Try Rocket Doctor or Tulip - both are WAY better. The doctor with TIA Health never called me for a confirmed phone appointment - admin told me to wait (via email) and they would even if it was hours later, and then both ghosted me completely. A couple days later they sent a "cancellation" and gave me a stern email how to cancel an appointment properly. Unprofessional, and also made no sense. Was brutal, as I stayed up late at night waiting as I was told to. I spoke to a doctor through rocket doctor the next day with no issues.

Terrible service! Yesterday I met with a doctor who said he won’t prescribe medication virtually but to try another doctor. Made an appointment for 7am this morning. I waited 50 min! How are they backed up at 7am?? Anyway, when he finally came on screen he advised he won’t prescribe medication virtually and HUNG UP ON ME! What the heck kind of support is this? Oh well I guess I’ll have to go to a walk in clinic and hope for the best. Don’t waste your time!

I've only tried one other online medical service and it did not satisfy. I only needed a simple prescription and my Family Physician has difficult clinic hours. So, I decided to try Tia. The process was easy and straightforward. My phone call was an hour later than scheduled however, the service continually updated me with updates. When the Doctor finally called it was only a couple of minutes and a super easy experience. Except... A few hours later my pharmacy still had not received the prescription. Nor had they received it. The next day. I contacted their email customer support and they got back to be right away saying they would look into it. 4 hours later I had to get in touch with their chat support because the agent that was helping me through email ghosted me after the first email. So, as of today I may or may not still have the prescription faxed to my pharmacy. For some reason the agent that just helped me said she can't guarantee it'll get done today. I made it clear that if they do not get me the prescription I will be contacting my provincial health care to make sure that they are not billed for this service. Also, I will contact the college of physicians for the doctor from Tia to complain as well. Sure, it's free but in my case it wasn't even worth it!

It's a terrible app, barely loads. I see the same doctor everytime I use it but it's hell trying to find her and the search bar doesn't do anything either. It sends you an email offering you a followup appointment but doesn't give you the option to book the same doctor directly so you have to start all over again. The chat help doesn't even work, nothing happens when you type out your message and hit send. 90% of the time I have to go through the booking process 10 times before the doctor I like shows up as an option and everytime it says there's no appointments available for months on end, even tho she says there absolutely should be. They say they are committed to giving quality care and yet can't even set up their system to give a quality experience to get that care. This headache isn't any better than waiting in a walk in clinic for hours.

I've used this service 4 times. Half the time the service was great, and the other half was just horrible. They sent the prescription to the wrong fax, and had me waiting for over an hour in the pharmacy while they refaxed it. They were not polite, and had no patience. I was in a lot of pain and that was excruciating. I decided to give the service another chance, and while I'm writing this review, I've been waiting on my session to start for over 2 hours. 2 hours in pain, sitting in front of the computer, waiting for the practitioner to join the call. I've contacted support it's been almost an hour and nobody helped me so far. I DO NOT recommend this service. If you can, go to a walk-in clinic, or try another virtual health provider.

I have booked with them three separate times and each time my appointment was canceled. First time I was waiting on the call for over 20 minutes when they canceled on me. Have yet to speak to a doctor at Tia health

I have been waiting several days for them to fix the issues/mistakes they made. And still have yet to hear back. They have VERY POOR SERVICE! So unprofessional. gave me the wrong requisition when i clearly indicated on both the intake form and verbal. the doctor did not ask me any questions and the total call lasted 20 seconds. after receiving the wrong lab req I spoke to someone through their live chat who said they would fix it in a timely manner, which i never heard back from them. I'd suggest going else where, they are clearly fee for service so they don't care about the patient care they care about the doctor pay. I booked my appointment for "5:06" pm, i then received a text message that the doctor was going to call me at 9pm but i then received a call at 4:20pm. They seem to be all over the place and do not take accountability for their mistakes. The staff is no help at all

Made an appoitment two weeks in advance the day came and I got a text at 11:38am (11:40am was my appoitment) saying they're running behind and it'll be abit of a wait which ok understandable. It's now the next day and I still haven't been contacted. Not pleased , also heard from my pharmacy they get paid by the call so unless it's a quick prescription I'm guessing they don't like wasting their time listening to people. He said they make something ridiculous like 38 dollars per call they're scam artists just pushing as many calls as they can so don't expect thorough help or compassion.

