Great spot bordering Scarborough and Markham. It is a huge plaza with mainly Asian inspired food shops. A great place to find great snacks or drinks at. The stores keep changing constantly as well! Many bubble tea spots and plenty of parking!

Great for Chinese inspired food, with various bubble tea options, and a comic/hobby store too boot.

Like a long tooth stemming off Midland avenue that goes 3 blocks in, this plaza is like a little Korean chicken utopia together with bubble tea choices galore that makes it overwhelming almost. Lots of parking with it's long layout but in can get crazy when things are back to normal. It's sandwiched between two older plazas on its north and south that are also just as busy with lots of good eats.

Such a fun plaza full of yummy foods. Foods range from sewers, hotpot, fried chicken, to drinks like bubble tea!! SOO bomb and a lot of restaurants are open late :) and you’ll probably see some cool cars parked there as well

Lots of food/drink spots here - the vibes are amazing! There’s a huge parking lot but can be really crowded during peak hours or late at night. Essentially to aisle and super easy to navigate & get around.

What a great place to get almost every boba fix you never thought you even needed! This plaza used to be so dead when it first opened, but now it's known as Midland&Finch by GTA locals like myself! Despite how busy the plaza can get during every hour of the day, parking is not that bad. I find parking at Langham Square much worse than this place.

The plaza has many restaurants and snack stores to try, definitely worth the trip. Food ranges from bubble tea drinks to special hot dogs to Vietnamese pho and so much more. Plenty of parking, with take out and dine in options available for most stores.

Seems like the best place to visit for BBT. The most concentrated BBT shops ever. There is a lot of parking. There are restaurants, dessert and health and beauty stores as well.

Lots of food selection in this plaza with many restaurants opened late. Since there are so many restaurants there, parking can get a bit crazy during peak hours. Most of the restaurants available here are Asian.

The Sky city Shopping Centre is Bubble tea haven, with over 10+ different bubble tea shops here along with restaurants, a BBQ grill, cafes, and other services. A gaming café, pet shop, and spa are among some services I came across while exploring the plaza. I have visited here plenty of times with friends, usually to grab some boba or for a tasty dessert. Cheesecake Garden is my go-to for the latter! I’m not sure how the competition is, here, with all the bubble tea shops literally neighboring each other but quite a few of them are good. I suggest checking out Chai Time, The Alley, Boba boy and Xing Fu Tang as they are the most popular and well-known places for their cold/hot drinks. The parking is plentiful, but rather tight so you may want to take caution in opening doors with cars parked beside you. There’s not enough room for a street to be a two-way as well, so drivers beware. This place is easier for pedestrians to walk around, then for those taking cars coming in. The place is generally clean, and free of litter, with benches and trash bins around for easy disposal of foods and drinks. I recommend dropping by here for some nice, tasty drinks or desserts if you’re passing by the Finch/Midland area!

One of the most packed plazas filled with snack, food, and drinks. Lots of traffic and expect to have at least a bit of a wait for your orders while your here. Huge variety of BBT, snacks, and even food. If you don't know what or where to eat just come here and your bout to have something you'll want to have here or nearby.

Great plaza to visit for bubble tea as well as Asian food and desserts. There’s a growing and ever-changing selection of different stores and restaurants in each of these categories, so you’ll always find something new to try. This also may be the highest concentration of bubble tea shops in a single plaza within the GTA. Downsides are that even though parking is plentiful, driving through the parking lot can be a nightmare, especially on weekend evenings. The plaza itself is also rather dull and lacks character.

  • 4/5 T. 2 years ago on Google
Great plaza with lots of bubble tea and Chinese food options but man does it get busy. The parking lot is chaotic as hell and so many pedestrians couldn't care less about looking before walking. IFYKYK

Like a little community. Lots of variety in stores. Parking is a bit narrow for maneuvering around but workable.

A lot of YOUNG GENERATION STORES in here, perfect place for one stop shopping

  • 4/5 DK L. 2 years ago on Google
To be honest I love this shopping strip plaza for its variety of Asian snacks and drinks. It's like a little town of itself, full of bubble teas, hot pots, skewers, and dumpling places. If you're Asian, you'll feel right at home. There are SO many brands and so many choices, a good mix between mom-and-pop and big brands. The problem is that this shopping centre has no character and is just two long parallel strips of flat ugly buildings, and as a result you don't really know what stores are available on the deeper inside end of the plaza, you'd have to drive around a bit to guess what's there. A website with a store directory would be so beneficial because trust me, there's a LOT of stores here.

love this plaza, a lot of restaurants to choose. bubble tea places, desserts and snacks place love this place, it is a good place to hang out

There is lots of options to grab a bite or a drink. Just not very good drivers haha anyways be careful and enjoy the food and drinks this plaza can offer. There is different options and you'll find the right spot for your taste. You have to give it some tries but that is with everything. Not all taste the same. Good luck out there!

  • 5/5 Junad H. 2 years ago on Google
If you like cars and Asian food this is the spot. Huge variety of food and typically most shops there don’t make you wait long for food. It does get busy around the weekends so keep that in mind.

Walked around and tried different food, this place is Lit! Plenty of variations, with lots of places to eat the same food. I loved their vibe, and parking capacity around the stores.

  • 5/5 Miranda 8 months ago on Google
They have all the bubble tea places here and the food options are ENDLESS. I like the good amount of parking space here too. If you need more behind the plaza is another one with lots of parking too.

  • 5/5 Michelle C. 8 months ago on Google
This is a great plaza to grab a bite to eat, bubble tea, dessert or all of the above. There is so much to choose from that you might have a hard time trying to figure out what you want to eat. The only down side is that parking can be tough. There are usually plenty of parking spots at the back.

  • 5/5 Rafael M. 4 months ago on Google

  • 5/5 CY C. 9 months ago on Google
This plaza is pretty awesome with lots of restaurants/ bbtea/ stores / spa & etc…. Noticed during weekend a lot of the rich kids would bring their cars to show off by parking in rows.

Come on! Who does not want to go to a strip mall lined with the latest eats and drinks? You have mochi doughnuts, Korean chicken, all you can eat skewers, yogurt drinks, fruit drinks, dimsum, corn dogs etc. while watching fancy cars pass by and park. It is like a car show with good eats. If you do not fancy hot cars, it simply is a nice place to meet up with friends or just promenade with family. It gives you a mix of homey and fashionable feeling that you can afford. You will also find this unassuming shop with drop dead awesome trainers that you need to be able to afford. It is Uthopia.

Tons of bubble tea and Asian food to chose from. Great location with a bunch of popular Asian bubble tea and fast food/restaurants at your fingertips. There’s even a dispensary here so it clicks all those munchie boxes at once.

There are a lot of cool restaurants and different dessert diners that you can enter into and see if they are to your taste. however parking here is a nightmare if you are willing to walk at the back there's always ample parking but at the front of the entrance of the parking lot is chaos.

My go to spot in Scarborough for anytime you're craving east Asian foods, dessert, and/or bubble tea. There's Japanese curry, Korean fried chicken, hot pot, various dessert places, Thai rolled ice cream, and not to mention the countless bubble tea stores, these are just to name a few.

  • 5/5 Cathy 1 year ago on Google
Good location with plenty of shops you can choose from for drinks, desserts and to also eat. Parking is also plentiful. Only downside is the construction on the streets that clog up the area.

Decent place with quite a bit of parking space. Lots of Asian restaurants in and around this plaza. In addition to that, there's around 10+ bubble tea places here so you're really spoiled for choice. If you are in the mood for Chinese cuisine or boba, this certainly isn't a bad place to go.
