Mahalo iā 'oe !! The most authentic Hawaiian style poké I have grabbed on outside of the state hands down. An awesome joint and easily the best option in Vancouver with plenty of seating and a nice chilled, no fuss vibe. I had a BYOB Poké with classic Shoyu Tofu and Sweet and Sour Shrimp. This bowl was totally LOADED, I mean Phat... and WOW super yummy, fresh, vibrant and an array of flavor with incredible grade of poké soops coupled with innovative flavors made with care. The spicy wakame was total fire. I could happily eat this three times, every day and be the happiest dude in the world.. the hype is real and you have to try this, trust me. The server was such a nice lady and totally made my day too. This joint is dope, I'm eating here tomorrow too I already decided. Support local businesses!

They serve delicious poke bowls, invented in Hawaii. Their ingredients are always fresh and flavourful. Our favourite bowl is the Aloha Bowl. There are signature bowls (small $12.75 and large $15.75 - prices have increased in 2021). The large size is enough for 2 people. There is also a building-your-own-bowl option (regular $10.75, large $14.00). Their portions are actually quite large (one portion of protein is actually2 scoops)! Service has always been good. This is my wife's favourite Poke restaurant in Toronto. We've been to this restaurant 5 times since Nov 2019. On 2021-08-06, we chose the following for our build-your-own bowl ($10.75): soba noodles (base), classic Shoyu salmon (protein 1 scoop), sweet & spicy shrimp (protein 1 scoop), mango, creamy togarashi (sauce), spicy unagi (sauce), and garnishes (B&W sesame seeds, crispy onions, crispy garlic, nori, watermelon radish, tempura bits). We were pleasantly surprised by the number of shrimp and salmon pieces we got in the bowl! On our 2020-09-18 visit, we got 2 different bowls: 1. Cali Bowl (large $15.75 - $16.50 in 2021): white rice, classic Shoyu salmon & tuna, avocado, crab meat slaw, masago, fried onions, nori, and B&W sesame seeds. 2. Aloha Bowl (large $15.75 - $16.25 in 2021): white rice,  honey ginger salmon, crab meat slaw, edamame, seaweed salad, masago, fried onions, and B&W sesame seeds. Added unagi sauce and spicy aioli sauce. On our 2020-07-23 visit, we got the following bowl: 1. Cali Bowl with Yuzu salmon and soba noodles (large $22.25). There are no indoor or outdoor seating areas. There is a park across the street with several picnic tables. During pandemic times, customers and staff wear face masks. There are plexiglass between the staff (and food) and customers. There is music playing in the background. There are no free WiFi or customer washrooms. It is wheelchair accessible.  Parking is not easy with only a few street parking spots. There is a parking garage at Yonge and Bloor and it is near the Dundas and St. Patrick subway stations. One of the best poke bowls I've ever had. Had one of the store bowls instead of the make my own. Had tuna and salmon and a ton of goodies to add texture and flavor. The spicy seawood salad was the best. All of it had my nose running and I loved every bite. Highly recommend.

WOWOWOWOWOW. I've only ever had the pre-made poke bowls in Hawaii so the make your own bowl was different. But the server was very patiwnt and honestly I just asked her to put whatever it might taste good. I also like how much care they put into making things especially the spam musubi. I would rank this place as a hidden gem for not only having great food but also one that actually feels healthy once you finished. Theres no extra charge for the toppings. Also theres a washroom on site.

had an uber eats coupon and decided to try poke guys! — i ordered a custom bowl, with kale greens as a base topped with spicy shoyu salmon and tuna, kimchi, edamame, and avocado. i requested extra green onions on top and was very happy with how much was added! overall, the portions were generous and everything was very fresh. however, i think it was over-sauced and the bowl was way too salty! the amount of shoyu also made the greens quite soggy...thankfully, i had mango in my fridge and after adding some on top to try and balance it out, it was a lot better.

