I had a virtual appointment with dr rehal. she was 15 minutes late. when I told her I am just in the middle of replying to work email waiting for her. I was told its ok for her to be 30 MINUTES LATE and she has go to now! She then spent a precious 5 minute to understand my symptoms and sent me the WRONG form. If you are so short of time, take a break. If you are not performing , take a break! no need to take that appointment to make money. and patient can find a capable doctor. Will not return again.

Every time I book an appointment, it's cancelled or moved and when it clinic has cancelled directly with me they have not followed up to rebook. I'm a PhD student and they always move my appointments to during class time, or when I'm with my own clients. Getting medical help from my own family doctor feels insurmountable and exasperating. I've tried to express this to the clinic by calling multiple times but nobody picks up and there's no message machine. I feel incredibly frustrated by this system. I've had heart palpitations, heart racing, and chest pains for months and haven't been able to be seen by my own family doctor, I had to see a different doctor for a cardiologist referral. A lot of my appointments have been marked as 'no show', but the appointments were moved to times I couldn't make and within such a short notice that I didn't have the time or headspace to rebook.

Harbourfront Appletree Medical Center It's a medical center. The place is clean 👌. The stuff is polite. Doctors are helpful and respectful. Beside the clinic is there a drugstore. OHIP cover all prices of admission. They accept new patients. I am happy to stay with their services.

I'm grateful that this clinic allowed me to have not 1, not 2, but 3 excellent family doctors. With the departure of one, there was always a plan for another doctor to step in. The nursing team is always kind, compassionate and make blood work, vaccines, etc much more enjoyable than it should be! Dr. Serbanescu has been an excellent doctor and would highly recommend him. Unfortunately, my only critique is the reception team. There is a wild variation on quality with some who are great, while others who are not. I would strongly recommend they embrace more technology. For example today I had to call 20 times to get through and waited 20 minutes to book a lab appointment. An online booking portal would have prevented that frustration, and ensure reception can focus on their core tasks.

Google says walk in clinic. Huge Sign outside says walk in clinic. Called as instructed on website. No answer. Walked in. 0 patients waiting. Only people were receptionist and myself. Was told they are 100% not a walk in. Appointments only. Also was told they have availability the same day... but only if my family doc worked there....so...free time...but not seeing patients.... Not sure about the level of care from docs, but their admin/hours/organisation and marketing are extremely misleading.

The worst clinic. Total waste of time. On Mar 17, I booked a medical appointment to obtain a doctor note for Mar 22 thru the online system, and I’ve further communicated with them by email, and I did give them my personal information for the confirmation. On Mar 21, they’ve sent me an email stating that the Mar 22 appointment is not booked as they need to “confirm with the complete information”, in which they did not confirm my insurance plan in the first place. So I’ve rescheduled my appointment to Mar 27. (Btw, their manner is rude and non-sense.) So today on Mar 27, they’ve given me a silent call and simply left a voicemail stating “the doctor can’t make it” so they have to reschedule again. After all these experiences, I firmly believe that this clinic is not professional and it’s a total waste of time and I’m truly disappointed with the rude service I’ve received from them.

Staff, doctors and nurses are really nice and professional. They take time to listen to your concerns. Appointments are always on time, never had to wait too long. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking a for a good quality clinic.

I just left Dr Kroger‘s office very happy. He was very efficient with his time and vet very informative with my injury. He had no problem writing down his suggestions when I asked. His front staff were also very courteous and professional in registering me quickly despite me not having my card and the time. Keep up the good work guys!

if you do business please do better service for the people, it was not possible to talk with the concierge lady, because there is some plastic between of us and could not understand her and it made her annoying! Plus it is not hearing better with the mask! And I just left your clinic without enough information! please put some microphone there!

Worst experience with Reception and doctors, they usually forgot to call if you have got on-call appointment. How about charging doctors as well like patients for forgetting their appointment. I actually have to remind them couple of times , that we have an appointment.😂..

Definitely the worst walk in in Toronto. I’ve moved a year and a half ago and have been trying to call the reception for the past year and a half to have my records moved to my new family doctor. No one answers the phone and when you walk in, you’ll hear the phone ringing with no one bothered to pick it up.

Harbourfront Appletree Medical Center gave us an excellent service. Hospital is very clean. All reception staff and nurses are very kind and gave us quick service. We had multiple appointments with Dr. Alexander Serbanescu. I would like to mention that Dr. Alexander is very helpful, caring and supportive. He really helped us to come out of our stressful situation when we were panicked. He also gave specialist refferal quickly. I feel this is one of the best clinic in Toronto downtown. I highly recommend this clinic!

My family doctor sits in this office and you just can’t get a hold of anyone at the clinic for an appointment. There phone is always on ‘Not taking any calls at the moment’ and if you are lucky enough to pass that and have a call they would never pick up. I couldn’t give a zero star here else I would have.

I called to make an appoiment today. I was told I was calling the wrong #. Have been a patient for 20 years. My Dr left 2 years ago. I got a new one. She has left, and no one told me. In these times with people having a hard time getting a family Dr!!! Really , no care here.