Believe the other one star reviews! I had an appointment booked on Friday and shortly before it, got surprised with an additional $40 charge on top of the $69 consultation fee (I’m an out of province patient). Got an email notification saying get ready for your appointment etc. Doctor never called. I emailed customer support a few times asking when the appointment would take place, then requesting a refund. When they replied, they just told me to reschedule the appointment. Thankfully I was able to get in with another online clinic (Viva). I’ve asked again for a refund and for an ETA when it will be processed, and also asked again for an explanation about the $40 mystery charge. In the meantime will be disputing with my credit card provider.

Absolutely the worst service and so unprofessional! I booked 1 appointment for 5:40pm, at 8:40pm they told me doctor was behind and will get to me shortly. I asked when that was and they couldn't answer that question and told me to cancel if I didn't want to wait. So I Booked another 1 for 11:30pm. Got a call at 12:00am saying I'm next in line. On hold for 1hr with the most annoying static music and still no answer. Hung up on them. Terrible! Do not support Tia Health and the terrible customer support they have. Would have rather have went to a walk in today, instead I wasted my time waiting for a phone call that would never happen! I wish I could rate 0 stars!

Absolute disappointment of a clinic. You book appointments and wait for the doctor to show up, and receive a notice that the appointment has been cancelled about an hour after the scheduled time (but you will be charged if you cancel) - doctors show availability - but cannot book due to ‘scheduling conflicts’ per their website - No customer service if your doctor doesn’t show up. Lucky if you get a response in 2 days Save your time and DO NOT TRUST these people with your health!

Anyone who doesn't give this service a 5 star is crazy. I have had to use it 3 times now over the past 2 years. Each time they have been able to get appointments within 24 hours sometimes even same day. You don't have to go into walk-ins and wait for hours for simple things a doctor would likely have the same prognosis in an in person visit. I encourage everyone to try the service out.

I believe this could be a really good platform for patients to save time and make it much easier to see doctors. HOWEVER, so far my experience has been frustrating every time. -Prescription: The doctors will say the prescription will be faxed to the pharmacy in 5-10 minutes, but NO it won't. I waited more than an hour and the pharmacy still had not received it, and there is no way to reach the doctor's office as TiaHealth doesn't provide that information. Imagine you are really sick one night and you have to wait till the next morning, just because the doctor forgot to send your prescription. -Charging issue: If you have MSP in BC, you won't be charged for seeing a doctor. However I was charged for a "no show" when it was the doctor who never showed up. I was waiting on the link (chose the option to see the doctor over video chat) for about 10 minutes, and 1 minute before the time of appointment, the doctor suddenly cancelled saying I didn't show up (when I was literally waiting there staring at my face on the screen). He later messaged me saying he called me a few times on the phone (why call me when I didn't sign up for a "phone call" option?) and I was charged $25 on my credit card for "no show". When I brought this up, he just ignored my message (you can't send another message until the doctor responds). Another issue here is they keep your credit card information on the file for more than a year when they confirmed they DO NOT KEEP cc info on the system. Again, I like the convenience of this platform but they should definitely come up with a solution to facilitate the conversation between doctors and patients.

Booked an appointment for 2:35. It’s now 5:45 and still waiting. Spoke with a few bots and a rep who gave scripted responses. When I asked if they would still proceed when an appointment was over 2 hours late, she said yes. And for fun, I checked the Dr.’s schedule and there were tons of appointments available within the hour. Don’t waste your time. Call someone else or go to a walk-in clinic.

Such a great experience. I was able to get a virtual appointment within an hour if booking. When I hit my appointment time I got a text saying there was one person ahead of me and it would be 1-5 more minutes which was completely accurate. The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful and faxed over my prescription while I was on the call which I was able to pick up immediately.

So many red flags with this place, AVOID!! This place is an absolute scam and whatever positive reviews you see have been either purchased or written by the company (realize that the people writing the positive reviews have only ONE review to their name). I never received a call during my appointment time and I contacted customer service. The service was extremely bad where the person took several minutes to respond without first at least informing me that they are checking in on the situation or whatever the case maybe. I was assured that the doctor was running late and that I would get an appointment. Then a few hours later, I got a text saying my appointment was cancelled and how I need to buy the sick note in advance. This is the first time I have ever seen anyone ask to pay for a sick note in advance but since I needed this right away I did so. And scheduled an appointment with the "sick note" reason being selected and choosing the doctor who is listed as providing sick notes. I later get a text saying my appointment was cancelled because the doctor does not offer sick notes over the phone despite them giving the option and charging my bank card. They essentially stole $30 from me.

