Earlier today me and my friends went to Pizza Hut to grab some food, my brother payed for the order and as we waited my friend went to the bathroom, he was feeling sick and was unresponsive and we were trying our best to give him the help he needed, however the irresponsible manager kicked me and my friends out thinking we were pranking the store. I was explaining the situation to the manager and he was threatening to call the police on me and forced me to leave my friend behind in the bathroom, my friends mom showed up and the manager realized there was someone in there and my friend had experienced food poisoning, the manager didn’t even offer a bottle of water to help out my friend, instead he forced my friends mom to clean up the mess. A very kind customer bought a bottle of Gatorade for our friend and the manager couldn’t even give a bottle of water. The manager also didn’t let us finish our food and we had a whole pizza left. This was a horrible experience and you should never visit!

Horrible experience. Very disappointed. Firstly Sou messed up my order. I was in a rush and was waiting for a remake. He was doing other orders instead of doing mine in priority. Then when I told him can you please prioritize I have to go he made it. I asked for well done he said sorry it'll have to wait another 5 minutes before he can put my order again. The pizza will become hard not the same. So I took it as it Is not as I had ordered or requested.

The staff at the store were unbelievably excellent I go to a lot of pizza huts for my kids love the food mind you we love the food too and this is probably our favourite store to go to this is at major McKenzie just in between Bathurst in Young Street

This Pizza Hut location, you make great pizzas amazing wings. 5 star for sure, time after time delivering food with top quality. Just a feedback, honestly, your quality speaks for itself, no need for the fake 5 star reviews. It makes legit reviews look fake for people who are unfamiliar on how to distinguish them. The staff was very friendly. She helped my 6 year old daughter pick her toppings and showed her how they made the pizza. The place is nice and tidy.

As a pizza lover, I like Pizza Hut mostly. As a customer who purchases pizza more than 10 per month and mostly from different locations, I just love to come here mostly. Why? Service! Attitude! Why should I go to a place that the people there trade you like they don’t care about your business? People here are friendly and with smiling faces. I’m sure you will like here. Fingers crossed. They forgot our dipping sauce multiple times despite us mentioning it 3-4 times! When we got home, it still wasn’t included. The pizza was okay, but it’s not deserving of a 5-star rating, maybe a maximum of 3. I won’t be recommending it! Oh also the wings weren’t special at all not crispy but juicy enough !!!

Today, my deppressed best friend and I decided we wanted pizza, so what do we do, why go to Pizza Hut of course! We entered the place and was welcomed with very nice employees saying hello, we ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with green olives and instead of making us pay 22$ he told us about the promotion they were having Which was a medium pizza with 2 toppings for 15$!!! He saved us 7 dollars 🙀🙀🙀 amazing, just amazing, Karen’s everywhere should come visit this place! Does not disappoint!! 😼👍

I used to order pizza in the location because every time I bought the food is perfect, but today I order two medium stuffed pizza and it was terrible. The pizza dough is very hard and it has no taste!! Also the stuffed cheese taste terrible. I won’t go to this location anymore it’s very disappointed!

Ordered Friday large pizza special chicken caesar pizza with cheese crust for extra 5 bucks. The pizza was cold so I reheated in the oven. Even then the pizza was tasteless. One of the worst pizza I have ever had. I will never go back. I recommend dominos as their dough is so tasty. Never going back. Wasted 25 bucks.

Ordered delivery from this restaurant today and had a few issues with our delivery person who for some reason was confused regarding directions to our condominium. 20 minutes after trying to direct the gentlemen and already frustrated I had gone to lobby to locate the delivery person to find him speaking with our concierge. After paying for our food the delivery person accidentally dropped 1 of our pizzas which in the moment really made me upset and had me act out very disrespectfully. I had called the restaurant and yelled at the employees to only be met with a respect young man who offered to replace our food. The restaurant had dropped only the personal pan pizza and the regular pizza was fine. Turns out the restaurant remade the entire order (worth $35) and let us keep the first orders pizza as well. Very very good customer service and I would like to apologize to the entire restaurant and especially our delivery driver who was a very kind man and did not deserve my disrespectful behaviour. Please accept my apology. :) pizza was delicious as always one of the best pizza spots in GTA.

I was very pleased last night. I ordered pizza at this location, and the staff at the front washed their hands each time before and after when dealing with food. The food was delicious and I'm looking forward to ordering pizza here again.

