Cocktail bar has an extensive menu ranging from classics to wild combos. The bartenders are incredibly knowledgeable and fun! I went with my partner for pre dinner drinks. We were hoping they would have better options for snacks but they had chips and dip and olives as their only food options. They still did the trick but if they had oysters or charcuterie I think it would be a next level place. I ordered the black magic woman and the absinth whip. My partner ordered a Manhattan and another drink that was awesome (sweet, spicy, party in your mouth) we don’t remember the name but have a picture of!

This is a small cocktail bar that usually has a wait on weekends. The patio is very small, maybe fits 10 people total. The screen blocks off the sidewalk so it feels further from the street. The cocktails are delicious. The staff are friendly and make great recommendations based on your tastes. At $14-16 cocktails, it’s on par with many local cocktail bars. The space isn’t accessible as there’s a set of stairs for the main entrance.

Awesome little spot with a great happy hour deal! $10 for everything on the menu! Cocktails were creative and tasty, the service was friendly, and the vibe was great! Will 100% go back.

One of my absolute favourite spots for cocktails in a Toronto. Heads up this is a fairly small place with limited seats so do expect to potentially wait for a bit before you can get a table. Definitely recommend trying their Ward 11 cocktail

I wish I had learned about this place earlier. That was incredible! Tried 4 cocktails between our group and I can surely say all of them were fantastic. The banana yogurt one probably my favourite! So unexpected. Trust me — it sounds weird but you won’t regret ordering it

I really like this spot! It is tiny but it is a vibe. The cocktails are delicious.

literally cannot wait to visit again and support a local bar that puts the health, safety and comfort of staff above the self-perceived victimisation of those who cannot do their part to get us all through this pandemic. Plus the best drinks, best vibe and kindest people!! Double vaxxed and ready to drink!!

Went late (10pm) so no food, just drinks. Which were witty and creative in their title and description, but only alright in their taste. I tried the Lavender Hunt and it was more muted in taste, and the Corpse Reviver #666 which tasted like Jeagar mixed with Chinese medicine. The atmosphere was nice, soothingly lit, smelled great and had relaxing music to go with it. Although it did get really hard to have a conversation at times.. The price was as expected of cocktails. Worth a visit, but wouldn't go out of my way for.

Small and cozy. Well crafted cocktails. Their happy hour deal is amazing. It can get busy, so be prepared to wait if you have a large group.

My go-to cocktail place when I am in the area. Drinks are delicious, staffs are friendly, and patio in the summer is romantic (indoor option is nice too but I prefer outdoor seating due to COVID). Will visit again

Inventive drinks that sometimes were too much, ok staff attention, and atmosphere too loud but lovely lighting and decor. Can't fully recommend to others as there are many little bars to try. The spicy rimmed cocktail was much too spicy and the bartender didn't think it was spicy at all somehow ("I've never heard that it's spicy ever! In my life!" No joke.)

I am not a cocktail person but I did enjoy it at the Cocktail Bar! Wide choice of cocktails and alcohol in general. Atmosphere is amazing and I will definitely come back there.

I'm not a "review' person, but I had to say. Addie is an amazing bartender. The cocktails were amazing, and she was so great with elaborating on some of the more unusual items on the menu. Thank you Addie!

It’s a nice very small and cramped spot. Being honest, the cocktails were average, but a $10 HH makes it a very worthwhile adventure. I would return if I was in the area but wouldn’t go out of my way.

This spot is the cutest! Perfect for people watching along Dundas and really adorable outdoor patio that feels super private and cozy. Absolutely loved everything about this place while on a recent date. The menu is massive and each drink description is spot on. We ordered two rounds of cocktails (Brasil 66, whiskey business, hoof Manhattan and ward 11) and some snacks including devilled eggs, pimento cheese and smoked olives. Everything was stellar and service was so friendly and timely.

Lovely place with an amazing selection of cocktails. The service is a bit on the slower side, but there usually is only 1 bartender attending to all patrons. However, the atmosphere of the place makes it up to the wait time.

Cocktail Bar is an institution. Innovative drinks. Interior feels a bit dated now without a reno for over 10 years. Unfortunately it’s a place that has tipflation as the automatic recommended tip is 18%.

Fabulous little spot to have a drink or two. Simple snack menu. Great service. Cute patio if the weather cooperates. No reservations and a small space so be prepared to wait if it’s a busy time — but worth the wait for delicious & inventive cocktails. A lot of the negative reviews on here seem to be for The Hoof, a related restaurant which used to be across the street but has since closed.

The "Observer" Toilet was. off putting. The drinks were fantastic one one drink tasted like lucky charms! The service was lacking and the area felt, dirty. Still had a good time at this place.

Wow! "Hidden in plain sight" is the only way to describe this - it's on a pretty well-trodden area of Dundas, by Trinity-Bellwoods, and there is a nice outdoor balcony, but it wouldn't catch your eye (by design). The space is minimalist, but in an elegant way. I believe it was the "Absinthe Whip" (described as "absinthe, orange, pisiachio, coconut"; not shown here) that initially seemed like too many flavours at all, but a few seconds into the first sip it all made sense. And so I learned never to doubt the judgment of the in-house mixologist.

Love love cocktail bar. I wish they didn’t change the menu so often because when I find one I like the next time I go back it’s gone! The thing is it doesn’t really matter because there’s always some thing fun and interesting on the menu.

One of my favourite Toronto cocktail places. Small and no resos so difficult if you’re more than 4 people.

Amazing spot with incredible drinks and the best service in town. Great vibes, great music and a very cozy atmosphere. The drinks are really well made, innovative and delicious. Would highly recommend!

The cocktails are perfectly designed for a unique experience. This is exactly what I wanted for my first visit to Toronto. The place is small and cozy and may go unnoticed by tourists but it’s often visited by locals. I was surprised to see the establishment almost full on a Tuesday night. I was planning to visit places that were walking distance from the hotel. We had to take an Uber from downtown to the place but it was worth it. It only took 10 minutes.

My go-to bar for delicious cocktails at reasonable prices. I love their menu, especially those little [made-up?] stories behind each cocktail. I also like the ambience, music and staff.
