firstly the staff is extremely rude but ESPECIALLY the short girl at cash. i'm genuinely shocked by how rude she can be without being ashamed of how unprofessional she is. secondly, there was a group of guys who kept turning their motorcycles on and off and it was so loud that it was startling everyone at the patio, i wish we hadn't paid because it was so loud that we couldn't hear each other talk for an hour. i saw a young girl go outside to tell the bikers to quiet down when that is the establishments job!! when my friends and i left one of the motorcyclists started harassing my girlfriend and her friends, they clearly are ruining the atmosphere for all the patrons and they're a bunch of low lives loitering. i know the employees can obviously hear the motorcycle engines go off for an hour so please answer and tell me why you people don't do anything? are you scared of the bikers or do you just not care about the experience your customers are having? lastly, we called ahead and asked if we can bring in outside food, they said yes and we brought in pizza, they had no problem with it but then told another table that they couldn't bring outside food, what's the deal with that? this place is being run like a joke and the music is awful. i came here once in january of 2022 and the music was great, employees nice and vibes were good. i don't know what changed but i don't recommend you go here unless you want to get harassed by the employees and the low life bikers by the entrance. go anywhere else your money is better spent! also this is the only place i know that charges you first, other places charge you after, i think they do that so if they decide to kick you out randomly (looking at other reviews here) you'll have already paid. there were two nice workers one guy was kinda big and was wearing a grey sweatsuit- he was great. another one was an older gentleman in the back and he was friendly as well. everyone else was awful but especially the two young guys that bring out the shisha and the short girl who has the worst attitude. not to mention she lied about the lights and heaters not working outside because she didn't want to turn them on. another worker came out and turned them on for us.

I did not go into the lounge side but ordered two sandwiches for takeout. The place is supposed to be Lebanese and they have pictures everywhere so I was hoping for the best since I am Lebanese too. First the menu prices are wrong. showed 11.99 but the guy told me it's 15.99. sure no problem 40$ for 2 sandwiches seemed steep but I said charcoal fire, therefore these should be worth it. I was very wrong. They have young kids working the front who know nothing about the cuisine. Putting garlic(toum) on a meat skewer is not normal and they did so withouth me asking. The did not use pita bread but frozen tortilla. He threw my sandwich in a toaster press but parts of it were still freezing cold. If the owner is still around please talk to your staff and teach them what real Lebanese food is. Also the place was really really dirty. Would not recommend.

used to be a great place and i would come every weekend but they raised their prices and service went down the drain. especially the short girl in the front, extremely rude attitude. we were also outside and asked if they could turn on the lights and they said it didnt work just for one of the customers to turn them on themselves. there were awful people outside revving their motorcycles so loudly that no one could hear each other and the workers dont say anything to them, they just let them ruin the vibe for everybody. not coming here again and looking up different shisha spots in scarborough. i wouldn't mind the price increase if the service was as good as before but i'm not going to pay extra just to deal with the worst attitude from the girl in the front and have as*holes in the back rev their engine for 45 minutes and workers do nothing. i also want to add that i went to sequoia lounge directly across the road and the service was a MILLION times better than this place and their teas are triple the size. the owner was also very nice even though it was our first time coming. definitely never coming to habibis again, they don't appreciate that you're spending your money there and by the way when we went to sequoia, we heard the motorcycles outside habibis revving their engines again so it's nice to know that the workers did nothing about it

I have been coming to this place for almost 2 years now. We have never felt this disappointed ever in two years. Worst customer service ever. We were 4 of us and only two people smoke. The guy who was allotting the tables asked us to find another place cause we said we will be getting only one shisha. He demanded us to take two or else we cant enter the place. We were ready to pay cover charges if required. He was extremely rude. Just because the place earns fame doesn’t mean you treat customers this way.

Extremely shocked on the rude behavior of the employee named nitin, unexpected on a occasion as a friends birthday we went to celebrate and he removes us and uses abusive language and tells us that we need to get out because we were om a table with lesser people than what they normally want to accommodate on a weekend. After spending money on food and shisha s the person behaves so rude just to get another client in to our place is extremely unacceptable. Wishing them the best of luck to survive in the business for a longer time as employees as such will definitely end up supporting the decline of the customer reputation of the store. Shady business. They accept debit cards and cash only, not credit cards. Is it because taxes are high in Canada, and they do not want to pay that much to the government? I do not know. If you got your charcoal changed, then you are lucky. Terrible service. Thank God I live in the States, and never come back. As a business owner, you have to be honest and specify that you do not accept credit cards beforehand.

