The
hotel
is
very
clean
and
well
maintained.
The
housekeeping
staff
is
extremely
friendly.
The
front
desk
staff
was
fine
but
not
overly
welcoming.
When
booking
with
Expedia,
I
was
told
there
is
a
$150
damage
deposit,
which
isnt
entirely
true.
That
is
only
if
you
pay
with
credit
card.
If
you
pay
cash
or
debit,
it
is
$300
with
obviously
no
flexibility
due
to
the
fact
it
isn't
properly
advertised.
The
hotel
should
be
making
sure
that
is
well
communicated,
even
with
the
third
party
vendor.
That
is
their
responsibility.
The
fact
there
is
a
deposit
at
all
is
laughable
because
they
don't
even
check
to
make
sure
the
room
is
not
damaged
before
they
give
the
deposit
back.
So
what's
the
point
then?
At
check-in,
they
should
at
the
very
least
tell
you
that
breakfast
needs
a
voucher
so
you
don't
show
up
at
the
restaurant,
just
to
have
to
return
to
the
front
desk
to
stand
in
line
for
a
voucher.
Breakfast
is
just
pastries,
muffins,
bread,
bagels
and
hard
boiled
eggs
floating
in
water
inside
a
crockpot.
Coffee
and
tea
is
in
a
separate
location
away
from
all
the
food,
so
not
noticeable
at
first.
Also,
all
the
food
is
covered
with
napkins
so
you
need
to
lift
each
one
to
see
what
is
underneath.
Maybe
they
could
invest
in
some
proper
display
equipment
with
clear
lids?
Overall,
the
hotel
was
fine
because
I
just
needed
a
place
to
sleep
while
my
mother
was
in
the
hospital
but
there
could
be
some
minor
improvements
for
a
better
guest
experience.
