I have been a long time patient at TCC and never had any problems. I’d always come see Lori for my Botox and lip fillers. She was very thorough with assessing me before we even started the appointment. I felt very comfortable and happy with her results. I had stopped coming I think in 2018, but returned again in 2022. There’s a new nurse injector her name is Sadie. She didn’t really do a proper assessment and forgot to take a before photo. I had asked for my lips to be filled not shaped. She didn’t listen and did what she thought would look best. I hated the results. So I waited months for product to wear off. I decided to go to a different location. They said I didn’t need filler just I had to get my lip dissolved. I’ve never had this done before. But I had to go back to TCC to get the nurse who did the job in the first place to dissolve the filler. I went yesterday and not only felt rushed because the nurse wanted to leave for the day. My lips and face were swollen within a matter of minutes after the treatment. I wasn’t informed of side effect or complications until after and she made me fill out paperwork. The receptionist called me and asked to call the nurse on her personal number. I was told to take Benadryl and use ice pack. I ended up in ER with allergic reaction. My face blew up and lips. I used to really love TCC but after this experience, I will never go back. Please do proper assessments with your patients.

I wouldn't come here for lip filler. I came here maybe 4 years ago when I had paper thin lips and wanted to try filler. They were so lopsided and lumpy, it was embarrassing. I had to go to another cosmetic nurse and have her undo all the mess that was put into my lips from this clinic, and then we started fresh. DO NOT LET JUST ANYONE TOUCH YOUR FACE. Do your research. Talk to other girls. When I came here it wasn't cheap either, I think I paid over $600 to be disappointed.

If your clinic is located on a very good business area with a large visitors flow, then you don’t need to provide a good customer service and people will still come. So, if you want to have a good business, find a good location is the most important thing. Then you will earn a lot and you don’t need to give a shoot to your clients. Happy happy.

Such an amazing set of staff here! I was super nervous, so scared, and so many emotions running through my mind this morning. The staff made me feel at ease, especially the girl I spoke to first thing in the morning made me feel so comfortable talking about her experience and all. My nurse, I apologize I forgot her name, was so caring and so helpful. This was such a great experience and it's due to the staff. You guys are all amazing❤️

I had a consultation booked and no one phoned. When I called to ask why this happened(three days later), I was told “well we forgot”. Definitely not comfortable getting surgery from a place that can’t be bothered to even follow through with a call. Not impressed but thankfully I found Dr. Edelstein. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend TCC! I had a breast lift and augmentation done by Dr. Dreckmann and she did an amazing job. After breastfeeding my son and going from 222lbs to 130lbs my breasts were tragic. I was extremely self conscious. They helped me every step of the way, advised what implant would look best with my body type and how to achieve the results I wanted. Andrea the nurse made me feel very safe and at ease! The follow up was thorough and they answered any questions and concerns I had about recovery and resuming day to day activities. All around it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get any surgical or non surgical treatments done. Quality service hands down!!

This clinic has no ethics whatsoever. I payed thousands of dollars to the CLINIC for a BBL. It was agreed by the doctor that I needed a revision and its been almost 2 years and I'm still battling with them. The owner never had the courtesy to call me back after a left numerous messages. Just be aware that If you need a revision or anything goes wrong you are on your own and you may have to go somewhere else and pay again. Totally unprofessional, unethical.

I booked for my appointment 4 weeks ahead of time and got a text message a few day prior to it says due to other client's double booking error they cannot accomodate my appointment anymore. This is rediculous. Besides the unfairness I have flight booked the following week which makes my original booking the only time I could make. All the purpose of texting prior to my appointment is just to force me to cancel my own appointment to pay for someone else's mistake on your end. If someone double booked, then I can tell you what you need to do is just to cancel that Duplicated Appointment of the other person -Not Mine. I would like to know what can you do to make up for your fault that I'm forced to cancel my appointment booked weeks ahead of time. How would you say this is fair.

I would literally give -10000 of I could. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! Had a plastic surgery procedure done here and it turned out horrible. Like absolutely HORRIBLE. They weren't able to lipo my stomach so went for chin lipo instead of that and that was $1000 less .. but instead of giving me that money back they just added that $1000 to another area that was already priced. It was surgery day so my mind was already all over the place and didn't even realize until later. My results are absolute garbage and I complained about the results 2nd day post op. They told me basically too bad and if I wanted it fixed it would have to be full payment. Do NOT go to them. They go through so many doctors. It's wild. If only I had known what I know now.