2.5 hrs waiting still for my appointment with Dr. Imran Mushtaq. Guess what he said after connecting? 😂 “Why you were not connected at the appointment time?” The question is why you arrived 2.5 hrs late? I was connected 15 minutes earlier. Check other comments, seems to be something common here

The app itself needs some debugging. It showed that there was a doctor available. I try to book appointment however it indicates that there’s a conflict with another appointment and I didn’t have another appointment. I felt the doctor did not listen to my concerns and based my treatment on evidence on what is happening to the general public during this season. the prescription was faxed to the incorrect pharmacy and did not include the prescription we had discussed. When I went to pick up the prescription at pharmacy, I was told that they were closed for statutory holidays. Be rather week because there is a shortage of pharmacist. It would be great if the Tiya app would allow a patient to select a pharmacy near them that they know will be open. In my case I will have to wait one week before I get the prescription which doesn’t help treat my symptoms.

SCAM! Horrible! Was charged $69, my provincial health card wasn't covered. Booked my appointment which was supposed to be in 10 mins. Immediately started receiving texts that there were 7 patients ahead of me and a 16-32 min wait. Waited 30 min then received a call that Dr would be on soon and waited another hour on the phone listening to 'hold' music and the call was disconnected. No call back, no customer service. AVOID!

Very convenient and easy to set up the appointment. Signed in and got a message they were behind and would come on in 8 minutes. No big deal. Message came on in 10 minutes they were behind and would be with me asap. Hung on till it was 1 hour past my original time to then get a message I’d need to see a practitioner in person. Would have been nice to know this in the beginning when I did my paperwork requested 3 hours prior to appointment.

Had a phone call booked with Dr. Ngozi Helen Abu at 7:30 pm MT. Had several notifications advising to be by my phone. I never got a call. I understand life gets in the way, it would be nice to get a reschedule or cancellation notice. Based on reviews I see, I doubt anything is being done to improve service quality.

A couple decent experiences were followed by a terrible one. A doctor faxed the prescription to the completely wrong pharmacy. We notified Tia Health immediately and they asked for all the details, after which we had hours of silence. Then I initiated a live chat to inquire further, followed by yet another live chat, after which they finally marked the case as urgent. Eight hours after the initial error, we were told they couldn't get access to the doctor's database and they told us to reach out to the provider directly. So my toddler was sick all day and in need of medication, but we had to sit around waiting for eight hours only to be told we had to fix the error ourselves. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Booked an appointment, received confirmations etc. 20 minutes before the appointment I get a notification that the doctor has cancelled due to 'a time zone issue', even though I had said yes to having a BC health card and I allowed location services prior to booking. I tried booking another appointment, the same doctor showed as available for 10 minutes later than my original appointment so I booked that. Never received any call and was unable to book any further appointments for the same day with available doctors as I had apparently 'maxed out my number of appointments' despite having had none. These apps are meant to help people access healthcare as a solution to having zero access to doctors in person here in Victoria. This is not the first time I've had an issue with Tia Health, I had such troubles with Telus health that I moved over to try and access medical care through this app. Please please improve your service! Surely this is stressing doctors out as much as it is people trying to access them? Im about ready to move out of country just so I can access basic health care.

Has a seamless experience. Unlike Ubiquity Health and Rocket Dr, Tia health doesn't charge for massage therapy referral. I also had a med refill during the same appt. My pharmacy received my prescription fax right away and I was emailed the massage referral right away as well. I got a reminder text about ten minutes before my appt that my turn was soon and the call came pretty much on time. Glad I had a great experience despite the many poor reviews.

