Dixie Outlet Mall has been around for many years. One of the many things I like about it is the underground flea market on the weekends which is absolutely huge and I've purchased from over the years. I like that there is actually outlet stores for like singular Brands such as Tommy Hilfiger or Nike xcetera. The Mall is kept clean and are definitely following covid guidelines. They have automated riding animals for the kids which is an attraction for the Mall.

Dixie Outlet Mall is no match to Premium Outlet Mall. There are very few premium brands here. And whosoever are there, are selling their surplus stocks and odd sizes here only. But discounts on these items are good. The mall is. Ig and have 2 food courts as well. Nike and Winner stores have biggest presence here in this mall.

Quite a quaint place. Looks a bit rundown, but it has a lot of stores inside. Ive never been here on a weekend, but during weekdays, it felt somewhat deserted. You can find a lot of cheap items here, and one of the reasons I come here is for Home Essentials, where they have a lot of electronics for a discounted price. Overall, I would probably only come here if I know exactly which store I need to go, but not likely to randomly browse through.

Nice mall that has many outlets from a variety of brands like Nike, addidas and others offering discounted prices. One downside is that there are no seats availble inside the mall for resting. A food court is also available inside.

There are some great deals available but some of the stores have first come and second cope products so be careful before you pour your money into the pockets of Cheaters. Very few stores have actually factory outlets and even they have very few options to choose from. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for some genuine factory outlet merchandise cause majority of the product here is fake. Please be careful and check your product more than twice so that you don’t get ripped off.

This is small mall. But you can find much better deals compared to other places. Only drawback is they close early. Otherwise very good for a great shopping experience. Attached are photos from outside the mall south side entrance.

Ohh P.S.A...- If you're looking to get cheap shoes on clearance, there's an outlet mall I went to in Mississauga ON yesterday - *Dixie Outlet Mall*. The mall was soooooooo biggg and all items were on clearance sale. There's Aldo, Nike, Adidas, Guess, Carter's, Dollarama, Globo shoes, Winners, home appliances stores and and much more. (office pants - got for 3.50, sneakers (sketchers, Reebok, solemate - 29.99), flat shoes 7 dollars, Aldo boots from 19.99 to 29.99, round neck 3 for 10 or 5 dollars each... Very nice men's office shoes - from 29.99, Nike shoes, Jordans etc from 46 dollars upwards. Didn't enter Adidas and puma stores. Basically everything you want is there. Fleece lined sleepwears, cute indoor slippers, jogging pants (3 for 10). If you're in a hurry you might not find great deals so go on a day you have time. All my sneakers were from Globo and boots from Aldo. Spent about 5hrs there yesterday and still didn't enter all the stores. Try to have a budget and put a cap on your spending if not the cheap items may make you spend more than you intend.

There are plenty of amazing deals to be found in a variety of stores. There are numerous major brands represented, including Nike, Winners, Adidas, Fairweather, Tommy Hilfiger, and many others. I recommend going to the basement flea market if you want to look around.  There's a lot of interesting stuff there. It's also a wonderful place to go if you're on a budget.

Dixie Outlet Mall is a hidden gem for bargain hunters! With its impressive selection of stores, including the Nike Clearance Store, Tommy, Calvin Klein, Guess and Adidas outlet, it's a haven for sportswear enthusiasts. The mall itself has a variety of other shops and food court, providing options for everyone.

This mall has a lot of good discount outlet stores with premium brands and names. It also has a decent size food court and a No Frills grocery store.

Went on black friday and the mall was busiest I had ever seen it! It was also santa clause parede but missed most of it so we waved to Santa, took some pictures and decided to purchase a ride on the stuffy rider. It was fun. Got some ice cream and roamed around. Lots of good deals and stores in the mall. Only disappointment is dollarama has no elevator. There's a flea market too, with variety of options. Food court has some decent choices. Lots of construction going on in the parking lot so be careful. Will hope to come back soon!