Had a breast augmentation with Dr. Dreckmann about a year ago now and absolutely love my results! From start to finish I felt as though I was in good hands. I’ve always wanted larger breast and I am happy I chose this clinic for my journey to feeling more confident. The ladies at the front are always so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Dreckmann was very honest and informative about what to expect. The day of surgery Andrea the nurse really made me comfortable and helped ease my nerves. After surgery, I was most nervous about the pain and scar but the healing process was beyond easy! I legit had zero pain or discomfort & my scar is so small and hidden.. it’s like it’s not even there! Not to mention how natural my breast look and feel! I would recommend TCC to all my friends and family. Thanks again TCC!

If you are thinking of trying this place DON’T. Came here a while back to have dermal fillers done under my eyes. The results were horrible. She used the wrong product (Voluma) and didn’t even apply it properly! I was left with lumpy and bumpy tear troughs which I had to get dissolved at another place and start all over again. Lori made my first experience with fillers so disappointing and the price she charged was astronomical compared to literally every other place in the city. Then had the nerve to call me repeatedly to come back in for more. What a joke!

I don’t know where the negative reviews come from because this clinic has the most kind staff. The nurses are so informative and caring. Doctor El Masri is an artist in his work. I had rhinoplasty and absolutely love my results. I will be getting my otoplasty done shortly!

I had lipo and BBL with Dr. Levine 2 weeks ago. I am already obsessed with my results and I’m not even healed yet. The day of surgery the nurses were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable that I was barely nervous. I’ve already had 2 follow ups and I’m scheduled for a 3rd in 3 more weeks. I highly recommend dr Levine and Toronto cosmetic clinic and I will be returning for future procedures.

I had my abdominoplasty surgery with Dr.Levine in March and I can’t say enough good things. He was so professional and my results were better than I could have imagined. My incision is low and hidden under my bikini line (literally perfect placement with any pair of underwear) and my belly button is perfect. I had what I thought was the beginning of an infection post-operatively - mild, nothing serious but I requested an appointment within the week for assessment. Dr.Levine actually facetimed me on a holiday to ensure that I was okay, and to view the area of concern. I was then booked in at my convenience within two days to be seen. The level of care and concern is top notch. The front desk staff are angels. The nursing staff, especially Andrea, are incredible. I truly can’t say enough good things. I have never been happier.

Eventually they seem to have given up on deleting bad reviews. After several laser treatments here 5 years ago, I started to develop severe hyperpigmentation on my face. I complained about this, but they completely ignored me. When I left a bad review, they suddenly contacted me and asked to delete the review and offered me a full refund -$1,200. I thought that was the reason they kept 5 stars for review. Now they have a lot of honest bad reviews. There may be too many angry customers to process all refunds. PS. I still have some hyperpigmentation on my face though I have paid $5000 to get it fixed at other plastic surgeon offices. I would never forgive Toronto Cosmetic Clinic , and I also would never forget the esthetician called Alicia who ruined my life.

I had my eye upper lid surgery about 8 years ago. My biggest regret is going to this place as I had to do it again to fix what I already had before going in the second time. The result is terrible as I look so old and haven't taken pictures for years due to my eye features. The main purpose to do this sugery is to boost my confidence as I have small eyelids and therefore it is small already. The surgeon did not do a good job on me as I have a scoring at the end of my eyelid line. The only eyeshadow I ever wear now is black to cover up. Please do your research before going in.

I had a consultation with nurse Selena. She was very professional and I love that they do what the client asks for and not something else. I had Belkyra excellent results. I hope to go back to her for my second treatment.

I got surgery here back in March and it was a great experience! My nurse was extremely helpful and made sure I was comfortable. My nose is healing very well!