It's great to have a service that offers this level of convenience for healthcare. However, the booking system is not very well designed. Time slots often disappear in the middle of booking. The intake forms are very basic and often do not cover the issues that I am looking to address. In some cases, the doctor information is totally incorrect. For example, I wanted to get referred to a specialist for my knee, I selected a physician with this option, only to be told by the doctor that they do not do referrals. Most importantly, the doctors are always late (I am not exaggerating) and then try to rush through the appointments. I am concerned about my health, but it is clear that the doctors are trying to clear as many insurance claims as possible. It's sad that we are given a mere 8 minutes to try and get informed about our health and then rushed off the phone because the doctor is already behind. Maybe this is an indication that 8 minutes isn't enough time for a person to be treated as an individual with careful consideration and compassion. I wish there was a better service and that the bottom line was about taking care of people instead of running an assembly line of insurance claims.

Really great experience every time I have used this service. When it is nearly impossible to get a family doctor in BC and walk-in clinics are at capacity, this is honestly a life saver. Every doctor I've spoken to has been so knowledgeable and helpful and always answer all my questions. I've referred a few friends to this service and they've all had similarly positive experiences!

If I could give it a zero I would. The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. I received an email saying to stay by my phone, my apt is in 15 min. So I waited and waited. 30min later I go into the account to see wth is happening. The dr cancelled the call. No reason why. Then I get a call from my mom saying a doctor called her phone threatening her saying she's getting a bill for this call when she never had an apt booked with him. She had an apt book in two weeks from now with an Ontario doctor, a female doc, not him! I'm in Quebec, I was waiting for him. They got me and my mom's apt mixed up, were a huge no show for me and caused stress to my mom! Who does that!!!! Very, very, very BAD service. Stay away, very far, far away.

I found this service quick and easy got what I needed every time I've booked. Only once was a doctor a few minutes late still a lot faster than being in a clinic. I referred a few people to use a service and I noticed that they had less than ideal interactions but it was because they didn't fill out the paperwork, just make sure you do everything essential before you have your appointment and it'll go smoothly!

Not perfect but pretty good Tdlr: confirm with your pharmacy that they recieved the prescription before going there. When looking for physician availabilities, I was able to book an online appointment for the following day. The doctor was about 10 minutes late to the call (understandable). I will say it was really hard to hear him on the call, he might have been on speaker phone, that said he was nice. I knew what my diagnosis was before calling I just needed a prescription. This service might not be ideal for something more arbitrary as you're only given a 10 minute time slot. The main issue was that my pharmacy claimed to never have gotten the faxed prescription. I had to contact the live chat on Tia health for them to resend it... Still no luck. I asked them again to send it to a different pharmacy and success! The wait time for customer service in both cases was maybe 5 minutes, really good. All in all, there's a lot that can go wrong but if this service works as it should, it's great. And free!

Site was easy. Meeting with the doctor was easy. Got my prescription sent to the pharmacy on boxing day, when no doctor offices were open in my area. People complain about wait times, but I'd rather wait from the comfort of my own house than in a crowded doctor office.

Not sure why all the negative reviews but it took me less than 8 minutes to register, talk to the doctor and have my prescription sent to my pharmacy. It was the fastest, easiest and friendliest service I've ever encountered to refill a prescription. We have a crisis here in central Vancouver Island with a severe lack of walk-in clinics and doctors, Tia Health has bridged the gap from waiting several hours and MAYBE seeing a walk-in physician to choosing a doctor and them faxing a prescription to your pharmacy in mere minutes. Amazing service! Thank you for who ever made this.

No idea why there are so many bad reviews. I used this service for the 1st time today for a prescription refill. The wait time was about 5 minutes past my scheduled appointment and they sent me texts constantly updating me with the timing. The physician I spoke to was beyond kind and refilled my medication and faxed it to my pharmacy immediately. Highly recommend Tia.

I had an appointment with Dr Imran Mushtaq and had to wait 15 mins before I talked to him and i only needed refill for my prescription. This only lasted for 20 seconds or less and they also require video appointment but I can’t see the doctor once his there already? So he asked me the fax number of the pharmacy and gave it to him. But after a few minutes I got an error on my cell phone that there was an error on the fax number?? So I gave another pharmacy fax number but still some ERROR?? I really don’t understand that ?? I even gave total 3 different pharmacies fax number and ALL was an error??? What the heck? I just texted back that maybe the error is at their end and not the pharmacy numbers?!! I’ll go to the pharmacy tomorrow and check if the fax went through and if not I’ll contact Provincial health that they should not charge the heath insurance if I can’t get my prescription!!!!

