Dr. Mira Barman gaslight me for over 23 years to believe my history of childhood trauma was simply related to a chemical imbalance hoax that would require life long snri's and benzos. Meeting tolerance, Interdose withdrawl and iatrogenic effects to my nervous system are severe and long lasting after taking as prescribed. I never suffered with Akithesia or balance problems before. This doctor is either in denial about drug safety or indifferent. My ex-husband tracked me down in Dr. Barman's office and verbally assaulted me, along with the poor receptionist, with an office full of patients. Dr. Barman led me down the stairwell but wouldn't call police. She cares very little to none for her vulnerable patients.

Wonderful family health team! My husband and I have been fortunate enough to be under the care of Dr. Sarah Shaw for almost 10 years now. She is by far the best, most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor I have ever had.

I loved coming here and being a patient of Shauna Sturgeon NP. The only reason I left is because it was too far for me coming from the west end on transit.

Worst clinic I have ever been to. I've been a patient here for over 10 years and I've seen my family doctor so infrequently that I don't remember what she looks like. I've been seen by backups, nurses, but no family doctor. Called in mid March and they told me there were appointments in April but there was an issue with my file. The receptionist was supposed to call me back - never did. I called her and behold the file was fixed but now the appointments are full until May (almost two months out!). I was told there was an appointment open on May 15th and 16th, but I had to call back on April 15th because they only book four weeks in advance. I kid you not, I asked the receptionist what the likelihood of me getting an appointment on May 16th (the only day I could do it) was when I call on April 15th. She told me she would speak to my doctor and get back to me. Amazingly, she called back the next day with the green lights to book the appointment now. However, the May 16th appointments were now booked and they could only see me on May 15th. When I confronted her about having told me that these appointments would not be booked until April 15th, she said 'these were booked for kids'. So in short, if you are a kid or have kids, this may be a good clinic. If you don't have kids stay away! To add insult to injury, she told me I had a $20 fee on my file I had to pay. You mean the fee for renewing a prescription during covid when none of the doctors were available - is that the fee?! So I pay taxes for a doctor I can't see and then have to pay her cash for the inconvenience. Wow! I told the receptionist that this is terrible for a clinic and she said "I'm sorry you feel that way". These are not feelings, these are facts. I'm on the hunt for a new doctor and they are out there despite all the reports otherwise.

I have been under the care of Dr. Yu for 10yr now and I can only have a long list of good words to describe how satisfy and happy I am with the way Dr. Yu and the entire team operates. Knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate; always attentive and prompt in returning calls/emails. There is little to no waiting time when you have an appointment and the communication is always clear. If you are lucky enough to find an opening spot when they are accepting new patients, I would highly recommend Dr. Yu or any of her colleagues.

This team has gone far and beyond to save me from many occurring health problems that have arisen in my life. Their dedication, determination and willingness to apply courses of action in applying helpful solutions in my health care have given me the ability to still live a life.
