Had a lot of fun. I would suggest making a reservation on their website because this place can get busy quite quickly. The coffee was so good! It's 8$ per person to play the games (if you order food) and 15$ per person if you don't. I stayed here for about 2 hours playing monopoly, cards, Sorry and connect 4. They have a whole variety of games and even categorize them to make sure it's easy to know which are multi players and which are groups. And each game has instructions.

There is a wide selection of games to choose from, all nicely labeled and categorized.

Had a lot of fun during my visit to Snakes and Lattes! The game master recommended various games that suited our large party. Sweet potato fries, pretzels, and buffalo cauliflower were great apps. Not the biggest fan of their pizza - the tomato sauce was lacking in flavour.

Lovely place , friendly stuff and definitely amazing service. It’s a great spot to take friends and spend some time playing board games and have drinks. Highly recommend if you in Toronto or want to do something fun with friends 👍

Walk in only but there’s 2 levels. However, tables for larger groups are limited if you are more than 6-7 people. Large variety of board games and great food & drink selection (try the Nutella hot chocolate). Great service, our waiter checked on us regularly and promptly removed plates to give us space back after eating.

I recently visited this game cafe, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The food was subpar; the chicken was overcooked and had a bitter taste, leading me to send it back. The waiter’s demeanor was concerning, appearing both high and rude. While the games were acceptable, the overall service, especially considering our party of six, was marred by a mandatory 18% tip. This experience fell short of expectations, and improvements in both food quality and customer service are crucial for a more enjoyable visit.

I ordered its Coffee + Dessert Specials (Which has a lot of options) I chose : - Nutella Latte & Loaf Cake Both of them were great and a load of sweetness. The loaf cake also came with whipped cream on the side which was unexpected and instantly got a smile on my face. 🤤 The place is huge and can accommodate large groups very easily. It’s a place people visit to play games, catch up with their friends&family and to enjoy their coffee. You have to pay extra to play games. The variety of games is insane and the host is kind enough to explain everything to you. The games are segregated with their type and you can spend hours in this place without noticing. The atmosphere is chill and definitely visiting this place again.

Had the best time here with my husband on a Saturday night. There were plenty of board games and the waiter was able to help us with the rules. The food was delicious as well!

Arrived around 20:30 and had a table upstairs. Paid 10$ per person. Played Booop and Against the Tide and had a caffe latte, Diet Pepsi and some ginger ales. Friendly and helpful personal!

Had a blast at Snakes and Lattes. Good food, good booze, greats games, and great company! My only regret is not being able to try the coffee. We ordered the wings and the sweet potato fries. I was so hungry I forgot to snap photos, but they were delicious! I also wish we had more time to play more games, so this place definitely deserves a repeat visit.

🦋 Even though Eglinton is a busy area, as soon as you enter Snakes and Lattes you already feel like an adult kid. We were greeted with a friendly smile before she asked us if we had been there before. Since it was Sackeria’s first time, the girl talked about the wide range of games they have (1000+) and they had a game expert on that specific night that could help us with a game based on what we wanted to play or what we liked. Since it was too late in the evening, only the first floor was open. I have been to the second floor before and it has more seating and it’s own set of games. When we got to our table the server came over and greeted us. She was quick and asked if we had any questions about the games or menu. We ordered an alcoholic drink each and ordered pretzel bites. They were really good especially with the mustard dip. There were a few other groups of friends there playing different games and we were happy to feel like kids again…even though we always feel that way. All in all, it was an amazing experience and we are so glad that we took the time to relish in the drinks, food, games and environment. Thank you so much Snakes and Lattes for reminding us about the kids we once were and the kids we still are today ❤️. This is our experience. What’s yours? 🦋

Had a great time here Wednesday night with my friends! We ordered the Mac and cheese, burger (not sure the name but the one with bacon, onion ring, mayo, cheese), grilled cheese+soup of the day, and pierogis. We were really happy with the food, and also opted for the happy hour drinks deal! They definitely didn’t water down the drinks which was great as you honestly never know what you’re getting at different places these days. Over all, You’re not gonna get TOP notch food because this is a game cafe. But it’s still pretty great compared to other game cafes too. The staff are very kind and friendly, and I just love how knowledgeable they are on the games! It takes the annoying part of reading Instructions and explaining them to everyone a lot easier and quicker. I’ll continue coming to this spot, as I like it more than the other snakes locations I’ve been to.

It has become really pricey to play here, with a game fee and a minimum food spend per person. There’s also limited food and drink selections and a time limit of 3 hours to play games, such that the overall feel is not as enjoyable as it was before. They do have a great variety of games and the ambiance is nice.

The new location is beautiful but the game selection is not as good as the down town ones I have been to. The food is not the reason to come here but the people are amazingly wonderful. I had the grilled cheese, corn chowder and fries. Would not have it again. My friend had the Mac and cheese. Same sentiment.

Ventured into Snakes & Lattes at Midtown after a satisfying dinner nearby. The ambiance here is truly impressive, boasting high ceilings, spacious two floors, and inviting wooden accents, all conducive to a cozy board game night with friends. Service was prompt and attentive, ensuring our enjoyment throughout. We had a standard latte and a rich Nutella hot chocolate, perfect companions for the chilly evening. Notably, this location offers a bar menu featuring cocktails and beers, catering to various tastes. Sharing a board game with my sister made for a delightful night out. Snakes & Lattes continues to impress as a unique blend of board games, coffee, cocktails and more. Highly recommended!

