the staff seemed excellent and the food "looked" good, but the food was dreadfull. Tom Yum the broth had no taste except a mild oily hint. Noodles had no taste, shrimp was the same. Somehow the onions didn't retain flavour either, gave up halfway and am going to get a burger somewhere. Total waste of money unless they change their food in a huge way. Worst noodle joint I've had downtown sadly...

They offer a variety of noodle choices: ramen, udon, pho noodles. Along with a handful of meat and broth choices. The service was satisfactory, as well as the food, but everything is a little pricy. I honestly didn’t expect much since it was the food court, but they were slightly above average. Portion-wise, taste-wise. The staff were friendly but not all of them were aware or knowledgeable of the menu.

I had the kimchi ramen and was quite disappointed, there was little to no flavour at all. It seemed as though none of the ingredients were fresh. The staff were friendly though. Edit: Unfortunately no you can't do anything for me as I was in Toronto on holiday. Thank you for a reply though it shows that you care about business and customers.

Wasn't the best one I've had but overall, it was ok. Ordered beef pho, broth was kind of salty but it was not bad! Beef was chewy and each slice was big.( Some ppl might like it better but when you put it into your mouth, it never goes away.)

I ordered the bacon udon carbonara. It’s tasted good, but would have been better with a larger portion. For $8.25 it was quite small, especially compared to the portions offered at the neighbouring restaurants.

Several variety of noodles and sushi to choose from. Although they did not have the unagi when I asked for it. Below average food. Small serving and yet I was struggling to finish it! Might be ok if you are hungry but honestly there are better noodle or sushi places around Toronto.

The noodles tastes good, but they recently raised the prices. Edit after owner reply: Did not know that. It is unfortunate of the increase in price. Personally, it did not leave a positive impression since I had received and enjoyed the noodles on my first visit and a week later, the prices had increased. Also, I am curious on why beef is an upgrade for Pho.

Super clean and easy! Love that there is no msg and their food is organic! Broth is yummy, warm and filling. I had the vegan classic bowl. Everything is really presentable clean and simple. This place is well done!

Absolutely horrible experience. I love authentic Asian cuisine, however, when I go to food court my expectations are rather low. Yet, I still enjoy decent bowl of Pad Thai or hot soup on the go every so often. Some food court places can prepare pretty tasty dishes, just not this one.. I took my mother, who is visiting from Europe, to Eaton Centre for some shopping. After a long afternoon we decided to grab something to eat. Liberty Noodle looked inviting, menu looked interesting so I decided to give it a try. I ordered Pad Thai with shrimps (on December 7, 2015 (4:33pm). First thing I noticed was that nobody in the kitchen was wearing gloves. Food was touched directly with hands. I saw a young man cut pieces of raw beef then grabing vegetables with same hand for different order (talking about health hazard...). Two men in the kitchen seem young, were laughing and appeared to be very sloppy with the way they were making food (don't get me wrong, i love happy people but after my experience I concluded that they just simply didn't care). Then I saw one of them make my food. He literally picked up bunch of noodles with his hand (no gloves), stirred them in a wok for maaaaybe 1 minute, then pour them into a bowl, spilling sauce all over on one side of the dish. I took my order and sat down just to quickly realize that my order was made with chicken instead of shrimps. So I went back, young lady took my dish back, tossed everything in garbage and placed another order. This time the order was made even faster...I already was not happy, and after watching the cook for second time I was very concerned about the quality of my second bowl. Surely enough my dish was NOTHING like Pad Thai should look like... Noodles were not even cooked through, which just gives you and idea how quickly he tossed food in the wok, since rice noodles cook pretty quickly...second of all, sauce was sitting on bottom of the bowl like a soup. There was nothing in the bowl that looked appetizing, my vegetables were almost nonexistent, and whatever was visible was drowning in cup of thick sauce that never blended with noodles... There was so much of it... I went back and shown the dish to the cashier, and simply asked for the refund. At that point I had zero desire to eat at the location or deal with another disappointment. Terrible! To screw up such a easy dish is really shameful.

Im giving 2 stars because the staff was great. But the quality is poor. Better off going to one of thr many ramen restaurants in the area. The broth was not very mixed. A sludge at bottom and watery at top. The chicken is dumped into the bowl unseasoned cold and from a bag. Their procedures to make food allows for no love to go into the food
