What an experience! First time at a Raptors home game. Even from the upper deck, you can see it all! Easy to get around and walking distance from a lot of great hotels and places to eat. If you want to travel vi train or subway, it’ll take you right to the front door!

Incredible experience. The entry for the hockey game was well organized and the atmosphere is hard to beat. Parking is available and right on site. 35 Dollars for parking during the event is OK for Toronto standards I guess. There's also an entry through Union Station and Tickets can be purchased too. Come on time as the lines can be very long. Still, very worth it. There's shops and food places all around the area if you still want to spend some time before or after the game. For those who can't get a ticket: you can still watch the game on the big screen outside and the road gets closed, so it's safe. There's hot dogs and food stands there too. 10/10 I'm visiting again. If you can afford a ticket closer to the ice-buy it. And don't forget to take pictures with the statues at Maple Leafs Square.

Went here in October 2021 on our holiday in Toronto. First time at a basketball match and was fantastic. The seats were amazing and great atmosphere. The stadium really does hold the sound well. Food and drinks outlets were excellent, however they are extremely expensive so be aware of that.

Great arena with lots of engaged fans! We’ve been here to see Leafs during regular season, and earlier saw Raptors as well. It could be constructed a bit better, as it looks like in newer arenas you have more steep viewer areas so everyone could feel being in the middle of the action. This is a good area to search for seats, 320 and lower the row the better. This is because Leafs are attacking on this side in 1st and 3rd period so you may see them in action when it’s most important. Finally, food is rather pricey, same as in other arenas, however they improved here the choice and offered many many options. There are not only burgers and fries, you could choose a lot of different things. We tried only regular foot long Hot Dog and then we had to try Poutine as well, and that one is really good. Overall very satisfied with the game evening.

The arena is incredible, especially if you are going to watch Maple Leaf play! The place is very large, with several domes and accessible by elevator and escalators, in addition to conventional stairs. Upon entry, there is an electronic search and ticket verification. Right at the main entrance it is possible to stop at the customer service area and leave strollers (they do not go into the chair area) On the ground floor there are several restaurants, convenience stores and sponsor activations. They have a family bathroom, bathrooms separated by sex and bathrooms adapted for the disabled. The seating area is very narrow and very difficult to move around without disturbing someone, so it is interesting to wait for breaks in the game to be able to buy food and drinks. In the Ford area there are toilets and points to purchase drinks and snacks (the place is not accessible for the disabled, as it has floors with conventional stairs, steps and no accessible toilets). Leaving the arena gives direct access to the bus and metro terminals, as well as private parking lots. It's really worth knowing!

Great venue. My favourite beer on tap. But the price of beer and food is quite the surprise. The most affordable way to get a bit of a buzz on and stay full during a 3 hour game is hit up your local sports bar for happy hour prior to the game. All seats are pretty great but the 100s are quite intimate which is lovely. Staff get a 10/10. All very friendly and great atmosphere.

Excellent night at Scotiabank arena watching the Raptors win! Covid protocol in place, easy entry and finding our seats couldn't have been easier. I highly recommend having the roast beef grilled cheese! Served with chips, it's flavourful and cheesy! So good!

were at the concert and it was incredible. Smiling and friendly staff will tell you how to get there, because the scale of the arena is impressive. A large territory, many food courts, large restrooms, spacious corridors, cleanliness is maintained. The hall itself is incredibly large, the atmosphere in the stands is captivating, and emotions are running high. Great sound and lighting effects.

Here for the Seventeen concert over Labor Day weekend! Line management was smooth and fans were politely waiting. Concessions were fairly quick. Merchandise booths lightning fast in taking care of customers. Almost too fast, not enough time to allow customer to browse. Venue was clean... sound was great and seats were awesome! Security and staff were prompt in getting people out afterwards.

Just back from my first concert here. Twenty One Pilots. Sound was very good. If you can afford better seats, even in the low rows of the 300s, go for it. Equipment was blocking the video screens a bit. Overall a really decent concert venue.