My friends and I go here most of the time and they customer service is phenomenal. They always have tables and very little wait time. They treat everyone with respect and with a very outgoing personality. :)

I wish I had read the reviews. Overall, I would give this place a poor rating. Trust me, I did think of not giving my review because the economy is bad and restaurants need to survive, BUT the economy is bad for the spender as well. 1. The food and shisha place are separate buildings. You have to move from one building to the other to order food. DO NOT get poutine unless you don't mind tasting a truck load of salt. Wonder Where is the poutine 🤔 the salad was good and so was the shish kebab. 2. Shisha service starts at 8pm. There was literally zero service. I got the shisha without tongs. Waited for half an hour for a server... finally decided to go to the kitchen to get the tongs. Overall service bad. 3. Shisha. It's not too bad, although the I got was a bit wet. I am hoping that was water. So hygiene wise, debatable. 4. Ambiance. Good 5. Music. Good

The best place ever so far!! The staff is super friendly and love the vibe of the place. The punjabi girl on the counter is the best, She welcome everyone with a very big smile. Music is always top notch and can’t miss the belly dance on Friday’s. 💯💯

Habibiz is my go to shisha place in Scarborough. Over time the staff has become friends, like family! They are very welcoming (Ahmed, Gagan, Mahmood, Bilal, Faiez, Karan, etc). It’s very spacious, has a great mix of music genre. Enjoy hanging out with friends here. The Habibiz House shisha mix is really good & the OVO mix is amazing! Pre-covid the entertainment of Belly Dancing with the fire and snake would be pretty cool. Posted quite a lot of pictures and videos (I still have a lot). Thanks Habibiz! :)

Every time I go there I have wholesome experience! Loved it and perfect for every occasion whether it’s a date or hangout with a friend or group of friends! The hookah just blows my mind 🤪 they have games to add in your fun!

Very horrible customer service. They told me and my friend to leave after we waited almost half hour to get a sheesha pipe which we never got. We were just having a good time and they told my friend that we had to go. The staff is very racist and my friend also got the vibe that they didn’t like coloured people and that’s the reason why they told us to leave. Very horrible disgusting people. I hope they hire a new staff which treats everyone the same.

The music is so annoying and loud. can't have proper conversation and majority of songs are in foreign language. Shisha wasn't the best and over priced. Habibiz lost the vibe used to have.

Mazen is an excellent Guy. He is always on time and takes care of his customers well. He has a great smile and makes everyone feel comfortable. He always has a good attitude and is a great asset to your cafe.

Always a good vibe, and staff regularly change the coils. Wish there were board games available like at many other shisha lounges. Also didn't see any pop or water bottles as offered for free at many other locations.

Pieces are great. The staff are down to earth. Good location. Staff are friendly but not the most professional. But the lack of professionalism is made up by their down to earth like demeanor. Good parking spots are available right in front of the door. Great outdoor semi private space. However, during this cold, the heater was apparently full but the place was really cold.

This place was a hidden gem that we found out of the blue. Firstly, the atmosphere and the privacy per table were so amazing. The place was huge so there was more private seating on the out side as well. Music I loved (hip hop). The colors, the furniture and designs were so nice. A regular shisha with basic flavors was $22. The staff came and checked on us and even checked on our shisha from time to time. I really appreciated that. We were able to buy whatever food we wanted in their restaurant which had a separate entrance. Then we sat and the delivered the food and drinks to our table (but they had to be in take out containers per law). Food was good, we ordered the mixed shawarma plate, super delicious 😋 Their pita with hummus, omg so delicious. But we ordered their potatoes and those tasted off...like no flavour and tasted old We couldn't eat those so we left it. I think the sides were about $6. I was craving roasted potatoes so too bad I couldn't eat them. But the other food made up for the difference. Plenty of parking. We will definitely be back!

