Receptionist is a psycho. He enjoys insulting the clients. I saw his behaviour with people and I am surprised how he can still working there. He behaves as if he owns the place but he is not . Also this place is not safe and I saw a guest complaining her belongings were stolen. The good reviews was done by the receptionist friend and family I’m sure. Absolutely nothing positive about this place

Who employed that front desk old guy? He was very disrespectful during my stay. Rude to be precise. He finds it difficult y to answer question. If they don't sack this guy, they will continue to loose a lot of clients and their rating will continue to go down. Very unprofessional.

This place is literally horrible. We were told multiple different pricing schemes and then the man at the front proceeded to tell us that it was because we had a Mercedes and because my friend was white. He then told me he wouldn't rent to me because I wasn't 'normal' in my skin tone. He then took my money and refused to give it back (even though we didn't stay in the room because he had us removed by police). And then refused to give me a receipt because he didn't want "legal trouble". I got the receipt anyway, so I'll be filing soon if the refund isn't resolved. The man at the front desk was Asian, about 5'9-5'10 and severe balding at the top. The pricing has gotten ridiculous too (80-90 a night), you can literally rent at any other motel for much cheaper.

The rudest, most belligerent old man with balding pony tail at reception. He changes the price depending on what he thinks he can get out of u (he actually said “cause ur white and drive a nice car) and swears profanities at u if u question the increase. After renting room anyways he called the Cops and had us removed and they are IN on it, we couldn’t believe this happened in Canada. Avoid this place at all costs, he needs to be fired and they have no respect for customers and should have business licence revoked. Completely racist and place is gross anyways, bugs, broken faucets and tv/wifi inop along with AC. Beware!

For the amount of money charged you would expect a whole lot more. For 140 dollars your treated to a single bar of low quality soap, a single towl and some shampoo. If it were not for the space heater, the room would be unbareable in the cold weather. Management is rude and unwelcoming, the washrooms are newly renovated. That's the only positive thing here.

Took 3 weeks trying to get a quote for a 1 month stay. No response from website contact email and never answer the phone Finally answered the phone today, the person answering does not understand English and when I asked for a price he said 5000 dollars. Not sure if he knew what he was saying or what I was asking, but 5000 for a dumpy motel is definitely ridiculous Thanks for nothing

Room smelled like cigarettes... And wasn't cleaned properly still saw the cigarettes ashes on the floor. Bed sheets wasn't changed they just smoothened it out back on the bed as if no one split in it. Gross!

Good for the price. Rooms are tacky. The bedspread is so ugly. But the bathroom is upgraded and beautiful and they have nice flat screens so I guess it’s decent. Very private. Oh and they need brand new pillows. Come on.

Terrible environment. There are always crackheads hanging out at this motel doing drugs and a lot of violence happends around there because of the type of people that stay at this motel

The prices are great, the place has changed no more carpet on the floor. There’s now hardwood floor. A lot of upgrading has been done and I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again and I would recommend to anybody

Watchout this place works with cops. Plus the rooms are nasty lik3 the rude Asian reception workers.

I had driven around at around 11:30pm and found this place and thought to stay the night. Guy said it was $100 if I stay until 7. I don't know why I didn't check surrounding areas as later I realized Monte Carlo Inn which was down the street had the same price and I know its cleaner. I go in and the place smelled like a smoker had just previously been there with ash tray as proof. I tried to let it go and watch some TV which was also difficult to control. I tried laying down for abit to see if I can relax and fall asleep but the smell was bothering me too much and after an hr and a half I checked out. I asked the guy if I can get some of my money back because I was there for a short time and he only said the deposit for the key. Not to mention he was also asleep in his chair and I had to tap the glass to wake him. DO NOT GO HERE unless you smoke I guess.

Was a nice motel to get stuck at overnight its a lot safer then most motels in Toronto and the rooms were big and had a nice big shower 🛀 id stay here again if I had too

Every time I’ve stayed here it was a good experience. Prices are great and the rooms are clean. The reception even ran to give us our deposit. Great place to stay!

I checked in and people started lining up for rooms. Luckily, Its first come first serve basis. Large room, clean space and fair pricing. Seemed good for a motel especially past midnight. .

For the low quality place it is, they also charge more for a terrible room than much cheaper hotels in the three star range do. The rooms are dirty, especially walls, floors, etc. Broken furniture. Note that they also rent by the hour or day and the deposit is only $20.

They’re amazing guys.. I forgot my Watch which was expensive and few hours later I called them and they hold it for me.. Thank for for Honestly and I appreciate it..

This is litteraly only for a pit stop sleep nap and have a quickly and get out.

Absolutely filthy. The beds are uncomfortable. The pillows are like bricks. The staff was very rude and it’s way over priced. Worst place I’ve ever stayed!!! Better off sleeping in your car.

Was better then I expected. New floors, new bathroom, wifi and cable. Air conditioner. But the bed was hard. Whatever.. no bugs... all of this surprised me.

Stayed with my boyfriend Horrible the rooms were clean but bathroom door didn’t close holes in bed sheets was going to stay four nights instead of two but they wanted me to check out to check back in and pay 600 for 2 nights when it says weekend is 160 a night but they wanted 300! So we left and will not be back again!