Been going here for the last 13 years but last month it is becoming absolutely unbearable to deal with them. Was on hold for over 45 minutes trying to reschedule an appointment and could not get through to anyone and could not leave a message either. Now I am getting an email with a $40 charge because I can not get a hold of anyone in order to reschedule your appointment. After you respond to their email and provide an explanation they disappear again and the whole thing just starts again. Please avoid if you are looking for a new doctor.

I love this walk-in clinic! I am always able to get in to see a doctor in a timely manner. The ladies at reception are super nice and friendly. The nurse is fantastic! Always smiling and the doctors are great. I would recommend this clinic to anybody living in the downtown area of Toronto.

I had an appointment with the Dr. Changela, Sheena at 9:00 AM and I have been stuck in traffic for 1.5 hrs and I went late for my appointment. Doc refused me to take in as I was late. She was so not interested in taking me from the first day and have been calling you can book for some other gynae as its my last day. If you do not want to serve why do you call yourself as a doctor? If you do not understand your profession at all? I have waited for more than 2 months and she didn't even considered that. The receptionist was so rude at the same time and mentioned you could have left early like already left 1.5 hrs early what do you want me to do come and sit 1 night before? I have been to various appletree clinics and this is the worst I have ever been to. No wonder why the ratings have been so poor. Pathetic clinic!

The clinic doesn't have the most helpful staff and communication is brief and incomplete. I wasn't asked to do a covid test prior to my appointment and during my exam with Dr.Kriger, he wasn't thorough because he was worried I had covid. He was unprofessional and hasty and didn't bother with a proper examination, rather he gave me snippy remarks on how to remedy my symptoms.

Unlike every other medical centre I have been to, I have always (so-far!) been seen on time with my appointment. And had a vaccine the other day and easily the best experience I have had in that regards. Most unlike everywhere else I have been to!

I had the worst experience at this center. I am a new immigrant who came for a regular check up to ask to have a family dr. The dr takes one minute to examine me gives me diagnosis i freak out start to be visibly shaken. She is dismissive gives me a leaflet and tells me to go do blood tests 5 minutes or less and a quick look is how she diagnosed Me. I end up asking my dr back home to ensure me noway her diagnosis is right (mind u this is after i cry hysterically alone and none of the staff seems to care) wrong diagnosis wrong medication and i went to rate the dr (didnt find her) did more research to find out shes been practicing for two months only. How can you let a GP make such life threatening decisions without proper examination and how can she examine in 3 mins while she didnt even ask enough history questions. I will never go back there and cant wait to review her when shes actually listed on medreview. Where r the dr ethics and humanity. What a traumatic experience for a newcomer.

I highly recommend Harbourfront to anyone in need of quality medical care. Their friendly and professional staff, state-of-the-art facilities, efficient operations, and patient-centered approach make them stand out as an excellent healthcare provider. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received and grateful for the positive experience.

Horrible clinic - would leave 0 stars if I could. Rude and unhelpful staff and terrible doctors. I’ve never seen a worse run medical clinic. If you are looking for a doctor or need medical assistance of any kind, I highly recommend you go anywhere else. Absolutely terrible service and care (in particular Dr. Rehal Gupta - no idea how she got licensed to practice medicine; awful bedside manner and seems like she has very little medical knowledge. Appreciate she’s a new doctor but clearly doesn’t know what she is doing). Stay as far away as possible.

Walk-in clinic was unstaffed on my Saturday visit despite hours posted. Was able to wander around the entire clinic and into offices without any security or locked rooms. Is this safe? There were no signs explaining why the clinic is not staffed.

Had good experience and no issues while booking the appointment by phone or email. There could be chances that phone wasn’t picked but that could be due to receptionist are busy.

As a working single mom, I book appointments during the day while I work from home on my lunch as that is the only time I can see a doctor without having to bring my children. I can say, I am very disappointed, I just signed up my family here, and I was shocked to have a booked appointment but waited over 30 mins to see a doctor. Wasted my time, I didn’t even see the Dr. because I would have been over an hour late coming back, and the clinic is not far. If I had of known that there’s no priority sequence, and walk-ins are addressed prior to the ones with an actual appointment I would have gone somewhere else.

I am continuously impressed by this clinic. Among all the negative news we hear about healthcare this clinic stands out as well run and competently staffed. I had a prescription issue and the receptionists went the extra mile to get it fixed. Bravo.

Absolute disaster, my appointment of 1:15, the doctor walks in at 1:50 pm she doesn’t even look at the symptoms, maybe too over worked or too careless, eitherways run fast from this lab and save your time, energy and health!

Poorly managed clinic. Twice have had appointments where I travelled all the way to the clinic and the doctor I was booked with was not even there. The first time there was a miscommunication on my part - the online booking system sent me the confirmation along with the address of the appointment however apparently I had missed that the receptionist told me the appointment would be over the phone (dr calls you) and I had missed that. I showed up and the doctor was not there. The second time the doctor had specifically indicated that she will be seeing me in person and that it would not be a virtual appointment. Again, she was not here when I came. I was told by reception that the appointment is “virtual only” even though the doctor specifically told me to come in. What a waste of my time. Will be finding a new family doctor.

Really helpful staff! I had my first appointment with Dr Andrew Kriger and I'm very happy about it, he answered all my concerns and didn't hesitate to send me to a specialist. At the beginning I was scared because there aren't many reviews about him on the internet, but if you need a family doctor I recommend him without a doubt.
