Asked for an extra straw - the girl working there just threw it at us and walked away and ignored us when we said thank you. Why are you being rude! Not a solid experience - my friend did not want to come to the store again because of it.

Superb customer service. I left my umbrella here and called to let them know. The staff kindly held it for the next few days. Drinks are excellent, too.

I ordered a lychee QQ, which comes with tapioca and jelly. After I paid with credit card, I realized that I wanted to add lychee popping boba to my drink, so I asked the employee for it before he started making the drink. He charged me $1.20 for the popping boba and I handed him $2.20 in cash because I only had toonies, no loonies. I was expecting to receive $1 in change, but he fiddled with the cash register and then he told me that I need to pay $1 more because he only recieved 20 cents from me. I said that I gave him a tooney and he insisted that I didn't. He kept pressuring me, so in the end I gave him another tooney and he gave me back $1 in change, but in total I ended up paying $3.20 for popping boba because he stole the first tooney that I paid. I know that $2 is not a lot of money but it's the principle that bothers me; employees should not be lying and stealing from customers, no matter how much money it is. Who knows how many times this employee has lied to customers in this manner? The service here is horrible and I will never come back. I do not recommend this location.

I believe this joint is over rated; tried milk tea with boba. The tea was not fresh and my drink didn’t even taste like a canned/ bottle milk teas you can get from any grocery stores!👎🏻

Terrible customer service, Im a regular here, but will not visit again! I ordered a tea of the month earlier, but I wanted it hot. The girl told me it will be the regular price then. I told her ppl in this location and the Queen west location offered me the discount price even though I wanted it hot. Like just charged it cold and made the tea as per my preference (Understood those kind ppl were doing me a favour. I appreciate it.). The girl looked at me like I’m a joke… At the beginning of the month, a guy in this location reminded me to go for the large size (instead of the regular) as the tea I wanted is the special for March, how sweet! I visited the shop often enough and felt the staff here are often overworked, but they were courteous. I always left a decent tip for each visit. I didn’t left a penny this time, It was funny when she handed me the machine with tip option… Look you’re in a customer service job, and you decided to show no courtesy, skip the tip option on the machine and then hand it to your customer. Do not make a fool of yourself.

I LOVE CHATTIME. But with what I’ve experienced last night was mind blowing. I normally get a great experience with Chattime. I ordered a brown sugar and a slush. The lady said that they dont have a popping bobba anymore (this was at 9PM TWO HOURS before they close). ALSO, At the counter she asked if I want a bag (DID NOT MENTION THAT IT WILL COST ME since the UOFT location never charged me for one) I just said yes, and when I got my order she slammed my bobbas and didnt gave the bag. I then asked the bag nicely, and she responded “YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A BAG” I smiled and said “Didnt you charged me one?” and suddenly she just turned around, grab a bag and throw it at me. If it weren’t for the plexiglass, I would have reported a harassment. I don’t what was the problem, I was nice the whole time, I even tipped. But I hope whatever the lady’s problem outside work setting remains outside of work too.

Never ever thought it would be necessary to have to leave a negative for Chatime!!! As an internationally recognized bubble tea store, this Dundas location does not do the company justice. Starting off, the employees were extremely rude and lacking basic customer service skills. The Washroom and general floor is sticky and unkept, with garbage left in the corners. As well as this store in particular does NOT top off their drinks properly; I should not be receiving a drink with almost 1cm gap of air in my cup. Anyways, I am beyond disappointed, will not be visiting this location anymore and would not recommend to others.

Some drinks are better than others, it may take some a few tries to get the drink/sugar ratio right that you really enjoy since there are so many options. I had the Thai milk tea with boba and it was fresh and delicious!!

Great location near Yonge & Dundas Square, always busy and always fast when staffed during peak times. They have limited capacity for people to go in so customers do have to line-up outside when it gets busy. This isn't their Chatime Innovation Bar so there's more of their standard menu items and some successful popular items do get featured. Would recommend for a pitstop if you don't mind the wait and don't want to venture too far from Yonge & Dundas Square. The staff are all very nice and are quick to jump in for help to make orders. They're very fast especially during busy periods and are very proactive to keeping their ingredients cooked and in stock for less downtime on their beverages. There have not been a time where we had to wait too long for the order. They also take Ritual app orders as well if you want to order ahead. Their dine-in area is closed during the pandemic times so it's mostly a grab and go type of store. Been here a few times and all our orders have been done correctly so far. They do their sugar levels at 80% for the next tier down (compared to some other locations at 70-75%). My personal favourites involve their Thai Milk Tea with Pearls (but I go for Sago cause it's not a common topping choice with 80% sugar as default, but even so it is still too sweet for me) and the Passionfruit Glow when the promotion comes back (Passionfruit + Blood Orange in a shimmery liquid). Tip: Staff do ask about beverage, toppings, sugar and ice as the default order process - so get it ready if you're not used to the format or is your first time there!

