Slipping terribly with the move to takeout-only. Salad is pitifully topped with crumbs of goat cheese, strings of mushrooms, and maybe enough chunks to make up a whole walnut. The calamari is of course impossible to serve as well as fresh in house. But one can package it in a container so that steam can escape. And one certainly can provide the usual portion size we've come to expect.

Ordered via Uber Eat today and it was quite a disappointment. The pizza dough was like rubber and the toppings looked extremely sad (see picture and that is without asking them to remove anything...). For 20+ cad for most of their pizzas, I am expecting better especially when you order for delivery (they don't have a serve you etc.). Also, I was scanning through other reviews and what I find interesting is that all the positive reviews get a reply but not the negative ones?!?! Tip for process improvement, also pay attention to the feedback you don't want to hear 😉.

Amazing Italian restaurant. Great place for a first date. I can't remember the last time a server not only cleared the table but also kept the table clean through the meal. Martina was wonderfully attentive. Thank you. A must go to in Toronto.

Nodo Junction has been on my must try Italian food list for a few months and it met the expectations! Great Italian food with an inviting menu that will have you coming back to try everything. Our table got a variety of pasta dishes including Gnocchi, ravioli, bucatini, papardelle. They were all delicious and unique. Cocktails were also unique and they have an extensive drinks menu. I tried the Nico. Service was also fast and friendly

I've been eating here for a few years. They make authentic Italian pizza, great atmosphere, and decent speed of service. Other mains are delicious also. The only criticism I have is the speed of service. Don't be hangry, but have an appetite.

I really don’t leave reviews but my experience at Nodo this week stayed with me, and for that reason I think warrants one. Food was okay. Chicken, which was one of the more expensive dishes on the menu was very average. Food aside, it was the service that took me aback. Our server had no idea how to read the table and rushed us many times through our dinner. We spent just over an hour at our table, so it was not as if we’d overstayed our welcome. What was the most alarming was the end of the evening when we paid our bills. My partner and I ALWAYS tip. When we paid our bill, the selected tip didn’t go through on the machine and the waitress turned to us immediately and angrily told us that there was no tip included. We had no idea and told them that. The couple we were there with mentioned that they had trouble selecting tip and had to click it several times in order to be recognized. We began checking to see if we had cash to leave instead and the waitress said passive aggressively “well, it’s too late now!” We had no intention of leaving without tipping so the waitress found a way to add 1 cent to the machine as a workaround. Super strange interaction, even after mentioning that our intention was of course to tip, the waitress was quite rude and it was upsetting to feel accused in this way. I’d heard good things but was disappointed with our experience.

This place is fantastic - great food and wonderful service from very friendly staff. I've always loved this place and was really surprised to see some recent negative reviews. Came for a birthday lunch today with my family of 6 and every single person enjoyed their meal and experience, so I find it difficult to understand the negativity. The pasta dishes were cooked perfectly al dente and seasoned beautifully. The cocktails are great too. Will definitely come back again.

Came for dinner on Wednesday. Excellent food and service. We came early so it wasn't crowded. We will definitely be coming back.

What a fabulous little gem. Started with calamari which was crispy outside, succulent and juicy inside. Then onto my main... a duck ragout pasta that made my eyes roll and my toes curl. Very good value. Our wait person was attentive and friendly. And our dessert, a caramel toffee pudding was ridiculously delicious. Couldn't recommend it more highly. Oh...and I found free parking right outside the door. May for me.

This is our 3rd time coming here and was utterly disappointed when we dine here today. The quality of their food has completely gone downhill and food proportion was not at all what we expected but at the same time everything on their menu seems way overpriced. Since we tried their Calamari Fritto before and loved it, we decided to order this dish again. For $19+, the Calamari was okay but portion was not enough. We got maybe 14 pcs. which consist mostly of small size squid and was surprised that the serving seems smaller than before. To add insult to injury, we saw the table across from us ordered the same dish but instead they got a heaping plateful of Calamari. Makes you wonder if this restaurant is playing favoritism to some customers… Same issue with the Carbonara pasta, serving is not substantial. It was also way too salty, but we still managed to finish it as we’re hungry. The L’Americana pizza is just meh and nothing gourmet about it. Crust is soggy and not crispy as we like it plus there is limited toppings on the pizza. I used to recommend Nodo to families and friends but won’t be doing this anymore nor will I come back again to this restaurant because of aforementioned experiences.

The food here was fabulous! We had the grilled octopus and it was delicious! The seafood pasta with mussels, clams and shrimp was very well made and very tasty. We also had the squid ink risotto however we weren’t as impressed with that dish. Our server Carl was probably the nicest, funniest and best servers I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. He was top notch ! I’d highly recommend this place!

I had high expectations of the food seeing how popular they are. My cocktail was beautiful and delicious, but the food (calamari, pizza, fish) didn't quite meet my expectations. They were fine but didn't wow me. They were pretty packed on a Friday night so service was a bit slow. We probably won't make a second visit since there are other restaurants we like better in the area.

