the alarm clock and the stove clock show incorrect time. The nightstand lamps' outlets are not working. Uncomfortable, lumpy pillows. Otherwise, the room is clean and quiet.

It's basically a new condo suites which is convenient for the local stay. Some small issues like not working remote or safe locker stuck and stopped working. They were not able to fix it same day which was a bit inconvenient. But generally is a good place to stay. From staff Jenn is really a nice person. Others are less customer oriented. Location is great and I like new feel.

Myself and my daughter travelled up for her surgery, we stay 2 nights in this hotel, we had impeccable service! All the staff were friendly and went over and above for my daughters needs! It was well priced, great wifi signal, clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and in the event that my daughter needs any more follow up surgeries we would definitely stay again!

Spacious large 21st floor, two queen beds, with two large windows opening to the West, nicely equipped kitchenette but nothing luxurious … and two worn out chairs and simple bathroom. Hence the 3 star hotel. Parking is a challenge, be prepared as it’s like getting lost in a maze. I was lucky to be navigated by a nice lady at front desk on my phone. Breakfast is unforgiving and disappointing but it’s due to pandemic. If I go there again I would go for the view and the large room. But I won’t because of the parking situation. Not enough signs!

The unique grocery store accessed through the warm underground parking lot from Hotel was such a convenient experience. Over all I highly recommend this Hotel.

I stayed at this hotel twice in the past month. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The complimentary breakfast is better than most hotels. And, the ladies at the front desk are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Thank-you.

We had some issues during our stay. We are working through them with management. I will give a current review next week.

This hotel is very clean. Fair pricing. I mean most hotels are but this hotel has an amazing staffs, I was checked in by Rica and she was excellent, going above and beyond. Even all the personnel you meet they are very polite and offering a great customer service. Glad I chose to stay here.

We stayed here for 7 nights and I absolutely love everything about the suite we had. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, clean bathrooms and perfect view from the 18th floor. The housekeepers were absolutely on top of it. Staff are really nice and professional. The only thing was it got a little hot at nights but AC was trying its best. Location-wise, if you wanna go downtown often it might get tiring to commute in traffic but if not rush hour, you can just drive all the way straight on Younge St downtown. And the best part, free parking on site! Thanks Liberty Hotel! :)

The suites and the hotel itself were good. The hotel is located on the 12th floor of a very tall building, and our room was on 18th floor. However, there were some points that need to consider, 1. Most staffs were not very friendly and they seemed unmotivated. They didn't make us feel welcome. 2. I asked the reception to fix my safebox two times, but they didn't come to fix it. 3. The parking was OK and there are many indoor spaces that you can park for free. 4. The suite was clean but when we checked in there was a half empty bottle of water in the refrigrator, and there were some dried apple seeds in the bathroom floor (but the rest was good). 5. They provide you with extra shampoo or coffe K-cups, so that was a positive point. 6. The cleaning crew was very kind and I really liked them. 7. In the suites on the north side, you can hear trains passing (even on 18th floor!). (for those whom has a problem with noises). 8. The breakfast was free. But it is very very limited ... so don't expected too much. 9. They don't provide drinks or snacks. You need to get them from the vending machine. But I was shocked when they told me that the machine only accepts cash ... so no credit card! Anyway, it was a good experience ....

Lower lobby entrance is unmarked and confusing. Luckily a security guard found us and told us then check in is on the 12th floor. Rude and confused check in staff, checkin took 20mins despite our booking.com reference number. large pile of vomit in elevator, ripped and tattered furniture, very poor breakfast. The manager Vince Midolo didn't respond to our emails about the poor experience. No apology, no responsibility taken, no compensation offered, just Ignored and dismissed. Stay away! This is a seriously unprofessional and disgusting operation!

I should have checked old reviews before booking. I am still a guest of this hotel currently. When I checked in, i was told that gym opens at 5am everyday. In the first morning it was open at 5:30 when i went there but in second day. At 5:45 i went yo gym, it wasn’t open. Asked about it to front desk he says it opens at 8 am, also it is the building maintenance person who open it up so, i went and ask at security desk . Security called front desk again to confirm he also says he knows that before 7am he has seen people going in the gym but front desk still doesn’t want to open it or just doesn’t want to work. I asked him when manager arrives he says at 9am. I saw manager yesterday around 7:30am. Wasted my morning hours and I didn’t even got access of gym.

The hotel itself is okay. The room was big enough, we had a big fridge, oven, microwave and even a washer/dryer in the room. I thought the bed was comfortable but my partner didn't agree! The water would be warm at best during certain times. There was also an unpleasant smell in the halls during our entire stay. Not sure what it was... At least the room didn't smell. The staff is very friendly, and parking is confusing but available for free. The hotel was close to an event we were attending which is why we chose this one. I probably wouldn't pick this one next time, but for the price was paid it was fine.

I stayed here for 7 nights with my family. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable, with a good view of Markham, providing every basic necessity you could think of. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of food items. Patio's a pleasant place to have a look around with a cup of tea in your hand. Many shopping centers were at the walking distance. Now the downsides.. 1. Room service didn't respect the "do not disturb" sign hanging on the door. 2. Wash basin had some drainage issues. 3. Difficult access to downtown Toronto, especially if you have to travel by public transport.

The best place in North York/Markham area if you'd like to stay a night or two. You would be surprised seeing the view of city from 12th floor patio. The only thing I was hopeful to be accessible was a cup of good coffee in the patio. There is a cheap machine over there which costs you 2-3 dollars. Parking also is accessible and easy to use, which is important in that area. The quality of room service, personnel attitude and the location is awesome.

Perfect! Great location and rooms were just as nice as expected. The included breakfast was convenient but a bit unsubstantial in my opinion. The reception staff Diza and Rica were very helpful and friendly. And always greeted us with a smile. Highly recommended.
