I came here with my friends. The girl who works here ( a Turkish girl) blatantly said how she hates Afghans… while me and my cousin both Afghans awkwardly just looked at her. She realized her mistake and quickly tried to back track by saying “no no I meant Afghan men. You two are so pretty.” We then paid $8 for some sweet potato fries, and this is how much they gave. Honestly, I came to shisha to have a good time, not to be racially discriminated against. Don’t work at a middle eastern business and then hate the people. So unprofessional.

Pasha Shisha consistently offers a fantastic atmosphere. It's more of a modern lounge with shisha, rather than a traditional one, if you catch my drift. The shisha itself is ok, but not outstanding. I've visited a few times and found myself enjoying the ambiance and entertainment more than the shisha. The food is decent but not exceptional. One major advantage is its central downtown Toronto location, but the downside is that it tends to get crowded at night. If you're in the area, I recommend giving it a try to see if it suits your taste. The vibes are too good to overlook. A word of caution: the service is usually good, but it can be hit or miss when it gets busy.

The place is cozy, the service is very polite, and the music was great. The DJ, that plays on Saturday is an awesome addition. On the bad side, unfortunately we were waiting for our fries order for almost an hour (and a couple of complains). Other than that, our night was amazing.

Went here two nights in a row. Service was great and hookah flavours were nice. First night had a bad DJ and wasn’t the bar’s fault. I decided to give it another shot and second night had a female DJ and I was absolutely impressed with how good the vibes were. Tea was exactly how I like it. Staff was constantly making sure coals were renewed without the need the ask. Loved it.

Nice place, Friendly staff But I ordered a piña colada and they gave me a banana milkshake believing that customer are stupid ! My samosa were still frozen and I complained so they changed it. The shisha was good but they don't change the charcoal regularly even if you ask they are too long so the hookah burn...

The place is alright I mean its not a bad spot if you wanna chill with friends but the services is not great , and the drinks are an absolute joke I went with friends the server told us it’s a minimum spend of $40 for 4 ppl which is pretty decent , very affordable. BUT when I order a drink for 10 dollars I expect it to taste somewhat good or at least be presentable It doesn’t even come in a real glass it comes in a plastic party cup. Tea tastes good but is also served in paper cups I mean it doesn’t really look nice or appealing to serve in those cups this isn’t a take out spot. Plus the pictures on the menu are very misleading ( attached is what we ordered vs what we got) My friend who had the shisha said the shisha was good but they don’t change the charcoal regularly you have to keep asking and they only do the bare minimum unless you keep asking.

Amazing service, friendly environment and great music. All around amazing vibes and such a great time every time I come to pasha! Love all of the staff and there are always people smiling, dancing and enjoying themselves. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun night out. The shisha quality is also fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful the entire time. Love you pasha!

I don't have a lot of experience with shisha, but I discovered it a few years ago while visiting a friend in Malaysia. He came here for a visit so we checked out the Pasha Lounge. The double apple was really nice and the staff was friendly. It was a little loud, but we were able to talk. It seemed appropriate for the room and I was clearly not a regular customer.

An awesome place to hangout. The place has great interior and the ambience is great in its own. They have some of the best sheeshas here and the servers are just amazing. There might be a bit delay in your service but totally worth it. The food here tastes great. And the dj is always there to Amp your mood. It get usually busy on weekends and Holidays and you might need to pre-book or have to wait for your seat. The dance floor is always busy and moving..must visit. The music might just be too loud and not recommended for kids or family. Food - 3.5⭐️ Service 4.5⭐️ Sheesha 4⭐️ Overall 4⭐️. Must try - Tropical sheesha flavour. Lemonade drink Fries

No words to describe this place for the following reasons: 1- one staff member to manage everything and takes him long time to replace the charcoal. Note that there are few customers in the place. See the picture. I also wondering how a big cafe won't have have more servers?! See the picture 2- the MUSIC IS SOOO LOUD that makes you wanna leave. I can't even hear the person who is sitting next to me. I spoke to the person to reduce the music 2 times but he never cared. I explained to him it's not a club! It's a shisha lounge!? 3- Prices is not worth it for the service & the quality (shisha burns fast and there is no flavour, we ordered several flavours and it's the same thing) 4- the AC noise is unbearable & also it's humid inside I definitely won't recommend this place

Great place , amazing Hookah. The host are very hospitable and take care very well. Go for outside seating. Inside is fine as long as you want to be warm. Double apple is strong and amazing get that hookah flavor if you need a bit of buzz and get high af. Totally dope place with good middle eastern music. Gg

No matter what flavor you go for, all you would taste is ash and coal, will leave a bad taste in your mouth and you would feel like barfing. Once upon a time this was a good place to have some good shisha, I always liked it's Vaughn counterpart more although haven't been there since lockdown.

It is a great spot to be at. They have a great service too. The best thing about this place is that Gozde and fotos are friendly and always smiling. I would recommend to visit this place.

Went after work! Open late and they played good tunes. I enjoyed it. Mango mint was a good flavour.

The atmosphere in this place was so good but honestly i was here and there were three girls working and we were waiting almost 15 minutes to get our coal changed the women were just standing with the coals and talking and smoking their own shisha. Another man and woman came in and they had to wait almost 20 min for service. Great place getting messed up with horrible customer service

I’ve been going to Pasha for a while now. The staff are amazing, especially the Persian guy who does the best shisha ever is really nice and funny! The music is so and the vibe is great! 🔥🔥

Vibes in hers on a Friday night are pitbull meets Canada meets Middle East. The music was a bit loud for my liking and I ordered a tea but only got a cup of hot water? Besides that hookah was excellent and about $18 CAD for a hookah

Love this place. Amazing service. We had a bit of trouble with one of our Hukkas and it was taken care of immediately. Would highly recommend!