We tried out Chatime's new Pistachio Mustachio winter special drink. It was a pistachio matcha latte topped with sea salt crema. It doesn't come with pearls but my added extra pearls as a topping.But the pistachio flavour is too subtle and light that I can barely taste it... kind of disappointed. My all time favourite drink is still the Brown Sugar Roasted Milk Tea Pistachio Mustachio Brown Sugar Roasted Milk Tea

It was ok, but the 2 staff were busy with online orders, that the in-store customers were left waiting such a long time that they were visibly frustrated. I found the staff courteous but too busy to really engage with, and my drink was exactly as I ordered it.

Friendly employees and quick service (maybe because of the time we went in). Small space with limited seating. Tried the mango green tea with rainbow jelly- it was alright. Jellies were plain, didn't have the same sweetness as coconut jelly but the mango green tea was good.

Awesome bubble tea!! Really hit the spot on a cool day. We ordered the Honeydew... Caramel... and last but not least the Red Bean Matcha Smoothie.

Yummy green tea and matcha icecream. They call it soft cream. Store is clean, not alot of space. Good for 2 people, only 1 table for 4 people. But overall good experience.

My friend and I were greeted by the friendliest staff :D We also really enjoyed the macarons (cookies n crème + earl grey) We will definitely come back again!!

Person taking order was so rude and first they made my drink wrong and when asked for remake , they made it tasteless and cup was leaking .

I've tried a lot of bubble tea places, but it was my first time with this brand “Chatime” The male and female staff working on weekdays evening were very kind, and they explained to me very well 👍🏼 I loved the drink so much. Thank you!!

My favorite is brown suger pearl milk tea, it always taste good. Fast service and nice staff.

So today (Saturday November 11, 2023) at 12:58, I asked to use the washroom at this location for my daughter. The rude female employee tells me it’s for employees only, I’ve been a customer here before so I know it’s a lie. She rudely tells me to go to Dennys across the street. She refused to give me her name for this complaint so I took her photo (I didn’t want to). Very very rude employee. I will consider going to other BBTea places than ChaTime. I certainly hope you address this matter!

I’m a regular customer at this location and I feel I must say something about this one particular staff, a Chinese girl with red and black hair - she is the only staff that remembers every single one of my order, always serves with accuracy and I have never seen such efficiency at any other Chatime locations. I often see her working by herself but she handles everything swiftly. Overall very good experience, hope to see more staff like this.

Have the classic chatime orders and are open pretty late until 11pm!

I don’t know if this is a common experience or I’m just unlucky, but I’ve always had a disappointing experience here. Bad service, wrong orders, long wait times, you name it. Which bums me out because I love Chatime. And I’ve never experienced this at other locations. 🤷‍♀️

I went there on May 26th around 4 pm. The girl staff who took my order was very impatient(I saw her name already). I didn’t feel good. She talked to us like she was in hurry to do something else and make my friend and me felt uncomfortable. I won’t visit this location again.

I usually go this location every time I visit the downtown but the previous visit was very disappointing. After a long wait both outside and inside, the girl took the wrong order and didn’t even apologize. Could have been nicer if she talks in a nice way to customers.

Small store, but service is generally fairly slow (I think because the store is understaffed.) Otherwise quality products. Love the new addition of Bake Code Desserts!

The new employee messed up my drink. I ordered normal sugar and normal ice for my drink. But he didn't add any sugar in it. The flavour is completely pale and non-sweet.

Your typical bubble tea shop. With a variety of tried and true flavours, you will be satisfied. It's close to the subway, so you can pop by, which I do. The service is excellent. Quick, professional, and friendly. Inside there is seating; it needed to be clearer where to line and wait for your drink. Accessibility is very narrow, and there is a step to get in.

I Ordered 100% sugar for my drink and tasted like nothing, no flavor of tea or even pudding. Also tapioca was less than usual. Not even that tasty anymore, less flavor of tea , sugar, less boba. service was 7.5/10

Great ambience but bit chaotic inside because of small franchise, otherwise beautiful outlet.

Quick service, the place was gross inside, the pumpkin spice bubble tea tastes extremely sweet and fake. It was not a great experience overall.