This service is great if you don’t have a doctor and need support however I find many of the doctors have terrible bedside manner. While it was “easy” and “convenient” to get an appointment, the doctor I saw, Dr. Khan, doubted my question for support because “she expected me to be obese” and commented on that fact at least 4 times in our 5 minute call. I had met with her 3 times and each time she hung up without me being some asking questions and within 3-5 minutes of the call. INCREDIBLY unprofessional.

Don't waste your time. Over an hour waiting passed my appointment time to fill a simple prescription. Don't give these docs your business, they will give you 5 minutes of their time so they can clock as many patients and get paid more. Imagine you being an hour late to a doctor Appt. We pay them, they don't pay us. This is unacceptable.

My doctor has been great. My issue is with their customer service for the last 4 days. I've been trying to obtain a medical certificate that the doctor completed 4 days ago that was due at work yesterday. I'm getting the runaround with online chat , can't speak to a supervisor or manager cuz there's seems to never be one in, ghosted as well on chat, and nothing seems to be done. Instead I end up making another appointment just to confirm with the doctor(as asking to reach the doctor goes unanswered) that she had submitted my form to them. Something they should have done. I don't understand how their able to be so negligent with people's medical information and there's no one to talk to to deal with this nor a phone number to reach anyone. For days I've been told that it's been escalated and yet nothing has been done I just want my form. When you ask questions about procedures or how to reach someone higher up they do not answer, instead they repeat their generic , "so sorry that you're going through this inconvenience" lines.

My experience was very good despite a minor blip - basically the website had an error and wouldn't load my camera even though it showed in the preview, and my first appointment got cancelled - the doctor was on time. I was able to speak with a support agent right away, and they sent a message to the doctor to call me. In the meantime, they told me I could rebook, which I did, and I got an appointment right away with the same doctor. The doctor was running about 5 minutes behind this time (the video call screen shows you the estimated time the doctor will arrive), but the call was quick and concise. Within 15 min of my appointment ending, the prescription was faxed in and received by my pharmacy. I also received 2 emails - one to confirm the prescription was faxed, and one was a copy of the prescription itself. I feel badly for those whose experience wasn't good, but perhaps it depends on what the issue is for and the doctor that you get. I appreciate that I had a good experience and was able to get my medical needs taken care of quickly, because lately that has been extremely hard to do with family doctors being unavailable and many offices changing how they handle virtual care.

I booked an appointment last night and the doctor never called. Booked another appointment today with a different doctor and he called me earlier than the appointment time. Dr. Johnathan Tau i believe is the name. Short and to the point. Prescription was faxed to pharmacy within a minute of our call ending. Great service from him. Seems this service can be hit or miss but im very happy with how the second try went.

My first time with Tia was great! The doctor called at the time of appointment and I got the prescription. However my second time was awful. Doctor was late, I started asking questions on chat and they kept telling me to wait, yet they kept sending emails (7 of them) and texts (4 of them) to remind me of the appointment. Told me to stay by the phone. Then after 85 minute it was cancelled due to connection error. I immediately booked another appointment for 2 hours later. This time doctor was late AGAIN, and I started to ask for help on chat, and they still told me to wait. He called 45 minutes after the time of appointment. I felt like I spent the whole afternoon waiting for the doctor to call.

Thank you whoever invented this.. Not my first time going to Tia health. So helpful because they are open even when the walk-ins are closed especially on weekends or when your busy for work. I love how easy it is, you just put health card and select your issue, attach photos then select the time and then you get to video call the doctor to actually see them face to face and talk. They prescribe the according medicine. They may be a bit rushy and a longer wait time but make sense because alot of people but better than waiting one two hours.

Personally had a wonderful experience, remember to fill out the form after making your appointment or it'll be canceled. Anyway I got Dr. Kirk Stewart unfortunately my camera nor mic decided to work for the call on my Chromebook or Phone (sent a message in the video call tab), he ended up reaching out to me by calling me and we spoke on the phone for 15 minutes, during this time he listened to me, and even asked and addressed me by my preferred name and I was prescribed the proper medication. Would say I had a 5* worthy experience for sure.

