I saw zero results with their EMSculpt Neo treatment. They were quick to sell and of course there was a limited-time discount. The consultant never looked at or assessed the area to be treated (stomach) beforehand. After 4 sessions of zero results is when she finally examined me and chose to tell me I must have some underlying health issue. I was offered 2 additional sessions which made no more difference, and no further follow-up. Not sure she was qualified to be diagnosing and offering treatment options in the first place. Felt rather more of a salesperson. The lady who performed the treatments was friendly and the clinic was always clean.

Do not waste your time and money at this laser clinic. I spent around $2000 on laser treatments for my skin concern and saw no visible improvement. From the moment I walked into the laser clinic, I was met with an unpleasant experience. The doctor who consulted me made me feel terrible about my skin concerns. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a chance, but my experience only worsened with each laser session. The clinic kept pushing more laser treatments, month after month, promising that I would see improvements in “three months' time”. However, after six months of treatment, my problem not only remained unresolved but even worsened. I finally decided to seek help from an actual dermatologist who treated my concern in less than two months (it was a completely different treatment plan). Overall, I strongly advise against visiting this laser clinic. They will keep pushing you to spend more money, even if their treatments are not suitable for your issue, as they did with mine. Instead, my advice would be to seek treatment from an actual dermatologist who can provide you with the right treatment plan to address your concerns.

Using lasers on people of color is always tricky, however, Qesthetics' expertise prompted me to seek treatment and I had reached out for hypertrophic/keloid scars. It was definitely a great decision; indeed, after three sessions combining Fraxel and Kenalog injections, the results are highly encouraging. My skin is reacting well and the scars significantly flattened overall. I also want to give a shoutout to Weronica, whose care and knowlege have been detrimental in obtaining such good results - she truly makes coming to the clinic a lovely experience! Looking forward to my next visit!

In response to reply: My acne is not as severe and these guys charged me almost $6000 with no difference. Are they saying I need to spend $100000 to see any difference??? There are many reasons for acne and thats why I went to these so called expert who are scammers and dont know much about skin treatment. Started with consultation and the consultant hardly looked at my skin and recommended me or shall I say sold me chemical peel. After 3 sessions of chemical peel, they did laser resurfacing which actually caused more damage to skin by causing more acne. After that they “sold” me micro needling Went for 2 sessions of micro needling with chemical peel in between these session. Purchased every product they sold me and followed every single procedure strictly. Here I am after 7 months and after spending almost $6000 with absolutely no difference to my acne. I am getting same amount of acne. This place cannot treat acne but can only SELL more and more service whether its good for treating acne or not. All their images on website are after the immediate effect of treatment but not long term effect. After consulting, recommending and selling me all that they can, they then started saying the reason for my acne is small hairs on my face and I should consider laser hair removal which is another $2000 or more. Even though I consulted them before starting the procedure, it is now that they recommend hair removal after they are out of ideas of what they can sell. This place definitely cannot treat acne. This is the biggest scam I have fallen for. I never had severe acne and they couldnt treat this. I wonder what they do with people with severe acne. I would advise anyone looking to treat acne to avoid this place.

Every time I visit Q esthetics I am treated with utmost care. Staff members Sarah and Kennie are well experienced to give the best advice and always make me feel comfortable and hopeful which I am very thankful for. The best clinic in Toronto! This location's whole team is really friendly and professional. Nancy removed my warts off my face, and the procedure was a success! I initially met with Nancy, who explained the entire wart removal process to me, as well as what to expect afterwards. During my consultation, I was also informed of the risks, including the possibility of scarring as a result of the procedure. I decided to go forward with the treatment since I knew I'd be in good hands. Nancy was incredibly patient and calm during my treatment, and she made sure she did everything she could to alleviate any discomfort I was in. The scarring was gone after only three weeks of treatment. I was a little nervous before going in for treatment, but afterward I felt amazing! Following my positive experience with this clinic, I decided to try laser hair removal, and let me tell you, the results were amazing!! I’ve been going to this clinic for my Q combination treatment for acne and Sara has been excellent. She’s extremely knowledgeable and makes my visit a fun one. Everyone in this clinic is just so nice and welcoming, I highly recommend them!