I had my fat transfer surgery performed by Dr. Levine in March 2023 - both Dr. Levine and the nurse who handled my pre-op appointment were great. The entire staff and office are very friendly and organized. I’ve had other procedures at other clinics in the city and I would say with my personal experience with both the admin staff and Dr. Levine exceeded my expectations compared to the other clinics I’ve been to. I am extremely happy with my result - I would highly recommend Dr. Levine and would be back for more procedures…if my bank account grew a bit…ha!

First I had a BBL done at Toronto Cosmetic Clinic and I am so so happy with my results! I LOVE my new body! The post surgical massages included are so amazing and I have continued doing them even until now which has really helped with my post op results. Dishonesty! The surgeon will accept everything during the first appointment. After you made the nonrefundable payment, the answers start to change. Finally on the surgery day, they will make you sign a form that says we don't guarantee anything at all when you are already wearing surgery clothes. Dishonesty and lies. They even play with your body for money.

I have done the breast augmentation surgery, and I don’t feel it great about it. First of all, the incisions under the breast are not symmetrical, one is higher and less smooth, the other is good. Secondly, one of the breast was obviously way more bruised than the other after surgery, and the recovery is still not going well after 4 months (still hard) while the other one is completely healed and comfortable. The staff is great though and very friendly!

Let me start by saying this, the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. Front end staff were efficient and professional. My over all experience was 100% what I asked for. Then on top of that they checked up on me daily too make sure I was good. Nurses went above and beyond and made me feel special. Thank you so much.

I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. The doctor was so unprofessional. When consulting with me regarding my concerns he had a terrible demeanor and I felt like he was pushy about getting a procedure that I had no plans on getting. I would never spend my money with someone who does not care about the person and their desires. It was so clear that his only concern was money. He does not care about you and what it is your looking for. He was so unethical it was a joke. I walked right out of the office. Do your research!!!

This place is a joke. I had a consult with the nurse injector back in Feb 27, 2021. It is now late September, 2021 and nobody has gotten back to me when I will be booked for my treatment. I even reached out back in April 2021, with no response from the injector. This place is so unprofessional.

This place was overall good. Elena, the laser an facial technician seems to be the only knowledgeable worker at TCC. I've had my facial done by all the other workers and they all seemed unprofessional and rushed. In addition, the receptionist at the front desk really need to smile and be more friendly and the botox nurse needs to go back to school and upgrade her educational skills in terms her field. She once performed injection of botox into my mothers face and it was horrible and lumpy. However, this place has cleared all my acne and scars and I will forever be greatful to them and once again, I would like to recommend everyone to ask for Elena to do your face.

Hello, first I want to say impeccable job to all staff. You guys really move as a TEAM ! Iv have had two major surgeries at cosmetic clinic both with dr Levine . I’m very impressed with his work, also very pleased with the after care the nurses and staff . I receive many compliments on my surgery daily people think I went over seas and did my body but as matter fact I did it home right here in Toronto. My healing was not as bad as I thought as well i was back to work full tummy tuck and full liposuction in a month and a half. I was back at work a week and half with my breast implant surgery ! Over all I look like a different person my life has dramatically changed ! My mommy make over has been a success I’m very happy I recommend Dr Levine and all his staff ! Any day

So I went in for a tummy tuck with Dr.Levine, and I just want to say that he's an amazing doctor! I went from a size 42 waist to 32, and I can say that I have gained so much confidence. I am so in love with my body. The staff is just as amazing, especially Andrea; she helped me throughout my recovery. She is compassionate and caring, and takes her time while helping you. I truly had an amazing experience, I would recommend!

I had liposuction of the inner & outer thighs done by Dr. Levine at TCC, and I couldn't be happier with the results! It really made a huge difference; I feel so much more confident now (and can actually wear tight pants without shame!). The consultation with the nurse prior to the procedure was really informative and gave me plenty of time to prepare, and helped me understand what to expect for the healing process. And that healing process is pretty intense! Thankfully I didn't have any infections or major complications since I followed all the post-op instructions. The two Endermologie sessions that were included were a pretty nice bonus, too!

I love getting my laser hair removal done at this place! I've already had six sessions, and let me tell you, they have been absolutely amazing. The lasers they use are top-notch, high-end technology, and they really get the job done. What's even better is that the staff there are incredibly kind and friendly. I always feel so comfortable and well taken care of when I go for my appointments. Can't wait for my next session!
