Aged clinic and with a lack of staff members. Six years ago, it was a new clinic with a nice set of staff and doctors with an in-house pharmacy. Now, (some) doctors are lacking in etiquette, need more female doctors, and the receptionists need more attention to the patients. A decent sitting room area, well-lit for the basement unit. There is a convenient pharmacy on the same floor as well as part of the clinic. Also, required during covid, there are signs advising patients to be wearing masks at all times when in the clinic. There is a poor method of booking an appointment per the website; the easiest route is calling the clinic and asking for a phone call or in-person at the clinic. Would not recommend walking in for a same day appointment - doubt you'll get one.

My doctor Dr. Yu has been on maternity leave for like 5 years, so I’ve had to speak to a variety of fill in doctors since. No female doctors are available to see me in person, only a male doctor. Nobody seems to really listen to or care about my concerns, specialist referral requests seem to be forgotten about, its like pulling teeth to get an answer. I feel like I’m just a number and haven’t received the care I deserve. Very sad.

Dr. Muhammad Hashemi if it’s more about the money then America would’ve probably been the better choice no? I went in for my meet and greet. He didn’t even know he was having a meet and greet. He then asked me about my sprained knee and told him I had a few questions regarding it. He told me we will discuss that matter after the meet and greet protocol. After the meet and greet he told me to go outside and book another appointment so that he can see me. I went out to book and the receptionist told me that they can only book once per day and that I’ll need to see him tomorrow (this is a walk in clinic btw so technically I should be able to just go in regardless of having an appointment or not). The clinic was completely empty there was no one in the waiting area yet they refused to serve me and insisted I come another day. Firstly, you were going to become my family doctor and thus I feel like my relationship with you Dr. Hashemi should be stronger than that of a walk in doctor. Secondly, you refused to answer any questions regarding my sprain when I was sitting next to you during the meet and greet unless we had an appointment (which I did but you wanted me to book another one)I wonder why you wanted me to do that.

Patient neglect! It’s unfortunate as I have once had a good experience here, but the receptionist staff is lazy, not attentive to details and straight up neglect the patients. No one answers the phone nor responds to emails. I was finally fed up and transferred to a new family doctor. my new doctor flagged that they had sent for patient record transfer months ago and no one has gotten back to them. How has no one gotten back in three months?? They had asked me to follow up. I had one incident when a receptionist shared inaccurate confidential information with me over the phone, causing extreme panic on my end as she had completely miss informed me about my health. There is no sense of urgency, no one provides an update following test results without you following up and waiting days for a response. Some patients may be sitting in chronic pain waiting to be informed about the next step in resolving their health concern. I am concerned for people’s well being that come through this clinic.

Sick with strep throat, I call in for an appointment because their online booking procedure is a joke. Finally get through and the receptionist tells me to hurry in with a 15 minute window. I busted my @$$ and made it on time only to be told I have to come back tomorrow, the doctor is busy doing phone appointments. I say it's fine, I'll wait, I don't need to see my family doctor to get a prescription for antibiotics, they are a walk in clinic afterall. 20 minutes later who walks out? My family doctor, Doctor Hussain! Thank gosh it's him, surely he'll help me. No. He tells me to go home, he's not seeing patients. I plead with him. There's still an hour before close. Please doctor, I'm in pain! I need to start a course of antibiotics ASAP so I can return to work. Sorry he says, but I can tell he doesn't mean it. I've never wanted to tell someone to eff off more than that moment, but I just quietly tell him I'll be looking for a new family doctor and left.

The worst unprofessional receptionist ever ! I just need to book Ultrasound for my 12 weeks pregnant! I have been asking them to send referral to the ultrasound when I was pregnant in week 5 ! But until my week 9. I still cannot book my appointment because either the form missing or unclear label . So, I went there to get the forms by myself and drop in off by myself . When I got the form. I am not surprise why the Ultrasound place said the forms are not clear . It’s half almost white . When I was talking with the receptionist, she said that’s the most clear one she could do it . She asked me to come back another time to ask my family doctor to give me another one . However, in my 5 days off, I am calling them to do the things for 3 days . I went to the clinic for 2 times It’s just a simple forms. Why they couldn’t do it properly? I got angry honestly. I really think if they cannot do their job , please quit ! Don’t waste patients time . One lady came out from the pharmacy said what a hell to me ! Because I did using my loud voice ! But anyway, using those words are unprofessional! They need to solve the problem not been rude or ignore the patients. We all have jobs , how many days we can keep taking off to help them to do their jobs ? It’s just simple fax !!!! They even cannot do it !!! If you are me . What will you do ? In the end , I threw the half unclear form back to her because she can keep the garbage ! It’s useless for me ! And I am not regret !