I was new here in Canada looking for my birthmark removal which was bothering me from past 25 year’s. One day i was searching google for best laser treatment centres which could treat my birth mark.Luckily i found Q Esthetics team! They almost removed my birthmark with 3 sittings.now i am going to take few more sessions to completely clear off the mark. In the meanwhile i had some Acne on my face because of continuous usage of mask. They completely removed my acne with peel off treatment and i am extremely happy about it. Currently i live in waterloo and i have to travel from waterloo to Toronto for each setting. But i never had any concerns about tedious journey because after coming here I forget everything because the staff here is so friendly and jovial. It always feel like i am here for fun time. Q Esthetics has been a fantastic experience for me. The interiors of the clinic were very soothing and hygienic. There were very friendly staffs who really put your needs first. Kenney and Veronica were amazing! They guided me through procedures with unbiased professional advice, trust and laughter. And they exhibit honest business practices in regards to procedures with pulse intensity. They don’t lower the pulse just to make you feel easy on the session (this is actually a ripoff!), they encourage and guide you to help you get your money’s worth! I’m super happy with the results and I’m sticking with them for future needs.

While some would look at my affliction as cosmetic, for me, it was not. It wasn’t until I visited Q Esthetics, Yorkville, did a realize I was not alone. I had visited my dermatologist on multiple occasions. I had tried every over-the-counter medication available. I went through boxes of bandages. Mounds of concealer. My hands were badly scarred from years of trying to rid myself of these pesky verruca vulgaris. When asked, I would say I had burnt myself cooking, or I had cut my fingers slicing and dicing. I couldn’t shake hands with anyone. I was too self-conscious to get my nails done. This was my every day for years. Then I discovered Q Esthetics and the Yorkville team. Nancy did a wonderful job in explaining the procedures to remove the two moles from my face and the removal of a small birthmark on my chin. The birthmark on my chin disappeared completely after one treatment. The results are a testament to Nancy’s skill and experience.

Finally cured my son’s warts! He had persistent warts on his foot for over two years that did not improve with freezing or salicylic acid. Two sessions of the laser treatment got rid of them with almost no pain. I typically do not put much stock in alternative medicines but I would highly recommend this treatment.

I had a painful wart on one of my fingers. I was attended by Weronica and the wart got removed after a few sessions. Overall, I had a great experience and the treatment I received met my expectations.

My experience at Q Esthetics has been amazing. I came here to seek acne treatments on my face and I am so glad that I did because this has been the only thing I have tried that has actually made a positive and visible impact on my results. First of all, I want to say that I am very pleased with my treatment and the results I've had so far, and I believe the credit for my positive experience with Q Esthetics can largely be attributed to the care I received from Weronika. Her professionalism, friendliness, and competency really made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the past few months, and I don't believe I would be seeing the results I currently am without her. Speaking more generally, I would say that I'm very happy with the treatment I received and the results. I had 8 sessions of Vanquish for fat reduction, and from my first appointment in early July until my last one this last week of September, I found there was a significant difference in the appearance and shape of my thighs. I have always had a lot of cellulite on my glutes and thighs, but since I started with Vanquish my skin has become substantially firmer and the cellulite is significantly less visible. In addition, I have found that pants fit a lot easier than they did before my treatment with Vanquish, as I am not struggling nearly so much to fit them over my thighs. I feel like the results from my treatment were in line with what I was told to expect, perhaps even exceeding them, and that the treatment was well worth the money. Although the results may not originally feel significant because there isn't huge change on a day-to-day basis, once I saw the before and after photos from the start of my treatment to the final appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to see how much the treatment area had improved. Knowing that I will continue to see improvements over the coming months is very exciting to me, and I feel like I made a good decision receiving this treatment at Q Esthetics.

It’s my first experience with Qesthetics. I suffer from acne prone skin and was looking for a good doctor to treat my skin. 3 sessions in and my skin has seen 60% improvement and looks and feels a lot better and The scarring has significantly reduced. I came across qesthetics after visiting other clinics with no results for my alopecia, specifically i had two spots that had never seen any hair regrowth. I had my consultation with Weronika Chan and she explained about my treatment for my condition straight up unlike other hair clinics where i was given some money gauging treatments which aren't even specific to treat my hair re-growth. Within couple visits i started to see the regrowth. Although, it was a bit expensive it was worth every penny since i did see results right after my first visit. Now my hair is full, healthy and good.

Do not waste your time and money at this clinic. I spent around $1600 on laser treatments for my skin concern and saw no visible improvement. They gaslight you into believing it made a difference. The 'head nurse' in the initial consultation said I wouldn't need more than 4 sessions. I purchased an overpriced package of three for my tiny skin problem and when they saw there was no visible difference, they offered a 4th complimentary session. After the 4th session, the clinic kept pushing for more laser treatments, promising that I would see improvements after “5 to 6 sessions". However, after 4 sessions my problem remains unresolved and you feel ripped off. Overall, I strongly advise against visiting this laser clinic. They will keep pushing you to spend more money, even if their treatments are not working.

I do not recommend receiving services with Nancy. ensure you ask the right amount of questions before allowing her to treat your concerns. do not let her trick you into buying other services or packages they can be pushy but if it’s not necessary for you then do not give in , you will regret wasting your money.