My doctor is on leave and I really needed a Rx for antibiotics and another Rx as well. I looked online in the morning and was able to secure an appointment the SAME DAY! I couldn't believe it! Wow. I did have t wait for 10 minutes on the phone, not a big deal and Dr. Zabakolas apologized for that. He took his time, and asked questions. He was very positive and patient. Sent my Rx's to pharmacy so they would be ready for pick up. I couldn't hav asked for better service. I feel confident that many people have shared my experience, but have not taken the time to write a review. It's easier to make the time in our lives when we are upset to share a negative review. Doctors are not perfect. They deal with us when we are at our worst.....for a living! Sounds like a pretty thankless job to me. However, I am very very thankful they have chosen this career and I accept that with their long long hours seeing us at our worst, that we can give grace to them having an off day too. If you are reading these reviews I say, give it a try and make up your own mind. ;)

I've used Tia Health two separate times and had positive experiences. The first time, I needed a prescription filled and that was done right away. The second time, I needed a referral to an ENT. The doctor I spoke to was very kind and even offered alternative solutions to seeing a specialist. I forgot to tell him to mark the referral as urgent (per my specialist's request, so I could be scheduled in ASAP), so I emailed Tia Health's customer service. They responded quickly and assured me it was taken care of, with the referral sent that same day, allowing me to book a next day appointment with my specialist. All in all such a smooth, positive experience, which is all you're looking for when you're already stressed out. Very grateful for the Tia Health service and the team behind it.

Don't use Tia! I booked an appointment online and when I hadn't filled out the intake form 10 minutes later, the appointment was cancelled. I rebooked and filled out the form as fast as I could the second time, received an email to confirm and then a text message I replied to to confirm. The doctor never showed, I waited over an hour. There is no one to call or contact when this happens and when I reached out to complain later, nothing was done.

It's a worse place for consultation. There is one Dr named Dr Hamidreza Majlessi who always cancels our appointments after hours of waiting. Without even attending, he sent messages that I needed an in-person consultation. Why??? How???? The other doctor I finally got hold of did not even bother to listen to my complaints. Just come back in two days and give me medicines based on my eye colours 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ are you actually medical professionals???? You don't have two minutes to listen to patients' concerns???? I I do not recommend this place!!!

I would recommend that you find another virtual provider. We booked an appointment only to be stood up. After an hour and a half past our appointment time, we stopped receiving text updates. Reached out to their support and they assured us the Doctor would come to the appointment. We stayed online for almost 4 hours with no message and the Doctor was a no show. This appointment was important and for a Doctor to not be considerate of the patient and their health is really quite disgusting. We would have found another provider if we had known. We were left without any time to find another provider and you can only book one appointment per day so you can't even book with another available provider. Never again.

Awful awful awful. Trust the reviews… Booked an appointment SIX times, and each time I would get put on hold as they were “running behind” with their appointments. Once I waited on hold for 3 hours (no joke) just for the doctor to cancel my appointment because I didn’t pick up 5 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment time as I was at work… Don’t waste your time.

Bad experience. Book an appointment. Wait until 12pm and the doctor did not show up. Every 15 minutes, receiving the same messages from Tia saying apology for delay due to 4 other appointments before mine and I should expect another 9-17 min delay. Are you kidding? I waited for an hour and there were same numbers of other appointments before mine and same waiting time? I can accept waiting but lying.

Had a great experience using Tia Health. Booked a virtual appointment on a Friday for Saturday night. Was called about 5-10 mins after my scheduled appt time (definitely beats spending hours at a walk in clinic!). Appointment was fast and efficient, and I had a prescription faxed to my local pharmacy that same day. Amazing service!

Fantastic! I was able to book a same day phone appointment (20 minutes after I registered!) Dr Dost was professional, succinct and friendly. My Rx was faxed to my pharmacy within minutes. I absolutely recommend using this service!

same as some other people in here, I had a terrible experience with tiahealth.com. I made a video appointment. The Dr. was late. After 40 min, I started chatting with customer service. They confirmed that Dr. is running late but I have to wait. So I waited and waited... After 1 hour and half, I received a message that the appointment was cancelled because I didn't show up. I sent them the screenshots of the video calls to show them that I was in the meeting and waiting for the practitioner to get online... They just told me to make another appointment!!!! I do not know the doctors over there but Tia Health does not act professionally.