This is not a “sit-down” location. But when you order your food to go (either pick up or delivery), the service is always very fast and the food is always hot! Also, try their garlic parmesan chicken wings - they’re amazing!

Amazing customer service from this location. Recently ordered a few pizzas online and scheduled pickup for 12:30 pm. They were really busy and apologized that it might be late. It wasn't a big deal for me. It was 10 mins late but they apologized again and gave us a free pizza cookie and pop. Keep up the great service!

Their butter chicken pizza is amazing and not oily at all. We drive 20 min to come to this pizza hut instead of the one near our house. Staff are friendly and they also give out their own points card in addition to pizza hut points!

I am a regular customer at this store,cause my son loves pizza hut Hawaian with less tomato sauce in it, One day I decided to use my stamp card that has a full star in it only one star is missing and if they gonna stamp the last star it would be 22 star in total. I ordered and gave my stamp card knowing I dont have to pay cause it says i can get 1medium pizza with 2toppings having the card with 10stamps and 1 personal pizza with 3 toppings having the card with 20stamps and that day I have the card with 21 stamps. That means i can get any one in either of this two for free cause I have 21 stamp in my card, but this guy followed me all the way to the parking area telling me my transaction didn’t go through meaning I did not pay. I went back and paid still as am in a hurry, i dont have time to argue for someone who doesn’t completely understand their own deals and promotion. No sorry or apology, Man you should know better how to run this store and know better all your deals and promotions.

That was my first time at this Pizza Hut. The staff are so friendly and the service was great so that it will be my favourite place to go whenever I crave for pizza again.

Very clean and professional atmosphere. Pizzas are being made in view. All fresh and not skimping on toppings. Super busy ensuring orders are done with great care even going back to add extra toppings on a salad for a delivery order. They were polite especially Chetan who was kind and patient as I forgot what I actually wanted. If you are looking for quality and live close THIS is your piza place.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had such a bad experience since the beginning, I called the call centre and the first agent was extremely rude and hung up on me while I was trying to place my order. Since I wasn't sure if she had really taken my order or not because she asked me why im calling instead of ordering online. I called back and was finally able to place my order. After waiting for 40 minutes, with a group of my daughters hungry friends, the pizza arrived. The pizza was not what I had ordered. I had ordered a large pizza half cheese half pepperoni and had received a large pizza with bacon and chicken. I had to call back the call centre and they transferred me to the store, the store hung up on me. I called the store back directly again, told them they have delivered the wrong pizza. With no apologies they asked me if i could go pick up the right pizza. I told them no since I needed it delivered. I waited another 40 minutes for the right pizza and gave the delivery person the pizza they had originally gave me back. I was charged for the entire order with all this dilemma and didn't even get an apology for what happened. I will never order from this location again. Terrible costumer service.

A relatively small Pizza Hut location in one of the more quiet (and dark) strip malls in the area, driving by it it is almost easy to not realize it is there. The pizza itself is exactly what one may expect from Pizza Hut, the stuffed crust is a highlight of what Pizza Hut offers and is different from most other pizza restaurants. The crust of the stuffed pizza is more delicious (and less healthy) than others because it is sprayed/seasoned after the pizza comes out of the oven.

I ordered a large chicken ceaser for $32 and the quality was so bad, 1 tiny chicken piece on every slice and I was literally eating bread and cheese. It wasn’t even worth $5, garbage

I have been to this place many times. I usually place my order over the phone and then pick it up. These guys are having fun, and you can tell they enjoy what they are doing. I love to go to this location and enjoy my pizza. 🥰 Keep it up, guys. You are doing an excellent job.

Very bad experience, I would stay away from this location. I ordered two pizzas for my kid's dinner and after 50 minutes I received a call from the store that they are short staff and there will be an additional 50 minutes for the order to be ready!!!! frustrated enough I cancelled the order right away, and order from another place. Then I tried to get my refund and they told me it may take another 5-7 business days for the refund to show on my statement! I asked for the head office number and the store manager at the time (Nike) refused to give me the head office number and said he is not allowed to provide me with the number and told me to Google it to find the number!!! First I thought I was dealing with a fraud so I called the head office and they didn't know why the manager didn't provide me with the number and they said a senior manager will call me to investigate and address the issue and this never happened. I have never seen a poor customer service from a franchise in all levels!! If you have guests or ordering for an important occasion stay away from this location, your plan may be ruined!
