Worst club ever! If you don’t want to be racially profiled and get denied by your colour, age, ethnic then don’t go to this place. The security guards have no customer service, and have no respect for their customers. Here’s is a picture of the security guard that wouldn’t let me and my friends (age of 22) wouldn’t let us in and threw my phone away just because we wanted to record their disrespect. Never go ever go here, go to so many other clubs around the area.

This is a very small club that has a strong focus on bottle service. The lazer is quite strong and makes seeing in the club very difficult. I did appreciate the gender neutral bathroom and the bathrooms were very clean. The bouncers will touch you EVEYWHERE so just beware if you are sensitive.

It’s terribly tiny, I wouldn’t even call it a club…more like a small basement trying too hard to be a club with all laser lights & stuff. The bouncers and all staff at the entrance are extremely rude and act as if they are on a power trip. I watched them get in fights with many different people who were being polite and did not deserve the treatment they were given. I understand that it can be a tough job dealing with drunk people and it is important that the club remains a safe place, however just because you control who goes in and out of the club doesn't give you the right to be rude to people. I watched one person smile and ask "how are you" as they approached the doorman and they received "have your ID ready" back. I wouldn't recommend unless you want to get felt up at the front door and treated like you are a drug dealer or criminal.

I’m a bartender. I came to lost and found tonight unexpectedly after being let off early from my bar shift. When my purse was searched, 2 wine cranks were confiscated. I carry these only because they are necessary for my job. I completely understand the security concern with having someone bring something sharp into the club, but what I cannot understand is why everyone’s $1 lighters were held in a box to be repossessed by their owners, but my $20 (x2) corkscrews ended up “in the garbage” according to the rude female security guard. I had no bad intentions. I did not contest the confiscation. I merely asked if I could retrieve them on the way out and was practically laughed at for even suggesting it. I’m happy the club takes safety seriously bit given the fact that cheap Bic lighters can be retrieved but my corkscrews could not, I can’t help but feel that certain security were on a power high. Very disappointed by the lack of common decency here, especially towards fellow industry people.

Definitely a place with very low class folks. a very low-class young lady. threw a bottle of drink into my head. I could have taken more damage, security simply removed us from the place. they cooperate with the escape of this criminal. "Just the day I left to celebrate my wedding, it could have been my last day. I asked the security for the responsible person to go out with me and if he was responsible for the hospital expenses but they collaborated with his escape, it could have been a murder. act in a very unprepared manner. Do not go to this place unless you're a fringe. I have a huge cut on my forehead. with the face sewn, in the hospital and the criminals surely happy because they were not caught by this crime

Staff, security and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. We had a great time, great vibes and cool atmosphere. We will definitely be back. Also, coat check is free which is a very nice touch on behalf of Lost and Found!

Giving this establishment one star is beyond generous. Please don't waste your time. The majority of the bouncers at this club are atrocious, degrading and extremely hostile. We were told they were just doing their job, if there job is to make people never want to come back then yes they are doing a perfect job. Don't be like my friends and I giving this club a chance even after reading all the reviews, it truly isn't worth it. Last night was my first time at Lost and Found and the quality of this club is so poor and unprofessional it isn't even laughable. There are so many other clubs nearby, go to any other club because Lost and Found shouldn't even be considered one. There were maybe two out of the eight workers in the front who were actually decent people but don't even risk it. The club itself is small, damp and absolutely disgusting too. You aren't missing out on anything, trust me.

Went with other girls and the only good things were we got in for free and there wasn't much of a line. However, bouncers are pretty rude and they have weird policies. I had a belt bag on and they threatened me that I wasn't allowed to wear it or else I would be kicked out and banned for life, but my other friends had larger purses than me and were fine. I asked why that was their policy and why larger purses were allowed but my tiny belt bag wasn't allowed and I never got a straight answer. Coat check also was not open which was weird considering it was -2 degrees outside and everyone had coats. My friend brought her boyfriend and the bouncers told him that they may not let him in unless he bought bottle service.

We asked before getting in the line how long the wait was for 5 people on a Monday, was ignored twice by the guy on the door then he told us we couldn’t get in because of my friend who was with me and dressed in track pants, he wasn’t even coming in we were just inquiring. The bouncer outside on August 29 was absolutely disgusting. He was on a complete power trip while my friends are I we’re being polite but he was so hostile and rude. When I asked for his name he gave me the name of an NBA player thinking I wouldn’t realize. If I could give less than 1 stars I would! This establishment clearly needs to hire new bouncer after reading the other reviews.