My usual virtual doctor had a SIX DAY waiting period for an appointment, so I thought I'd give Tia Health a shot. Within a 2 hour period, I set up an account, spoke with a very helpful doctor, and my prescription will be delivered to me via Pillway. Will definitely use Tia Health again!

Helpful and efficient. I felt a little rushed though, and it wasn't quite what I expected. I'd requested a video conference, and instead got a phone call from an unrecognized number on my phone. Also I'd scheduled the appointment for 7:10, and instead I received the call about 6:50. The appointment lasted about 2 minutes... I'd have liked to talk more about my concerns. Still, better than waiting in a walk in clinic. But I was hoping to find a good family doctor. This didn't instill much hope for me.

I booked an appt. yesterday. A few minutes after its schedule time I received a text indicating a 8-15 min delay, followed by a 2nd text indicating the same. I then received a call indicating "technical difficulties" & that they were unable to say when I'd receive a call. I came to read reviews post call & immediately tried to cancel my appointment based on what I was reading. Cancelling wasn't too straight forward but, I received a call in the meanwhile. Within 2 or 3 mins I received the prescription I needed. While it felt odd to receive a prescription for something I never took before within that time frame , I did get what I wanted/needed. Dr. Tuli sounded nice, wished me well and did fax the prescription right away. Although the system needs some tweaking (too many texts, email, difficult to book/cancel), I would use against if I needed a prescription.

Horrible experience I booked 2 appointments and was ready for my appointment. I never got the phone call or even a message saying that they would call me or join the video call at any point. If you need medical assistance don’t even bother it’s better to just go to walk in clinic when you have the chance than wasting your time waiting for a service

Seems to just be lazy doctors who couldn't care less about people... just an avenue to write as many prescriptions as possible to take advantage of our broken health care system. Huge thumbs down. Just needed a little direction on what I need to do to deal with a problem I'm having... But since it's wasn't a 3 min prescription, got 3 canceled appointments instead... One after sitting alone in a video room for 25 mins.

1 star because I was able to make an appointment to speak with a doctor in 2 hours (that was good). But I got Dr. Uthaya Somasundaram. He didn't let me explain how I got my symptoms, or learn the history at all. Prescribed me a medication and hung up all in 1 minute. He prescribed a cream and wrote 1 drop as description so the pharmacist couldn't fill it for me because they weren't sure if it was for drops or cream.. now I have to wait until they can reach him because he didn't even leave a phone number, yet my conditioning is worsening by the hour. Horrible.

Sign up was easy, Doctor arrived right on time, but the call lasted less than 2 minutes and they didn't know what was wrong with me. Provided no info at all. I have a skin issue and was prescribed an antibiotic cream and rushed off the call. When I asked for a referral to a dermatologist he said he doesn't do that. Not a complete waste of time but now I'm going to have to go to a walk in clinic anyways to get a referral.

I've used this service twice now and both times I was incredibly pleased with the experience. First things first, the app sucks. If you are going to book an appointment, use the desktop site. The app rarely loads correctly and you'll find you get halfway through booking an appointment and the page just stops loading. I was tempted to rate it 4/5 stars simply due to how awful the site is but my happiness with the appointments themselves overrides that opinion. Once you do make the appointment, the service is great! They send lots of confirmations by text and email which I really appreciate. All of the confirmations are able to be done through text so I appreciate the automations. The first time I booked was an incredibly urgent issue and I was able to get a same day appointment within the hour! Wow! As a young woman with endometriosis, I've been gaslighted and mistreated by the medical world time and time again and was really expecting to have to advocate for myself but my trepidation was completely necessary! My appointment was so short because the doctor took me at my word and believed that I knew my body well enough to know what was wrong. He asked if I had experienced the issue before (I have, MANY times) and wasted no time in sending my prescription to my preferred pharmacy. Please note that you should have the fax number of your pharmacy ready to go for convenience sake. They are doctors, they shouldn't have to spend their limited, valuable time searching for information that you should have ready prior. He even gave me a refill which I unexpectedly ended up needing so I really appreciated the forethought. My second appointment was exactly the same. The doctor called me on the dot for my appointment and unfortunately while their system didn't allow the doctor to see my history form, he was very attentive and again, wasted no time getting to the root of the issue. I asked for a referral and I already have an appointment booked with the referral office. I have recommended this service to all of my family and friends and will continue to turn here for as long as I need. Thank you for your service! You have really helped me out! Their claim that there are zero fees for patients covered under MSP is completely true. There are no reimbursements to apply for, they bill your medical plans directly. All in all, I am super happy with this service and recommend it to all!