I saw Roger Waters here tonight, it was my 1st time at this venue. It's a comfortable place that has a great view anywhere in the house, Great atmosphere! The staff is very accommodating and kind as well. A very positive experience for sure. 5 stars for arena and 1000 stars for Roger! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great arena - families, longtime supporters, and newbies alike- we came when visiting Toronto and thoroughly enjoyed our time in this large, well-kept stadium. It can be a challenge to find your way in but once you are in you will feel well looked after and will enjoy the entertainment!!

Went here for Disney on ice show. The entry was easy to enter from Union station. We don’t even have to step foot outside. You should not be carrying any food or drinks or DSLR as they check your bags before entry. There are many staff to assist you to your seats. There are also a lot of merchandise, food and drink shops nearby. The seats are a bit more spacious and the elevation angle doesn’t make you dizzy. Definite recommend for any event or game night.

Went to see a TWICE concert. No problems getting in and finding out seats! Staff was very helpful. Only complaint would be that the security guard was very rude. But wouldn't let that ruin the night

Saw a Raptors Basketball game here recently. Impressive! The facility is accessible, clean, offers multitude of food and beverage choices, parking is close by and from my perspective, all seats seem to be good seats for watching sports. Very expensive if you want food or drink! Very very expensive. The basketball game features a lot of entertainment at stoppages and there are freebies offered periodically to fans. Great atmosphere!

I had the pleasure of coming here for the second night of Harry Styles Love on Tour. The venue was quite clean (minus everyone’s boas) and easy to navigate. The seats anywhere gave you a great view of the performer while the screens were so crisp to be able to watch everything happening. The drinks and food are quite over priced but what’s every arena has so it makes sense. Definitely will be seeing more shows here!

Had a great time at the Tool concert. Prices are crazy these days for drinks, but that is life these days eh? Acoustics are never the greatest but the staff were all friendly and helpful as always! Would have been nice to see them enforcing the no flash photography rules though.

I've never experienced VIP box seats with a personal waiter at a Raptors game before!🏀🏆🏀🎉🥂 However the top shelf, first class environment is one I'd happily experience again!🎉🎉 Phenomenal view of the basketball court🏀...crazy, contagious & bumping energy from not only the fans but the house HYPE MAN & DJ!!🎵🎶📢 Yes...extremely, strict Covid-19 protocols, guidelines and rules are in FULL affect!!!😷 But once you clear the screening and security...the Scotiabank Arena definitely lives up to its reputation and is truly, well worth attending for an amazing night out!🎉🎉 Whether you plan on enjoying live sports, entertainment or music at Scotiabank Arena...you'll won't be disappointment in your interactive, exciting experience that will definitely heighten your senses to a whole new level!🏀🎵🕺💃🎶🎤🎯🎱⚽️🏈⚾️🎨🎉

My overall experience here was positive👍🏾. My visit was for a Raptors' game and we were on level 3😆 — I don't regret it, good value for money as the view was not bad since the steep vertical gradient together with the big screens keep you close to the action. The Arena is everything you'd expect from an indoor, big event venue —including the overpriced salty food 😆. One thing though: the energy was lacking from the home crowd; sections of it seem to come alive only for being on camera and out getting handouts 😔 not really getting behind the team😑 and being that 6th man against the opponents.

Wonderful experience… it was my first hockey game and we had so much fun from the entry, stop time, breaks and till we left. Even the match itself was very competitive it’s started as 0-1 then 1-1 moving on to 3-1. Then the visiting team managed to catch the tie 3-3. A golden was called for the leafs won 4-3… what a match!! Good and drink choices are limitless and some services can be provided even while you are on your seat. I believe anyone visiting Toronto shouldn’t miss it… Go Leafs !

Good location for a live concert event. Easy to get in and out and we'll organized inside. Seats are little small and rows narrow as only complaint, as I am 6'3", so require extra space for my legs.