This one is very handy in terms of quick shopping with good deals in comparison to other malls with decent open parking space.Near to QEW highway is another big plus.

Great place to shop....But theres no place to sit down and wait for your friends and fellow shoppers!! I know this distancing thing is going on ...but someone surely can figure it out. I'm a Senior and in good shape,but I won't stand up waiting when my Vehicle is right outside and a few minutes from my home ! Big loss of revenue as far as I can see !!

The only stores I bought from are Guess Ubran planet and winners. So overall it’s a mall and there’s lots of stores with good discount prices but there should be more designer stores in there.

The mall is great for low priced items. I would recommend this mall for rugs, brand items, winners, and suits. Not many options when it comes to food. The food court is pretty bland. You have a few halal options such as Thai express, grill it, and kfc but the quality and price for the food Is something I would not recommend. I ordered chicken dumplings from Thai express (is a must if you find another halal restaurant else where) but I was served with frozen much smaller dumplings with sauce that seemed old as well. It was given in a small container had to ask a few times for some sauce as the quantity of dumplings were a lot. The flavour was lacking and so was the presentation. From grill it I ordered grilled chicken. It came with grilled chicken thigh, white sticky rice topped with Cajun sauce and Cesar salad. Also would not recommend for the price. It was average regarding the flavour not an item I would order again.

It's an ok mall, a considerably cheaper option. With lots of local Asian stores. There's a few outlet stores in there like Nike, puma and Tommy Hilfiger. You could find some really good deals on them, however I noticed they mostly carry defected or damaged merchandise. The food court is pretty big. Lots of parking available on site. There are many small no brand stores with cheaper shopping options that you will find here that are generally not found at all in bigger malls. There's also treasure hunt right next to the mall. They sell all Walmart return and outdated stuff. I believe also open box items.

I love this mall! I have been coming to this mall since I was a little girl and always had the best experience shopping. It has changed quite a bit since I was little but still to this day I can say it’s one of my favourites, I have so many memories of this place from when I was a kid. So glad it remained open all these years as I’m able to take my own child there now!

All the major stores are at your fingertips. The mall is not too big which is a good thing coz you dont need to go round and round to find e.g adidas or nike etc.

W0w. Nice prices. Got a fluffy winter jacket for $20. Best food court too. No crowds daytime. Super clean. Still missing seating taken due to covid. Elderly need to rest in this huge mall.

Great outlet mall. However, poor customer service at CHIC SHOES. Don't shop there! Manager was rushing me at closing. He roughly threw down shoe box next to me and said, "Here!" I thought he was talking to sales associate. Shop at JUJU SHOES! Great customer experience and better shoes!

I've been coming here since I was a kid, so it holds a special place in my heart. It's pretty outdated and a bunch of shops have closed but it's a good place to hit up if you want to find some good deals. The flea market downstairs is dingy, but there's a lot of cool stuff down there. I didn't even know there was a flea market until recently lol.

Great experience ! Variety of brand outlets available including Nike, Adidas, Puma, Calvin Klein, Tommy and many more. A good blend and verity of local brands also available. Ample parking. They also have a flea market over weekend.

This is a very good outlet mall. Lots of stores to choose from. Not a lot of high-end retailers, but still a good mall to visit for great deals. The Tommy Hilfiger Store has the best stock and the best outlet prices I've ever seen for this retailer! The Winners store is Huge and always well stocked, also with great prices. There are quite a few Men's clothing stores, jewelry stores, a really good leather outlet store, lots of shoe stores and also lots of women clothing stores, as well s sports stores with clothing and/or shoes. The food court is limited, but it'll do in a pinch. Overall, a great Outlet Store destination!

It's a small mall but it's not bad. It's got few good stores and a fleamarket. The prices are decent and I always end up buying stuff.

Vacant. There were a few places in the food court open. Showcase store open & the other stores open for store enterance were phone & mobile stores. No frills was still open.

