I used to work here so I can give you the 411. It is a store and you can get luxurious things here. The staff are vultures, they will prey on you if they think you have money to spend because they work on commission, that is, if you can find them. Staff are typically gossiping in a corner somewhere. A lot of sad individuals shop here because they think the sales staff are their friends, it's quite disheartening to see how unhappy some of the wealthiest people are.

This is a great store. Pricey but good service. If you're looking for something special for someone I would check it out. And girlies, if you're buying Designer makeup from Sephora come to Holt's instead.

Staff was very attentive and food was great! I liked that they had mixed non-alcoholic drink options besides your usual pops/juices. Portions are smaller but the meals are very filling. The restaurant is also decorated for the holidays right now so it's the perfect cozy meet up spot.

I totally love Holt Renfrew however I just don't like the fact that they close earlier then the malls. I would have given them a 5-star rating if they would have the same hours has the mall. Other than that the selection of brand names is awesome!

Couple of huge floors with various designer labels. Great deals for black Friday. Love the service provided to customers and the fragrances are the best! Definitely going back for one of those :)

love this place and it also loves my credit card. however the service is outstanding compared to other stores and the best bargain after the shopping exercise is a break and good food at Holts Cafe.

Customer service department is useless, this company is unreliable for online order. Missing is missing, never taking care of customer who's doing online order. Only answer you can get is I will get you back in 24 to 48 hours, which seems like wasting your time is their 'luxury style'. Holt Renfrew uses unknown shipment company called Swyft, does anyone hear of this company before? TOTALLY SCAM AND THEFT COMPANY. Holt Renfrew cannot afford UPS for shipping your order, is that a joke? What kind of a company are you? Never does online shopping with Holt Renfrew. They will eat your money and say happy holiday!

I found the whole complex fairly empty of both people & shops. It feels like the whole thing will be taken down for condo construction but I'm not sure what the plan is.

This holt has the most collection of all the stores in GTA. I always find a great deal

I spent a lot of time shopping at this location but everytime I'm there I keep thinking why can't this location be similar to the downtown Montreal location. The shopping experience at the Montreal location always feels superior.

Worker(s) were being very rude and judgemental. I ask to use the change room and she said yes, then when i come out with all items I went in with and hung them up, she comes over and starts judging me pretty much accusing me of stealing. I wasn't.

Beautiful plaza. When is it going to be completed? That's the big question! I myself am not a big shopper but think although expensive will be a busy hub in down town Toronto.

Hey Holt Renfrew and Chanel Bloor, I recently purchased a Red Classic Cardholder as an Anniversary gift for my girlfriend from Chanel Bloor Street at Holt Renfrew, Toronto. Not only was I impressed by the quality of the cardholder, but I was also tremendously impressed by the quality of service from one of your associates - Alicia Lee. At first, I had a hard time finding an Anniversary gift for my girlfriend (covid made it ten times harder because stores were closed due to lockdowns in Toronto), but I thought I’d give it a shot and called the Chanel Bloor location at Holt Renfrew. Alicia picked up, gave me her number so that she could send me pictures of your products so I could see it in it’s actual form, gave me her honest opinions, and she was there every step of the way. Honest. Confident. Passionate. Optimistic. Selfless. The whole process took about a month, but through her awesome service, patience, and speedy response, we managed to pick one gem. She packed it really beautifully too! Her service is 10/10. Not even exaggerating. I’d be selling her short if I gave her anything less. My girlfriend is super pleased. I am even more pleased. Thought I’d share this with you and give credit when credit is due.

Ok it’s Holts... it’s expensive, but at Christmas they have beautiful, unique gifts. Drunken cherries, monogrammed ornaments... things you won’t find elsewhere. The staff is helpful and much less uppity than one would think.

Went to second floor on Saturday with the wife. We were looking at the Moncler section and a Patrice greeted us,. Never gave us pressure and even offered water. This gentleman needs to be recognized. Thank you Patrice, you made our day!

I bought shoes for my fashionista Dad, Well organized clean, supportive helpfull staff. I removed a star for a few reasons, Supervisor took over from the Lady of Asian decent I found this to be rude, A man upstairs pushy for upselling yeesh I came here for shoes and Jacket and because of encounter upstairs I ended up leaving without my jacket...just reflection on staff not store itself and shoes took a week..which in my opinion way too long from a neighbouring Store.

With the crammed, crazed atmosphere of Eately just across the street where you have to line up, it's wonderful to go to this little, quiet oasis where service is extraordinary and you feel pampered at every step. After finishing up some shopping, my friend and I popped into the cafe and it was a perfect stop. Relaxing, civilized, the most attentive server we've had in ages who gave great advice on menu selections and the perfect drinks to go with them. If you're in the neighbourhood, treat yourself. It's a wonderful spot with a good vibe -- comfortable and elegant.

However when on the 3rd floor in the Max Mara area, the associates are not very helpful and seem to be disturbed by assisting you. I had better service from associate working at Holt Renfrew Men, when she was filling in at the women's store.