Seeking a quick and refreshing lunch? Poke Guys' joint does not disappoint. When I visited, their line was out the door which is always a good sign, even if the ordering counter starts near the entrance. Upon entering, I noticed the regular bowl was big; the large size by ginormous! Cali Bowl was just right for the dreary day! It was filled to the brim with chunks of shoyu salmon & ahi tuna along with crab meat slaw, avocado and spicy aioli sauce on top of a choice of rice or noodles. Sure, the fish and toppings were tasty but it was their unique garnishes such as watermelon radish and furikake that made the difference in the meal. A visit to Poke Guys was worth the trek rain or shine. I have certainly be back again for more worth-it meal when I'm craving a poke bowl. This includes PG's Bowl (shoyu salmon), Volcano Bowl (spicy shoyu salmon & spicy seaweed), Wasabi Octopus Bowl. All were hits.

The generous size of portions, fresh fish, delicious toppings! The difference between regular and large portions is that large contains 3 scoops of protein and small 2. Even though it’s possible here to make your own poke, I’ve tried here signature Cali and Pg and would strongly recommend them. It’s also cheaper overall to order a signature poke rather than build something else from custom toppings and proteins. For poke base here you can choose white or brown rice, noodle or kale. Proteins - salmon, tuna, shrimp and tofu.

My photo kind of didn’t justify the taste, it tasted way better than the photo I took/how it looks from this angle. I ordered spicy salmon, I love that it actually is spicy, spicy salmon from some places aren’t actually spicy. Added crispy onion which was great! Toppings are generous, there was a lot of salmon. Do give it a try!

🙏🏼Best Poké joint I’ve tried in ON thus far! 🙏🏼 🐠 Ingredients were super fresh and bountiful 🐠 Staff working we’re friendly/helpful 🐠 Sashimi portions are very generous 🐠 Moderately priced Pictured below: 📸 • 1/2 tuna and 1/2 salmon build-your-own large poke bowl • Toppings: seaweed salad, spicy cucumber, jalepenos, edamame, ginger.. (+ all the free ones) Bowl was VERY DELICIOUS and filling. It was the perfect amount for a hungry girl with a big appetite like myself 😋Definitely no leftovers 🐷🥢

Great welcoming service, the poke bowls are packed also with great pre-made poke bowls selections or you can craft your own bowl. But the better deal of protein come with pre-made selection. Grab myself the Cali bowl. Only thing that can help with the experience is the restaurant not being fully finished (ceiling missing paneling)

The Mauna Loa bowl is delicious! The portion looked small but was very filling. The spicy salmon was really yummy too.

Guys, please stop putting expired cucumbers into Cali bowl. Just ordered a large bowl today. Same thing happened 3 months ago and earlier throughout past year. I have been your loyal client since 2019. But enough is enough. You’re charging 24$ for large bowl which is a rate of 2 hours of base salary. You position yourself as a fresh food provider, which you are not (stopped being). At least for past year. Please plan your ingredients’ consumption properly and do not use the expired ingredients from previous days. There will be no second warning (the complaint to city of Toronto will follow up). Thanks

First time trying a Poke bowl. I tried the Fire Fin bowl with spicy tuna, reg size. It was great. The recommended sauce that went on it was too spicy, so I'll try a different one next time. I like spicy, but it was too spicy when the spicy tuna was already spicy enough. My friend had the Californian bowl with mild tuna. To substitute it to spicy tuna is an extra $2, which didn't make sense to me, but it looked really good, so I'll it next as is.

Easily the best poke in Toronto. Generous serving of poke and lots of toppings. I love that you can choose multiple sauces at no extra charge. Staff is nice as well. My favorites are the Fire Fin and Mauna Loa.

A poke place that I added to my poke hall of fame. I had the build your own poke, all ingredients were fresh and flavourful. My only issue was adding more sauce to the bowl while the proteins were already marinated, making the bowl overpowered by the sauces and soggy (avoid adding additional sauces). The service was great and the price-for-portion was worth it. Convenient location for chestnut residents! Overall, would be back!

This is the best value poke bowl I ever had in my entire life!!! The portion is huge, full of sashimi. Some creative and delicious combination like salmon with mango. We ordered 3 bowls take out and none of us was able to finish them. It was so much sashimi that after this I got sick of sashimi. I definitely will come back to try more.

I love poke guys, my favourite poke place downtown. They are probably one of the more expensive options for poke, but the serving sizes are HUGE and they definitely never skimp on the fish and toppings. There are so many toppings that the hardest part is trying to mix the bowl without it spilling out. Their service is also always fast and very friendly.