The place looks okay but it is very small, there's a lot of Toronto thots here if you're into that kind of thing. The drinks are severely overpriced, I ordered two shots of tequila and the bartender gave me a bill of 40 which confused me a bit. After clarifying that upon saying two shots of tequila she "assumed" I wanted the most expensive one, she also made a comment about how I should order something I can afford (cringe). Im still confused as why North America employs the tactics of only having basic 20 year old girls as bartenders, do you genuinely believe it will make me tip more ? Also , I was afraid it was dead and I poked my head In to see how many people there were and the security grabbed me aggressively back , I almost could not contain my laughter as it was some middle aged 5'7 twerp pulling me back (yes it was dead but I went anyways Cause there was no line ). Laughable, I'd say go just to say you have been to lost and found and never go again.

Bouncers are absolutely horrible at their jobs. We had a 1000$ table reserved inside for us with 3 other friends waiting there already. We were told by the bouncer to wait on the sidewalk for "5 minutes" and that he would come get us. We waited 20 minutes before we went to see him again, he admitted having forgotten about us and asked us to go stand in another spot on the sidewalk for "2 minutes". He then proceeded to forget about us again, we went to see him 2-3 times for the remaining 30 minutes and he would always answer "Yes, you're next, give me a minute I'll come get you". After a total of an hour of waiting we were finally allowed to go WAIT IN LINE where people were cutting and bringing their whole group of friends right in front of us. After complaining that it was really cold outside and we'd been waiting for over an hour the bouncer said "if you're not happy you can just go home, otherwise just keep waiting". That's when we left. If you run a club and people are WAITING an hour to give you their money, you need to seriously reconsider your priority and employee selection process. We went and took our money to a better place.

The waitress took my credit card and ID , never gave it back , I emailed them and called for days , we keep in contact during the email , my friend goes in and gets my ID and credit card 2 days ago.. they had no idea it was a friend , they message me 3 days later(today) and tell me “ sorry we can’t find it”

if i could give 0 stars i would. for my birthday my boyfriend paid hundreds of dollars for signs bottles table reservations etc. when my friends and i got there they didn’t wanna let us come in even tho we had reservations and expected us to paid the entrance fee even tho we were under a guest list. at the end of the night the bouncer girl punched me in the face and dragged me on the floor outside

My least favourite club on King West! I live in the area and I wanted to like it so I gave it a few chances, but I really wouldn’t bother. Every time I’ve gone it’s been with bottle service and the service is still awful. They make people wait ages to give the appearance of being busy when there is barely anyone there. As a girl I get treated pretty well, but I’ve seen the bouncers be incredibly rude and racist. Once you get in, the place is tiny, super dark and poorly decorated. The entire space is taken up by the booths, and you more or less have to dance standing on top of your booth. You may as well not come if you don’t have one, because there is no true “dance floor” and you’ll be left dancing awkwardly in what little space is between the booths. I will say that it has very pretty girls, especially the staff!

Really disturbing experience with the bouncers here. We had a booth for a birthday party and me & my partner went outside for some air and were suddenly not allowed back into the establishment despite being the cardholder for the booth. They were only willing to let me back in and I can only think it was because they were discriminating against my partner for being a male and that’s the unfortunate reality of clubs in Toronto. If you have a birthday or any special event, I highly suggest looking elsewhere to do it because they’ll treat you and your guests terribly here. I didn’t put too much stock into the reviews here, which was my mistake cause they’re all completely accurate. Go somewhere else :)

like many of the other reviews, dont waste your time or bother making your way here. Was hoping to get in somewhere for free with their website saying "ladies free before 12". we had small, barely noticeable bags but bouncers told us we could leave it at the burger place next door if we paid them $10, which is VERY sketchy.

Would not recommend if you are a student. Cover can be given randomly as well. Me and friend got in with the same guest list but I had to pay twice as much as him. I explained the situation to the bouncers and they would not listen.

Security is violent towards women. After a mediocre experience I tried to leave the establishment and the security by the base of the stairs grabbed my hard aggressively and would not let me leave. He then threatened to hurt me if I tried to exit. There are many places in Toronto with friendly and helpful security. This place is the opposite.

