Very informative and quick service at this location! Could get confusing on how to get to the concourse level, but otherwise worth the visit. Make sure to email or fax your requisition to get your appointment as someone will follow up in a business day or so. They will call you ahead of time for the appointment and will email or fax your doctor as well. They offer multiple services here but check their website and call to make sure their services are available as the x-ray was not available earlier and had to go to another location. They usually recommend the Bay location (for x-ray) but it is too busy there all the time. The receptionists were busy but very informative on any questions you had. Additionally, they have an organized system pending on the service you need and the receptionists will lead you to your area. Cardiology was located a few steps further from the entrance around the corner where they had chairs for waiting for your appointment. Location-wise, if accessing from the street level at RSM Place entrance, there are 4 elevators but 3 go down, and 1 does not access the concourse level to get to the Centre. If you're accessing via the concourse or PATH level, the entrance is located next to Mos Mos.

I dont understand the overrated positive reviews here. Its definitely awful. We came here 2 times, and there was literally just 1 person, but otherwise, it was empty. Both times we waited for 40 minutes to an hour. The first visit was an xray walk in, the second was a scheduled appointment and regardless of this, we still waited for no reason. Only when I showed the reception an unhappy face and asked whats up, they somehow budged. The doctors literally just called patients who came later than us and walked around the place. I dont understand why do they ask to come 15 mins earlier if you still wait 30 minutes to an hour extra? Appalling.

It took your team 6 days to get my x-results to my doctor while I sit in pain with a broken jaw. Is this what you consider good service? That’s unacceptable. Never ever using your services again.

First time attending this location. Was easy to locate on the underground concourse. I went for an x-ray and as a walk-in only service, the staff were very polite and let me know the wait time/how many people ahead of me. The waiting area and service areas in the back of the office were very clean, well organized, signage is clear and helpful. The tech who performed my x-ray was very clear with instructions from start to finish and expectations of the process, excellent customer service. My scans were received to my family dr the next day for the results. Grateful for the quick turnaround. I left there feeling very taken care of. Will definitely attend this location in the future (hopefully won't be necessary!).

Very impersonal! I was there for my first-ever ultrasound and I thought it was going to be with more empathy, communication and care. It made me a bit sad afterwards, because I thought it would be a special moment, but it didn't felt that way, at all.

I arrived thinking I will just show up for x-ray without an appointment as I was told to do. I was mistaken as I read the requisition wrong and was told my doctor requested ultrasound. The receptionist asked the ultrasound technician if I could have an ultrasound and he agreed since there weren’t a lot of people waiting for the service. I am very grateful for the kindness of those two people - I wish I knew their names - they made my day. I went downtown by public transit and I was in pain every step of the way. I was organizing an ultrasound appt for my 82 yr old mother. I had lined up a bunch of chores to do expecting to be on hold for a while but was completely caught off guard when someone answered within a minute or two! I received her detailed prep instructions over the phone and the staff member also gave me some extra tips given that my mother is over 80. I also received an appointment confirmation and prep instructions via text. We arrived early at the clinic, the clinic was clean, we were greeted by a kind staff member who checked us in, the technician was also kind and put my mother at ease. All the staff were friendly, patient and accommodating. Medical tests can be stressful but my mother was very well looked after. Many thanks to all the staff! We appreciate the wonderful job you are doing and can only wish that other facilities were the same.

I took my father for stress echocardiography and holter Monitor at the king branch. The service we received was Impressing. Every staff we encountered were very courteous and helpful. The cardio-tec Adelaide was amazing with my father and helpful in every way. She went well above & beyond to help and accommodate my father’s need and to optimize the result of the Holter monitor. Such a kinder heart!!!! We also visited Davisville branch for my father’s Nuclear stress test and once again received very good service. Andrea and Dan make the exhausting 5-hours-long test enjoyable only by their manner 😊 So, thank you “My Health Centre”, you have a great team.

they actually called me the day before to remind me and ask if i knew where they were! the day of was as thoughtfull and personalized to my needs. its almost like being catered to rather than an appointment. five stars for the effort both before during and after. this is what health care should be like. thank you all. Appointment was easy to book and they took me right on time. Ultrasound technician was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had a little trouble finding it because it’s in the underground path (once I realized you just take the elevator at the entrance to floor C it was right there!) but the receptionist called me a couple minutes prior to my appointment as I was still in the hallway looking for it, which I appreciated. They also have signs in the waiting room notifying you of which chairs have been sanitized which is also a nice touch for many people who are nervous about contaminated surfaces. Overall a pleasant experience.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. I went in just as they were opening at 8am for the x-Ray walk in and was the second in line which only required a 10 min wait. The technician was excellent - he was friendly, personable and explained what he was doing and why in terms of the x-rays. All in all a great experience!

I arrived close to my appointment time. I was seen and dealt with promptly and professionally. The sonographer introduced himself, did his job and advised me that a report would be sent to my doctor.