Due to covid-19 a lot of our favourite shops has closed doors.... Urban planet and urban kids are now located under same place. Always great prices. The mall was fill with people obeying health Canada 🇨🇦 all wearing their masks....since no shipments are coming from USA winners are left with a lot of items lacking. Overall. The mall is still standing. And enjoying the deals

This an older mall that has lost a little luster over the years but a great place shop for deals and a great place to grab a bite to eat. One of my favorite places still.

Covid has certainly changed things, but outside of pandemic times this is a nice place to shop. Plenty of stores all on one level.

Pretty much this mall is a shell of the good days in the 90's though early 2000's. Some stores are good line winners, the Nike outlet, the perfume store and a few others but there's not much else. The footlocker is pretty bare bones selling stock other stores can't move, the source isn't great unless you have bell services

Plenty of stores with name brand products on sale. We explored a lot of the stores and bought clothes, shoes and accessories. And then visited the food court (Thai Express offers freshly prepared meals.

Great stop that is a must if you’re into some great outlet finds. So much there, great parking and access. Definitely something for everybody here. Very clean and nice big aisles so in this covid era, you never feel too smushed in around groups of people.

I wanted to bring my mother shopping here for her birthday. She is turning 85. I was surprised to hear that the mall would not rent or supply a wheelchair for a handicapped individual. They said due to Covid they cannot supply. To me that’s a violation of human rights, basically as long as you’re healthy and can move around on your own we’d love to take your money but if you’re handicapped you’re not good enough to come to our mall. So I didn’t want to disappoint my mother I rented a wheelchair elsewhere and brought her to Dixie mall. The thing that infuriated me, was they were renting the little ride along fuzzy animals for kids which would hold more germs and more contaminants then a wheelchair for a handicapped individual so they could shop at the mall. Absolutely no logic and complete discrimination

Massive selection on Nike! After discovering this place there is no need to buy Nike full price ever again. Amazing selection. Also opposite great variety on adidas and Reebok.

Good place to go shopping, you can find a wide variety of recognized brands, the prices depend a lot on the store you visit, but in general they are good prices, you can find perfumery, bookstore, cafeterias, cell phone companies, etc., the plaza is clean and large, the food court is clean and social distance is respected. A best outlet mall inside the city with access to almost everything and includes food and shopping stores with great price to select from.

So many great stores! The food court has many options but pricing can be high. Winners is often busy; there is a Dollarama downstairs, a lot of clothing stores, and a Nike outlet store. There is also a Laura's outlet store which carries amazing women's clothing at a good price and many shoes and bag stores. There is something or someplace to find at this mall.

Parking there is easy and always available. It's quite a small mall but it has what it takes to be called an outlet mall 😅 The food court there is nice having some good food vendors.

This mall is unappreciated. The place is filled with great stores with tons of discounts. A great place to go holiday/birthday shopping.

Masks are mandatory here. Lots of parking and not busy at all for a Monday afternoon two weeks before Christmas. Some great stores here, with bargains aplenty. Nike; Calvin Klein; Guess - to name but a few. Decent food court (vaccination passport required to dine in). Disabled parking and access. 👍👍

Great sales at Siren for Workout gear. They had Forever21 there. Workout gear same as Gym shark. Amazing and whole outfit, too & pants for $17.50. Deal

Always great visit to find great deal of clothes, shoes, liquidation, flea market too. Family time. A lot of parking space and No Frills for food shopping. Close to QEW, bus route easy access. Burger King, food stalls many to offers.

Good value for your buck here. There's a food court, No Frills and many outlet stores. Nike store is always busy. It also has a Tim Horton's and drive-thru Burger King. Lots of entrances so it's easy to find a good parking spot.

