One of Toronto's best-known tourist attractions. Here there is fun and activities everywhere. Playground for children with a replica of a small locomotive train, slide and seesaw. In the same square is the train museum, with several replicas of old Canadian trains, in addition to the small locomotive ride. A brewery, some restaurants and it is next to the stadium, CNTower and the Aquarium. Arriving at the site can be made by car, shuttle cars or public transport, through the union station on the yellow line of the metro. The square is very large and has well-maintained lawns and walking areas, making it possible for everyone to get around.

The location is great, it is a mixture of several different businesses and parks. On site is the Toronto Railway Museum - reflecting on the history of the Roundhouse when it was in operation. Additionally, there is Steam Whistle brewery along with their patio and Bier Garden. There is also a patio and entertainment in the Rec Room. There is also a lot of park area to enjoy and a children's park area with fun things to climb on.

Excellent place for kids . I've been here twice, and both times have been amazing. Very friendly staff, efficient service. Nearby food truck Food was great. Also a fun stop for grabbing a beer. Their tour is interesting. If you go, pull the whistle cord! Fun place to enjoy with family

Nice little area across the street from CN Tower and Rogers Center. Has several rail cars and a little history about them along with loading coal and various items into them. A few places to sit down and a little museum there too.

This is a great park for everyone. There is a playground structure for the kids and paths for adults to walk. This park surrounds the Don Station where the miniature train stops to pick up its passengers for the Toronto Railway Museum. If you love trains, you will love it here.

Nice park to pass by after visiting the Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium & The Toronto Railway Museum. It was a small park and not too busy, you could take some nice photos there.

Perfect area to look around and spend time. Amazing views and perfect for photography. Images coming soon. Open for tours inside or take a walk around the grounds. As you can see by the images it's really quiet and great weather coming this week.

Lots of activity going on around the park and its historic railway roundhouse. It's in the middle of of other attractions including Toronto Railway Museum, Steam Whistle Brewery, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium and Rogers Centre. The display of old trains and locomotives is great.

Super awesome park. Great place to visit if you like trains! There are many cool and unusual pieces of railway history on display. Being located in the shadows of the CN tower means that there are some great photo opportunities! I would reccomend going on a Monday in the spring season. That's when it'll be nice out, but a bunch of people won't be flooding the park. There's a cool old water tower, and a couple other structures around the roundhouse to look at too!

Nice open park area in the centre of the city. Located right near some other major attractions like Ripley’s Aquarium, CN Tower, Convention Centre, Rogers Stadium and more. There are a bunch of old train cars, engines and a caboose on site that are great to tour, photograph and just generally explore in the park. Fun spot for kids to visit.

I’ve lived across the street from this park for over 10 years and it’s a great park. Lots of green space, picnic tables, a little park for kiddos, a brewery, and a couple restaurant options - and a train museum! They run a little train during the summer you can ride around - best way to see the whole park. Steam Whistle has an annual summer and winter beer festival that’s great. I have so many pics to share through my many years so I’ll try to keep it at a minimum:) - It’s my favorite park in the whole city :)

Certainly a paradise for train enthusiasts, but the Roundhouse Park offers a fantastic atmosphere for everyone amidst the towering skyscrapers and historic trains and buildings.

It is nice place to hang out with friends. Great location, Great view. Only 3 stars because our experience here at the Restroom Restaurant was very poor. We had reservation of 8 for our friend's bachelor's party. It was Thursday Evening. When we reached there we ordered one drinks and some 2 to 3 dishes. We were good for it for 1 hour and then when we asked for second round and dinner they directly told us kitchen and bar was closed. They didn't even care to come and ask once before closure .

This was a really interesting museum. If you are interested in locomotives and history, it's pretty amazing to think of what this was once used for. Also pretty cool to see the old rail cars and newer ones too. Have to say I appreciated the little gift shop too - prices that were not outrageous. Finally the little train ride was a good attraction too, not costly and seemed to interest kids and adults alike.

Awesome place in mid of downtown. Aqua museum is not open yet but still can get a glimpse of shark and other fish from outside. CN tower is mesmerizing as always and looks much beautiful at nights. Great place to hangaround with Friends and family... Even though facility is closed we could still see a small crowd which shows the love to the place by people... If you are in Toronto there should not be any excuse of not visiting this place...

One of my favorite places in the city to get the best views of the CN tower. There's also a rail museum situated in the park that has adorable toy train.

I love the place. If you are up to engines I think it's a must to visit this place where you can have a look of the different trains in the past. I recommend to try the Biergarten Restaurant in the place.

Did not expect the food to be so incredible. Pretzel is insane but also amazing beef tartar and a tomahawk pork chop! Must visit. I will be back many times.

The caterers did a great job for the wedding. The food was great and service attentive. Unfortunately, the sound system was not great and baffles are needed to deaden the echo effect. Parking in the area can be quite expensive.

Roundhouse Park is a 17 acre park and was created in 1997 on top of the southern expansion of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The park features the original, fully restored and operational 120-foot long locomotive turntable and a carefully chosen collection of full-sized railway equipment. It is home to the Toronto Railway Historical Association live steam miniature railway and other outdoor exhibits illustrating Toronto's railway heritage. Exhibits include the original 60,000 gallon water tower, the 650 ton concrete locomotive coaling tower and a collection of historic buildings, including the Don Station and Cabin D.

Beautiful place, middle in the heat of Toronto. Nice beers at the brewery. Come drinks on the terrace in the summer of inside in the snow.

Updated review: The Roundhouse Park is still just as nice as I remembered it, nice maintained grass/park area, lots of train history/attractions cause of the museum nearby and very spaced out area. There's also a farmer's market from time to time as well. Review from 4 years ago: It's a nice location to visit; especially if you want to browse some train history or even view the Steam Whistle Brewery or CN Tower nearby. The lawn is very well maintained and makes it a very nice location to have a picnic as well! I find the tiny train such a wonderful addition to this park!
