I would highly recommend against renting at 939 western. The apartments are in a state of disrepair, and there is no indication of any effort to fix or modernize them. the doors of the unit aren't installed properly and the ventilation is incredibly bad. The windows do not fit their frames where there are gaps at the sides, which is letting air coming from the outside. Also the entire space is dark and the bathroom does not have an outlet. Even with administrative, we were charged with random fees with lease renewal for example, and they collected key fob deposits which they never gave us the deposits back when we returned. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of 939 western!

Lexi is great from the beginning when I was looking for a rental for my son who goes to Western. She was quick and responsive. She provided a tour to my son and his friend. On move in date, the unit was cleaned which was reassuring. We had some furniture delivered before my son’s return for the fall term, and she was able to move the items into the unit for us. Being a parent, having someone responsive and helpful like Lexi gave us a peace of mind no money can buy. I would highly recommend Lexi and CLV group to others. cheers

My partner and I just moved out after four years in our apartment at 939 Western Rd as we are moving out of London, and overall had a very positive experience. The location of this apartment complex is superb for Western students. These buildings are old, so maintenance is an ongoing thing, however, we never had any issues getting things fixed and/or replaced in a timely manner. There is also a 24/7 emergency maintenance line available that was handy after-hours. The staff here were fantastic, especially our community leasing agents Lexi and Charley, our main housekeeper Patricia, and our other maintenance staff. The property is well-kept and we enjoyed the picnic tables and green-space outside. We never had any concerns with other tenants and often utilized the common areas (e.g. fitness room, lounge) in the building!

My partner and I recently began renting an apartment with CLV group and we couldn’t be happier that we did. We’ve been pleasantly surprised with the accommodations, the area, and the service we’ve been given as tenants to our landlord Lexi. All of our questions have been answered ASAP making us feel important and prioritized. I’ve noticed my building is quiet making it perfect for me when studying as a student. Overall I’ve been joyful to live here and I’m glad my partner and I have had a smooth experience as tenants :).