The customer service was super bad, we ordered 2 hookah and asked them to mix the 2 flavours together. They brought the hookah with the orange head, which we didn’t ask for, and charged extra for that. We asked them then we didn’t ask for this, and they said it’s usually like this. But we were never informed when we ordered. The hookah came were good for only 5 minutes, and one of them had less smoke and the other starting hitting in the throat. We asked for extra coals, and 15 minutes later. They asked to wait 5 more minutes. We ordered shakes as well, not worth 10 bucks each at all. Never going back to this place

I'm a regular customer at pasha, I love the music here, they have the best dj during the weekend. I love their music and they have the best shisha in downtown. The servers were great, when you need them, they come right up. I highly recommend to everyone to come to pasha.

I m coming here Since three months because of the vibe and staff . They always being so nice and sometimes they are giving discount to me . I believed mostly when you are going any place for chill and if they are not happy and nice to people I feel I m spending empty time and I don’t want to go there again but for pasha I wanna go every day because they always increased my energy and they always give me good shush’s .

The shisha was bad - tasted like nothing but maybe burnt charcoal and was barely even started. The music was way too loud given the place was completely empty. The staff was nice but that’s about it.

Not the worst but definitely better places. Not around downtown though. Shisha was mid. The head was packed wrong. So I didn’t really enjoy the shisha. The food was good. Mutton rolls are nice so are the samosas, but it takes them a very long time to get your food. The place itself is not bad.

This place is amazing!!!! And the ventilation is one of the best I've seen at a shisha spot. Definitely recommend! It was my first time here and Fidan's customer service was on point!! Umut made such a nice double flavor shisha as I wanted something fruity and sweet.

great place for loud music, good shisha, and a lit vibe night out. tables are a bit close & their drinks are watered down. the bathrooms could be a little cleaner. but overall a good time.

Bad Shisha, Worst customer service. I've ordered an iced coffee, and in less than 5 minutes, I asked the waitress to make it without sugar. They brought it with sugar and refused to change it with the excuse that I didn't order it without sugar at first. NOT RECOMMENDED

Small, cozy place with a variety of Shisha flavors. The food menu is very limited and is sourced from a different place. There were very few items which we were interested in so wouldn't go there to dine out only. But shisha experience was good. Service was a bit slow.

Loud music. Hookah was not the best but good. 15mins belly dance performance was great! They have playing cards and UNO cards and some board games. Located on 2nd floor. Cover charge 10. Hookah price 18, pretty reasonable. Decent experience.

Nice shisha lounge to relax with friends. Creative flavor options, nice ambience, with great music to boot. Their chess boards didn't have all the pieces so I had to knock off a star.

Not the best sheesha place but this is your best bet in downtown. The place attracts younger crowd and is filled even on a weeknight. The mango + mint sheesha was good. 6/10

The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. There's an outside seating area around the corner by the hotel and an upstairs seating area with comfy couches and tables. The music that plays there is mostly hip hop and from what I've been told, features Toronto artists. The pricing is fair, not overly expensive. About $30 + whatever drinks or food you order. All in all I would definitely recommend this place for a hangout with friends or maybe even a date. I can't wait to visit again!

Nice decor and ambience. The staff changed the coals regularly which was good. The shisha was ok. Language may be an issue with some of the staff (English skills). Probably the only reason I wont come here again is the temperature. It was just way too cold inside. Outside temperature was in the single celcius digits and these guys didnt put the heater on. I was wearing 2 shirts, a jacket and a wollen hat, but still was feeling very cold. Even the staff themselves were wearing sweaters inside the cafe!!! The pics on google show delicious food etc. But there was no food on the menu given to me. Better eat something beforehand when you come here.

My orders came very quickly. Every time I asked the staff a question, they were smiling. The music playing in the venue is great. But my favorite was Fatoş and Gözde among the employees. Pasha Lounge is very lucky.

I frequent visit this place for the shisha. It keeps going on and on and doesn't bite like its burnt. Hands down the best shisha compared to any other GTA joint . The service is amazing , staff is very cooperative and cool. The environment and ambience is very amazing . The food is also good and value for money.

An overall fun vibe here. Specially on Karaoke nights. Can literally spend hours here playing board games and chilling with friends. Staff is nice and friendly. You can also get your own food and sit here while you order some of their flavorful sheeshas or shakes. Open late night on weekends!

This place is really nice. It has different ambiance and the workers are so nice, kind and smilefull. They have a very sweet manager named Fatos. She always really helpful for customers and also workers. When you enter this place your mood is suddenly higher. You can spend your time with friends and you can see different people inside. If you are interested with a multicultural place this is what you need.

Pretty good place to get a shisha. Usually not crowded but on Friday and Saturday evenings this place can be packed. They have a wide variety of shisha flavors and they mix it for no extra charge too. They have food and drink options too but the place is primarily for shisha. Music can be a bit loud on weekends but otherwise it's pretty ok.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rude workers. A woman with light short hair ( I believe she was the manager or owner ) was being extremely passive aggressive and it made me and all my friends uncomfortable and agitated. It took them 15+ minutes to get the hookah and I had to get up to tell them what i wanted since they never come back to ask. Once my friends and I received the hookah it was burnt, and tasted nothing like what we ordered. Hate this place and will never be coming back. Would do 0 stars if I could. Waste of money. Don’t waste your time and find a better lounge. Overall, this place isn’t it.

I have visited this place couple of times and every visit was good they have amazing customer service for shisha and drinks.One sri lankan girl made me a shisha it was perfect and her customer service is amazing, greeting with beautiful smile and always making sure everything was perfect Highly recommended this place for best shisha.
