i love m boutique but there’s a brunette girl from this specific location that’s very rude. she gave me a dirty look as i was walking into the store, and when i was leaving the store i said thanks and she gave me another look. i don’t know who she is and i’ve never met her before in my life. most of the girls here are ok, but going out of your way to be rude to customers is actually extremely unacceptable.

Bad service. I shop there on a weekly basis and pretty much my entire wardrobe is from this store. I used to have good experiences there. In the last few months I find the girls there are not the most welcoming. I was the only one in the store and 3 workers were standing at the cash. I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged. While picking up some things and walking around some other customers came in and were greeted and helped. I put my stuff back and bought it from the Queen west location instead. This has happened at least 3 times within the last 2 months. Not impressed. Queen West And Bloor west locations have the best service

Very clean store, great customer service. Prices are a little high, but not over the top.

There are always a lot of customers! The staffs in here are so kind 😊 And can buy pretty clothes in comfort 💕

Staff our extremely judgmental, if you’re not a size 2 they won’t even look at you. I don’t recommend shopping here.

I’ve always had fantastic customer service here... I was shopping for a dress and they didn’t have the size in the store, so a sales associate left the store to get the size I needed from their storage! Unfortunately the size didn’t fit, but I still appreciate the effort! -1 star because they don’t carry a big variety of sizes and I find it hard to find pieces that fit me the way they should (I am usually a small, but I feel like I would fit in the clothes better if they offered XS in more styles)

I got so sad when I found out they were closing the botique in other locations. Love the clothes.

Nice staff. Mainly disappointed because I tried on a medium pant and picked up a large on the way out, but they ended up fitting as a small. The labels must have been switched or just poor quality. Final sale too. Contacted multiple platforms for customer service and no response. Stuck selling them now I guess.
