I bought the 75$ intro package to try out the studio and am unfortunately not super impressed. Although the staff are super friendly and there seems to be a sort of community within the studio, the amenities and classes do not quite hit the mark. There is no water fountain, despite this being a HOT yoga studio. The washrooms also have no fabric or paper towels to wipe your hands after washing- just thin tissues. One out of the two female washrooms was out of order, and the music played during the classes I have taken so far is too loud that it’s impossible to hear the instructors or have a peaceful stretch. However, there are many options for classes throughout the week, which is great for people with unpredictable schedules. Overall, will likely not be coming back.

Visited today from Chicago. Studio was really impressive I could bravely say I loved it. Unfortunately after my arrival two days ago I had some alco (I know I know… ;)) and because of that I couldn’t fully participate taking too many breaks. Studio is clean and very “organically modern”. I was little surprised they had a floor heating which in my today’s overwhelmed state was a little too much to stay in class but it was my fault I wasn’t well prepared. I highly recommend this studio! Also, staff was super cool and the instructor engaging and experienced. Next time I’ll come well prepared - will be coming back for sure!

Wow, after 10 years! I have just decided to disconnect with this studio. The latest email/update received this morning was the last straw. A complete display of virtue signaling. Shame & Blame& Alarm instead of simply stating the studio's policy! I have noticed the studio responds to reviews by claiming they are open to constructive criticism, the studio does not even acknowledge receiving emails, let alone responding to them! The 12 hour cancellation is ludicrous & absurd. Lack of 90 minutes classes is unacceptable in year 2022. The energy & vibe to the studio has become negative, dark moody atmosphere , coupled with the absolute chaos in the locker room, and LINDA's insistence on making people wait & line up in the stairway behind a locked door are hardly conducive to a peaceful & relaxed experience expected at Yoga. No! You can't have my money & time and have it all your way. Paul ,Lots of luck pal , Goodbye!

The studios are reasonably nice but for a $40 drop in I would have expected a nicer change room, better system for mat rentals after class (all the racks were full of mats and there was nowhere to hang my rental), and a more experienced instructor. I would not return. For context, I’m from Vancouver and therefore spoiled with amazing yoga studios and instructors.

Great studio! I'm especially a fan of Gloria's classes for the Original Hot Yoga 26&2 classes and Elaine for the Yin Yoga classes. That being said, all the teachers I've learned from have been great. The studio itself has great energy and is easy to navigate even for beginners like me. I've really improved my practice in a short time and I'm excited to keep at it!

I've gotten a few monthly memberships at this yoga studio in the past, especially in the winter when it is great to leave and exit into the cold, snowy Toronto streets feeling warm and toasty on the inside. Good variety of classes & instructors, and nice space. Some of the hot classes can be SUPER intense, but in a really good way! I'd always be glowing after these classes. A bit crowded at times and some of the popular classes book up a week in advance, so plan accordingly. And always always arrive early so that you can acclimatize yourself to the space and get a good spot.

Be hot yoga was so amazing. I was a little nervous to go there because of covid however they exceeded all my expectations in a positive way. I’m very happy about the mandatory vaccine policy coming in, it is a huge step they are taking to protect our community. I am so happy to support a business like be hot yoga.

Going to hot yoga and pilates here is my therapy (both physically and mentally). I’ve suffered from chronic back pain for years now and going everyday has reduced my pain tremendously. I can now sleep through the night. Also, the instructors and the owner, Paul, are all super nice and make an effort to get to know you. The classes are also very well done. This is by far my favourite yoga studio. :)

The Good: I've come here on an off for a number of years and what they do great is consistency. The class is always very hot and very challenging, despite being an experienced hot yogi. The instructors are great - enthusiastic, know their material and encourage good corrections. The not so good: I prefer to do a noon or later evening class - the 5pm ones are way way too full. The change rooms are too small to accommodate that many people. Especially when we're all sweaty, dripping and tired, waiting for the showers etc. I wish they would give out cold Towles or something during savasana - other studios I've been to that do this and it's a welcome reward after working so hard. All that considered, it's a nice place to practice and I look forward to coming back.

I attended Ksenia's 45 min pilates class today and enjoyed it, especially as a first time attendee! Will come to BeHot again in the future, thank you :)

We were visiting from our of town and what a spectacular studio. Winnie taught and she was such a pro. The studio is warm and modern and CLEAN! So many amenities and so many class options. I love that they have Pilates as well. I will definitely definitely be coming back and recommend this studio to everyone!

First timer experience! I was bored at home and decided to try a yoga class to get me out of the house. I was a little intimidated at first but once I got there I felt very relaxed. Shelley was an amazing instructor - she was so encouraging and made me feel welcome. I would recommend you to definitely bring a towel and change of clothes. I’m so glad I decided to take a class with Shelley! Thanks!

I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with the service and policies BeHot Yoga provides. Staff are so kind and professional. From the receptionist to the instructors everyone was polite and respectful. Their mandatory vaccine policy has made me feel more comfortable, safe and at peace while doing yoga. Overall an amazing experience, definitely recommend anyone considering attending!