A group of about 20 of us went to lost and found last night for a friends birthday. He had reserved two tables for our group. The bouncer was saying that there was too many guys in our group and that it was a problem. We told them that the guys wouldn’t mind paying and he responded saying “money is not the issue here”. Our group was all black people and during this process of standing outside for 50 minutes in the cold we watched multiple groups of white MEN go into the club. When I asked him what the problem was and whether it was something that could be worked out or if we should leave, he responded to me saying that “the promoter you guys went through knows not to do THIS” and signals to our entire group and then says “This is a problem”. We ended up taking our group of 20 to a different club and buying our bottles at an establishment that actually welcomes their guests regardless of race. Needless to say, I 100% will never go to this place again nor would I recommend this place to anyone. I’m heavily involved in the Toronto night life scene and this was one of the most disgusting behaviours ever displayed by a bouncer and club.

This place is a joke the bouncers will get their face smashed eventually if they keep thinking they are above everyone. I would feel embarrassed of owning this place or working there. Imagine going. Having a beer in a toilet is better than this place.

Bouncers didn’t allow me into the club when I showed them my real ID and a backup ID. Im 20, but my friend who was younger than me was allowed in. My ID’s went through 3 bouncers and they still didn’t believe my IDs. There was no means of telling if my ID was fake, they solely based it on a 4 year old picture of me when I got my permit picture taken at 16. They also wouldn’t accept my photos of my 2 passports (American and Canadian). For any tourists, I wouldn’t recommend this club. Insane, will never be returning and will tell all my friends to never return to this establishment / pizza shop cover up . If I could give 0 stars if I would.

Worst nightclub in Toronto. Never would I even consider going back. Was disrespected by multiple security bouncers for no reason while trying to pay for coat check. What could have been accomplished with a simple exercise me, was replaced with get outta the way and when I tried to address the issue which Behooves me as to what I did wrong other than try to pay for coatcheck, he refused to even acknowledge his rudeness or admit he was in the wrong. Maybe some communication skill development other than acting like they are tough would allow you to service and do your job effectively. The owner needs to reconsider the type of security they hire. Multiple incidences, same situation. Such a shame Dj was good, but improve on service staff.

Probably the worst bathrooms I've ever. experienced. They were disgusting and there was no toilet paper available. We had to pay $20 for cover but it was definitely not worth it. The venue is very small. The room is long and people just sit on the edges in booths. People were barely dancing. Was not a good time

Had a really bad experience with the bouncers. They mock you behind your back, are really unprofessional for 30/40 year old grown men and they physically threw my friend to the curb for asking to go back in the club to get his cellphone (which he lost while dancing). also Really strict dress code.

They are liars and want your money. They scam people for bottles and lie to you about what time they are closing on purpose. We asked and they said they are extending the hours just so my friend would buy $700 bottle. That’s how these loser brown men that run that place treat women.

I came here a while ago with a friend and we bought a bottle of liquor and paid for it upfront. The bartender took the bottle from us exactly at 2am, even though the AGCO states only serving should be stopped at that time and bottles only need to be cleared 45 minutes after. The bottle was still half-full, and we saw that every other booth still had their bottles. The club is also incredibly small and they packed people in that night to a point where it becomes hazardous. I'm surprised this place is still open considering all of the bad experiences, but King Street clubs make money regardless I guess. Just go elsewhere!

This is genuinely the worst club in Toronto. My friends and I got a booth for a birthday and spent $2000 just to be completely disrespected. As my brother was walking out of the club to get some air, the bouncer grabbed and pushed him for no reason and told him he couldn’t leave. Several of our male friends who pitched in for the booth weren’t allowed reentry after going to the smoking area despite being told they’d be able to come back inside. Some other friends who bought tickets for the event weren’t allowed entering because they oversold tickets. The bottle service girls and bouncers forced us to pay early and kicked us out while we still had bottles. Honestly, I could list a thousand reasons why you should never come to this club. They’re absolute scammers.