This arena is amazing. I love everything about it. We always come and see games here, whether it be Leafs or Raptors and most recently Travis Scott. Was an unbelievable show and am excited to come back for so many more performances in the future. Hopefully our guys in Blue and Red can get some traction and win some championships sooner than later! WETHENORTH 🤘

I had so much fun seeing the Raptors play recently. I had a 10/10 experience, and the crowd was very entertaining. I was happy I got to see them play against the Celtics. It was a crazy, intense game. I can’t wait to return and catch a few more games this season! I highly recommend taking the train down to avoid all the traffic if you don’t live downtown.

We went to this venue to see Eric Clapton felt very safe entering the venue security was fantastic and we had great seats. The sound and lighting was brilliant and Eric was fantastic leaving the venue was great. Never do I feel it was overcrowded and never gonna fill in danger of falling over being pushed over there was no rushes to leave the venue how we go here again.

Came here in August 2023 for WWE Friday Night SmackDown! It was AWESOME! Got to see Edge wrestle one last time in front of his hometown crowd and my childhood favourite, Rey Mysterio! Long lineup prior to getting in but that's fine because the show was so darn great! The venue itself is easily accessible, has good capacity, and bustling with many food and merch vendors. The entire SmackDown set was beautifully prepared. The lights, sounds, smoke, fireworks, and the cheers from the energetic sold-out crowd made the whole experience truly thrilling! Absolutely amazing!

Very nice venue for sports and concert events. Attended Jurassic World Live Tour. Excellent show for the little ones. Pre-show 1 hr before the main event, folks can take close up photos with a few of the dinos.

Was AMAZING. Had a GREAT TIME seeing The Chicks last night. And Shania is coming soon!! The staff was very helpful so it was easy to find our seats. My only complaint is the prices are totally OUTRAGEOUS. $15 for one cooler. Even tho it's expensive, I gotta say that I'd pay it again for a great time like last night!!

  • 3/5 Sean C. 7 months ago on Google
The facility is nice. The main issue I faced was the wait times to get in. This event was attended by a large senior citizen crowd. Having only electronic tickets on smart phones definitely slowed down the entry process. Printed tickets would have been quicker!

Went to go see the Jurassic World Live Tour on the 16th! Was a good show! Definitely aimed at the younger audience but it was enjoyable! Only complaint is our seats were changed last minute and we were not given any notice that they had closed the level we paid to sit on and moved everyone down into one area. Was still a good show and would recommend to anyone with kids!!

Beautiful venue. Helpful staff. Clean washrooms. No gender neutral bathroom spotted, but there are gendered accessible stalls in the washrooms. Prices are very high for concessions (ex// only large bags of chips for $10, smart water $8 a bottle ) elevator is nice for limited mobility folks. The issue I would note would be specific to concert merchandise. The wait was very long, so I would suggest getting to the value early and preparing for a wait in line up to 45 mins/ 1 hour depending on who’s performing of course.

  • 5/5 Mike S. 6 months ago on Google
Great venue. Prices are high for concessions, but you already knew that going into the arena. Now if they can just put a winning team on the ice it would be perfect!

home venue for the Toronto Raptors. It's a modern and iconic sports arena located in downtown Toronto, Canada. The arena can hold over 19,000 spectators during Raptors games. The atmosphere is electric, with passionate fans known as the "Raptors Nation." The arena features state-of-the-art facilities, including a jumbotron for replays, luxury suites, and various dining options. During a Raptors game, you can expect intense basketball action, vibrant team spirit, and a memorable fan experience.

Went in to see the raptors vs Miami heat Amazing crowd. My very first NBA match. The atmosphere is unmatched and prices are reasonable for a night out. I was seated pretty high but had no trouble watching and enjoying the game

It was majestic. Very easy scanning and entering. There is a line ALL THE TIME for snacks. Washrooms are located nicely and easy to access. Try to get in early else you would have to make everyone stand up if your seat is in the middle. What a stage! Beautiful lighting and very perfectly set. View from everywhere is great. The screens are of high quality. Seats are fine but could be better. Overall one of the best places to host a show. Andrew Schulz is the best. Saw you were the Raptors play.