Snakes and Lattes offers a spacious and well-organized gaming environment at $10 per person, excluding food costs. The "Fog of Love" cocktail, though visually appealing, was served in a smaller glass than expected for its $15 price, with an interesting cold oat milk and chocolate flavor mixed with a vodka kick. The 50% off special on a bottle of wine was a hit. However, the food experience fell short, with cold buffalo-honey wings and fries, a grilled chicken sandwich with small portions, and gnocchi alla vodka sauce that tasted canned. While the gaming experience and laughs were great, the food might not be the highlight. The staff, mostly friendly, had some new members struggling to confirm details about the meals.

This is such a fun place to go with a small or big group of friends, a significant other, or work group! There's a good variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as warm, cozy drink options. There is a game for any group size and for whatever you're feeling. The game masters are so helpful with giving suggestions for strategy, fast pace, funny, chill games etc. It's all around a fun place, I was with here with friends and we played a fast-paced drawing game that left us all laughing so hard. Make sure to call before because there's usually a line!

ok! lengthy review cause lots happened. so incredibly satisfied with my visit. i went for a first date and the vibes were immaculate. first off, there’s a time limit if it gets busy, keep that in mind. we ended up staying way past the time limit, i made sure to tip accordingly. we barely even played games, but there were hundreds to choose from. we had a nutella latte and nutella hot chocolate, honestly, my all time favourite hot nutella flavoured beverage. (my all time favourite cold nutella beverage is harvey’s nutella milkshake). we had great food. limited menu, but all the essentials. i had mac n cheese and added bacon. the waitor was amazing. the service was quick. the prices were reasonable.

First time here, great selection of games. The staff was very helpful. We ordered some soda based drinks and the portion was big and we felt satisfied. Very big place which can fit a lot of people. I don't frequent this area much but I would definitely recommend this place for a fun day out.

Came here on a Thursday and it was pretty lively. The staff are super nice. They originally us a high table but were quick to relocate us when I expressed the tables were to high (chairs were at my hip level). The place is surprisingly much bigger than it looks outside. The games are nicely organized so it's easy to pick out games. They also organize the pieces or items in a game so packing up is simple too. The food was great. I wanted the mushroom arugula flatbread, unfortunately they had no arugula. They replaced it with wild greens and the flatbread was loaded with veggies. Their cocktails and lattes were delicious as well. The only disappointment was the place is quite open and there isn't much soft materials so it can get quite loud making it harder to talk and chat at times.

I’ve been to this location a few times. Most recently, I went for trivia night which was very fun and well organized. There was a great turn out. Their game selection is also extensive and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.

It was nice. Big tables large enough to play games and have your snack aside. Expected more games in their library, but the variety could satisfy most people.

Lovely atmosphere, the games were kept in a relatively good state. The table set up was nice, we didn't feel too crowded even though it was a full house. Good range of games, good range of menu items, though the food and drinks were just not it. Wings were overpriced for the amount we got, the beer just did not taste like beer and the cocktails were a solid 1/5. Good for games and a coffee but nothing else. Wonderful service from our server Matt I think his name was. Very kind. Thank you!

Food is awesome, service was awesome, our server had the best style (cool funky shirt and white shoes) and another server had wicked pants. The over all vibe is A+++, clearly they respect the unique style and individuality of their employees. Super chill - big fan of your work, you guys are awesome

My friends and I had a great experience here. Huge variety of board games to choose from. We tried new games and had such a blast. If you buy food, you only pay $8 instead of $15 for playing the games. Will definitely come back and recommend to other friends as well!

I was first made aware of this place's location when a Genshin cosplay cafe was hosted here on the day right before Canada Day. The location, food, event, and everyone who attended was nothing short of amazing. I went to this event on my own and had no idea what I was getting into, and what I got out of it were wonderful memories, new friends, and an opportunity to get out of my comfort zone - this was perhaps my second time going to a social gathering completely on my own and without knowing anyone when I first walked in. The hostess of the event is actually an employee that works there (I believe Althea is her name) and she wasn't very confident in the event's success. If you're reading this Althea, you hosted an AMAZING event that brought everyone together. Please organize more in the distant future and don't be afraid to ask for assistance if you need it! I was actually invited to this event at the absolute last minute (to the point when I actually got the invite, I immediately bumrushed to prep my cosplay less than 2 days before the event itself!) and attending it was a gamechanger to my social life, for a variety of reasons - for one, I was able to give my cosplay a test run right before Anime North. Getting here is convenient too, as there is cheap parking right around the corner and it's right off the Eglinton Subway Station on Line 1. It's also very close to other restaurants and bars if the foods and alcohol you can get here aren't enough to satisfy you. Last but not least, if anyone reading this actually attended the event, I was the Zhongli (and apparently the only masculine) cosplayer there. And no, that is not me in my profile photo either!

Came for lunch and the food was good. Grilled cheese sandwiches & spaghetti, and the coffee & peanut butter & berry cheesecake were great! We were a group of 7 and had such a great time! The staff here are really helpful & friendly, recommended some really fun games for us and it was a great overall experience! Definitely going back soon.