The pharmacy was great, the staff very friendly and great to communicate with. However I found their doctors or at least the one I saw to be very unsupportive. They refused to refill one of my prescriptions which I utilize daily in order to function. And we’re hesitant about refilling the other also which I use daily. I have been to other clinics with more senior doctors and never had this issue. Now I need to take full day off work to see my family doctor. Needless to say outside of the pharmacy itself I was very dissatisfied with my service. I recommend for those seeking medical services or refills. To see a more experienced doctor.

Booking an appointment is such a hassle at this clinic. I have been coming here for almost 4 years and it's getting worse every year. I guess they don't want to see the patients anymore. That's how free health care looks like.

This place is very bad with maintaining appointments. Never had a call or was able to meet the doctor at the appointment time. Takes minimum 30+ minutes than your alloted time. The doctors here are good though. But just tired of the waiting time. Why do they schedule appointments if they are always running late.

I loved this clinic... the Dr was so nice and helpful. The ladies at the reception were so welcoming to all patients and attentive. You didn't need to wait for 10 minutes for them to even know that you are there like other clinics or medical centers. They were not fowning as if they are soooo busy and important to even talk to you like other places. I loved how they directly answered all patients + at least welcomed them even when busy and smiling + compatiinate. You hardly find this these days in clinics, they are normally rude and don't even look at you when they talk , they just give orders. It was my first time but I would definitely go back there when I can't reach my family Dr. They also tell you that we have this much expected wait which was 45 minutes today and not leave you sitting for hours without any acknowledgment until I started arguing at another clinic.

This place has great doctors but the receptionists are not that great. I've been there a number of times and while they did not do anything blatantly rude, they gave off the vibe that you're just an obstacle to the end of their day. Wait times are pretty unpredictable too. Edit: receptionists better now. Docs are great. Pharmacy is great. Wait times are hit or miss.

Excellent doctor’s clinic. I had a good experience with every doctor and pharmacist there. They are all very thorough and knowledgeable as well as professional and efficient. The staff are also great to work with. I highly recommend this clinic and the pharmacy on site to anyone needing a doctor.

Something new this clinic has started doing is asking for reason for appointment , the reception area is right next to the seating area where all the patients wait to see the doctor. So basically you have to disclose your private medical situation within ear shot of a room filled with random people . I just overheard a girl come in looking for an STI check ..... I myself had to disclose why I was here..... Very very weird , especially since I made the appointment with the reason over the phone

I don’t even wanna give one star, the doctor isn’t professional, or helpful. I booked a week prior, and it’s canceled a day before due to the doctor’s convenient. I wanted to book even before since I have symptoms but I waited a week, and they even said I have to wait another week. They even didn’t apology. The receptionist put me on hold on the phone for like 10-15min to just check the schedule. I said I got a day off for it and it’s not nice to cancel in a last minute and she said they canceled a day before which means it’s not a last minute. But Mostly clinics don’t take appointments a day before so I didn’t get to make an appointment in other clinic. They don’t take me as human I feel.

Been a regular here for some time and I’ve forgotten to leave a review. Obviously guys my experience has been subjective. So not everyone on the interwebs will agree with what I have to say. Nevertheless, I shall say that the service is quick, the front desk individuals are kind and respectful, the doctors are as knowledgeable as any doctor you’ll find anywhere and I’m always leaving there with much less anxiety than I walked in with. If you’re in a bind or need a new walk in clinic, come to cloud care my friends. Or don’t. It’s up to you.

It's been over a year now, I have become their permanent patient. Dr. Shabbir Hussain is my physician, who is an extraordinary healer. His unique method of diagnosis is remarkable. He is very attentive, warmhearted, never in a hurry, but reaches to conclusion immediately. Their clinical staff is also very professional Lyca, Sree and Gee are very accommodating.

Sometimes i do a review when service is exceptional. As the phrase goes 'give credit where credit is due'. So... Very good doctor who is an excellent communicator. Super nice front desk receptionist. That's a rare combination based on my experience. And I left with a plan to get better and gained peace of mind.