The lab technician was kind enough to take us in although we were two hours early for the appt. I’ve been here a few times and I’ve not had to wait for too long get attended to. There are quite a few of these located in and around most areas, which is great because you don’t have to commute too far. Staff is polite and courteous as well

We received a referral for an ultrasound from my partner's gp. I called specifically outlining the 3 areas checked off on the referral. My partner took the day off work only to be told they can't check all 3 areas today. This is absolutely unacceptable. This just shows how garbage these private healthcare companies are. So now my partner needs to book off 2 more days and potentially get more ill if something is missed. Don't waste your time at this clinic. They just want $$.

I visited this centre for an ultrasound. It was a seamless process - from appointment booking to the visit. Emails and text messages were timely received with necessary information. They were kind enough to call me to accommodate me sooner when they had a cancellation which is incredibly appreciated when we want faster diagnosis. The staff in person was kind and helpful as well. I am writing this review for my wife who visited King for carotid ultrasound in the early afternoon three days ago. The place is clean and tidy and we received warm welcome from the polite lady receptionist. My wife was quickly attended to. The nurse who operated the ultrasound scan was very experienced and technically first-rate. During the process she wore a smiling face all the time and that eased my wife's tention. All in all we rate King five stars.

My technician helped me get over the trauma of a previous visit. He was kind and thoughtful. I also witness some of the best customer service at the front desk. It wasn’t aimed at me but at another client who was visibly upset. They were able to de escalate the emotions and they offer alternatives. Well done!

Really great experience with my walk in x-ray. I arrived shortly after the office opened on a Tuesday morning, and spent a total of ~10 minutes inside! Quick and easy, and the technician was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I had to use this clinic to get a test done before an upcoming surgery. They had to change my appointment a few times and I now have to go to the Davisville location instead. At first I was really annoyed but the reason was explained to me and it was through no fault of their own and was out of their control. The whole situation was handled professionally and graciously. I will still use this clinic the next time I need a similar test.

This clinic has a policy that does not allow husbands to come in during the ultrasounds to see their own baby. If the baby is over 12 weeks they are allowed in at the end. This is unacceptable it is up to my wife to decide if I can come in or not not an administrator (this was after covid so nothing to do with Covid). I spoke by phone to a manager who justification was that this was a medical exam, however every other medical exam that my wife has had to do up to now it has been my wife's decision if I could be present or not. When I pointed that out to the manager told me I could take my prerequisite and go somewhere else. Really rude and disrespectful. It should not be an administrators decision whether I can be present or not. This was one of the most important moments of my life where I would be able to find out if my baby had a heart beat or not and instead of being able to see it I was stuck outside arguing with the manager. Stay away from this place

The technician for ultrasound was thorough, attentive to details, overall very caring and professional. I would say that the ratings from past reviews are a true reflection of this place.

I had an ultrasound appointment at this clinic this week, the one where they had to stick a thing inside my body. Jessica (the specialist who performed the procedure), was very professional, considerate, patient, gentle, and kind. If I ever have to do this again, I wish it could be her. Overall, the clinic personal was very friendly and professional. It was a scheduled appointment and I didn’t have to wait at all. Highly recommend this clinic and Jessica in particular!

My experiences with MyHealth have been pleasant. Specifically, I'd love to express my thanks to Katrina. As a receptionist at MyHealth, Katrina made every effort to make sure I can get my STAT ultrasound exam for a recent urgent care. I missed her initial phone call and was connected to another receptionist when I called back to MyHealth. But she kept a note of my request and scheduled a tentative appointment for me when a spot showed up. I'm really grateful for her kindness.

This is my go-to centre to do the ultrasound, and echocardiogram. Their staff is very professional and friendly. Everything is well organized and it is so easy to communicate with the front desk. Special thanks to Jessica who did the ultrasound for me and for my mom as well. She is wonderful!

Very disappointed and will never go back again, Went there with my 1 year old for an ultrasound appointment, because I couldn’t find any babysitter. It was a busy clinic I was there waiting to check in for almost 15 mins (they kept telling me just give me a second) when it is my turn than the lady at front desk said I am late for my appointment for 5 mins and the technician is leaving so need to reschedule. Than she saw my son in the stroller and question me loudly saying “why are you bringing your baby, who is going to look after him?” I asked can I keep him around me, or put him in a private space cuz I don’t have babysitter, she said “well than that’s your problem, no one is going watch him for you”. I just found the lady soooo beyond unnecessary rude and completely insensitive. Everyone was looking at me because how loud she was and I don’t appreciate the attention she bring into me and my little son. I know your job is stress but don’t lose it on me! I told my doctor from Integra to never ever refer me to there again.

The administrators are so lovely. I am from the States, and they were so helpful with me not having a health card, and guiding me through how to go about getting an ultrasound when I needed one. The ultrasound experience was quick and professional. I highly recommend MyHealth Center Toronto King!

Andrea was excellent. She explained what would happen and was knowledgeable when answering questions. Her IV skills are really good; there is absolutely no bruising or mark where she inserted the needle. Andrew, too, was knowledgeable and answered questions I had about nuclear medicine as it applies to procedures other than the one I was undergoing. The two of them worked collaboratively and smoothly as a team. One would not know it was their first time working together. Heather, who initially facilitated my booking the appointment, was very helpful and communicated well as I waited at the appointment itself. All in all, it was an entirely positive experience.