My sister and I went to the Leafs Home Opener! 😊💙 Service was fast and efficient. We were let in very quickly from checking our tickets to clearly security, not even a 5 minute wait (amazing). Every seat is a good seat!

We were visiting from out of town to see the Red Wings play the Leafs in a preseason game here and we were impressed by the arena! Comfy seats, great views of the game, wonderful interactions with everyone working there (concessions, gift shop, security, etc..) The Wings lost in OT, but we had a blast the entire time! Best away game experience we've had at any sporting events on any level! We will be back!

Went to two games already so far, with the third on the way I love the atmosphere. Win, lose, it’s fun to watch the game Only problem are the seats. It’s too small and I often feel uncomfortable, like I have no space Sitting in the upper bowl, it’s much more comfortable than sitting in the lower bowl. I prefer sitting up as it helps me relax Will come again

Went to a Raptors game last evening, seats were amazing section 107. Entry is quick and easy, no bags but if you need you can check it for $20. Alcohol and food is crazy expensive as you can imagine, $15 a beer a over $20 for a prime rib sandwich. But the meat was very tender and it tasted great! In-seat service was very convenient and attentive, was around to check on us every 10 minutes or less.

Was there in Late June of this year for an event. We had to get new tickets because they moved us down a section. Staff was very friendly and quick to help us find the service counter. Easy access in and out of the building. Has a lot to offer with the size of the arena. Definitely recommend seeing a concert or sports event in this building. The people make it a loud and enjoyable experience.

Been here many times to watch the hockey games. Absolutely electrifying atmosphere watching the game in the arena. The sound system is fab, the seating is comfortable and has multiple food options on site. The entry gates are clearly mentioned on the tickets making it easier to manage the crowd. The games are always very well organized and it's a treat to watch them live

Such an incredible experience. What a great ambiance! The place is just beautiful, clean and well staffed. I would recommend anyone to go see a concert there. Just make sure to eat first before going in because the food is insanely pricey.

We were thrilled to be able to watch Enrique Iglesias and Ricky Martin performance last Friday. We had a blast. At Scotiabank Arena you find everything you need, from food , drinks and artist's signature clothing. The Arena is huge and the stage is placed in a perfect structure that helps everyone on all sides experience the show from near.

First show in 508 days. Amazing show with Ricky Martin and Enrique. Post covid everyone was screened at the door. Once you were inside everything felt like a concert pre covid. Everyone singing and dancing, it was an amazing experience. Can't wait for more!

First time back here for a leafs game since the pandemic shut things down and even with screening for vaccinations & security checks, the process felt very smooth and safe. Rows are spaced out at since the venue is at 50% capacity but it was wonderful to be back!

Good experience. We went to go watch raptors vs Celtics in the arena. The security guards at gate 6 were well organized, they asked for vaccine passport, ID and tickets. The only downside was that a lot of people didn't have masks on and the security somewhat didnt enforced to wear em. Anyways, beautiful please to go watch a live game.

Recently got to see a Raptor’s game for the first time. Loved the energy of the crowd and was a nice to see so many people. Everyone was respectful of always wearing their mask. I recommend seeing concerts in this arena; it has great light and sound design.

Amazing game here! Games are organized to be interactive with the audience, i loved that. Many talented acts during the breaks to keep you engaged throughout your time here. Everything is well organized, staff is very helpful. Food & drinks are is reasonable considering its a game night and you want to have a good time.Washrooms are clean! Now that govt. has allowed indoor gatherings social distance is not possible because seats are tightly packed in a row. If you are concerned about social distancing during Covid-19 this is one thing to keep in mind before you decide to go for a match. Looking forward to more games!

For an arena style venue to see a concert, Scotiabank is pretty good in all areas. Pretty efficient getting the crowds in and out. The acoustics were quite crisp and clear (for that style of event), and the location is right downtown. It is quite expensive for all food and drink inside but that's to be expected to see any entertainment in the big city! All in all, a great experience.

