Great location on route specially if you are coming back to GTA visiting beautiful Sandbank, pickton or nearby places. There’s also another ONroute located opposite to that; South. There’s an adequate parking lot, Canadian tire gas station, A&W, Tim Hortons, Popeyes Louisiana kitchen and convenience store grab n go. Besides that are there Cibc ATM and bell telephone both too. There’s always a line up for Tim Hortons so always pre order on phone to save a huge time. Also there’s a portable water facility at the back side of it.

It's a small quick stop. It has Popeyes, Tim Hortons CIBC, the Market and a Canadian Tire Gas bar for all your needs. It was busy the day I visited but has everything that you may need on your travels, although I am unsure about gluten free options

Standard ONroute, they have a CIBC, A&W, Popeyes and Tim Hortons. As with many ONroutes during the day, washrooms were very busy. Store staff was mostly friendly. Plenty of parking outside and gas station was pretty quick. I always appreciate these stops, people forget what these places were like way back in the day. There was actually a mini famers market out in the parking lot. That was kind of neat! Stay safe out there everyone and please, be kind to one another.

A very clean, spacious service centre. It has a Tim Hortons, Popeyes, A&W, and a small snacks and beverages shop. Toilets are clean.

A&W lunch time only had burgers, no fries, no onion rings etc. Gas station attendant was racist. He claimed that my husband to prepay (not pre authorize on a credit card) because our rental car did not have a front license plate. Yet there were other vehicles with no front license plate that could pump gas without prepaying. He said that people drive off. But what he wouldn’t say was that he was mistreating my husband because he was black. We see how you apply your rules in a racist fashion. You don’t fool anyone. We will give our money to someone else.

It is absolutely disgusting how they do NOT care for the cleanliness of the washrooms! There is little to no toilet paper in the stalls and people are having to line up to use the facilities. The soap dispensers are empty as well!!! The floors are covered in urine to the point your shoes are sticking. When we brought up the issue to one of the food workers, she said “not again, I will let them know.” I then approached one of the on route cleaning staff members and informed her, she laughed and said “oh well, we will get there when we can.” This is disgusting!!! How does this meet any type of standards for cleanliness???

Good rest area. Has everything you need for a rest area plus some good choices too. I like that there are freshii choices at the market too. Bathrooms are big enough and clean and sitting area has a good amount of tables, on busy driving days it may take a few minutes to get a table. The one thing I think can be improved is the ordering of food. They have these new modern screens where you can place your order on your own and then you get an order number and you wait to hear that number. And you have to remember your number because it doesn't print it out. If it does print, well there was no paper several times when I was there. But that's okay I like to have the option to choose on my own. But I also think they should keep ordering at the cash with an actual cashier. I saw so many people walk up only to be redirected to go use the self ordering screen. Some people might not be comfortable or not know how to use it. Some people might want to ask questions about the food they are about to spend their money on. So I think there should always be the cashier option, along with the self ordering screens. Other than, I like this place and the food is good and so is the selection.

Excessive use of artificial lights defeats purpose of having floor to ceiling windows. Rest area needs regular maintenance. Criticism of OnRoute in general is virtually same conglomerate of vendors. No independent local healthy affordable option. No environmental standards to aspire to. Parking landscaping should include trees and use of permeable surface. Should be a public kitchen to reheat meals, wash fruits, etc. Play space outdoors for kids. Dog area for relief. See Quebec for exemplary example

Always been my favorite stops... whenever we drive to Toronto westbound from Ottawa. Sometimes the rest-stop is very busy, extremely busy (i.e. Thanksgiving 2022), and sometimes it's just right. Food court is quite spacious and they even provide a microwave for us to warm up our home food. Last time we stopped by (Oct 13) it was very peaceful and full of Autumn colours. The only complain was the condition of the washrooms.

This is a really nice looking service station. There are quite a few spaces for outdoor dining that is shrouded in trees. The bathrooms could use a serious scrub. Tim Hortons and Starbucks are your coffee Choices

Quick service. Clean washrooms. Smaller than some other ONRoute service centres. But the parking lot was much easier to get in and out of. I was at another ONRoute on Sunday and I'd prefer this one for a quick stop.

As a trucker this one is pretty well thought out. Could use more spaces but the lay out is better than most to get truckers in and out easily and that is important to me. Well done on route. Facilities are clean and the choices are pretty sweet. Thanks for putting Popeyes in.

I love onroute service centres Clean washroom burgers coffee resting areas for my family and dog as well. We ate a&w burgers and tim hortons iced cappuccino. Fyi tim Hortons' waiting time is much longer than a&w. By the way i think this service centre is a little bit smaller than others. +There is a local food booth at the parking lot..

Well all I can say easy on route is very convenient. They have pretty much everything you need to continue your journey and a quick rest spot. They have like a lot of on route locations starting from the ontario/quebec border all the way till the first town towards Toronto city. Handicap accessible, parking for all types of vehicles. Electric car charging stations etc... ONroute saves lives