This club is great for Yonge ones in their 20's. However I think this could be an exceptionally better place if they had changed the age range of music. Most people that are attending this club are older and the music needs to meet the age range not the location. I think the design of the club is more suited for the older genre, 26-40 but the DJ was awesome, he included some older beats as well. The bar had great servers and the ratio of bouncers to people was awesome. There were more bouncers making the ratio about 1:15 and that was just in side. This did not include the security outside. This is an incredibly safe idea. Their location is spot on. Right on king street where there are lots of police, security on the street, etc.. The bouncers have changed. I recognized nobody, which is odd but other than that, it was great. Here are the reasons I gave it a four and not a five: Coat check: That's a must. We are in Canada, thus, we have four seasons: Construction, Spring Fall and Winter. So the cool breeze is really an issue. Lighting: The blue laser was quite strong and was hitting my eye directly and I'm a mere 5'2" That needs to bounce towards the wall higher up. and not at the bar. Washroom: You genuinely need new seat covers. They cost about $20 per seat. Some of the seats were...in need of repair. Smokers: There needs to be a place for people to exit the club for afresh air or a smoke and get back in. a special taped off area where you collect their drivers license or something and they can re enter. But going out for air should not be consequence after dancing in a basement. But the gender neutral washrooms with staff on site, is a great idea, especially for the space. Overall, this is a great place to let go, or even just to relax and listen to some beats! I think you'll receive greater reviews if you change the age range that you are trying to entertain. PS: Also, build a bench on the end of the bar and strap it to the floor. Creating that warm environment corner for people to sit, will throw a more social vibe to the club. I think your location is perfect for a Kizomba Club night to be honest. A mix of Kizomba dancer and clubbers. Pre-covid there use to be one Kizomba Club that people would dance all night. I think launching a Friday Kizomba would completely change the ratings your receiving. Start it with Kizomba and end it with some club music. around 2 am or whatever.

Amazing time here always. The dj’s are always great and the Monday is my favourite since that’s the only day I can go out with my odd work schedule. Getting a booth here makes it a lot more fun but the bar is still lit too! One of my favourite clubs

The line is not huge, so the entry is smooth. The place is tiny, and the washrooms are even smaller! It was impossible to close the washroom doors without squeezing myself. The bathroom is all-gender which makes it gross (I had to wipe the urine off the toilet seat), but the restroom attendant was nice. The bartenders are extremely busy but friendly! There’s no bar menu, so the price of drinks remains a mystery, and based on what I paid, it’s pretty expensive for the quality. The music was great until 1:30 or so—overall pretty nice place to chill and have fun.

Honestly such rude bathroom attendants!!!!! Yelled at me while I was in the stall, banged on the door while I was washing my hands, yelled at my friend. Very mean, very entitled, ruined the experience. I would not comeback simply because of the staff. Super weird even though we tipped them walking in!!!!!

The bouncers were on an absolute power trip. We bought tickets for a halloween event a week before and got tot he club at 11 PM. However, when we got there the bouncers said we wouldn't be getting in and refused to give us a reason why. They said we could get a refund but on the ticket it said it was non-refundable. Upon confronting them, they kicked us out of the line, hit us with and umbrella and then multiple bouncers jumped out of the line and threw our friend to the floor and starting punching him. This club really needs new bouncers, I saw them being rude with everyone that night. Worst club in downtown.

The most disrespectful staff I have ever witnessed at a club. Middle of winter and no coat check and we were physically pushed out of the club after asking why there was no coat check. We were three girls who had PAID.

Don't waste your time. It's tiny, cramped, overcrowded and is basically a dark basement with some laser lights and rude staff. Security took my friends unopened ocs joints at the door and didn't give them back. Sit at home with the lights off and a laser pointer and you'll have more fun.

Celebrated my 25th birthday here and I was sceptical at first cause of the reviews but I saw a lot of my social media friends goes there so I gave it a chance and honestly it was an amazing night. Reserved a booth w/bottle service my friends and I had a good time. S/o to my guy Alfredo !! For looking out and making sure my night was smooth. :) ... I would give it 5 starts but the club is small still but other than that it’s LITTTTT

The amout of hype this place gets and that artists actually quote this place in their lyrics baffles me. Very small venue, no dance floor and bouncers always telling you to get out the way while you are on the floor. If you gonna go here you must get the booth cause there really is nothing here to do besides sit down and drink.Also no smoke pit got to walk outside and smoke on the street. 2/10

Small club and nobody was there. We came in, they asked to take out my small Swiss multipurpose knife from my keychain at the entrance. Understandable I took it out and gave it to them, hoping I'll get it back on my way out. On our way out, I asked for my knife back and they all laughed me out (the lady who frisks). Horrible customer service and extremely disrespectful. They literally stole it. I wouldn't recommend this club at all. Other than that, inside is very small, and no one is in their.

Me and my friends were on the guest list and didn’t even go into the club before we were turned off by the RUDE bouncers. We were there early and were asked to step around the ribbon which we did and then the bouncer states “you guys are not helping your case im probably not even gonna let you in” this guy was mad for no reason and extremely rude. We left the establishment right away and will never return.

I didn’t even get inside before the bouncer told me that I couldn’t drink in line, which I respected. Then when I was walking away I was told that I couldn’t drink on the sidewalk and that I wouldn’t be let in. And he kicked my friend out even though she said nor did nothing if could rate it 0 I would.