I would have given zero stars if possible. They took a week from my X-Ray date to a debrief while I was in pain. They would fix telephonic appointments and no one would call. I followed up so many times. My case was transfered to a doctor who was not given a proper transfer of medical history and allergies. .(now I am even anxious if the x-ray he discussed was mine). I hope I can flag this neglect appropriately.

They told me walk-in hours were 1-7pm, but when I arrived they were fully booked. There was only one doctor on duty. In fact, they intentionally double-booked, so whether you have an appointment or not you can't be seen if primary bookings are being seen yet they tell you to wait. Disappointed. There are many other walk-in clinics around with actual walk-in.

I had pnemonia but the walk-in doctor refused to treat me because he "doesn't know what caused my symptoms" even though the lab results clearly stated that I was positive for a very specific bacterial pnemonia. When I pointed this out and that I needed antibiotics, the doctor stressed for 15 minutes that antibiotics would potentially give me severe side effects like damage to my organs which is why I shouldn't be treated - even though the SECOND lab results CLEARLY stated that I would benefit from a specific list of antibiotics they provided. He said he's "only giving me antibiotics because I'm forcing him" to. A doctor this insecure and delusional should NOT be treating patients. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS because if you're denied Healthcare (this is the second time it's happend to me) you legally will not be allowed to see another walk-in doctor in Ontario that day. It only takes common sense to know that a persistent bacterial infection requires antibiotics, yet he lacked that as well. Another one of his ridiculous arguments was that he could have that bacteria right now and not be affected. Good for you doctor... how about treating what's actually going on opposed to debating your patients. I was in the room with him twice for almost 45 min because he couldn't grasp that benefits from treating a serious infection outweighs the small chance that I would get side effects. Very irrational thought process and requires more training. Just because you're licensed doesn't mean you're fit to treat patients; someone who's had pneumonia for 4 weeks shouldn't have to be faced with an argumentative and confused "doctor".

I usually have a very nice experience with this clinic, they became my number one in walk-ins but Dr. Cheema is one of the worst doctors that I have encountered. Lack of professionalism, entitlement and no patient care/attention. I understand the current covid situation and short staff but we’re all trying… From waiting almost 1 hour to be rushed into the appointment, definitely not a good experience.

The service was horrible. I called to speak with a Dr. And recieved a call saying to come in. The receptionist barely looked at me and didn't even ask for my information. I waited for the Dr. For 5 mins and when he came to the room I was asked to go to, he told me that they aren't taking anyone who has flu like symptoms. I told him I'm not here for the flu and have taken two rapid tests three days apart and they were both negative. His response.... thats part of the problem. I this was a COMPLETE waste of time. I even called early in the morning because I knew how busy these places will get midday, now I can't get through to any other clinic. Don't waste your time.

Had appointment on Dec 11 at 8:15 am. Reached around 8 am. A big line up at the door, Even upto 8:40 the door was locked. It opened at 9 and then they have no internet connection. All staff and Dr were on site but none of them had the key to open entrance. Quite Disgusting. The management appears to be from third world country. No accountability. The door is still not open and people waiting outside.

This clinic is poorly run. The front desk staff are rude but worse than that the system they have in place for following up is shameful - they don't phone you with test results, and their lack of organization when it comes to phone consultations (because of Covid restrictions) has left me waiting for hours without even getting a call, on multiple occasions. The male doctors have little interest in Women's health issues, I discussed serious concerns and what was written in my notes (that I saw in a subsequent appointment) was "issues with period". And again, no follow up, no referral as promised. Their quality of care is disgraceful.

This is one of the worst clinics I’ve been to. Dr. Yu was never there and when she was, I was asked to make different appointments to discuss different topics and was rushed out the door for every appointment. I changed doctors and asked Cloud Care to send my history over, paid my fee and was told it would happen that same day, and it never did.

I recently visited the pharmacy and had the pleasure of interacting with Vyshagh. His expertise and professionalism is truly remarkable. Not only did he take the time to thoroughly explain my medication and its potential side effects, but also offered valuable advice on how to manage my condition effectively. His genuine concern for my well-being was evident, and I left feeling confident and informed. I'm incredibly grateful for the exceptional service provided and would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in need of expert care. George.