Arrived at the gym 1 minute past the schedule time, only to find the doors locked. After a minute of persistent knocking, the receptionist finally arrived and opened the door. She informed me i was a minute late and therefore not allowed to attend the class. I was taken aback by the rigid and inflexible nature of gyms policies. If this is indicative of level of customer service they provide, it will be very difficult to thrive. Definitely NOT returning.

Purchased an intro package and now moving to autopay. This is a pretty cool studio: the owner, teachers and energy are all great. The other clients seem nice and respectful too. I have yet to try a class I did not like. Sometimes you have to book early to get a spot, especially Paul’s Tuesday night class, but it gives me motivation to stick to my workout plan. Definitely recommend.

As someone completely new to yoga, I have thoroughly enjoyed trying out the different types of classes offered here. The staff and instructors are wonderful. The studio emanates a warm and positive vibe. Faculties are very nice; clean, high ceilings, large windows. Would recommend to complete beginners and experienced yogi alike.

Be Hot is an amazing place to practice - they have the best teachers, great class options and are doing the most to provide a safe place for our community. I am so grateful to the team for having a comprehensive online class offering during the pandemic closures and restrictions - they got me through it with a lot of fun and sweaty zoom classes! THANK YOU BE HOT!

The class was super challenging and fun! The room was actually really hot (it’s a good thing I should’ve just been more prepared). Instructor was kind and sweet … definitely struggled a little since this was my first time and she was accommodating + didn’t feel any pressure to be perfect. I wish the change rooms were nicer / bigger and had more amenities especially this being a hot yoga studio It would make sense to prioritize those. I also wish there was a water fountain?? Weird that they don’t have one because it gets HOT and not everyone brings or wants to buy water

I did the classic Bikram style hot yoga class with Cassandra. The instructor did an amazing job guiding us through all the different postures and making sure that we were breathing correctly. Loved it! Worth trying!

BeHot yoga is a gem of a studio with a real community feel. The staff are helpful and always friendly. The studio is clean and well maintained. In the last few months I’ve noticed new shower heads in the change rooms, new area carpets and a new desk in the entry. The owner shows a real commitment to maintaining the studio. The instructors are incredible! They are passionate, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. The instructors are always willing to ‘talk yoga’ whether it’s something you experienced in class, help with a correction or taking time to demonstrate improving a specific posture you are struggling with in class (like tight hip flexors)! There are a variety of classes, from HIIT, Vinyassa, Original 60 to Yin. There are lots of times to choose from whether it’s early morning or evening. Theres little excuse not to get a workout in!

Been coming here off and on since 2013. The staff are long tenured, and super nice. Tried a few other hot yoga studios around the GTA and GVA, and none compare to this place. The same staff, same owner, and same studio. Please don't change!

Great studio! Super convenient location and the classes are so varied and dynamic. Never tried pilates before but the 7am HIIT classes wake you TF up and set you up for a day of #excellence... great music in the flow/traditional yoga classes and the teachers are awesome. I did the unlimited for a few months before I move out of the city next month and noticed great improvements in mood, focus, and metabolism. If you make the classes a regular part of your schedule you'll trim as you sweat so much. They have their classes down to a science. The negative reviews seem to be one-off's, this place is A+.

Came here for the first time today through class pass, unfortunately came a minute late for the class I registered to and was not able to get let in (my fault didn't know they locked the doors) but I was able to attend the next one (Hot HIIT with Emilie) and it was great and she was so sweet! Will definitely be coming back :)

I have been a regular at BeHot Yoga for a number of years and I love it. The instructors are excellent and some of the best in the city. Its no wonder that their classes are often fully booked. There is a 'family feel' to this studio. The space is warm and welcoming. I like the loft like feel of the space. Paul, the owner, is always willing to respond to any questions or concerns. I am glad that they are implementing policies to protect us from COVID. Putting staff and customer safety first says a lot about this studio.

This yoga studio was my first love in Toronto, and remains my favorite to this day! I have been to many all over the world, but the compassion and motivation I have received over the years from the BeHot staff and yoga community is the absolute best. In the beginning, I was skeptical that yoga would impact my life anymore than any other fitness regime. Wow, I found out just how important it is to have yoga in my life and how grateful I am to have been introduced to it by such fine instructors. I'm so grateful to be returning to this studio and community soon. I simply can't wait!

The yoga studio is very clean very welcoming! But the instructor they have Gloria is so rude and I have heard her make racist remarks! And it’s frustrating that she’s the only instructor teaching lunch classes. They need to change it up and have different instructors not only Gloria on the lunch time spot everyday! As a lot of people have complain they don’t like her attitude and can only do lunch session between work. I would appreciate if Paul could switch up the instructors more in different time slots especially lunch as it’s getting annoying.

One of the best Yoga classes I've ever tried 😌 Yoga instructor, Joanne, is excellent. She tries to adapt the class to all levels (beginner and advanced) 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️ Highly recommended.

This is an amazing studio!! From everyone who works here, to its members, I can't say enough good things! They have so many different classes you will never get bored. I am especially excited to get back to Original Hot Yoga, it's the boot camp of yoga and in my opinion, holds the key to the fountain of youth!! Whatever phase of life you are in, there is something for everyone, at Be Hot Yoga!
