I love coming to this studio. It's very welcoming and inclusive. The variety of classes offered is what keeps me coming back. Every instructor is fabulous. And the space is so tidy too!

The studio felt very welcoming and inclusive. I was a bit nervous going in just because I hadn't been to any in person classes before but as soon as I stepped in I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The class was great and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of it. It really made my day!

Went for my first class this past week. Union is definitely the best run yoga studio I have been to. The scheduling is very accessible (on line), studios, change rooms and restrooms were very clean and inclusive and it was just a pleasant and calm space. The class was both easy to follow but challenging enough that I have lots of room to grow. They also offer SUP yoga classes!

I have practiced yoga for 11 years now. Yoga is NOT a Western gym exercise, even though most people in Canada treat it like it. Yoga is an ancient, revered practice. To the person who knocked this studio down for not allowing him to enter a practice because he was 3 minutes late? THANK YOU UNION for doing that. I live in Mississauga, and for 11 years I have driven to so many yoga studios in TORONTO in rush hour traffic. I have never been late. Late yoga students are HORRIBLE. Most proper yoga practices begin with a time of reflection and/or meditation. These late comers disrupt a sacred part of the practice when they rush in, throw their mat on the floor, of what I dislike the most, "Can you move over please?" I repeat, this is NOT a Western gym class. So many yoga studios in Toronto, out of greediness for money accommodate these late comers. I love that Union does not do this!

First visit to Union Yoga for a Thursday evening relax and yin class. The facility is a short walk from the subway which is perfect and is clean, large and bright. The staff are so welcoming and our instructor was excellent! So caring, clear in her explanation of the poses and she came around the room often to assist. I highly recommend! Namaste 🙏

I'm grateful to have found Union four months ago. I used ClassPass to try a couple of studios in the city, and it was clear to me that Union is committed to delivering positive and meaningful experiences for all people of all experience levels and backgrounds. Details in the studio space impressed me and embodied values of authenticity, inclusivity, and community -- for example, gender-neutral washrooms and change room options, consent cards for hands-on adjustments, sliding scale payment options for workshops, scholarships for teacher training, and an Indigenous land acknowledgement before entering the space. Union remains committed to its core values even now in current pandemic circumstances with its virtual studio and livestream classes. I am itching to be in the physical studio again and see the messages of mindfulness on my way in, hear the creaky floors, sip hot tea in the cozy lounge, and enjoy class in the sunlit studio. This family-owned small business includes a team of truly warm and kind people and I cannot recommend it more highly.

Just in the middle of a 2 week trial and am hooked. If you are thinking about it just do it. Such good value to try something. Also such a great facility and studio. Lots of membership options which I like and always an affordable daily class. I feel for these studios trying to make a go of it with rent increases in this city. Loved the pilates and flow yogas so far.

Went for a Pilates that wasn’t really a Pilates class but more of a contemporary version of yoga/fitness class. It was also supposed to be a hot Pilates class but the temperature in the room was way lower than described. Sadly wouldn’t recommend.

I love this yoga studio. I do classes there (Hatha, flow, Pilates) that are hot, warm and “regular” and the teachers are all fantastic - very knowledgeable, great at explaining and make the classes fun. The staff are warm, welcoming and accommodating and the studio is beautiful with big windows where the sun can pour in. The studio goes out of their way to make the studio welcoming for people of all genders, abilities and body types. Highly recommended!

I've been a Union member with all-access for two months. Their classes have become the best part of my day and I, sometimes, find myself wanting a second class in the same day. I'm so glad I came in for an impromptu tour with a friend when I was too nervous to start on my own. I'm already noticing changes in myself, through mind and body. ♥️

Felt comfortable as soon as I stepped through the door. Relaxed, organized, and clean space. Very helpful front desk staff, Janeva, introduced me to the facilities on my first visit. I am taking Warm Hatha and Yin classes with Catherine, and it's been a great experience for a beginner like me. She is warm and welcoming, and always ensures that participants are comfortable. I've learned a lot and she's given me some very helpful advice on some yoga poses that I've had trouble with. Would highly recommend anyone to try out her classes!

An amazing yoga studio, great setup, instructors and experience. Has become my new regular studio. There are mostly beginner to mid-level classes with a few advanced ones scattered throughout the week.

The best yoga studio in the city! I leave every class feeling beyond renewed! The instructors are incredible! Like literally incredible! All the staff is so welcoming and kind! So many different types of classes and for all levels of experience. They have Pilates classes and a heated studio for Hot Yoga! And they’re always offering really cool special event yoga classes and series. Love the studio design, and it’s always so clean in every corner. Such a warm and welcoming space where you’re invited to be yourself and get to know and celebrate your whole being. Thank you Union Yoga + Wellness!!

I purchased a Yoga gift card for someone and had a question about a promotion they were having. I contacted them via email and someone responded very promptly. Then to clarify, an employee called me the next day on the phone for required information. I was absolutely impressed with the customer service I received from this company. Wow - 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! (Bonus: easy-to-navigate website!)

okay class but miss lady was speaking a bit too fast for me! I come to yoga to ca my thoughts and flow but this felt more focused on speed than really landing a pose. I expected hatha but got a mix of fitness and meditation.

I love going to Union because of the warm, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, the variety of the classes, and how wonderful all of the teachers are in their own unique way. And their playlists are usually fire too 🔥

The lovely folks at this beautiful space have made me feel so welcome back to my yoga practice postpartum. A fun, body positive, inclusive studio. I attend Scotty’s Monday night flow classes. Highly recommend!

The instructor (Scotty) was personable, upbeat and so much fun! The class was challenging but they offered all kinds of modifications. The room was spacious and lovely. There were convenient supplies to spray mats afterward. Nicole (who gave me a tour) was very welcoming.

Union yoga is LOVE and it has changed my life :) Ive been a member of Union Yoga for 4 month now. I love the positive and calm energy in the studio which comes from all these beautiful people in there. Scotty and Erick gave me a opportunity to deeply get into Yoga, and now I can not live without going to the classes ! I feel physically and mentally healed every time after class. I am such shy person so never got a chance to appreciate them in person so leaving a message in here instead. Thank you for the amazing classes :)