simply not good. My appointment was cancelled an hour before the day booked for and rescheduled for the day after. I waited about an hour and instead of the video appointment I requested, i was advised they had issues so it was a phone appointment. I was rushed. My appointment lasted 4-5mins at best. They sent me some documentation which was incorrect and I am left grasping for a way to contact them to get this rectified as there is no way from your profile to get through to them. I made another appointment with another doctor for next week....lets see if I have a better luck...but I'd advise against the doctor I had today, Dr Chami. My 4mins consultation was one of the worst I have ever had.

Wonderful experience, have used this service 3 times and has been such a fantastic experience. Every-time I was able to be helped with prescriptions. Love this service think it’s so fantastic. Fast and affective barley any wait time. Usually get a same day or next day appointment.

Booking an appointment was easy and I'm not going to complain that things were running behind and I had to wait over 30 mins from my scheduled time but when I did speak with the doctor finally the discussion felt rushed and then the doctor said she would email me a lab requisition which was the hole reason I needed to speak to someone and it was never sent. I would say it was a huge waste of time and if my medical plan is billed for that, also a waste of money. I will not use this service again and would not be able to recommend it either. Very disappointing quality of care.

Amazing job! Both by your doctor and staff! Thank you for still providing people (me) this CRITICAL SERVICE! IT IS STILL SO NEEDED!! Like myself that doesn't drive, 90% of walk-in clinics close or stop taking patients by 4 or if you aren't with the practice the walk-in clinic isn't for you. So when I need to see a doctor, it forces my husband to take a day off work that he doesn't get paid for just so I can get my prescriptions refilled. I spoke with the doctor that was 5 minutes late, which was absolutely not an issue.. some people like to talk or they may need more of the doctors time! The doctors want to be on time but they are humans, they need a break to go the washroom, eat, and spend extra time with people that need it! They update you right away and tell you the doctor is 5 minutes behind. My prescription was at my preferred pharmacy that I asked them to fax it to and it was wonderful!! I sent an email to the co-ordinator to see if they got my registration form, and they got back to me with in five minutes So again THANK YOU for everything! You are doing great work!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Jennifer

This online platform is awful. It's hard to navigate. When you choose a doctor the request doesn't always go through. I wasn't able to reach Dr on 1st appt via video because it wouldn't connect. Dr had to phone me. Support emails unanswered. I'm canceling my account The doctor was great though! One good point.

Made an appointment, was ready for my appointment. Received half a dozen emails/texts advising the Doctor would be 1-5 minutes late. An hour and a half later, no call, and the messages have stopped coming in. Seems they know how to take an appointment, but lack the ability to follow through with the appointment. And the follow through is really the crucial part of the appointment. Without the follow through, why even book the appointment? Perhaps their Doctors should make an appointment with me to learn about time management skills? Or they could even send a courtesy call to reschedule? But no, not here at Tia Health. Two thumbs down. If I had more thumbs, it'd be 2 + (additional thumbs) down. I wonder if I can make an appointment to get more thumbs? Ah, they'll just miss the appointment again..

I’ve had 3 appointments with Tia health. I appreciate having such a service as I do not have a family physician atm. Out of 3 appointments, twice they entered the incorrect fax # and my scripts were not sent. To resolve you need to log back in and resend. Beware, documents may not be there any longer and you cannot book another appt the same day. Huge pain. Last time I told the doctor that they made a mistake entering the fax …their reply was ‘all I do is copy the # entered’. Uh no you do not. I’ve confirmed the fax # SO MANY TIMES. Last thing I need to do is fix their errors. Like get it together people. Thoughtless and uncaring is my overall experience. No wonder Canada has the 4th rated worst healthcare in the world. Absolute Rubbish !

I had an appointment on Tuesday only to be stood up after numerous text messages apologizing for the wait. Booked an appointment once again for Thursday with the exact same outcome.

Availability for appointments is hugely variable, appointments are almost always delayed (sometimes up to an hour, even first thing in the morning), or are cancelled after your appointment was supposed to start. No customer service to speak of and no accountability for poor service.