More of a drug dispensary than a clinic. Went to 5 doctors here for the same issue. Each of them just gave me drugs, even when I specifically asked one of them for a referral to a specialist, she refused to give me one. Later turns out I have ovarian cysts and interstitial cystitis which would have been diagnosed and treated months earlier if any of the doctors here had listened to me.

Horrible experience here -- came in with a medical emergency an hour before they closed (~6 PM) asking to be put in the walk in line to see the doctor and the receptionist rudely responded that they were full and that the doctor had to leave at 7 PM (what's the point in a walk in clinic if you're done 1 hour before closing?) Was forced to go to the ER instead because this clinic has a truly awful attitude towards patient care.

Speaking as an occasional walk-in patient - have always had a great experience at this clinic. Competent, thorough doctors. By that I mean, *outstanding* in comparison to many I’ve seen. Dotting every I and t when it comes to assessment and bloodwork - I wish my GP were as careful. They also do hands-on skin stuff. Five stars for the quality of care provided. Office staff are pleasant. Maybe an email or two got missed or delayed, I mean, whatever. If it were that time critical I’d go to the ER.

No one gets back to you about anything here. I NEED a referral for a pain specialist. Went to get one over a month ago, and have yet to hear back from anyone. My pain is only getting worse and now you can even call to leave a message to get answers. Wasn't given a number to the place of referral. Was just told to wait and see basically. As far as walk in clinics go, this is as good as it's going to get for a country with free health care and their hours are great! The volume is usually the cause for the wait more than anyone working slowly. Even when it's busy, I rarely have to wait more than 30 minutes before I'm sent into a room. Dr. Yu has become my family doctor a while back and since then I've also brought my sister here who loves her too. Dr. Yu listens intently, never rushes you, talks you through all the process she'll perform, and trusts your pain level in cases where I have found some doctors can be quite dismissive. Yes, I have found that ONE of the receptionists is always Incredibly rude and impatient with everyone -Joanna, where if you respond in a way she doesn't favour, she'll be so quick to tell you that you're rude- but other than her, all the other receptionists are friendly. (Eg- I wasn't even speaking with her because through enough encounters, I've never been a fan. She jumped into my conversation while interrupting me and kept repeating herself like a broken record. When I told her she's already told me the same thing, she just smiled and told me I'm rude and to stop spreading lies. I've also heard many people complain about her while waiting on several occasions) There's no parking but there's plenty of street parking and it's just a couple steps from Dundas station. I'd love to give this place 5 stars but I had to knock off a point just over that one person.

Did my blood test on January 5th and other test 3 days after, however, it's January 21st and I have not received a call from the doctor office regarding my blood test. I have confirmed they have received all the results with them. They asked me to book another appointment if I want to talk to the doctor which now costs $100 not $75 anymore. Very disappointed! I'll never trust this clinic anymore! You shouldn't neither, specially if you're in constant pain like I currently am or suffer from any sickness! Don't trust this place or the doctors here. Ps. The front desk personal is kind but that's not enough.

Called and told to come at 5pm for walk in. I arrive and am told they do not do walk ins. Receptionist showed no interest in fixing the problem.

Dr. Shabbir Hussain is one of the best physicians I have ever had. He is compassionate and he listens. He gets to know his patients as real, full, equal people. He is also a critical thinker, and I trust his judgment. However, he never makes me feel pressured or silenced; I always feel that there can be an open dialogue between us. He is a wonderful doctor and I recommend him absolutely without reservation. I'm surprised it took me so long to write a review. Thank you, Dr. Hussain, for being the best primary care physician I could ask for.

Really good employees,we need a doctor note for the blood test and they say they are fully booked on Saturday. If we miss this doctor note we’ll miss the test and consequently we can not tie the flight ( other clinics are all closing). The employees understood our situation and agreed provide a doctor approval right away! Great people and nice doctors!

Completely rude and disgusting behavior from the employee Yash at the pharmacy. Amir was rude too but not as bad as Yash. I am completely shocked by his disgusting and condescending language. I am surprised that he is still working at the clinic after all the negative reviews about him. The staff and the doctors at the clinic itself (not the pharmacy) were very kind and helped me out. Regardless, dont come here for a PCR or any other service EVER!