Disgusting behavior from the staff there. We were 15 people there and the guy with the long beard was screaming so that we order 7 sheeshas after we ordered 2 while we were relaxing. He was arguing constantly and was being extremely rude. These staff dont know how to talk with customers. Garbage experience. Owners should definitely look into this as we are all infuriated and behavior of this sort is always unacceptable. Pathetic. They should learn from Ibiza

Tried the watermelon lit shisha (30$) which was great. The coal was changed timely by the staff and the place has a nice atmosphere. Food and drinks not available at the cafe , but u can order from their restaurant which is just beside the cafe.

The shisha flavour (Bluemist) we got was tasteless and not strong at all. On top of that the staff seemed very disinterested and had an attitude. We had a problem with one of our shishas and we had to ask the staff multiple times to check it out and when they did, it took them a very long time to fix it. Very bad experience overall.

Solid hookah establishment - have to bring your own drinks including water according to the staff, but you can walk next door to grab what you need drink/food wise. Lots of flavors, different types of seating, and an outdoor patio if you want to sit outside. Vibe also includes tv with music videos all around the place which was a bit distracting but ok - didn’t get too noisy. Lighting was very chill and has some fun colors.

Very chill spot with lots of seatings and a pretty great atmosphere at night. It also has an outdoor patio with heating! The music can get very loud at times, but the playlists are often solid. The service is good and consistent. They also stream UFC fights and other major events, which is pretty hard to find nowadays, so big props for that. Note that they only accept cash or debit.

Washrooms are dirty. The main server only cares about maximizing space and she is very disrespectful. Advise for ownership: correct her attitude or you will continue to lose repeat customers I will never some back to this again. Too many good shsisha lounges in the area with way better service.

Great spot with a versatile atmosphere. Workers were friendly and relatively quick to serve us. Shisha was a bit harsh for my liking but would definitely come back.

It’s a very nice place to hangout with friends, i love the music and the service is also fast. All the staff working there keeps an update to change the coals on time and they’re friendly too. Belly dancing is the highlight of the weekends there. Love it👌🏻👌🏻

Waited 45 mins and still no shisha and the, line was empty. Over price and over hyped if you want a shisha invest in one. You'll make it better and cheaper. If you like 50 dollars for a pineapple on top of your shisha be my guest. 1/10.

Sumptuous fare as always, but long preparation times because of food delivery orders. These may be processed before yours while you wait there in person, because when aggregated, they fetch more revenue.

The shisha was very bad. We waited like 20 minutes for it despite the restaurant being almost empty. No one present to welcome at the restaurant so as a first time customer, it was weird trying to go to the kitchen to ask for assistance since there were no waiters. Even the cashier seemed busy in the kitchen. Definitely not going here again.

You pay before you be seated , when i Ask for another teapot the gentleman said they will refill it was refilled with hot water

Only giving this place 2 stars because the experience has significantly deteriorated over the years. My friends and I have been coming here for half a decade and we ALWAYS bring our own food and drinks from outside (as does everyone else). Most shisha places in this area allow outside food as they are budget friendly. For the first time on April 29, 2022, one of the workers told us we are not allowed to eat our outside food inside. We were sitting in the middle of the restaurant. There were others seated on the side also eating outside food and no one said anything to them. The "newer" employees walk around making patrons feel like they are being PATROLLED. I won't be returning anytime soon due to this level of customer service. There are plenty of other shisha places in this area that don't patronize customers. Also worth noting, it seems like there has been a change in ownership or management. Before this place had the authentic Arab hospitality, now it is being run by Desis with a focus on profit maximization. This in turn could lead to the downfall of the "Habibiz" brand reputation.

It’s been a long time I’m going to this cafe and I really like the place and ambiance. Specially the tattoo guy (karan) He is so polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend y’all to come here.

This is one of the best cafe in Scarborough, i really like the atmosphere. My fav people here are Tanay, karan and apoorv. They are really helpful and knows how to talk to a customer not like other cafes workers who are arrogant.

You need to buy 1 sheesha for every 2 people--- sometimes people in the group don't smoke or people don't want to smoke as much. They usually end up buying something else anyway but that doesn't matter you need a sheesha for every 2.