The service and atmosphere of this place is wonderful. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the food is good but not excellent which is was I was expecting for the price. We got pizza which was 9/10 , the arancini was 7/10 but could have gone without the peas and would have been better with sauce and the tiramisu was 8/10 but was lacking the signature coffee flavour.

Great food and service. It is a very busy place but we did not wait long to get a table.

We were recommended Nodo by multiple friends and it definitely did not disappoint, we started with a delicious espresso martini (or 2) followed by the best arancini ever and an unreal caesar and panzanella salad. Our mains were duck pappardelle and a gnocchi that we’ll probably never forget. Nodo hit the mark on every course. Our server Abby was incredible and hilarious and her hospitality was second to none, she deserves a rating higher than 5 stars. We will definitely return when visiting the city again!

The server was great and made the night super pleasant. The Arancini Siciliani was my favorite item on the menu it was really fresh and flavorful. Unfortunately, the Tonnarelli Carbonara pasta was a complete fail, noodles were too hard and the sauce had no salt or taste in overall. I was hoping for more from this place but was very disappointed.

Really amazing service the pizza has to be one of my favourite pizzas from an Italian restaurant. Super light and flaky with so much flavour and it was cooked perfectly!

Came here for dinner the other night. They don’t take reservations but we were seated quickly. The tables are a bit close together, makes things a bit awkward when it gets busy. We shared the burrata appetizer and a pear and walnut pizza. The burrata was really fresh and flavourful. We weren’t able to substitute the gorgonzola on the pizza which was a little disappointing but we still really enjoyed it. Would come back again!

While I normally don't enjoy Italian cuisine as much as others, I did rather enjoy the dishes I had. Our waitress was friendly, and food was served rather quickly. Everyone rather enjoyed their meals, while my favorite was the Bruschetta, I also did enjoy the Lamb Skewers. Both were appetizers. Worthwhile, if you enjoy Italian and are looking for something on the more affordable side.

Great place for italian food. Their pasta, desserts and appetizers are all amazing. Great services, since it is our first time there, we asked the waiter to give us some recommendations, they all turned out great.

We hit this place on a warm afternoon on the weekend, so it was nice to cool off inside. Lovely service and stellar pasta. The pizza was good too, but the duck ragu pappardelle was outstanding.

Very accommodating staff, cares about the customer's experience. Had the Tesis Pizza (salty anchovy cheese less pizza) and it was very good! Carl is amazing, best waiter ever. Great vibes. Expensive items but worth it as it is fresh, authentic, and all well plated.

I've been a long time customer at Nodo and enjoyed a fantastic meal on the side patio last night! Service was excellent and the food was delicious. We ordered the panzanella salad, mussels and Regina pizza, which was more than enough for two people. Everything was great, we LOVED the salad and I will certainly be going back to have it again. Had a couple glasses of wine and the bill was very reasonable. Glad to have Nodo in the hood.

Food was okay. I had the short rib. It was braised like I could do it at home. A few hours max. And smoothered in tomato sauce. Asparagus was completely unseasoned and the mashed would have been good on its own, but because it was also smothered in the tomato sauce it's flavor was lost for the most part. We waited over an hour for the food. The portions are small (appetizer size) and the prices are very high for what you get. Go to the Indie Ale or The Alpine across the street instead.

I went to this place as a recommendation from a friend. I have to tell you, the gnocchi was the best gnocchi I’ve ever had. If you want an insane burst of flavour with a decadent creamy sauce, the gnocchi is the dish for you. We also ordered the Ruliano pizza which was absolutely delicious and topped ourselves off with their cannoli. The entire experience was stellar and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing food options recommended by Hannah. We had Burrata e Pisello for appetizer, calzone - Etna, Pasta-RAGU D'ANTARA, Tiramisu. It's the best tiramisu I've ever had! Our sever was polite, made amazing recommendations! The portions don't disappoint you! Highly recommend trying the tiramisu!

We sat on sidewalk patio on a really hot day and I had no shade. But the Italian beer and service was excellent. Pizza was good. Calamari was very good but we found the mussels and Grilled octopus over cooked. Been here before and will will comeback based on just the friendly service alone.

This review is long overdue, and of course my visit was prior to the pandemic! I dined here with a good friend of mine after hearing great reviews! And it did not disappoint! The food was well prepared, beautifully plated and all the flavours were on point! The Arancini was so crispy and the filling of mozza, peas and ragu di carne.. JUST WOW! The rigatoni was very good and the mixture of meats was very complimentary! The beef was well seasoned and tender, and sat on a bed of asparagus and delicious smashed potatoes! So 10/10 for food most definitely. This is a great spot for a date night or outing with friends. I look forward to visiting once in door dining is permitted.