  • 5/5 Rachel R. 11 months ago on Google
I've seen a few concerts here in the last 2 years - My Chemical Romance, Muse and Blink-182. They were all great! Getting in is a breeze because the staff and security are very efficient. There's plenty of food and drink stalks located on each concourse floor. Barely any wait time unless you are lining up for merchandise which honestly is always a very long line that I do not recommend because you'll miss the concert.

Amazing first experience at the Scotiabank Arena where I got to watch Twice for the first time! The staff were very nice and the place itself is very beautiful and clean. I sat in the 323 section and the view was great even though it’s the second level. The seats are set up well so that the people in front of you shouldn’t be blocking your view unless they stand up.

I recently attended an NHL game at Scotiabank Arena and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure that my visit was enjoyable. The arena itself is modern and spacious, with plenty of seating options and great views of the ice. The atmosphere during the game was electric, with passionate fans cheering on their team and creating an unforgettable experience. One thing that stood out to me was the range of food and beverage options available, from classic stadium snacks to more gourmet options. The quality of the food was impressive and the prices were reasonable considering the high standard. Overall, I would highly recommend attending an NHL game at Scotiabank Arena. The combination of a great venue, passionate fans, and a top-quality game makes for an unforgettable experience that I can't wait to repeat

Great venue for a concert! Very good organization, the only thing I didn’t like that they don’t let you bring your drinks (even water), so you have to buy their overpriced one or just be thirsty for 3 hours. But the performance was amazing, and this arena is so spacious too. Incredible experience, I recommend coming here to see your favorite events :) (@alistva)

This place was always one that was on my bucket list and it did not disappoint. I sat floor seats for two raptors games and the amenities were great. The space is good and spacious. There are food options but pricey . If you bring backpack that’s not clear it will go under the X-ray . There are alot of people to ask for help if you are lost . The sound is good in the room . They have big screen and it’s very clear .

Great experience. View was perfect. Spacing well done for covid protocols. Staff friendly. Only negative is that the food is ridiculously expensive. $35 for 2 slices of pizza and 2 pops is a complete joke. With all the money they make they don't have to insult people by doing these crazy food prices. This is the only reason I only gave 3 stars, otherwise everything else was great.

My first time here for Alicia Key concert. Access in the arena was really easy, the security and the line moved fast. The chair is a bit smaller than Roger chairs, I guess maybe because the chair arms. The sound’s way much better quality I like the atmosphere, warm and cozy 😍

My first kpop concert at scotiabank arena for Twice Ready To Be Tour and i couldnt have picked a better artist to see live at this venue. The merch lines were long its a given you are talking abt Twice but we went to one of the mobile pop up trucks and got the hoody in under 30-40 mins. The actual sound/seats etc were good crowd control was excellent and extremely helpful staff all around. My seats were in section 106 row 26. The side tv screens were small given the size of the venue so that’s probably one thing that was a con in my opinion. Its well connected with public transit with ttc & go transit. So very easy to and from the venue even late at night. Before actual concert there was random play dance 💃 and it was really good. The fan project for the banner was great lots of people were around giving freebies etc it was a very friendly environment If its your first concert you can ask for a certificate and laynard at guest services i did not know only found out after the concert :( so dont make the same mistake as me

My wife and I saw Peter Gabriel here on Sept. 11/23. A really great show and the venue is quite suitable for concerts. Much better sound than old shows at the SkyDome. The stadium is easy to get to and navigate, with plenty of parking around (we found Green P parking within a 10min walk for $10). As is the case with venues such as this, prices for food and drinks are truly ridiculous. Washrooms are also on the sketchy side, and the one I used had no running water in the sinks. Otherwise, it was a fun and safe experience.

  • 3/5 Adam S. 7 months ago on Google
It's hard to rate the arena based on it and not the concert I was at but I'll do my best. The concert was amazing, and for the most part the arena itself was great. Hilarious water guy on the floor, really fast moving line and great staff. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is just because they charged $8 for a cup of water. I ended up feeling sick at one point due to the energy and had to waste money on water, it's really just not fair.