Clean, has many shops and it's never busy. I love this place as there is always somewhere that has something on an amazing deal. Clothes, shoes, underclothes; it has all that. The food court is small, but food smells fresh and staff of all the booths looked cleaned and their shop well stocked. There was many places to buy bubble tea and such authentic baked goods. Always a parking spot and newly paved roadways or interchange. I left Newfoundland to visit Ontario and couldn't wait to go back to this mall and stock up on essential items that I cannot find or ridiculously overpriced in Newfoundland. I travelled back with 4 suit cases, that's how much shopping I did after moving away from Brampton Ontario in 2019. I love this place because I don't have to pressure myself for a parking spot, no one to ram into me while browsing; it's stocked and it's mellow. When I lived closer I took it for granted, now as a visitor; it's so precious. Love it!

The location has a wide variety of outlets, as you can expect from an outlet mall. The prices are great as well, cheaper then your average outlet locations. If you’re looking for clothing and other items within a reasonable price point under one roof, this has to be your go to place. However, the most of the clothing and other items that are put on display here are the clearance products coming in from other outlet locations, so don’t expect the designs and quality to have the X-factor. The quality goes hand in hand with the price point. You may get the same clearance pricing in other locations as well, but the benefit of visiting this outlet mall will be getting all clearance items under one large roof. Keep that in mind while visiting and you’ll not be disappointed.

For a discount mall that has been around for years, it has been very well maintained. I used to come here regularly years ago and just visited recently and was impressed at how well the building has been looked after. Clean and bright including clean food court and washrooms. Always busy but there's plenty of parking. Right off the highway which is handy.

Lots of unique little stores and deals. You really have to spend some time and go inside and speak to the sales people they always give you a deal. You'll find a Chinese cheesecakes spot and a fresh fruit juice place and bubble tea and food court with your typical burgers or fried chicken or Chinese etc. Mall has Winners and jewelry and lots of clothing for every season.

It's always a pleasure visiting this outlet. Specifically, I went to get a pair of sneakers 👟 and ended up buying an extra pair for my sibling. The Puma and Nike stores are always top selections with great prices. I definitely recommend you all visit them. You will be surprised at all the numerous options with great price points. Very good discount/outlet mall. Lots of stores have deals and food court has lots of choices. The mall is very clean and bright. I think they should put some music playing as you walk the halls because it can become very quiet if the mall isn’t too busy yet.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the overall shopping experience that at DIXIE OUTLET MALL offers. The mall was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, with a wide variety of stores and restaurants to choose from. I was particularly impressed when I visit this mall was few people around, the level of customer service I received from the store employees. They were knowledgeable about their products, helpful in answering my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive shopping experience. In addition, the mall's amenities such as the seating areas and ample parking also made my visit more enjoyable. Overall, it was all good.

Pretty okay mall. If you want some good deals, this is the place. Lots of great outlets- Nike, Adidas, Boathouse, Urban Planet, Laura among many. For non-outlet savings, there's a Winners and a Dollarama, which are great staples for saving some money. However, building is kind of run-down. You can tell they tried to "modernize" the look with the signage, but it doesn't really do much for the tiling, especially with the outdated food court. Also, there are some vacant shops, but not many. There's a lot of construction going on near the QEW at the time of writing, which can get distracting depending on how you commute there. I came from one town over to check this place out, so it was kind of a hassle. However, this isn't the mall's fault, so this doesn't factor into my rating- just a warning for anyone planning on coming! Overall, if you want to hunt for some good deals, it's worth it. It's not the most modern-looking of malls, but beggars can't be choosers. Definitely not a fancy hang-out mall though.

Very clean, a good variety of options for kids and adults. A great number of shoe stores as well. The food court was quiet nice and diverse. Great deals on currently as well from 20 to 70% off on some stores as well.

Spacious, mall, but limited selection of stores. The construction outside the mall makes it a bit difficult to get to the mall but once you are in you won't notice it. There was no people in the mall during the weekdays so if you don't like crowded area, you should visit during the week Nike, Laura, Cinnabon and Barre....I.e you can find furniture, men and women clothes and food in this place .

It has a few good outlet stores that have products at decent prices. I personally have visited the Puma store and got some good quality T-shirts for me and my husband. The colours were really nice too ! Great for summer.