Super friendly and knowledgable staff! I've gotten a few procedures done here including a PRP Facial (Vampire Facial), Glow Facial (Skinceuticals), and laser hair removal. Overall has been a great experience. With the laser hair removal my hair is basically gone now so I've saved so much on razors and overall more confident in myself. Glow facial - just wow. My skin looked amazinggg afterwards (wait a day and you'll see - straight up glowing). PRP was also a really cool experience but think it might be better for older skin - only 22 and didn't see much results from it but I've heard you have to get a few treatments to see results. The microdermabrasion part was definitely worth it though and would love to get that done again. If you want a good, consistent place to get treatments done I'd highly recommend Cloud Care plus it's conveniently by the Eaton Center/Dundas TTC.

While the wait was a long one, staff were kind and courteous. Dr Hussein was gentle with my two youngsters and was thorough with myself. Would return.

Started well. Quick service. Then, after they charged my insurer, they stopped responding to my emails asking for my test results. I never received my blood test results from them. Moreover, the doctor added STD tests to my blood test requisition, which I didn't need. He didn't even mention this when we spoke. In hindsight, I should have read the requisition more carefully it, but I also expect the doctor to tell me.

As a patient you deserve proper care, and these doctors don't value you as a patient. They still recieve payment from OHIP whether or not they treat you well, and unfortunately they don't! I have had several subpar experiences here over the years. There were two major mistakes with my children over the years, and I quickly ensured I found them a qualified pediatrician. Sadly, I didn't find a new doctor for msyelf, as it isn't easy to find a top family doctor in Toronto that is actually taking patients. In my most recent experience, I attempted to book an appointment with my doctor, and to my surprise, they are no longer at the clinic. The admin booked me with another physician. After waiting nearly 2 hours, I stepped away from my phone and missed their call. No one answered when I called back, and no one replied to my emails. Three days later, I attempted to contact them again and once again, I waited by the phone for 2.5 hrs and this time never received a call at all. I ran out of my perscription meds that I have taken for years (their records show that) and they refused to refill my perscription without speaking to me.They don't get paid if they don't talk to you, yet no one could be bothered to call me. If you care about your health, find a clinic that will care too!

Great walk in Clinic! From the Dr to the guy behind the pharmacy desk everyone was so nice and caring! Definitely will be my go to walk in clinic from now on!

This clinic is committing insurance fraud. Taking insurance yet refusing to actually assess or treat patient. This clinic will also discriminate against you once they know you have a disability by further refusing to take you as a patient.

I've been to this location several times - have always found the doctors to be kind and thorough and staff to be compassionate but efficient. Long wait times for walk-in are to be expected, I try to come in around 8-9AM if I'm not physically able to sit for a long period of time (I have frequent UTIs). I work in healthcare as well and notice that there is great communication between the staff and doctors.

When I needed a new doctor I checked out this place as it was convenient to drop in before or after work. I've been very happy with Dr. Hussain and the staff in the past ten years. Have not had occasion to use their rehab services yet but may down the road as needed.

This medical team is outstanding. Their service is the best. They get a bad wrap from people who do not understand how to properly use GP services. I want to commend them for what they do. I would have been in some serious medical trouble if it wasn't for them. THANK YOU, CLOUD CARE CLINIC!!!

I have been here over a handful of times. My medical records clearly state that I highly am allergic to ASA. However, they prescribed meds with ASA. upon filling the prescription, I asked the pharmacist to be sure and they canceled the prescription. There was no apology.

I GOT MY BLOOD TESTED HERE AND THEY WERE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. First, front desk people just give you judgy looks and attitude from the jump. Second, they messed up my test so they asked me to go to a different lab (after already poking several needles to my arm btw). Also, they were closing so they probably wanted to make it quick and not deal with anyone during the hour. So, I visited a different location which got the test done in 2 seconds. The only things I got from this very unwelcoming place is a bruised arm and a doctor that tells me the obvious lol. Will never visit here again.

Very rude and so unprofessional like they hardly call back to give test results and treat people from other races as if they are doing them a favour-the girls at the desk are super mean and give judgemental looks plus this one doctor acted like he didn’t even want to be there not to mention they once prescribed a drug no longer sold in the Canada, and above all they hardly treat you rather they give excuses ....like really why go to med school in the first place, very rude and super unprofessional from the desk people to the doctors.thry can help when ones in an emergency

Do not visit Shabbir Hussain at this clinic. I had an appointment with several questions prepared, after showing up half an hour late he answers your questions by yelling at you and is dismissive of all your issues. Tragic experience and interaction.