This was delicious! And these are quick and easy meals. Super friendly team at the Poke Guys - very helpful when creating a custom bowl. If you're sensitive to spicy, then I would recommend steering away from the spicy options as these have a bit more heat than other poke restaurants.

Love the customizable options, variety of toppings, and sauce options, but the fish was heavy on the shoyu and we found it could have been fresher. The portion was quite big for a regular, but on the pricier side. I would recommend getting sauce on the side or it may be too overpowering. We ordered the Cali and Fire Fin! Both were quite good, the Fire Fin was a bit too salty/spicy especially with the kimchi. Environment could have been better—the lighting was dim/flickery.

I’ve been here a couple times already, its my go to poke bowl place when I am near the Eatons centre. The portions are huge and and it comes with many free toppings. I’ve found the rice to be a hit or miss at times (the white rice being hard).

Delicious poke bowls in a simple and unassuming location, with good price for the portion size and quality. Service was great with all of our questions being answered and you can make your own bowl or use one of the pre-built menu items (regardless, can customize with some toppings and sauces). Easy and efficient to make and overall very tasty and fresh ingredients.

I created an own bowl with shrimp and tuna. They put more than I expected!!! Regular size is enough for one person. I liked it!

Good service, average Poke Guys - got a custom box, was a little adventurous with the choices - maybe it just wasn’t the best combination?

Poke guys is normally one of my favourite restaurants, but today's experience may have been poor enough to change my mind about that. I got a PG's bowl, and was eating it when I started choking on a fishbone. A fishbone is usually not a big deal if you bought grocery store fish, but you would 100% not expect it in a restaurant that serves fish like sushi or poke. It was lodged in my throat for a good minute before I coughed it out and gave me a painful throat after. Quite unacceptable.

Amazing! Always a good time eating poke bowl from here. Especially the cali bowl with brown rice! Even tho it's not ahi tuna currently its still amazing! The employees here make the bowls like a piece of art. Don't mind my pic.. I mixed everything

Got their vegetarian bowl that came with shoyu tofu along with zucchini noodles, and it was so delicious omg!! The zucchini noodles were the perfect texture, and it made the bowl very light & refreshing! Highly recommend if you want a healthier low-carb option hehe. The other bowl I got was their mauna loa bowl with white rice which came with spicy shoyu salmon, and both my mom & sis loved it! They liked the fresh salmon and how the bowl was very spicy. Will definitely be back again :)

Great service! Food was pretty good too. My Nagrt Shrimp bowl was a bit too salty for me (the shrimp itself and the sauce), but the Mauna Loa poke bowl was pretty ok and spicy

My first time at Poké and it was terrific. The predefined menu offerings had lots to choose from and the Cali Bowl was super. The proteins (Tuna, Salmon) were fresh and tasty. The varied textures were terrific and Wow! was it ever filling ... I had a small and I could hardly finish it. I will be back.

This downtown Poke Guys location was ideal for my Hawaiian dinner visit today. My sweetie chose a regular Mauna Loa bowl with white rice as her base, spicy shouyu salmon, edamame, spicy cucumbers, spicy seaweed salad & mango followed with garnishes of crispy onions, black & white sesame seeds, watermelon radish, tempura bits, pickled red ginger and scallions. The sauce was miso sesame. I opted for the BYOB (build your own bowl) option and selected the brown rice as a base. My protein was the classic Shouyu Tuna, sweet & spicy shrimp (extra charge), seaweed salad topping (extra charge) followed with garnishes of crispy onions, black & white sesame seeds, watermelon radish, tempura bits, pickled red ginger and scallions. The sauce was Wasabi paste. What a terrific visual meal presentation! The poke bowl ingredients were fresh, flavourful and delicious to the palate. That Wasabi paste was the best I've ever had so far. I weighed the poke bowl contents and each topped my micro scale at 780 grams. Store staff were friendly & courteous. She was patient in explaining the choices and options. The poke bowls looked like masterpieces. Street Toronto P parking is available on Elizabeth St and steps away from Toronto City Hall.
